No better way to kick off my birthday month with travel. This trip to #NYC has been nothing short of amazing. ☺️ I hung out with friends, met new friends, we laughed, we shared stories, and there were lots of hugs. ✨DAY 6 #SINKINTOSAVASANA: GET OUTSIDE || our lovely host @addicted_to_lovely encouraged us all to take our #selfcare outdoors today. And although the only time I took for myself today was this morning's workout, I'm thrilled to be outside photographing a wedding with the hubs, @encarnacionphotography. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ During the week I spend a large amount of my time editing photos, creating content, writing, and working on my clients programming that I don't get as much Vitamin D as I like. As a busy woman and a mother I often forget to put my own self love and self care needs first. It's easy to say "I'm too tired or too busy", but when we do that we compromise our health and wellness. Bottom line when we put these things last we are saying "I'm not making my physical and mental health a priority." And when we do this we're unable to serve those we need us the most, our family and community.
