Okay context; Me and some of the fellas from HallowHome were talking about the possibility of aquatic vessels that live in the void sea and what adaptations they might have. This is Artem! They're part of a trio with @phantomgrape and @frolicinq as triplets that hatched from the same egg!

based on the "hidden mother" photography trend in the victorian era...i wanted to finish it for mother's day but life happened LOL it is what it is <3 i'm a bit sad i couldn't debut my van zieks mama design though 🥲 she looks severe but she's very loving. in contrast to yukari, she's actually an airhead lol (in a charming way...in a gap moe kind of way dare i say lmao)

i'm not entirely satisfied with her design aside from her hairstyle, i'm wondering if her dress should be a dark blue instead... it might be fun to add sewn-in roses above the ruffles to make it look a bit more "extra".

^ little scenario that brings me joy and whimsy. writing 'mum' the british way felt very odd though lmao

also, it's a running gag that she'll get stuck in doors and passageways because her hoop is too big haha (technically in the brothers' childhood the trend of large hoop skirts likely wasn't a trend yet, but tgaa's accuracy regarding historical fashion is all over the place so it's fine i guess LOL. or i could just say she's ahead of the trend since she's upper class)

I remember seeing a post about a sparkling just dropping from Vector Sigma on the surface to in front of some poor bot, and now they just have a life a look after. Made me immediately think about this happening to D-16 and Orion. Both of them just minding their business before a sparkling just drops in front of them, giggling all the way. To make it even more interesting, this little guy still has their t-cog glowing brightly from their chest. Now D and Orion are new dads to a cogged baby, and has to deal with whatever shenanigans comes with it.

what do y'all do when it comes to naming an oc? specifically, an oc that refuses to be named? you know they have a name, they know they have a name, but it's a secret they're keeping from you, which is completely unfair because *you made them* but they just stick their tongue out at you all annoying-like and then tell you their favorite flower. :/

Almost two months ago now, I noticed something odd while going through the MCSM skintones site. I had gone onto the site to grab the Warden's skintone for reference, but, out of curiosity, I decided to look at other characters within the Sunshine Institute section too. When I went into the Guards subsection, I noticed that Guard A seemed strangely familiar. I decided to grab them as well and placed them next to the Warden.

Then I realized why they seemed familiar - they were perfectly identical to the Warden!

I went to look in a video to verify and sure enough, there she was!

I use feminine pronouns for her because of her feminine voice. (Also side note: she has a lot more dialogue than other associates for some reason? It's a little weird, but very welcome to me.)

So, my (likely not canon headcanon) explanation for this girl?

My base headcanon is that she is the Warden's identical twin and one of them transitioned.

My sillier, yet sadder, headcanon is that she ended up here because Romeo mistook her for the Warden while he was on the surface and he sent her "back." He only realized his mistake when he went to the Institute himself to punish "the Warden." The real Warden reasonably freaked out at the sight of his sister and Romeo proceeded to refuse to put her back when the Warden begged him to. Eventually, they compromised and she became an associate.

As a final note to this post: in the intro of Episode 3, her model is used twice in a single scene. From what I know, there are only four models in her group so it isn't quite a surprise that this happened. Personally, I believe the guard that chases Jesse in the intro is NOT her, as the one in the tower speaks with her voice. Perhaps this is actually an identical triplet situation and Romeo messed up twice? How many times do we have to teach you this lesson, old man?!
