commission from @/artpharos on twitter! he looks so serene and divine, so this is how kratos appears before the terminally ill kids or the really old elderly before they pass on. for kids he’ll play with them, read them stories, and ease all their earthly pains. for the elderly a lot of them just want someone to listen and that, he does. along with aiming to influence the reincarnation cycle to hopefully give the ‘died too soon’ kids a better life next go-round.

3.) favorite dual type

Ghost/Anything is good, because Ghost is the best type, but Ghost/Fire and Ghost/Dragon are both pretty choice! Fire/Dragon is also really good, too. It just makes sense.

32.) least favorite fire type

Magmortar is ugly as sin and didn't need to exist. It's yet another embarrassment in a long, embarrassing excuse for a regional 'dex. Incineroar also makes me feel really uncomfortable though, so that's a runner-up for the dubious honor of least favorite.

36.) least favorite water type

Bruxish. It's another one that is just so needlessly hideous. Like what happened here? Was there a contest to design the ugliest pokémon and this one won? I would believe it. Feebas looks like a beauty queen compared to the monstrosity that is Bruxish. :/

1. My take on their canon relationship: they’re kinda frustrating sometimes because their relationship has a lot of miscommunication and misunderstandings, but they also trust and care about each other so much and are so tender with each other. I love them.

2. Do I ship them: I’ve shipped them since Lan Wangji’s first appearance in episode 1 (and Wei Wuxian’s lovestruck expression when he saw him heheh)

3. Reasons why I do/don’t ship them: Well a big part is that a huge part of the show is about their relationship, so I can’t really imagine watching the whole thing without shipping it haha. But as for reasons why they appeal to me, mostly I like their complicity and all the sweet moments and how well they operate together.

4. Headcanon, if any: when Lan Wangji asserted that he was still Wei Wuxian’s confident/soulmate during the Phoenix Mountain hunt, Wei Wuxian would have opened up to him about his struggles if they hadn’t been interrupted at that very moment. And that would have led to most of the tragedies being averted bc let me have my fifty fix-it scenarios dammit XD

in case it wasn’t abundantly clear from right behind you........Sonia. 100% Sonia. pokemon really gave me a young woman with a hinted at (maybe just projected by me haha) inferiority complex, who is smart but seems so insecure and unsure about it, and just struggling to find a direction in life and uh, that hit different for me!! I love Sonia and they refuse to give me all the backstory and lore I demand so it’s time to make my own

R: Are there any writers (fanfic or otherwise) you consider an influence?

I’d consider just about everyone in the Lona fandom an influence, I’m continuously amazed by y’alls talent and love reading fics and thinking “ooh I’d like to incorporate something like that in my next fic” (like that tender piece you shared with us recently? please share that talent with me)

outside of fanfic, I grew up with Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett so I’d love to one day get on that level, and more recently I’ve fallen in love with Anne Carson and Shirley Jackson, their work truly taps into something so emotional that’s so hard to express without being cloying

U: A pairing you might like to write for, but haven’t tried yet.

I haven’t properly written something focused on Plumeria and Guzma and I’ve been meaning to for probably years now at this point, ahhh I would love to find the time and inspiration to write a proper little multichap for them, even something short, just let me spread my guzmeria propaganda

4. best ending of an anime you’ve watched: Even though it’s not the ending to the entire series, the ending to the first season of Made in Abyss is one of the most gorgeous, emotional, and fitting anime endings I’ve ever seen. It’s just.... ugh it’s so beautiful. ;_____; 3

5. worst ending of an anime you’ve watched: the ending to Children of the Whales, which is..... not an ending. Not even an attempt to act like it’s an ending even if nothing was going to be wrapped up/answered in one season, like most anime do if they don’t go the original route. It’s just.... stuff happens.... and then it cuts and ends. I don’t even know lol.

Sharla is sick, and curiously, she isn't the first one to notice, Dunban is. And it's not because she's pale, coughing, or complaining, but because she collapses halfway into Makna Forest and Dunban is the one who finds her.

Moon always thought she would never have to encounter an Ultra Beast ever again. Life has its unique ways of proving her wrong.

When Moon enters the small motel room in Route 8, she's beyond surprised at what she finds. The lady at the hall had told her that the room should be empty, yet she stumbles with Gladion and his chimera, sitting in a corner of the room.

When Moon told him earlier this morning that she would do anything he asked for, Gladion had expected a few things.

Hau considers himself a very basic man; he enjoys the little things in life, takes things slowly, breathes in the sunlight and relishes the silence.

"Maybe if we had brought the malasadas I suggested earlier we wouldn't be this hungry now."

The trip from her homeworld to the magic realm isn't as tiresome as one would believe.

Gladion once swore to himself that he would never get into problems, mostly because he doesn't have the patience to deal with people or comeuppances and he knows he'd end up messing up one way or another.

While Gladion knows he's traveled everywhere in Alola and he knows the region like the back of his palm, he also knows there are many places he's never visited.

Gladion has lived his whole life as a runaway pirate without knowing what despair is.

Hurried steps rush into Po Town and look around the rainy town.

Thoughts: I guess sometimes I go for the bold, introspective openers, and other times I just start off with dialogue because listen, sometimes you just wanna get to the meat of the fic. These days I usually try the quick approach unless some description is necessary for the pace of the scene - I guess that reflects here, too. But if one were to ask me to attach each line to a fic, I'd know less than half of them ghjfbndjmks I NEED MORE FLAVOR IN THOSE

39.) Favorite Grass-Type: 

I want to say either treecko or rowlet, because I’ve loved treecko since Gen III first came out (and also treecko is a little lizard, and I love lizards), and rowlet is a cute little owl and easily the best of the Alola starters. But when I read this prompt, the first one that popped into my head was whimsicott. And to tell you the truth, that happens a lot when people ask me about grass-types, so although I’ve never trained a whimsicott and I’m not sure I ever will train a whimsicott, I guess whimsicott needs to be at least one of the answers to this question. (At least it’s really cute.)

51.) Favorite Bug-Type:

Butterfree, but vivillion is a close second. They’re both pretty butterflies, but butterfree gets the edge because back when I was a young child and playing Red and Blue for the first time, my butterfree was the one that got me through Brock’s Gym. That butterfree and its Confusion attack were my saving graces, and butterfree continued to be a strong team member through the rest of the game. However, vivillion is very pretty and cute, and I love how they have so many different wing patterns depending on where they’re caught / raised, so vivillion also deserves a mention here.

55.) Favorite Ghost-Type:

Now this one is hard, because I love so many ghosts (in fact, ghost-type is my second favorite type!), but I’m going to have to give it to mimikyu. I love everything about mimikyu, including how my mimikyu, Lilith, slays absolutely everything in her path (she has vored and yeeted a kyogre before, and it was one of the most glorious things I have ever witnessed). Mimikyu’s lore, its design, its strengths and attacks . . . mimikyu is perfect in every way. So yeah, mimikyu wins out here.

But really, I love so many ghosts. So, so many ghosts.

favorite thing about them: Her resilience. She suffered so much, and nearly died so many times (let’s forget about that one scene in the game *cough*) but she never stopped fighting. She’s amazing.

least favorite thing about them: Her default costume. It’s so ugly, couldn’t they have given her something better T_T

favorite line: It’s not one line in particular, but just the way she snarks the others in Drama CDs is wonderful. It’s more in her tone than the words themselves tbh

brOTP: The Chimeriad. I honestly love her relationship with each of them, so it’s hard to choose.

OTP: I don’t really ship her with anyone.

nOTP: Not really completely NOTP level, but Alvin should stay away from her. I can see them striking up some sort of friendship after everything is said and done, but I think it’s better they don’t get back together.

random headcanon: she likes fairy tales and romance novels, but her favorite genre is actual murder mysteries.
