Going to be fully honest, as someone that was raised catholic, being a drunk really isnt an offense big enough to warrant an excommunication, even back in the 1900's. O'pimm would have had to do something a bit more drastic to get himself excommunicated

I was raised Catholic too, and yeah the drunkenness was not the only reason. It is, however, the only reason that O’Pimm will GIVE if asked. One can say and do some crazy shit when drunk, after all… and especially if you’re as blasted as good ol’ Tinsley often was. Note: I’ve tried to be as historically accurate as possible when it comes to this series, but I’m no expert! So please forgive me for any mistakes!

Unlike other eras, The Dazzlings don’t have any biological children. As you can imagine, this was another reason for them to be as toxic and morbid as they can be 😂

This is one of Adagio’s favorite time eras, with all the riches and control that she can possibly have. Also, with none of them having children, the weight of responsibility isn’t a key issue for any of them in this point of time.

They managed to collect a lot of gold and fortune around this time, confirming that the Dazzlings are actually rich and have a secret location where they keep their gold.

This era is one of the few eras where they’ve gotten good amount of negative energy, especially Adagio.

The Dazzlings use their magic to enchant people into thinking they were queens.

This era is one of their more “top prime” ones, where they were more cunning, cruel and manipulative.

They had slaves.

Something's off with Leslie, and Rob can tell. He's not sure of the specifics—hell, he's not even close—but it's clear she isn't herself. The sharp wit, the creative spark, the things that made her such an intriguing collaborator—all of it seems to be dimming, leaving behind someone he barely recognizes: A pretty face with nothing much going on upstairs, and the industry already has more than enough of those.

So, when he gets a call from an unknown number explaining what's happened, he's floored, shocked, relieved, and trying not to think too hard about the logistics of body swapping (assuming that's even a thing). Still, he'd tested her with questions only the real Leslie would know, and she'd passed with flying colors.

By the end of the call, he's made a promise: He'll take advantage of the long weekend coming up and make his way to Virginia.

They agree that they'll meet at a café downtown, somewhere neutral, the day he arrives. Getting there first, Rob orders himself a drink and tries not to overthink what he's getting himself into.

When she arrives, it's… surreal. The girl standing before him looks a lot like Leslie, but not quite. Different enough to set his nerves on edge.

But then she speaks, and her attitude sells it immediately.

"I have—so many questions."

Post hyperfixation clarity is crazy cuz I'm only realizing now how Bad the character relationships in Detective Conan are. There's only so few crumbs actually showcasing how much the other characters care about one another meanwhile the grits teeth "romance" is somehow so heavily focused on.
