I really like some parts of it still, especially the hands and the fact that her magic book finally has a cover design. I also like how menacing the birdie is on the dark version, I would be terrified for sure, if I've met that thing at night, haha. But seeing the process again, I can appreciate the work I've put into this the more, since it can be so difficult to continue something when it just doesn't want to click.

Thanks to the timelapse, I also remember that at one point I wanted to add a ghost, but in the end I decided against it, mainly because I was struggling enough already xD Maybe next time.

And because I have an updated design for her - which is two months old -, I'm gonna share the process of that next :D

Even though this one was another struggle to finish - especially because of that stupid quarterstaff -, I'm over the moon how it turned out. Currently I'm using this outfit, but without the staff, since I don't have that yet. Probably never will, but I liked the aesthetic and it fitted well in her theme, which turns out to be bones and the Moon. (What a surprise.)

She is a dark elf in origin, but since she was blessed by the Moon, her skin is as fair as the Moon's surface, her hair is as dark as the night sky, making the curse on her elven heritage much less visible. (In this world dark elves were born because of a curse that fell upon their high elf ancestors, making them sensitive to light, shortening their lifespan.) She was basically chosen to serve the Moon itself and learn to be its priestess, but loosing her twin sister led to a quick and brutal downfall, becoming a necromancer instead in the hope to bring her sister back to life.

Here is the latest in my series of doing lesser known or little represented artwork on the chapter. This time the Angels Eradicant, and this is my first time doing beaky marines as well. Just wanted to do them with a nod to the old school marines. Hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think.
