Author!MC who writes high fantasy novels - (Arthur, Masamune & Mitsuhide)

Arthur

Arthur is extremely amused and intrigued when he hears about your occupation, and even more so when he discovers that you’re a pretty big shot, too. For once, he completely discards appearances (although he still thinks you’re very pretty) and is genuinely interested in your job, frequently asking details about your writing process, your stories and such.

Your books come from two completely different universes, as we have realism and crime against fantasy and supernatural. Yet, when you offer your book for him to read, he falls absolutely in love with it. Although it may not seem like it, Arthur is quite the superstitious man, and has always had a certain interest in the occult and paranormal. Long story short, he becomes your number one fan.

He asks Comte to bring back your books from the future so that he can read them all (if you find out he’ll admit it with a sheepish smile and a blush on his face), and even then he feels like he doesn’t know enough about the different worlds described in your books and about their writer, you. If the topic pops up during conversations he'll take his chance and curiously ask you more and more questions about your job; if not, he'll pick up hints along the way whenever he can.

Your writing schedule will easily adapt to the domesticity of your relationship. You both write together in the same room (sometimes his, sometimes yours, or even in the dining room) as it can be very motivational, and you’re both ready to comfort the other whenever a lack of inspiration puts a stop to your writing. Furthermore, it’s very practical when it comes to taking breaks! He’ll cuddle with you while asking how everything’s coming along and if you need him to help you get some ideas. (this man will def sneak kisses whenever you're absorbed in your own little world because he adores the pout that magically appears on your lips whenever you're concentrated)

Overall, he’s very supportive of what you do. He understands the struggles of being a writer, but he also adores how much of a professional you are. Would probably be a fanboy even if you two didn’t know each other (he’d buy your books in secret so that Theo doesn’t tease him; the great mystery writer who adores realism, falls in love with high fantasy books. The man would never let him see the end of it)

Masamune

Even before knowing that you actually come from the future, Masamune is extremely curious to see some of your works once he hears that you’re a writer. As someone who writes poetry, knowing that you have the same passion makes him like you even more; although your occupations are as different as they can be, he still enjoys finding a common ground with you. Sometime later, after he has already discovered about your particular situation, he’ll also come to learn about the differences between what he thought you did and what your job really is. Fundamentally the job is always the same, but the whole process and the final products are almost completely different than what he had expected.

He doesn’t know what high fantasy is, but when you do tell him about all the various genres and such, he finds himself not too weirded out by the idea; it’s very similar to popular folklore, after all.

When he asks you to tell him one of your stories, you find the perfect situation to show him a physical copy of one of your best-sellers. He’s amazed by the weird-looking book. It’s experiencedly crafted and perfectly written (that’s printing for you<3), and he curiously fidgets with it as he asks endless questions about it. Unfortunately, he can’t read anything (even if it was written in modern Japanese he’d probably be able to grasp 3 words in a whole page or smth, lol), so you find yourself narrating your stories to him. (you receive great in-depth feedback for each chapter in return!! Masamune will be 100% honest with you and takes it v seriously). It becomes a daily occurrence that neither of you wants to miss. Each night, just before bed, you read out loud part of your book as Masamune quietly listens to your every word, wholly enraptured by the story.

He’s the most supportive partner one could wish for, and he’s always ready to show your works off to everyone he knows. He’ll help you get in touch with local printers and see what he can find amongst all the imported goods to make your job easier. If you ever find yourself stuck, he’ll gladly take you on a stroll to help you get your mind off writing for a bit to come back more refreshed and inspired.

Mitsuhide

Mitsuhide is a man who mostly communicates through lies, vague descriptions or distorted realities just to confuse others. As such, he finds your writing skills and wide imagination to be quite useful and admirable. He can be a capable storyteller if needed, so you often wonder why he doesn’t try writing every once in a while.

This said, he never expected for his kitsune story to strike up a chord in you to the point you’d write a story with a character heavily based on him as the protagonist. He’s quite flattered to say the least. When you hand the finished manuscript to him as a gift, he reads it all in one night. (let's pretend he'd be able to understand ahahah...) He’s amazed by your skill and the world you managed to describe through such vivid wording, but you'll have to read between his teasing words to grasp his real feelings about the gift, although he sincerely thanks you profusely.

The novel is the first work of yours he has ever had the chance to read, so he stores it away very carefully in a corner of his room, but curiosity makes him wonder about your previous works though he doesn't directly ask you anything about them. Sure, he'll probably drop some hints here and there concerning this hidden wish of his, but that's totally up to you to understand. Sooner or later he finds two copies of some of your books in the bag in your room (it was totally accidental, he wouldn't just barge in your room and look through your things like that), and he feels like he's fallen in love all over again. There's this particular level of mastery with which you handle your words that leave him spellbound and amazed. Who would have ever thought that his little clumsy mouse was such an expert writer?

In general, Mitsuhide is the closet fanboy. He won't be as open about his love for your stories as Masamune, but he's not afraid to be direct about his feelings every once in a while, especially if you really need to hear supporting words from him. If anyone ever brings up your skills during a conversation, he'll hum in affirmation with a rare, genuine smile gracing his lips.

especially if you’re good at hiding it, and then all of a sudden you burst and it’s crazy scary 

he likes that you have this side of you, and he especially likes that you’re unafraid to make your feelings known, even if you’re unnecessarily loud expressing them 

to be honest, a lot of the times he pisses you off on purpose just to have you yell at him. idk he’s a sadist 

whenever the two of you argue, and it gets really heated, he’ll always leave the room that you’re in to cool off, because he won’t want it to get worse for either of you. like he’s very cautious when it comes to fights because he knows how you get 

but honestly, i don’t know why but i get the sense that gojō’s the one that’d apologize even if he’s not in the wrong, and you are. it’s not that he does it to shut you up or anything stupid like that. he does it because he genuinely dislikes arguing with you, especially with an occupation like his where tomorrow isn’t promised yk? 

if you’re about to get in a fight with someone else, the rational side of him is already ready to go and stop you and pull you back, but since this is gojō we’re talking about, most probably he’ll let you have your fun for a bit 

he will stop you before it gets too far and you do something you’ll end up regretting, because he is a good partner at the end of the day, and he really does care about you

not that he can’t approach you and talk to you, but in the sense that he feels like you’re a ticking time bomb and he’s afraid he’ll be the one to set it off

over time he’s gotten really, really good at calming you down

like he’d been working on it ever since the two of you started dating, from finding your specific triggers and knowing your telltales and signs to being able to calm you down and help you work on losing your temper on minimal things 

it’s really comical to him how you can go from kissing all up on him and cooing at how pretty he is to having a screaming match with someone cause they bumped into you and didn’t apologize 

he never lets it escalate unlike gojō, and he won’t ever let it get to the point where it’s all or nothing. he stops you right from the start and makes you back away

in regards to fights with you, he actually gets really irritated with the way you respond to him, and he won’t speak you until you decide to calm down. he’s petty like that but honestly? it works. you’re immediately calm and ready to speak to him in a lower voice and with a calmer attitude

still he doesn’t try to change anything about you, and just as he loves all your appealing quips, he loves this part of you too, regardless

-Actually getting to the dating stage is kind of a wholeass mission. I wholeheartedly believe that Todoroki is the dumbest smart person ever; he’s clever and strong, but he also strikes me as the kind of guy who thinks 1KG of steel is heavier than 1KG of feathers.

-Lol everyone knows you’ve got a crush on him. Everyone except for him. He just doesn’t think that much about dating or romance or anything like that, unless prompted. His whole life, he’s been forced to focus on hero work, so it’ll take some time for him to get out of that mentality.

-He doesn’t clue in to his feelings for you, not for a while at least. He’d start off pretty indifferent towards you like he was with everyone else, but over time he’d begin to notice that he likes having you around. He feels more relaxed around you, and more inclined to converse and be present and friendly. 

-I think he’d chalk it up to ‘is this what friendship feels like’ meanwhile he’s out here training extra hard in hopes that you’ll see and be impressed.

-Someone will probably have to say something to get him thinking about his feelings for you. Either that, or he accidentally admits to you that he has a crush on you, but he doesn’t know it’s a crush, and you’re just like ‘oh bby’. You’ll have to spell it out for him.

-He finds you after class one day and asks to take a walk around campus to talk, and you’re like ‘okay sounds cool’.

-It’s a little awkward and quiet at first, and eventually you’re like ‘are you okay, did you need to talk about something?’

-And when he turns towards you his cheeks are flushed and he looks uncharacteristically flustered. Then he goes on to tell you how whenever you’re around, his heart beats faster and he gets warm even though his quirk isn’t active, and how he always wants to impress you even though he doesn’t care what other people think.

-He probably admits some really dumb stuff too, like how he still has the pencil you lent him at the beginning of the year, or how he fell on his ass during training because he was too busy staring at you.

-Pls be kind to him when you tell him about feelings. I think it will surprise him for like 0.5 seconds, but then he’ll be like ‘oh that makes sense’ in his usual way.

-Even after all that, you’re gonna have to be the one to ask him on a date. He’ll definitely say yes to you, but would still struggle with asking for himself.

-Anyways, once you guys have gone on a few dates and decide to make it exclusive, it’s a pretty relaxed relationship. He trusts you, so he’s pretty up front about everything, and if he doesn’t know what he’s feeling he’ll let you help him work through it.

-He’s not always clueless though, and he gets a lot better at expressing himself the more time he spends with you and the rest of the class.

-He’s pretty into casual touches, which he figures out after you sit beside him on the couch in the common room and set your head on his shoulder. He’ll ask you in private if you could do things like that more often, and over time he’ll start reciprocating, and it’ll just be a relationship full of head pats and held hands and forehead kisses.

-Also pls cuddle him when it’s just the two of you. Hold him close and run your fingers through his hair. 8/10 times he’ll fall asleep.

-Will want to train with you, and during class exercises he’ll seek you out as a partner/opponent. He wants to learn how to work with you, in case the need ever arises. But he also just wants to spend time with you, and likes watching you be bad ass.

-If you’re upset with him, or not quite feeling so great, please tell him. Don’t give him the cold shoulder, or be like ‘you know what you did’, because he absolutely will not know what he did. Let him know if you have an issue with something he did, from small things like eating the last of your chocolates, to more serious things like accidentally doubting your skill or flirting with other people. Just. Verbalize how you’re feeling.

-This also goes for when he does something good. Tell him when he’s made you happy, or helped improve your mood, or validated your feelings, or smth. It’ll reassure him that he’s being not only a good friend, but a good boyfriend too.

-Also,okay so he has that thing where he looks cool and aloof at first, but is actually soft and big-hearted right? There’s a whole bunch of other things he doesn’t show at first, which you are the first person to experience.

-He’s hella shy about kissing you. He’s pretty chill about PDA like holding your hand and hugging you and stuff like that, but kisses? It’s just such an intimate thing to him.

-Once he figure out he really wants to kiss you, he’s relentless in trying. Probably tries at the most inopportune times though, like at lunchtime and in the middle of class. Don’t be too mad at him, it’s the only thing his brain cell can concentrate on.

-So much so that he takes a hit during training and falls flat on his back. And you’re like ‘oh shit??’ and rush over to him once he doesn’t get up right away. You kneel over him and ask him if he’s alright, gently touching his cheek to try and calm him.

-And he just stares up at you because you look like an angel. Deadass blurts out ‘I want to kiss you so badly’ without a second thought, and smiles his little smile when you get flustered.

-And that’s how your first kiss happens, in the middle of an arena with your whole class watching. Aizawa probably scolds you.

-All in all, I think he’d be a pretty good boyf. He’d need some patience at first, and a lot of verbal affirmation and open communication, but that’s a good thing to practice in any relationship. He loves you a lot and is devoted and caring and always willing to fight for you.

Bakugou Katsuki

-God, okay, definitely the shoutiest boyfriend. He’d probably be pissed af when he realizes he’s catching feelings for you. He’s definitely not verbal about his feelings, but he’s not stunted like Todoroki is. He knows what he’s feeling, he just doesn’t like it.

-He thinks you’re a distraction to him, and probably takes it out on you. After all, if you hate him then it’ll be easier to let go of you and he won’t have to deal with you being around him.

-Sike tho, either he makes you sad and instantly feels guilty about it (which he hates), or he makes you Big Mad and you serve him his ass on a silver platter. Both ways, he’s not able to make you dislike him, and he only ends up liking you more.

-He’ll calm down after a couple weeks though, and come to terms with the fact that this is his life now and that he’s gonna have to deal with the annoying heart palpitations he gets whenever you’re around.

-Though a bonus I guess is his palms also get sweaty when you’re nearby, which means more explosions. Which we all know is a good thing for boom boy.

-Over time, he begins to slip up, and you begin to notice. His gaze lingering on you during training and during class, his lack of insults towards you, just generally being less unpleasant when he knows you’re around. Some of your classmates have also picked up on it, but none of them have really put two and two together.

-You have, though, and you know he won’t be the one to make a move. So you corner him one evening outside the dorms and confront him about it. He vehemently denies it, but all it takes is for you to look at him and he huffily admits it.

-Nothing is really agreed upon right then and there, but as the days and weeks pass, you pretty much just end up dating. You spend more time together, studying or training or goofing off. Well...he doesn’t really goof off, but he sits nearby while you do. You even convince him to come to game night with the bakusquad and -after much poking and prodding- he even plays a couple rounds of mario kart. 

-He either wins or he accuses everyone of cheating. It’s funny to watch.

-He doesn’t really know how relationships work, so be patient with him also while he figures it out. If you’re mad at him, don’t try to act snide about it because it’ll just end up blowing up in your faces. He might grumble if you tell him outright, but overall he’ll try to fix it. He’s a ride or die boyfriend, and however temperamental he is, he hates making you sad.

-Also he’ll never say it out loud, but he loves cuddling you. He’s pretty strict about not showing his softer side in public, so most of your more affectionate gestures are behind closed doors. Sometimes he’ll just show up at your dorm room, slam the door shut, and flop down on your bed. This is his way of saying ‘i feel like shit, come pet my hair’. 

-Most of his needs are conveyed nonverbally, so you’ll have to learn how to speak Bakugou.

-The only time he’s ever told you what he wanted out loud is when you guys had your first kiss. He was noticeably tense throughout the day, so after class you pulled him aside and asked him what was up.

-You hadn’t expected him to turn tomato red and mutter that your lot of friends had been teasing him earlier about kissing, and his lack of experience. You asked him if he wanted you to go kick their asses, and he was like ‘no, i want you to kiss me’.

-Cue both of you being flustered. But it lead to a really sweet kiss, soft and surprisingly gentle and thoughtful. 

-He’s more open about kissing you publicly, if not for the fact that he’s low key addicted, then definitely because it sort of lays his claim on you without being too mushy. But those kisses will be shorter and cooler than the ones you share behind closed doors.

-When it’s just the two of you though? He’s got you held close while your lips meet, fingertips sliding across your jaw and arm held fast around your waist. Those are the kisses that lead to heated makeouts usually.

-All in all, also a good boyfriend. Abrasive and loud, but loyal and smart and willing to explode everyone if it would make you happy. He calms down over time once he gets used to the relationship, while still maintaining an air of pride. Will never hesitate to brag about you, and will affectionately shout compliments at you whenever he feels like it.

Aizawa Shouta sleepiest dad

-Anyone who knows him knows that he’s got a busy life. Between teaching and being a pro hero, he probably doesn’t have a lot of down time. So you have to be okay with him having so much work.

-He doesn’t mind if you miss him during the days, in fact he would be mildly off put if you didn’t miss him (at least a little), but you can’t be someone who would try and make him change his schedule permanently to give you more attention.

-A day or two off here and there? Sure, the occasional lazy day break is nice and also reasonable, but I don’t think it would work out if you were super clingy.

-It probably gets a little difficult when the dorm system is implemented at the school, since he’s there overnight most of the time now. I think that’s one area where he’d be willing to try and implement a better system, whether it be having you on campus with him during the nights, or allowing him to head back home.

-Because as busy as he is, he’s not a neglectful partner. Even if he’s dead tired when he comes home, he’ll always take the time to greet you and sit with you and ask you about your day and tell you about his. He’ll lay back on the couch with you across his chest, and listen to you tell him about all the dumb shit you’d witnessed throughout the day.

-He’s a little rigid about PDA, mostly because his friends tease him and he doesn’t want to risk any of his students seeing (lest the also tease him), but he’s fine with casual affection. Walking with your arm tucked around his, hugs, chaste kisses, that sort of thing. He’s an adult in a relationship, he’s not gonna deny you any of those things just because he’s shy (though he will never admit that).

-Despite his outward uncaring appearance, he’s actually really intense, and feels a lot. He’s an emotional person, he’s just really good at keeping it on the down low. So you’d have to be pretty good at reading him in order to get him to open up, but also not push him too hard. Let him know that you know he’s stressed about something, but give him the room to make the choice in coming to you.

-He’s a pretty low maintenance boyfriend. He doesn’t need all the bells and whistles and fancy dates. He’s fine making dinner together and then hanging out to watch a movie, or maybe occasionally going out for a drink or a walk. What he cares about most is spending time with you, and just getting to be around you.

-But he is still perpetually tired, so he’ll be most happy on his own couch. Dinner and movie nights often lead to cuddles, which often lead to soft kisses, and then more heated kisses, and then hands touching you everywhere.

-It’s very easy to get carried away when he kisses you. Unless you’re in public, even the smallest kiss could snowball into a good romp, granted you have the time. He’s intense and firm, but his lips are warm and pliant, and he kisses you the way he needs oxygen; desperately and absolutely.

-Arguably the best boyfriend, but maybe i’m biased because he’s my type lol. He doesn’t ask for a lot, but requires your respect on the few things he needs, and in return he’ll be there for you when he can. And when he’s there? His attention is solely on you, all his thoughts and energy. He’s quiet and patient and loving, and behind closed doors he’s pretty affectionate. If he’s dating you, then it isn’t just something casual; he’s already seen that you’re someone worth putting his time and energy into. By the time he asks you out, he’s probably already in love with you.

I like to think that in his 'route' or smth MC was in really heavy danger, and he realized just how much he cares about them. Now he's not so much of a "i-its not like I like you or anythin!" Sort of relationship, but instead it'll be like "god I love this dumbass do much....dammit." He will show he loves you by cooking your favorite food, or suddenly coming up to you and hugging you while blushing like crazy.

It always depends on who's up first. If it's him he'll stay in bed with you until you wake up. Those days he will be super honest with you. That's when he lets his guard fully down, and he shows how much he adores you.

He is also a housewife. You cannot change my mind, MAKE THE V+SAERAN+VANDERWOOD HOUSE WIFE CLUB I BEG YOU-

On days you both don't have to work or do anything, he will draw up a bath for the two of you to shower together while he hugs you and kisses your forehead. He isn't one to say "you are my everything" or "I love you" or "I'm crazy for you", instead he shows it and imprints his love for you in all his kisses and all his caresses.

Rika:

She wakes you up with kisses and smooches all over your face, saying I'm a sing-song voice to wake up! You have a very busy day today!!

She will dance around the room, and help you cook breakfast.

You both help each other while dressing yourselves, with her helping tie a ribbon or tie while you caress her hair, making her giggle.

On days you don't have to do anything, if it's too late she will wake you up by muzzling her nose against yours, and then you will both lay in bed talking about work or the RFA, or things you both want to do to change the world. Those days you will both make breakfast later than usual.

He will have some breakfast ready for you (and probably some elixir too, although he honestly doesn't want you to take as much -this guy, deep down really cares about you, he just shows it in very...uhm... strange ways.)

You will both eat together, with Unknown telling you your schedule for today and what evil plans you want to get done.

If not and you're both eating pescefullt then it will probably be cut short by the two of you having to go to work.

If there are days where you don't have to do anything, which...uhmm....is probably impossible, then he will keep you in bed with him for the whole morning, biting and kissing your neck, while pressing your bare body against his, not letting you go while whispering and teasing you.

Mornings are not....normal.

You almost never get to sleep, and are woken up by a very mad Saeran.

"Who said you could fully sleep huh?? Get up princess. I'm pretty bored today, so why don't we have some fun?"

Your days are filled with either screams or yells or insults from him, especially if he had had a bad day.

Although.... sometimes... sometimes he will come up to your room, when it's really early, and come to lay beside you in bed.

Those moments he will be quiet. He won't day anything.

Although...if you listen closely you can hear him...sobbing?

Those moments, you will quietly wrap your arms around him and rub his back, or caress his hair.

It's just...gosh it's been so hard....and he can't do anything about what is happening now.

-Overhaul: He’s probably going to wanna get rid of it to begin with. Like he really can’t see himself with anyone that has a quirk. Falling in love with you was the exception. I mean, he’s already outside of his comfort zone. He’s gotten to the point where he wants to touch you but his hives pops up because he’s irritated and unhappy with your quirk. He secretly thinks it’s very cute, but still an abomination in his eyes. He won’t force the serum on you, but he’ll annoy you until you take it. On the off chance that he actually lets you keep it then it won’t be for too long. You have about a month or 2 to make him fall for it, then maybe he’ll let you have the quirk. But you’ve only got a 4% chance at success for that.

-Chrono: Fuck you’re adorable. I mean really cute and he hates that you make him blush so easily. Like it must be a super power at this point. Hari is always secretly taking pics of you and setting them as his wallpaper to his phone. Hari also has a newer car so he sets them as the screen wallpaper in his car too. Plus he’s rather taken with the way you have cat characteristics and mannerisms too. He’s also talking about how you’re the cutest girl/boy/person in the entire world. He really brags about you like a LOT.

-Nemoto: He treats you like a gentleman should, and that doesn’t change. He’s a little more protective of you since you have an appearance altering quirk and he doesn’t want anyone to be rude to you about it. Like you may be cute to a lot of people but there are still awful people out there that think you might look weird as hell. Sometimes when you nap, Shin pokes and prods at your palms while mummering something about soft bean toes. He’s pretty soft with you. 10/10 husband material.

-Deidoro: Literally a bully when it comes to you, but don’t take it personally. He doesn’t hate you. It’s actually quite the opposite when it comes to you. I think he has a hard time telling you that he thinks you’re literally the most perfect person he’s ever met. Therefore it comes out in garbled messes when drunk, and teasing tones when sober. “Hey mittens, got you a bell to go around your neck.” Sometimes you ask him for a drink and he comes back with a bowl of milk. Other times He busts out the laser light just to see if you chase it. He may seem to give you a hard time, but he’d be nothing without you. As soon as he finds out the right way to tell you this, he’ll say it one day. Until then, just endure his teasing lol

-Mimic: No good with relationships, and even worse when they involve quirks like these, but Joi tries his best to make you happy. He’s the type to buy you a lot of cat related stuff in the hopes that it would make you happy. He has to admit you can be a handful sometimes so he kinda keeps an eye on you. He knows the danger comes from you at night time. This is when he learns the hard way when he rocks his legs under the cover. The sudden movement makes your pupils blow and you do a wiggle butt before a pounce, sinking your claws and teeth into the blanket and pushing through the fabric to his legs. That’s when he realized he’s dealing with a wild one 

-Pops: This is no issue to him. He’s taken care of so many stray cats in his young days. He treats you as such, but also doesn’t forget that you’re human as well. Pops is very soft and gentle with you. There are many times when he’s sitting on the back by the koi pond, gently petting you and stroking your tail. Sometimes he gives you a little scratch behind the ear because he knows you like it. Other times he might let you rub your cheek against his hand as you two relax well into the night and watch the moonlight together. 

-Setsuno: Oh my God he swears he’ll never fall in love again and that he should just break things off with you before they get too complicated. Then he sees you in bread-loaf position with your eyes closed happily as you purr, and he realized you have his entire damn heart in your hands (or paws). God his problem is that he falls in love too fast. He’s so whipped for people and super easy to manipulate and exploit. He keeps waiting on the hurt to come, but it never does. You continue to love him and treat him right, returning all the love that he gives to you back unto him. You are his whole world at this point (cat quirk or not) and he’s most definitely determined to marry your ass someday.

-Tabe: He’s not familiar with love the way you give it to him, but he’s willing to learn and try for you. Tabe is a pretty good partner actually, and he seems to get better along the way. He’s learning not just about your personality but your quirk as well, and how it may affect the relationship (or your life). He takes part in cat-like activities with you as well! That’s everything from petting the special spot behind your ears to wiggling a string toy so you can play with the ends of it. He secretly hopes you can eat cat food/treats along with normal human food too. It’ll be his excuse to try that without seeming weird.

-Hojo: For some odd reason he goes into full body-guard mode when it comes to you. It’s mainly because of your quirk that he becomes more protective over you than ever. He knows you might get distracted too easily and dart out in front of a car or something. Also what if someone tries to easily take advantage of you in a dark alleyway because they use a laser light to lead you there? He’s always worried about the worst things while you’re just vibing and sharpening your claws on the couch (which he told you not to do like a million times...uh oh...here he comes with the spray bottle and rolled up newspaper!!!). Although Hojo is protective, he still tries to calm down and give you space to survive as an adult without him hovering. 

-Katsukame: Flexible you say? Oh yeah, he’s bring that to the bedroom for sure. Anyway, aside from that he thinks you are the cutest little thing to exist (and yes you’re little because there’s no way you can add up to his height/size/weight. I mean, how could you not be cute with a quirk like that? You can get anything you want with that damn :3 face alone! Katsukame doesn’t admit to spoiling you but he does, believe me. Aside form treating you like a little baby, he takes advantage of that flexibility in the bedroom ;)

-Tengai: Very respectful regardless of your quirk or not. He loves you and wants to hold you to a certain level of respect that he thinks you deserve. He tries not to bring up your quirk a lot because he doesn’t want to run the mistake of hurting your feelings .Of course you don’t care about any of that! You’re currently too busy sniffing the lock box where Tengai hides all the catnip. Anyway, he really loves you and acknowledges your quirk while being respectful and loving of it at the same time!

-Rappa: First of all you get bombarded with cat related nicknames both inside and outside of the bedroom. On top of that, he’s going to wear that flexibility out and probably add a few new poses to the list. Besides all that, he loves you AND your quirk so he’s no doubt adamant on beating the brakes off ANYBODY that dare disrespect you or your quirk. He really is a sweetheart even though it may be hard to see under that brutish himbo energy.

As always, disclaimer: this is based on my own opinion so you are free to disagree or agree :)

I don’t think either bam or khun would be a better bf to their SO, I think they both have their strengths and weaknesses, like most couples will have.

Think I already mentioned what I think their love languages are already in another post but in case u forgot, I think Bam is quality time (main), words of affirmation and acts of service and khun as acts of service (main), combined with quality time and words of affirmation (yup i thought they’d both have similar things...i’ll explain myself)

Let’s go over them, shall we? (you can skip the love language part and jump to the line for the answer if you’ve already read it in my prev ask post/not interested)

Bam: Quality time because he really values the moments he spent with the friends he made in the tower and he appreciates each and every one of them (well, fuck rachel) but anyway, in my head bam just seems like the kind of person who would love quality time with the people he cares about <3 he’s said countless times how he would rather die than lose those that he cares about, and always rushes to protect everyone, so i think quality time would be his top one, and so as bam’s partner (ahem khun) just spending time with bam would make him happy :) and as for words of affirmation, I feel like bam would appreciate them a lot coming from those he loves (like khun!) if khun was like “I appreciate you” I bet bam would feel all warm and fuzzy inside and then say smth super cheesy back which would get khun to blush lmao; and finally acts of service cause bam kinda shows how he cares through saving everyone (like all the time) and yea Ifeel like he’d appreciate small things his partner does for him

Khun: I would guess that it would be acts of service, combined with quality time and words of affirmation, though I'm a bit iffy on words of affirmation because he does come from a family where he was forced to fight against other kids from his family where manipulation and deceit was probably very present. but I think he would really treasure real, genuine words of affirmation and would secretly like pet names even though he pretends to hate them (ahem only bam can call him those hehe). I think acts of service would still be the most prevalent, because that’s the main way that khun has shown his love/loyalty to bam, through actions that benefit bam etc… so I believe he would appreciate acts of service as well. I also think he would be the type of person to value actions more than words. For quality time, I think he’d enjoy having the attention of his SO and would just appreciate being able to spend time with them, small things like that.

knows what he wants and has a lot of ambitions and thus plans for the future well ahead of time with his partner

is always prepared for the worst scenario, has a lot of savings for him and his partner

takes no BS and will not be afraid to provide his partner with honest advice even if it hurts

Weaknesses: 

won’t admit he’s thoughtful/a tsundere (could go in both categories)

kind of uptight sometimes

[ i rly wanted to write smth for them that was short n quick n then i thought ‘oh bt what abt this small supporting cast’ and then it grew a lil but its still a short oneshot tho longer than intended.. anyway, heres kurosemi. no knowledge of to aru is necessary for comprehension. ]

“this plant smells good.”

semi knows exactly what plant kuroo is referring to, because it’s the only semblance of one in the quad. “what? that plant is fake.”

“oh?” kuroo pauses, bending down to sniff again, semi doesn’t know. “did you spray it with something or . . ?”

he stops writing when his hand jerks, a stray line of red ink stretching two centimeters farther than it should. his head snaps up away from the offending mistake so he can direct his anger in a glare at his research par- affiliate. “stop joking around!”

kuroo’s expression properly adjusts. the slant on his eyebrows is heavy -they’ve become so straight it would be possible to balance small objects on them. semi’s not entirely sure where the analogy comes from, or why he thinks it’s appropriate to the situation, but he doesn’t bother to take it back, even if he’s the only one hearing it.

anyway. kuroo deadpans. complete with a deep frown. he reaches a hand up to pluck one of the daisy’s petals, and it comes off easy, much to semi’s utter shock. “this,” he says, with as little inflection as possible, “is not plastic.”

semi devolves into panic, but it’s the first time kuroo has seen the plant, so a bit of explanation is necessary to garner any sympathy. unable to concentrate on anything else, semi moves the thick notebook he’s been scribbling in for the better part of an hour until it falls on the floor, half-buries his face into his ink-stained hands, and starts rambling just loudly and just coherently enough for kuroo to understand.

semi is a workaholic. his one-track mind is on his research. he can’t take care of anything but himself, and barely manages that at times. he’d acquired the house plant as a gag gift, because he couldn’t kill something that was fake. and, true to form, he’d had the daisies for five months without lifting a finger to their care.

five months.

but they were alive.

they were alive in perfect condition.

understandably, after hearing all this, he garners kuroo’s sympathy.

kuroo panics.

kuroo tetsurou is born in tokyo. academy city piques his interest, but he can’t see himself being a test subject. he works hard at school, and works hard at university, and only then does he apply for a graduate school inside the walls. purely for research. he is in no way a subject, nor does he desire to be.

semi eita is born in the northern tohoku region. academy city was constructed in the capital of the country before he was born. his interest was fleeting, but a chance encounter his third semester in undergrad changes that. he applies for a research position inside the special ward and is granted the transfer his fifth semester of undergrad. he is not interested in subjecting himself to strange drugs or practices, or in trying to raise his level at all. he’s not an esper.

and yet, somehow, he’s kept a small houseplant alive for five months with absolutely no conscious care. he thought it was fake, for crying out loud. the thing was only good for looking at, and that was only on particularly bad days.

semi eita is stressed.

“of course they found out,” kuroo grumbles, looking up to cast daichi a particularly scathing gaze. he reaches across the counter to wrestle the espresso from daichi’s fingers and downs the shot in one go. (the wrestling is not necessary, nor is it true; daichi had been handing him the shot to begin with; he simply took it with a minimum amount of nervous fumbling.) “i haven’t seen him all week.”

daichi retrieves the shot glass and holds on to it, reluctant to refill it. again. “won’t that hold up your research?”

“it already is,” kuroo admits. “not like it matters; not like they care. semi’s an important specimen. they’ll do what they want.”

“and what he wants?”

kuroo casts him another dull look and makes grabby-hands at the shot glass daichi has regrettably refilled. again. he passes it off.

“doesn’t matter much anymore,” kuroo mutters, chucking his shot right after. the words aren’t necessary to say aloud, and yet he does anyway, so daichi figures he must feel a particular sort of way about the whole thing.

“i don’t think it’s that bad,” yachi tells him, a couple weeks later. “sure, it can be intense, but it’s a lot of fun, too!” she smiles, sunny, as if contrasting kuroo’s deep-seated scowl. 

but here was the thing about yachi hitoka. she had been here the longest out of any of kuroo’s friends. she went to middle school here. she was level two. her esper powers were, to an average person, out-of-this-world impressive.

here was the thing about yachi hitoka. she’d grown up here. she was a success. she wanted it.

(kuroo thinks about semi, coming home to kuroo’s place instead of his own, eyes rimmed with red and hands shaking and teeth chattering, unable to fathom being alone in the dark and alone in his own thoughts and alone with all the shadows that could morph around him and alone to dwell in the negative emotions and painful memories and dreaded terrors of what was next, next, next-

semi, alone with the daisies to watch him from the corner.)

semi had kept a plant he thought was not real from dying, somehow. being an esper was not a dream of his. developing esper powers was not a desire. subjecting himself to what the city deemed necessary was in no way part of his plan when he showed up several years prior.

yachi hitoka started the power development curriculum at eleven.

semi eita was forced into it at twenty-four.

semi had kept a plant alive; some nights kuroo wished he had never mentioned it.

nine knocks come at rapid succession on his front door. kuroo knows this, climbing the stairs to said door, because only one person knocked like that these days.

also, because he had stopped near the top step to watch semi do it, surprised to see him there before kuroo himself, surprised at a lot of things and not surprised at all, all at once

semi is barefoot. today, he’s not breathing in odd intervals. his natural hair is more pronounced at the roots than the last time kuroo had seen him. he appears to be clean-shaven, unlike the last time kuroo had seen him. his eyes are wild, when he finally catches sight of kuroo behind him; his eyes fade to calm, when he finally catches sight of kuroo behind him.

he steps forward, bare feet loud on the floor, and kuroo has him wrapped in a hug before he’s even made it the rest of the way up the stairs. 

(he marvels at how, for just a brief moment, they stand at equal height)

semi never wants to talk about it. kuroo isn’t a therapist, and on some level, doesn’t think he can handle it. doesn’t think he can withstand the boy he loves breaking apart in front of him.

but sometimes semi writes. just as a release for his thoughts. to keep from having them pent up. and it helps, he tells kuroo.

sometimes kuroo reads them. sometimes, even rarer, he’ll read them all the way through.

it’s more of the same, usually. needles and strange drugs and pain pain pain that they insist will fade. electrodes and wires and brain experiments and nerve tests and practical experiments and live tests and plants and small animals and human cells and

semi collapses into kuroo and cries pathetic tears for someone suffering so much. kuroo feels helpless. all he can do is pull the boy he’s in love with close and whisper in his ear things he thinks are comforting. all he can think is that he has to be brave, for them both.

there’s not a name or classification for eita’s esper power.

eita. kuroo pauses on that thought. ah, i see.

kuroo runs his callused fingers through eita’s two-toned, choppy hair. he skims over fresh raises in the skin, tries not to tread too close to skull anymore. eita stiffens but relaxes quicker, burying his face more firmly in kuroo’s chest.

kuroo gets brave, bending close.

“eita,” he whispers. “you’re safe here. no one is taking you from me. you don’t have to grip so tight.”

eita’s grip grows slack, then tightens over the course of kuroo’s words, then releases entirely. he lifts his head, eyes huge and wet and fixed on kuroo and kuroo alone.

“eita,” kuroo says again, raising a hand to cup his face, run a thumb under dried tear tracks. 

eita bends closer, sucks in a breath, releases it against kuroo’s lips.

kuroo acquiesces.

“this is a dream,” semi mutters, glancing up from the results again. across the way, kuroo lifts his face from the microscope.

“this is dull.”

semi scoffs. “i meant overall. being here. doing this.” with you, he doesn’t say. “being here,” he says again.

“you’re running out of words.”

“hey.”

kuroo looks up again. semi has that look. the one that makes kuroo want to draw him close, call him ei-

“come over tonight. you haven’t seen my new place yet.”

kuroo hums, pretending to think it over. “got anything exciting?”

“no.” semi snorts. “i’m here all the time. no use in exciting. you’ll be the best thing there.”

the turn of phrase does something to kuroo’s heart that has him agreeing.

kuroo has never called eita eita. 

kuroo is an only child. the one other person he’s ever addressed by their first name is daichi. semi eita is semi eita. research partner. assistant. what have you.

but it brings eita comfort, in a world of suffering, to be called such.

so kuroo calls him eita, and some days he lies and says it will all go back to normal. some days he believes himself when he says everything will be okay.

the daisies sit, unblemished. fresh. alive and well.

eita festers in kuroo’s arms.

semi nudges him on the way there. “actually, i have a couple decorations. housewarming things. flowers.”

“oh! that does sound interesting.”

“don’t get your hopes up. it’s all plastic.”

i’ve kinda just been lurking for a while now and i’m absolutely obsessed with half truths and half lies as well as sadie hawkins dance!! i sometimes like to reread them 😳😳

i love that the reader in the former is a witch.....she and suna would make a powerful pair !! suna may have been going through it for much of the fic but vampire suna is an Extremely Hot Concept

AND I REALLY LOVED THE DIALOGUE IN SADIE HAWKINS DANCE especially between makki and oikawa! it was of course very humorous but it also felt easy and natural

AND YOUR DANCER SAKUSA POST NOT TOO LONG AGO AHHHHHHHH he already gives off such elegant and refined vibes, and i imagine he'd be so fluid and have great control over his body as a dancer (not to mention his flexibility!)

oh my god now i'm thinking of him having an s/o who’s also a dancer too THEY'D MAKE SUCH AN ICONIC COUPLE especially if they dance together like in these choreographies to (oh god hopefully these are the right links and they all work) sucker, all i wanna do, say you won't let go (1), say you won't let go (2), señorita, and rewrite the stars. if you ever do write something for dancer sakusa in the future i will be all over that i swear

there's also this choreo to finesse and it's always so enjoyable to watch!!! it makes me think of hinata, atsumu, and bokuto, they’d have so much fun doing it!!

with that you zoom up the stairs and to your next class

so he sits next to you surprise surprise 

and every time he’d tried to talk to you you’d ask the teacher a question, pretending not to hear him every time

at this point jeno got kinda annoyed but he just inhaled and exhaled, he could do this

when he was going to ask you something or flirt with you the bell rang

and you just start eating ignoring jeno because you don’t really know what to say?? like ok jsjf

but he just nervously laughs and decides he should just give up but like his pride man

he catches you looking at him and his situation laughing, i mean you were pretty amused by his situation but eventually you got bored and walked out of school and on your way to a cafe where you usually go to study

you don’t expect jeno to show up next to you out of breath, looking like a lost puppy

once you settle back down in your seat you offer a sip to jeno and he reluctantly takes the cup and sips the drink he’s surprised at how good it is tbh same 😔

so once he sets your drink back down next to you you look up at him expectantly

he simply nods and looks like he’s trying to solve all his life problems (me too bro)

you quirk your brows which jeno found REALLY CUTE LIKE REALLY REALLY CUTE HOW IS SOMEONE SO CUTE but shrug it off and go back to reviewing your notes while jeno contemplates the world’s exsistence

“so was that indirect kiss intentional or?”

you look up at him while you’re drinking your coffee with wide eyes but unlike jeno, you don’t choke you just set your drink calmly at least that’s what it looks like but inside you’re screaming 

“if we’re going to be talking and possiblly even dating for two weeks might as well become more friendly” you respond looking at him dead in the eye 

and at this moment jeno realized you had guts like bro no one he’s ever dated was that bold

and so he just smiles yknow that smile i’m sure you know that smile 

and so once you’re done studying and stuff idk you go back home and jeno offers to walk you home and you were like sure bc it’s not like he’ll take no for an answer

so the next day ! 

and on his way to school he thinks about all his life choices so far

and one of them is this heartthrob thing

is it really worth it? does he really want to continue committing to his goal i mean is the goal that important

so when he got to school he waited at your locker for a WHILE

so there’s this ice cream parlor that’s pretty close to your school and a lot of students go there so that’s why you’re not that surprised to see a bunch of familiar faces as you walk out of the parlor but you become aware of the fact that you are walking and holding hands with the lee jeno™ and so you kinda loosen your grip on jeno’s hand and look down at the ground

jeno notices this and immediately grabs your hand again, lightly squeezing it to reassure you everything is fine :)

and that’s when you hear it

“lee jeno got a new girlfriend already? guess i was too late” 

“don’t worry they probably won’t even last two weeks”

and then your mood drops even more :(((

believing him at that time may have been your worst mistake

scratch that, that was you’re worst mistake

so a week later everyone is surprised to see jeno pursuing a girl for that long yknow i don’t even know what this is anymore shfjls ok 

so when it’s revealed you are official the whole school starts placing bets to see how long yall would last and although you’re kinda :( you immediately go :) bc you remember jeno’s words and decide no one needs to believe yall would last only you two. yknow cliche and cheesy stuff like that bc love has you blinded sis 

and so when you finally get to your locker you see jeno,,,, followed by a bunch of girls begging to break up with you and get with them and he just smiles and nods 

cause that’s all the poor boy knows, smiling and nods and then he spots you and his face immediately lights up and you just give him a tight smile and a questioning look bc how are you gonna get to your locker with all these girls in the way

you don’t want to be rude or anything so you just try your best to push through the crowd

when you finally get to your locker jeno’s attention goes to you and what you start doing, ignoring all the girls trying to get his attention lmao

eventually the crowd thins out and you just look to him with a slight smirk

“the heartthrob title seems to follow you everywhere, huh?”

“i really wanna drop it for you, yknow”

“hmm i can tell” 

you both just share a knowing smile and it’s so cute omg uwu

and so time skip to like lunch and you’re sitting with your friends after you had an agreement with jeno to let you sit with your friends this time around and he just obeys like a little puppy jskj

“what did he tell you that has you so whipped?” your friend finally starts with a slight smirk 

and you’re just like hmm? and look up from your food 

you aren’t necessarily into love but neither are you heartless you get me?

so you explain to them what jeno said to you that day in the shortest way possible and they just look at each other

and finally one of your friends speak up

“you don’t believe him right? he says that to like every girl when they’re unsure if they want to get with him”

and you’re just like ‘oh’ and look at your food

you can’t believe you actually believed his words

you’re mad at jeno, sure but more mad at yourself for believing him so you just nod at your friends

as if to tell them you understood

“you think you can lie to me and just simply get away with it?” you look jeno dead in the eye and he’s just caught off guard by your words and your voice

jeno is left speechless, what did you mean? why are you suddenly acting like this? wasn’t everything fine last time you guys talked

you seeing his confused face you decide to explain furthermore

“that whole first and last speech was just something you recited to every girl, wasn’t it?” 

jeno doesn’t respond for a while and just looks at you, searching for what you’re feeling but it seems he can’t figure out what it is you’re thinking

you take his silence as him agreeing with your question

you scoff and decide you’ve had enough of lee jeno today and start walking home

you weren’t surprised when lee jeno didn’t follow you 

the next day at school you don’t see jeno at your locker and you just shrug it off 

when you open your locker an envelope falls out and you hesitantly pick it up

you open it and start reading it because your curiosity got the best of you

“Yeah. there’s no kissing during a hunt. You have a case to solve. Unbelievable! If the world relied on you, there’d be nobody left” you complained.

The pair left feeling ashamed.

“That was not nice” Dean commented.

“You’re one to talk".

“aegrota amore. aegrota amore” a red head and another girl dressed like you recited, while two men stood in front of them. 

“Y/n’s a hunter, not a witch” you told them.

“But what if she wasn’t?” the girl dressed like you asked.

“She’s doing something good. We cast the sick love spell on these demons to get information out of them and to make them steal the demon killing knife from Crowley” the girl dressed as Rowena informed you.

“I see” you raised your eyebrows.

“Now, go get us the knife, boys”.

“I don’t- Y/n doesn’t talk like that” you reminded.

“Maybe she does”.

“Good job, my love” The Rowena cosplayer kissed the You cosplayer.

“Of course you’re together. I should’ve figured” you shrugged.

“Why are there so many people dressed as you? Sam pouted.

“You’re asking the wrong person, Sam. If I can exchange places with you, believe me I would… wait, are you sad that you haven’t seen so many people dressed as you?”.

“Maybe”.

“Dude” Dean shook his head and you laughed.

“I’m gonna go search for the other yous. Let’s just hope I don’t find them with other mes”.

“Wait for me” Dean followed.

“Have you come to tease again?” you asked.

“Nope” he lied “I’m just loving seeing you ‘shipped’ with many different people. I haven’t even thought about most of them” he admitted.

“What do you mean by thought about most of them?”.

“Uhm, nothing”.

“Have you been pairing me up with people we know in your sick little mind?” you questioned.

“Of course not” he lied.

“Liar. Ew! That’s why your enjoying all of this. It’s like your fantasies about me are coming true”.

“Hey bitches” a Charlie cosplayer walked by you.

“Did she just?”.

“Yup” Dean chuckled.

“Is that a mirror in your jeans?” she flirted with you.

“Me and Charlie were best friends nothing happened between us” you informed you.

“Subtext” she shrugged.

“What?”.

“oh, I know this one. It means sex. You can’t spell subtext without s-e-x” he grinned, feeling very proud of himself for knowing that.

“Dean here gets it” the Charlie figure said and high fived him.

“Uhm, no. I’m not dealing with this. And I’m not even going to ask how you know that” you turned around and started walking away while Dean and the girl started talking.

“Ah, here you are! I’ve been searching for you two” Dean interrupted your conversation with Sam.

“Dean, just in time. We were just talking about you”.

“Really? What about?” he seemed happy.

“About what yours and Cas’ ‘ship’ name should be. What do you think? Destiel? Deastiel? DeanCas?” you and Sam laughed.

“Shut your face!”.

“Sam informed me how much you needed the name, for your dark fantasies” you smirked.

“I’m gonna kill you both. I hope it was worth it”.

“Oh, look! Here you are!” you told Sam, who was actually excited.

“What should we call it? Sastiel or Samstiel?” he asked.

“Hmm.. good question. Dean any suggestions?” you were enjoying this way too much.

“I’m just gonna ignore the both of you and maybe hook up with a girl pretending to be you” he flashed his eyebrows twice in tease.

“Don’t you dare!”.

By the end of the night, it turned out to be an spirit living in the house killing people, because they disturped their peace. You ended up needing the help of two cosplayers that happened to be dressed as you and Dean, while Sam was stuck inside.

You debated with them the whole time you were outside trying to get to the body, why you and Dean shouldn’t end up together and tried to prove to them that you’re the real you.

“So, I guess ghosts are real” the guy said. 

“Yeah, so is every other creature mentioned in Supernatural. And so are we. We’re the real Y/n and Dean”.

“Riiight, so what’s hell like? And how’s working with a demon like?” they questioned.

“Hell is hell” Dean replied.

“Working with a demon isn’t that bad. I mean there are ‘good demons’”.

“Sure” they nodded in disbelief.

“It’s nice working with you ‘real Y/n and Dean’. I’m Gary, this is Joana” he introduced.

“And with you” Dean shook his hand and gave him a friendly smile.

“The Dean I know wouldn’t let people insult him just like that” you told him once they left.

“Sweetheart, there’s no use talking to them. They’ll never believe us no matter what. Trust me, me and Sam, we tried this before. Never worked”.

“Well, it will work. I will personally see to that. Who wrote the book?”.

“Chuck, aka God”.

“So, we’ll go talk to him and make him sort this mess”.

“We have to find him first, which we’ve been trying for the past two years”.

“Oh, I’ll find him, alright!”.

“So, wanna talk about us?”.

“What?”.

“The ‘cosplay’. What do you really think about people pairing us up?.

“You simply can’t just put ice and fire together”.

“Well, Game of Thrones did”.

“Yeah? And look what happened. I don’t wanna end up like Khaleesi, Jon Snow”

“What about the chemistry and sexual tension we have?”.

“We don’t”.

“I asked you first”.

“Clever! Dean, in our line of work, relationships don’t last. They’re either a means to an end or a distraction and we can’t afford that”.

“Is that what you really think of us?”.

“It’s not what I think. It’s what I know from experi-” before you could finish the sentence, Dean’s lips were pressed against yours. Your eyes widened and you were shocked but within a few seconds you involuntarily closed your eyes and kissed him. When you realized what was happening you stopped and pushed him back.

“What was that for?” you asked.

“Tell me you don’t feel the same and I’ll never kiss you again”.

“Dean, I- I’d be lying if I said so, but it’s not the right moment. Maybe when we’re done hunting”.

“We’ll never be done with hunting. You know how this ends. With one of us dead. So, we should do something about us before it’s too late”.

“As long as you promise me that our private lives and our work lives would be separated”.

“I can work with that”.
