Y/n stepped carefully off of her bed. The room was dark. The only light was coming from outside the window. It was a clear night and a gentle breeze blew in. Y/n walked out of the dorm gingerly, jumping at the softest of noises. She flew down the stairs and across the common room.

She held the door of the common room, but didn't open it just yet. Instead, she grabbed a few cookies from the cookie jar (refilled daily by the house elves) and rushed out of the common room.

The corridor was cold. The night air stung her face and neck, but she reminded herself that she'll have Harry for warmth in a moment. She went straight, rounded a corner, checked for Filch's cat, and rushed down the steps. She hopped over the last two and went straight along the corridor. A few more steps, and she reached the Fat Lady's portrait. She was snoozing in the frame, and the canvas was slightly ajar.

Y/n looked in and, sure enough, Harry was sitting in the longer sofa by the fire. It was him who had opened the portrait to let her through. He turned around and smiled at her. She smiled back as she stepped in and closed the portrait behind her.  She tiptoed across the carpeted floor and sat next to Harry.

'Cookies?' She offered.

'Thanks', Harry mumbled as he took a cookie. 'I know why you're here', he said with a teasing smile.

'Shut', Y/n reprimanded. 'It's not my fault I'm scared of the dark'.

'You traversed a quarter of the castle alone, in the dark, to get here. Surely your roommates are enough to keep you company at night?'

'Well, they don't have fucked up sleep schedules. And I can't cuddle with them, can I?'

Harry just smiled and opened up an arm. Y/n took the invitation and leaned into it, nuzzling her head around his shoulder.

'I should be studying for my O.W.L.s, but here I am, consoling a child who's scared of the dark' Harry teased.

'I'm not a child', Y/n said.

Silence.

'Do you think we'll have to got to war against You-Know-Who?'

The question caught Harry off guard. He didn't mean to talk about this, especially not when he's supposed to be acting sweet and sappy. 'Don't think about it now, love', he said as he kissed the top of her head. 'Whatever happens will happen'.

'That's a surprisingly casual way of thinking about a war'.

Harry said nothing. Y/n shifted her head onto his chest. Harry put his hand in her hair, gently stroking it, and Y/n drifted off into a delicious slumber listening to the beating of his heart.

"Ello chap. Name's 'Arry. 'Arry Pottah. This is my wife, Megan Fox, uh, we have six children. Brian, Bekah, Brandon, Brando, Brandy, and Bailey. Um, we're here to buy a car- carriage, a carriage."

i love making fun of the english and all, and that we`ve gone from swooning over english accents to mocking them, but surely im not the only one who finds it awfully suspicious that we were swooning over the RP accent and are making fun of Cockney accents and Estuary accents. Like...? that makes me a little uncomfortable.

All was well. Except sometimes it was not. Harry Potter as traumatized as he could have possibly been is having nightmares everynight and though he was never good at Potions, Dreamless Sleep was his new addiction.

However, Harry had a new nightmare that night. Ginny was away for Quidditch practice and wasn't gonna be home until the next day, it was a few years after the war.

Harry was dreaming of a dark place. First he thought it was the cupboard then when a whisper came saying "haaaarrrrryyyy" he thought he was in the chamber of secrets listening to Voldemort speak in parseltongue. Although he was not good at distinguishing it, harry knew that wasn't snake's language and the voice wasn't Voldemort's even though quite rage came from it. He got up and started to follow the voice and suddenly he felt two hands pushing him by his shoulders in lots of objects like it was a wall and that's when it him right in the face (and hears):

"ARRY DID YERRRR PUT YER NAMEE IN THE GOBLET OF FIYAHHHHHH?????????????"

First Post (do people even do this???)

Why hello there and welcome to my blog. I wanted to create a “first post” thingy because there’s so much content that you’re about to see on this account if you choose to follow. First of all, I’ve been meaning to create a Tumblr account for a while (my friends have been nagging me) because I am in an INSANE amount of fandoms and I’m told that the best content is here.

So a couple basic things about me:

I draw! Recently, I started an art Instagram to showcase my work and several of the content on that account is from shitposts or incorrect quotes that I created. Feel free to contact me there or check out my art through my Instagram: @borschtisaukrainiansoup

I occasionally write and have published one (1) fic so far on Ao3. (It’s a Perwaine - Gwaine/Percival fic for my fellow Merlin fans). He only takes control of the body when the System is in danger, or when Marc and Steven go ‘Arry Pottah and Hairy Padder back and forth, and then he goes to a book shop after a mission and throws the book set across the room on purpose and goes back home

Will say that the Lego sections I peeped today weren't quite as thoroughly swamped with licensed themes as they were when I looked at some last year. Friends, Creator, City, and Ideas/adult audience sets took up about as much shelf space as Marvel/Star Wars/Minecraft/Jurassic World/Mario/'arry Pottah.
