Vatre - An Art Thief and Bully Beware, full of evidence

Just wanted to share what a problem "defending the children" can be when said person can not stop attacking innocent parties. You might remember Vatre, a supposed 14 year old who has been stealing, bullying reselling and even trying to pretend to be me a few times. This is several months worth of evidence me and a series of friends have gathered against her. I'm posting this so people can see what happens when you let these "innocent little ones" run wild in a fandom with no consequences. I am also hoping other people can watch out for her, she is a lying, sneaky snake, she will use you and abuse you. There's an account however saying she is actually 25, so if that's true, it's even worse. Spread the word and keep an eye out for Vatre, she will never stop until enough people know of her. Here is a document with everything so far curtsy of my good friend, bless her soul for dealing with this little pest for so long to get this stuff.

     getting done in the factory so late, he was feeling the pain in his neck as he walked down the street. thankfully the lights were on so he didn’t feel so vulnerable. though he had a feeling if anyone tried anything he could take them--he just didn’t want to have to fight if he didn’t have to.

They're selling my comics, art, and characters that they never paid for. I worked for GHG from 2014-2015 and, from 2014-Feb 2015, everything was fine. I gave them art and they paid for it. Maybe late. But they paid. Then it was later. And later. And then not at all. I worked with them on good faith for a while. I was inexperienced and couldn't get industry work. At the time, I thought this was the best I could do. By Sept 2015, they hadn't paid me for anything after Feb of that year. Reassuring me that money was coming, if I could hang on a LITTLE longer. Beaupre threatened to tell animation industry leaders not to hire me. That it was my fault I wasn't getting paid because I wasn't patient enough. I spent six months producing art for them on good faith, until I could no longer live without being paid. After I stopped producing work, GHG and David Beaupre ghosted me. Today I find that they've posted the comics they never paid for. They're even making comics with the character that I created: Bandit. Another artist is producing new comics in my old style starring a character that I designed and named. I haven't spoken out about it because I've been afraid. I was told that I would have my name dragged through the mud in the industry if I spoke up about it. David Beaupre threatened my career constantly. I've also been embarrassed. Who lets someone take advantage of them for that long? But I shouldn't be embarrassed. They should be. Screw this company. Don't buy the NFTs of MY ART that they stole. Don't play the card game with my stolen art. And spread the word about these scummy, art-stealing, artist-threatening, greedy monsters. I posted it first, if you look back at the dates for when both of the pieces were made you will find that one of them had to be posted first. I also find that artists usually have a particular style, if you find someone who’s art style is just all over the place and didn’t slowly progress that is an art thief. I tend to look at the way the colors and the line art work. Also, if you water mark or sign a part of the picture where it is difficult to see, some times it might get overlooked or it can’t be erased without loosing a part of the picture. One of my favorite things to do is put my signature as an important part of the picture or something important in the background.

Question for all my fellow artist...

How are you able to post fanart and any art in general on social media sites or even just any type of site and only have a small signature and not fear that someone will take it from you?

Like I just finished a piece and my bf is telling me to watermark the whole thing that way no one steals it because it had happen before. But I am looking at it covered in watermarks and I feel like it's taking the piece away. I really don't know what to do...

It’s a mark of how exhausted he is that he accepts the redhead’s assistance without protest, gritting his teeth as gentle fingers probe the ugly gash that emerges from the tattered remnant of his sleeve;  the bleeding is steady but slow, and without the thief’s assistance there’s no way he’d get home without passing out.

“If you can help me get it tied up I should be able to manage the rest.”

There’s a first-aid kit that lives under his bathroom sink that’s always stocked for just this eventuality, after all- it’s just getting there that’s going to be a problem.

His main focus, though, isn’t on the pain in his arm- it isn’t even on trying to gauge where in the near vicinity Niwa must have stashed his latest prize while he cares for his enemy- but on the other boy himself, weary gaze raking across the familiar form in search of any wounds that mirror the one he carries. The bitter taste of guilt lies heavy as mercury in his mouth; he can’t believe how easily his control was broken, this time. He’d never meant to expose Niwa to such danger; he’d never have been able to forgive himself, if he’d been hurt.

“Niwa-... what about you? I know he- I-...”

“...You should see to yourself first, if you’re hurt. I’ll be fine.”
