Its not always about smooth sailing. Sometimes you just gotta hang by that thread, and hold on for dear life. Especially when you are in the middle of the ocean during the 470 Africa Sailing  Championships. The guys didn't hold back ,  the top ranked team earned the African spot at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
