basically i was just lying awake in bed one night and then my brain started thinking abt dramatic love confessions and then it came up w something i like to call the cliff scene which is basically just. a tragic dramatic insane love confession that happened at the worst possible moment bc these mfs have no sense of timing.

anyway i thought the concept of the scene was cool and i had other ocs at the time and i was trying to make the scene fit them but it just Was Not Working so i had to come up w something new - enter arjun and kahan. from the cliff scene they were born and they began developing as more fleshed out deeper characters bc i was constantly asking myself shit like “who are they? what are they to each other? what do they like/dislike? what are their personalities? how did they end up here?” and so on. anyway from there the entire world started changing and shifting so thank you cliff svene i would not be here w/o you <33
