Updates may be somewhat inconsistent because i decided to start posting the pages as i finish them. Still won't give up on the story. I promised myself i will see it through, and i do want to finish it.

Welcome to A Second Chance.

This is a Henry Stickmin au based off of the Valiant Hero Ending, mixed with the unused Close Call ending. Charles was rescued as the space station exploded, and was recruited into the Toppat Clan soon after. He joined them because he has nowhere to go. He is presumed dead after all. Plus, where he landed, he was nowhere near the government base where Galeforce, and Henry are. Henry joined the military in Charles' honor, but he didn't become a pilot, rather a commander.

The toppats are laying low, and won't be back in the air for quite some time. Their numbers suffered severely from the loss of the station, and with the government actively searching for the ones who escaped, they can't do anything other than stay at least one step ahead.

If that is the case, you can search "A Second Chance Prologue" on my page, or i always tag the story pages with "ASC HSC AU" which you can use to find all the pages up to the most recent one. It's fair to say I suck at drawing helicopters.

Toppats are on their way to The Wall where they are sure the toppats they need are being kept at. Right is tired after havibg to fly a good distance to get Regi, and Charles to the military camp, but he isn't tired enough to try getting Reginald to trust Charles a bit more, even if he doesn't quite trust him himself yet.

If anyone wonders how they know Charles' name, Charles had been actively trying to take them down already, so he's pretty well known among the clan. Oh, and RHM has a soft spot for him.

Also i decided that the Ask side of this story will be seperate from the main story in a way. A!M is allowed. The asks may be seperate, but they will still take place during the time of whichever pages are posted. And because the asks are seperate, what ever you guys do will not affect the comic itself in any way. Hope you guys enjoy page 3. See you soon.

I deeply apologize for me spacing the pages out like this, but progress has been slow since i started a side story based on a second au i came up with not too long back, which is a role swap au (still Henry related). There are still a few more complete pages, but i also don't know exactly what i want to do for the part after, so i will let you guys decide what i should do when we get there. You guys will get to interact with the story sometimes, i've decided, but the plot will remain relatively the same.

The toppat's current base is a few hundred miles away from the military base where Charles used to work. His helicopter is there still, ready to be gutted in Charles' memory, but they got to it in time, and they will be using it to transport the toppats, and supplies until later on. How did they get there within a short span of time? With Right's help and he's dead tired now. Charles also didn't betray them when he had a perfect opportunity. Perhaps he is trying to prove himself to the toppat leaders.

The base they crashed near has been abandoned since the toppats moved to the airship, and has definitely suffered the wrath of the elements over that time. Hopefully some things still work because they will be here for a good while.
