Also, one thought has been plaguing me ever since I read ur au. How do you think would Bee loosing his voice look like? If it were to happen ofc. Like, obviously no decepticon would do that to him now, so would the Quintessons be the cause? would some rough playfighting result in a freak accident?

I bet Megs would be furious either way. That's *his* stupid kid right here! What do you mean he's silent now? Bumblebee's the opposite of silent.

I imagine if the factions were fighting all efforts would just *stop* on both sides as they try to save and/or help him.

Heeheehee, it wasn’t an accident! Of course Megatron will be furious about it, but the circumstances make difficult for him to retaliate. It’s a situation he kind of brought upon himself. Sure, he can beat the perpetrator and do his best to get Bee fixed, but in the end it was his actions that let things get this way.

Bee of course hates losing his voice box. At sublevel 50 he only had himself. Time passed by unnoticed, and it would’ve been easy to lose himself in the isolation. His voice was his best and most consistent comfort. Losing that… well it sure sucks. When Shockwave / whoever fixes him tells him it’s near unfixable, he tells them to do it anyway. Even if he has to talk in Morse code or sign language all his life, he NEEDS to be able to make noise

By the first week of his new “beep whistle woooo” voice box, Decepticons try not to comment on it because Megatron would fucking murder them if they did. By the end of the month it’s agreed by everyone that giving Bee the equipment needed to make the most wack ass sounds was the worst idea in recent history. Bee and Lazerbeak / Buzzsaw have a running joke where they make birds sounds at eachother and pretend it’s an actual conversation (they’re really just talking over comms)
