Genuinely what was Ambessa's plan w Viktor because uh....I think he was pretty clear on his intentions in that sphere of his. She sees him turn one of his followers into a cunty gold white robot, then sees him do it to all the rest and supposedly some of her own army?
I mean I know part of her plot was that she was so blinded by grief + her own ego + own desires but for quiet possibly the smartest war general in the series who always had a plan and had a fear of mages she didn't pick up on the cues that something was "not right" with Viktor?
Orb! Viktor speaking through his robotic followers: "When I reach the Hexgates the anomaly under it will give me the power to complete my Glorious Evolution and everyone will be perfect."
Ambessa, who was too busy passing notes to a twink to pay attention to the 'dangers of eugenics' lesson in class: "Sure sure sure, whatever you say."

Bad trying to frame Tubbo as the spy is so funny. Because everyone who hangs out with him, especially the morning crew, knows he has like -6 in stealth. boi was like "imma be a spy", put on a suit, and then went in with his name tag on.

This is just a little thing, but I just can't get behind characterizations of Jason that talk about him thinking that "Robin makes me magic" was proof that he was like, this sweet little kid.
For one thing, the Jason Todd who says that is pre-crisis. The Jason Todd who says that was being written as Dick, just a little more reckless and inexperienced. For another, Jason said that for exactly the same reason all Robins say shit; to justify disobeying Bruce lol.
The line isn't the cute wish-fulfillment of a poor kid from the Narrows. It's evidence of a circus acrobat's belief in his own invincibility, offered as proof that he is tougher than Bruce thinks he is.

Not the news earlier in the UK just straight up showing Trump's supporters as they celebrate the fuckers from January 6th getting pardoned, not being critical once of what's going on and literally ending the segment on how Trump kept his promise to pardon them before moving on to discuss something else related to Trump, aka mom changed the channel by that point.

y'know my friend pointed it out once and it is kinda weird to me: why is mitsuo's boss theme (revelations: mitsuo/shin mitsuo tensei) in golden based on i'll face myself -battle- and not a new world fool (or a more generic boss theme like reach out to the truth)?? only party members' shadows and marie/kusumi-no-okami use that theme- i guess you could argue it's just the theme for shadows as a whole since mitsuo's the only non-party member whose shadow you fight (ignoring adachi technically being his shadow also-) but. weird choice i feel like-

it's something that fades in and out but i do think it's heinous how slavery was turned onto a legal punishment rather than fully irradicated and then usa gov facillitators keep coming up with ways to make citizens of colour criminals so they can profit off their labour in the system rather than within society
