thinking about how at the club last night literally none of the drinks tasted like alcohol. and i only had two (expensive...) so i was only vaguely tipsy too. almost glad for my mild hangover because at least i know i wasn't scammed

#i also sipped from my friends' drinks and they were all good but not one had any identifiable alcohol taste #whiskey. gin. rum. nothing. didn't try the sake but the cheap beer was absolutely tasteless too #it's my homonym kahsjsjs and i hate it. it's a corona dupe that tastes like someone stored corn water near an open corona #it says 4.2% abv which is fine and average but i like my beer to taste like beer #number 1 stella artois hater btw. i complain about original but at least it tastes like something (and corn)#as you know my fav beer is hoegaarden (and wheat beers in general) and i love dark ales
