I'm sorry if you've gotten this kind of info already, but one of the points you used in that video about Burntrap/Glitchtrap being Afton was him saying "I always come back," which you claim is something the Mimic wouldn't know, but it did know that. Fnaf 6 is shown to be a game in universe just like the rest of them.
Glitchtrap is likely a different branch of the Mimic1 code specifically designated for copying William long term.
There's also a line in Special Delivery. Luis says that Vanessa searched up "How to induce compliance in human subjects" which not only implies that what's possessing her isn't human in any way, but it's something that William would never need to do given that he's a master manipulator.
As for the memory plushies, those likely either come from the Mimic giving you the data it got about them from the VR game, or it's Glitchtrap giving you your own memories that you lost to place you in a vulnerable position given that those memories are likely traumatic ones.
We saw how Afton died anyway, his Agony and Remnant was cleansed by the Puppet in Fazbear's Fright's. There would be nothing left to bring him back. The Princess is going after the monster copying the murderer, not the murderer himself.
Also I'm like 90% sure that the devs of Security Breach thought that Burntrap was supposed to be Afton. I recall Baz saying once when he met Scott at the fnaf movie set that there was a miscommunication involving one of the games endings.
Sorry if this is a mess. Just thought all this was worth pointing out. Have a good one.
The video for those interested:
youtube
I don't think that Mimic was plugged into Pizzeria Simulator like it theoretically would have been into Help Wanted. It's possible I guess, but I still think it doesn't make sense for it to latch onto that line, or know what William heard in UCN.
When would that designation have been made and by whom? It wouldn't have been for Help Wanted based on Tape Girl's descriptions nor Mr. Burrows's.
Technically there are other things you can try to induce compliance in. A dog or other pet for example. "Human subjects" just specifies the search. Not to mention, it wouldn't necessarily be literally Glitchtrap doing the searching. Vanessa was talking to computers in AR, and we hear her talking to Glitchtrap in the og HW. He manipulated her mind to make her listen to him, but I think that was more Vanessa looking something up in order to do what Glitchtrap asked her to.
The unused lines specifically refer to the memories as belonging to "it", not the player, so I doubt that would be the case, and where in the VR game would it have specifically gotten the data for all 5 MCI kids and Charlie? Why would they be called its memories if they weren't actually Glitchtrap's memories. Who's code remains if the "his code" isn't William's?
If you're referring to William getting dumped in the lake at the end of the Frights epilogues, there are quite a few reasons I think Frights and Stitchline are a separate continuity from the game timeline. Why would the Princess be around to find out about a copycat and care? He's not the one who she's mad at in that case.
I personally recall a misquote/misattribution of some sort that spread around on that topic. I'll need the timestamped video to confirm that preferably, but in any case, I highly doubt Scott didn't even glance at Burntrap's design before release to notice that something was wrong, and as I mentioned in my video, if Steel Wool was trying to correct things and connect the Mimic to Burntrap, they would have at least made the two have more visual connection than a hand that isn't even actually identical and was already reused from a nightmare animatronic.
While I see where you're coming from, I don't think any of those points negate the evidence I have in the video that you didn't address, though the video was long so I understand why you wouldn't bring it all up. Either way though, I personally think it makes a lot more sense from both an evidence, narrative, and storytelling perspective for Burntrap to be William. Totally cool if you believe differently though! I hope you have a good day as well :D

Moon’s Eyes in the Vanny Ending of Help Wanted 2 + Other Thoughts
I’ve been watching Dawko’s playthrough of Help Wanted 2 lately, as I don’t have a VR headset, so I can’t actually play the game myself. Today, I watched his video showing the Vanny ending after you get the Bonnie mask in Princess Quest 4, and I noticed an odd detail that I haven’t heard anyone else bring up yet. When you get the Vanny ending normally, Moon has black pupils. But if you get the ending after getting the Bonnie mask, Moon has red eyes like he usually does in Security Breach. That’s gotta mean something, right?
I’m still conflicted on what this ending means. It seems pretty straightforward on the surface, that Vanny is crushing Glitchtrap and freeing herself from his control. (Glitchtrap even reacts in fear when she does this.) But then other people theorize that this is Vanny taking Glitchtrap’s place as the new villain, I think? I must admit I’m a bit confused, as I thought Vanny was just Vanessa brainwashed by Glitchtrap. So Vanessa getting revenge on Glitchtrap makes more sense than her wanting to get rid of him and continue on his work without him.
Yeah, clearly I’m a bit confused by FNAF lore (aren’t we all), so I’m sure I have some details wrong. I don’t totally even understand Glitchtrap’s goals or, by extension, Vanny’s. I thought Vanny probably killed 9 kids before the events of Security Breach. What was her motivation for this? Is she killing kids just because Glitchtrap wants her to? Is there a greater purpose? I know that Sister Location had all this confusing lore relating to Afton creating the Funtime animatronics to kill kids because of his weird experiments with remnant or whatever. Because he wanted to revive his dead son. (Honestly, I really struggle to follow the lore anymore. When I’m sitting through another FNAF-related episode of Game Theory, I’m typically so confused.)
If Vanny is gathering kids for the same purpose that the Funtimes were basically built for, why would she wish to continue on with Afton’s work independently of him? Then again, I know that the theory now is that Glitchtrap is related to the Mimic. Which just makes things even more confusing. So…what’s the Mimic’s goals, then? Other people theorize that Vanny’s goal is to get Glitchtrap an actual body. Again, what would her goal be with Glitchtrap gone?
Anyway, I’m very torn on which theory is more correct concerning the Vanny ending of HW2. I’d really like it to be representing Vanny freeing herself from Glitchtrap’s control and getting vengeance on him and that this is part of Vanessa’s plan to help Gregory get rid of the Mimic. But that doesn’t mean my favorite interpretation is right. Though I do believe it’s more straightforward and less confusing.
As for Moon’s role in all this, if my preferred theory is correct, does that mean that Moon has joined Vanessa and Gregory in defeating the Mimic? Why? Does Moon’s presence in the claw machine even directly correlate to Moon or is he representative of something else? (One theory said Moon represented Gregory, though I’m unsure about this.) If any animatronic is working with Gregory and Vanessa, I’d think it would be Freddy.
On the other hand, if Vanny is simply destroying Glitchtrap and taking on the role of the new main villain, why is Moon helping her? Is he doing so willingly or because he’s infected by a virus like many of us assumed? Because if he’s not infected and is serving Vanny willingly, what is his motivation? I see no reason why he’d want to willingly join this evil woman’s cause?
Again, there must be some important reason why Moon’s eyes are red in one ending and have black pupils in another. Red pupils implies a virus and black implies no virus. But aside from changing whether or not Moon is a willing participant in all this, I’m unsure what other significance there could be.
It is interesting that we seem to have confirmation that Moon has a special role to play in Vanny’s plans. Many of us, including myself, believed this. There was always something off about him. Based on that note about a kid being unable to sleep in the dark after spending time in the Daycare, clearly Moon (and possibly Sun, as the kid wet the bed with the lights on) was scaring kids before the events of SB, even though I don’t think the Glamrocks got infected by the virus until shortly before the game’s events.
Furthermore, even Freddy seemed afraid of Moon. While he had a hard time accepting that his friends would attack Gregory, he had a much easier time believing that Moon was dangerous, stating that Moon WILL find Gregory if he’s not careful. He also referred to Moon as “it”, which I thought was odd. Even in Ruin, Sun/Moon are called “it” rather than “he”. (HW2 is the first time I can remember either of them being referred to as “he”, and that’s by Sun himself when he says about Moon, “He’ll wake up”.)
Anyway, obviously Moon was acting weird before the events of SB. I know the books say that Sun and Moon were originally a theater robot, with Moon being the villain of their show, and Moon was never intended to be a part of the Daycare at all. But…
1: With all the merch and other artwork for both of them (including large statues outside the Daycare entrance and inside the gift shop), it seems Moon was definitely intended to be taking care of the kids alongside Sun.
2: Cassie’s comments about the Sun and Moon plushies in Ruin imply she had fun playing with Sun during the day and found Moon to be a comforting presence at night.
3: It would just be odd if Moon was not reprogrammed from his villain role at all. I don’t believe that part of his act was telling kids to go to sleep.
What all this means is…Moon clearly was meant to work in the Daycare and oversee naptime, and Sun and Moon were once good at their jobs or else Cassie wouldn’t have had fond memories of them. So something clearly happened to cause them to start scaring the kids. And Freddy, apparently.
I must admit that I’m rather biased against the idea of Moon being evil and serving Vanny willingly. But I also think there’s a lot of evidence to support my idea that Moon didn’t voluntarily assist an evil woman in killing kids. He seems to have had a more gentle nature when Cassie knew him, and again, there is zero motivation for this robot to help this murdering rabbit lady or whatever the heck Glitchtrap is in whatever the heck their evil plan is.
That’s why my theory was always that Moon was infected by the virus earlier than the other robots. Maybe as a test subject. And he was probably chosen because his weird behavior would be less noticeable than that of the Glamrocks, who are the main stars of the Pizzaplex.
Mini Generator Rant: I mean, clearly the staff did notice an issue and put in those generators. Which are horribly ineffective because the lights still go out every hour. On the hour. Even in the Daycare. Even after you turn the generators on. And honestly, what’s the point of generators that don’t start up automatically when the lights go out? What, so the kids are responsible for crawling into the play structures and turning them on? All five of them? Which are required to light up one room? It’s just bonkers, I say! Bonkers!
Some final thoughts…I have mixed feelings about the implications of HW2’s endings. While many of us already believed that Moon was working with Vanny, I guess I’m not the biggest fan of having direct confirmation. I kinda preferred it when this was left open to interpretation. That’s how I prefer most of my mysteries, really. I also just hope they don’t confirm that Moon is actually evil. Because I like Moon, and I’d prefer it if his evil side is due to a virus and not because that’s his true nature. Plus, I just dislike Vanny, so I’m, naturally, not too fond about one of my favorite characters teaming up willingly with one of my least favorites.
Anyway, those are my lengthy thoughts. Long story short, I’m just curious if anyone else noticed the difference in Moon’s eyes in these two endings and what that might mean.

hey guys! I’m going for another ramble about fnaf so it’s probably just gonna be me switching topics? This will mainly be a GGY/Patient 46 ramble or beliefs
Or just me trying to cover Gregory’s possible backstories
So you know how Gregory is patient 46. And he leads his therapists to the pizzaplex(as it says in GGY tales from the pizzaplex.) to kill them?
I was thinking about how would he even kill them? I mean he’s short. And a child. I’m not saying he’s weak but what would you do if you see a kid walking around with a knife. (Wouldn’t be the best disguise after-all. Him being a kid just makes the disguise perfect.) Maybe he used Vanny’s method or something?
I’m talking about this scene right here. Where she says “dissemble freddy.” And as in the ending where Gregory dissembles Vanny, we know it can harm humans too. Plus, one of the four therapists mentions how one of Gregory’s councilors was found dead.
She mentioned that the body was messed up by machinery, as we see later on in that scene, Vanny gets torn apart by the janitor robots
Since he is a hacker AND a child, it kinda makes sense. I mean, being a child and stabbing a lady with a knife? She would probably have time to run away before i could even stab her again. Plus, in the book he uses an play pass that was hacked into a security pass or something. That’s how he was even able to get in to drag those therapists to their death.
Also, Tony mentions Freddy’s strange behavior in the book. I was thinking about how Freddy wasn’t affected by the virus. Maybe it’s because he was programmed to protect Gregory from any people who might be onto him?
There’s also the part of how Gregory broke out of control (Many people believe it’s the balloon boy game.)
I also thought about why the virus needs gregory anyways? Maybe it’s because he has a resemblance to C.C Afton. Hence the “Let me bring you back to your family” Chica quote?
Also, in the therapists tapes, one of the therapists mentions and inkblot test and gregory takes it. It talks about how it reminds him of a mask.
And the therapists mentions a disguise, and how he likes the idea of running around and being invisible. Which is true, no one would suspect a child murderer. (I was in denial when he was revealed as patient 46.)
There’s also the tape where another therapist mentions Gregory’s childhood. So we know he MIGHT be an orphan but, the therapist did mention him having a good childhood that Greg lied about.
There’s also the fact that he PROBABLY erased his parent records(got this part where Vanessa mentions him) And how (we know he has been to the pizzaplex before but Freddy doesn’t recognize Gregory in the guest list.)
And here’s Vanessa talking about the records
His backstory and background is interesting to me, is he an orphan? Or did that virus made him kill his parents? I find it weird.
There’s also the fact where in the story that “Rab” changed is, “GGY was the wizard’s favorite apprentice” It makes me wonder, did the virus get overprotective or something ☠️ and made him kill his parents?
where i found the line from (Tales from the Pizzaplex: The Boddiedots Conclusion Pg. 64)
It also mentions him having control over the animatronics too. (More proof of my fact of him using the animatronics instead of doing the killing himself.)
Then there’s also the part where Tony explains how “Rab” looked like a child. His shortness helped with that too(No fr he was twelve how short is he ☠️) Most of the girls thought he looked cute due to his appearance. (They mean he looks adorable)
Which this is something i find funny since apparently “Ggy” takes two year in the past before the whole Security breach? (Which makes him 14? SHORT☠️‼️) STILL NOT SURE IF THIS IS TRUE BTW..
And there’s also the fact that when Cassie gets killed by freddy, the way how she dies is getting shoved into his stomach hatch(LITERALLY HOW SHORT IS HE)
I also believe he doesn’t remember anything? He just has the natural instinct to run from Vanny/Vanessa. And he also struggles to remember his name.
Then there’s that instinct of not trusting Vanessa since he just knows something is up with her
Other then that, that’s basically all I have for today I would love to explain more but, i’m tired💪
But my main idea on who he us is that maybe the glitch trap virus saw C.C in him? And decided “This is my son now because im grieving my family. ☠️” And then made the boy orphaned and decided “mm yes my favorite disguise”
Have a good day yall😭

hey, same anon from earlier here. Idk if you’ve thought of it but, do you have any thoughts about a fnafsb ruin rewrite? I like hearing your rewrite thoughts btw :] I think your ideas are very neat
i dont have any thoughts about a ruin rewrite exactly, but i do have ones for just the base game! so ill. share that here ^_^ sorry if youve alr seen me ramble about this specifically but its more simplified and straight to the point than my previous posts ab it anyways
my copycat killer vanny au is less of an AU and more of a "what if steel wool . didnt. do that: a collection of ideas" and so SB being different is a big big portion of it
First off, lore wise, I'd completely remove william. as much as i love him, im tired of his corpse being dragged around much like everyone else. This means no glitchtrap. Fnaf VR would be non-canon, and purely just be a compilation of games and have ZERO story implications. so it'd go straight from ucn+ffps -> security breach. the pizzaplex would exist because of the fazbear ent franchise package (the same one michael got in FFPS)
Vanny would be a true-crime obsessed freak failwoman who gets a little bit too invested in the missing childrens incident and mr afton as a result. she is homocidal. and unwell. after months (possibly years or more) of being obsessed with william and the murders, she sees that the pizzaplex is hiring, and takes her chance!
In one of the SB endings you can see that theres multiple already missing children listed in a newspaper. I'm sure you can see where im going with this
So. Security breach. My first course of action would be to solve the glamrock issue-If theres no glitchtrap, theres no reason to be aggressive. my solution to this is making it so they have a night mode where they try and find any patrons still in the building after closing time and alert the security guard ((think of all the vloggers posting WE STAYED OVERNIGHT IN THE PIZZAPLEX!?!?!?! (WE ALMOST GOT CAUGHT) videos)). this is bad because the security guard is vanessa
I think for the beginning of the game, we have gregory being caught by her straightaway. he would be upset, but not have a reason to really fear her; afterall, shes just some nightguard. she can take care of him and make sure hes safe, right? lure him into a false sense of security. i want her to bring him to a room (perhaps the vanny hideout in sb), say she has to leave and that she'll be right back. from here, the lights will go out (she shut them off + put on her little murder getup + disabled the security cameras). Now, going back to the missing kids, i like to imagine shes a bit of a freak and hasnt stuffed any of the bodies into the suits yet because she wants to wait until she has enough victims and then do it all at once. Gregory will either see blood or smell a corpse in the vanny hideout, and manage to escape through a vent. from here, the game will take place in the dark. vanny will peek around corners and from railings, always watching you but never quite catching up except for some chase sequences because she likes toying with her prey [which will eventually be her downfall]. You try to avoid her and the animatronics.
Glamrock freddy is a problem. I dont want the glamrocks to be as sentient as they currently are, so i think making them be a sort of shitty chatgpt AI would work wonderfully. It means that glamfred could be very, very, very unhelpful at times, and would leave room for uncanny interactions as well as funny ones, which fnaf is sort of known for. the funnies. the sillies. the jokes. the "dont poop on the floor"s. He would be programmed to protect children above all else, however, so he isn't in night mode like the others are.
In security breach, theres a really fucking good cut plotline about glamrock freddy. After getting all of his upgrades, when vanny disassembles him, he turns against gregory, and becomes an antagonist. i cannot stress enough that this USED TO BE IN THE GAME. we have lines of gregory crying and shit. i would 100% keep this in the SB rewrite. its at this point he would shift into night mode instead of just succumbing to the mind control stuff like before. thatd happen either about 2/3rds of the way through or halfway, with a few stretches of time where freddy either isnt cooperating or is unavailable like in the OG game beforehand
outside of that, i would make the pizzaplex smaller, grimier, and dingier. not the same levels as fnaf 1 of course, but the only super clean areas would be like. the atrium and dining areas. fazbear ent is neglectful and unsafe, the vents and rooms patrons dont go into typically arent gonna be super clean. the kitchens probably only get cleaned when they know a health inspector is coming. lets be real
id also love a heavier focus on liminal space sort of enviornments in the pizzaplex. its an empty 80s themed mall! its the perfect setting for it! they kinda sorta did it in the daycare, but didnt fully commit, and id LOOOVE more areas like that, because in the dark theyd be 100000x more unsettling. the only lighting would be very dim neon lighting for ambience and a flashlight i imagine, maybe one on gregorys fazwatch
i dont have a lot of plot points rounded out overall, just some concepts id throw in there, and i especially dont have an ending planned out. ive never been too big on the sci-fi elements fnaf took on around SL and the release of the books (been a fan the whole 9 years!), so trying to figure out an ending that would lean into ruin and making ruin....not like that . would be a whole. Task. a fun task, but a task nonetheless. i do like ruin quite a bit unlike SB, but it wouldnt mesh well with everything else i have going on here and would be bit out of left field i thinks
#fnaf#fnaf au#fnaf security breach#fnaf sb au#cckau#idk what id do about the mimic. i dont like the mimic for a lot of reasons but i also do like the mimic

Could we get descriptions of the human characters, any original designs, and any differences the animatronics have from canon designs in Home and when any appearances may have changed throughout the story? I wanna draw some events from the books but I'm kinda blind to character descriptions in stories unfortunately.
Sure thing!
Mike stands about average height and is of athletic build. Like, not ripped, but he runs regularly and stays in shape almost getting himself killed all the time. He has sharp, blue eyes and black hair that's usually styled to look a little unkept. He has a mild tanned skin tone.
Jeremy stands slightly shorter than Mike and also has blue eyes, and almost always is seen wearing his glasses. His hair is blond and goes to about his neck. He has a pale skin tone and his features are a bit more softer.
Fritz stands a couple inches taller than Mike and Jeremy. He has brunette hair that's kept short, brown eyes, and usually keeps some stubble on his chin. He has a darker skin tone from Mike- I suppose dark tan is sort of the best way to describe it. Mature but friendly features. Dips from having "worked all night" rings under his eyes to a "slept fine" lack of them, and back and forth.
Natalie looks pretty much exactly like Vanessa. I don't know how that ended up happening, but it did. 👀
Initially, Scott's physical description was kept majorly up to interpretation for the reader, but since then he's sort of turned into a brunette with hazel eyes. He has visible but faded scars on his cheeks and across his body from his accident. He lost his lower right leg and wears a prosthetic, though is usually covered by his pants. He frequently wears cardigans and sweaters, slacks, comfortable and soft clothing. He wears glasses when he works and reads, but doesn't require them elsewise.
When CGHA began, Scott looked especially weary and was taking poor care of himself. Living as a recluse and showing such by usually existing in a bathrobe and staying unkept. By the time of GHIAB, Scott is consistently cleaned up and looks healthier.
Louise stands a little taller than Natalie, usually because she wears heels. She has a soft, heart-shaped face and slender but curvy build. Though initially introduced with brown hair, she dyed it red during Halloween and has kept it that way since. She tends to wear skirts and dresses with matching nails and makeup.
Tabitha is a middle aged woman with short brown hair and is frequently seen with a 'I'm done with this world' look on her face. She has a heart-shaped face that matches Louise's, but not as youthful or full.
Chrissy has wavy or semi-curled blond hair and big blue eyes. If that sounds similar to Susie from Pizzeria Simulator, that was in fact another Natalie-Vanessa situation. XD Though Chrissy's hair is not nearly as curled and is more naturally tussled.
All of Charlie's friends stick pretty close to their graphic novel versions.
Gregory looks the same as in Security Breach and while Cassie hasn't appeared yet (in case you're curious), she will have her cutout design.
Ness is a pale woman with shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes. She has body proportions very similar to that woman who's been running around in a bunny suit, which is probably a coincidence.
Okay, now with the major humans out of the way, onto the animatronic changes!
Marionette looks a lot like canon Mari. The only difference is that his neck is a little shorter- though later versions of the Puppet shortened the neck anyways. XD
Foxy looks relatively similar to Fnaf 1/Fnaf AR Foxy. The only difference being that as of the middle of CGHA, Foxy was repaired. He no longer has a tear in his chest and now has fabric over his hand, but still has his hook. Foxy has fabric lower legs and feet that he wears during showtime, but he takes them off when he's not on the clock. His shorts have been repaired and during work hours he can be seen wearing a green pirate coat (the pirate coat from Captain Foxy's Dark Ride in Help Wanted).
Security Puppet Charlie looks a little softer than Pizzeria Simulator Security Puppet. Originally she was supposed to just be that same one, but I keep imagining her with a head and face that's a little close to Mari's in shape, though still with the rounder eyes. The cuteification of Charlie.
Baby originally looked like Scrap Baby, but over the course of AFLH she was repaired. Having plates replaced and repainted to look more like a complete version of Scrap Baby. In GHIAB, Baby took down her pigtail wires and changed them into a low ponytail (to regain her own identity) and then began to wear a small hat. The hat is a refurbished Freddy had, covered in red crushed velveteen with an orange band and a feather, and is a gift from Scott.
Ennard originally looked very much like normal Ennard, though a little more put together. His hands resemble the ones from Ennard's Help Wanted cutout picture instead of the knotted wires like in Sister Location. At the end of AFLH, Ennard got shot in his right eye and had to replace it with a yellow one, with his left remaining blue.
As of GHIAB, Ennard was gifted a technician suit styled to look like a clown costume. Because I'm feeling lazy, here's the exact design from the chapter-
"It looked like the coat a ringleader would wear, though green in color and without coattails. Golden colored buttons lined two rows in the front, with a zipper hidden under an edge of fabric between them. The collar was a deeper, emerald color and edged with sequins that matched the buttons. The sleeve's cuffs matches the collar, but with an edge of a white frill lining it.
The pants had one leg green and the other yellow and were made out of a slightly stretchier material, but otherwise looked like normal pants. There were a pair of new work gloves and boots in the bottom. These were relatively simple compared to everything else, just forest green to somewhat match the theme of the rest. There was a velveteen red ribbon in the bottom, likely to be tied in a bow."
Balloon Boy is in the Little Joe body from Sister Location instead of his old BB body due to concept unification.
Springtrap looks a little less deteriorated than he did in Fnaf 3 because of the time difference.
The last notable animatronic change/appearance is Jake.
Jake is the old Sun. So, his body resembles Sunnymoon's except greyed out due to his lack of glow. Jake wears the Stitchwraith's mask, of which a lone blue eye peeks through, and his tattered black coat (which is often equated to a trash bag like material). Underneath his mask, his face is damaged from having parts removed. His pants are tattered and cut short, and his lower leg has been replaced with an endoskeleton one off of the old Stitchwraith body.
...And yes, that does look vaguely similar to Eclipse. XD That was another one of my patented random fnaf predictions, lol.
I hope that covered everyone! If not, drop me a line and I'll add more! ^_^

A little Fnaf Movie rant (don't kill me, I also want this movie to be good)
(this post is pretty big, i understand if you don't have the patience for it)
(if you see any typos: no, you did not.)
Am I the only one who thinks that the fnaf movie isn't gonna live up to the hype...? Like I don't think it's gonna be bad, but I doubt it's gonna be as spectacular as we hope it will be.
One of the reasons that I'm a bit worried is the little girl. Michael's sister. Like in the trailer she's shown wondering around the pizzaria, and than in a TAXI with GOLDEN FREDDY, like????? HUH???? I have a feeling that the movie is gonna make her befriend the animatronics and like prove to Mike and Vanessa that "they just misunderstood🥺" Which like... THEY ARE, but that would be a horrible way to go about that plot line. And I kinda feel like they shouldn't be intelligent enough, or self aware enough to make friends y'know?
Also Vanessa. This one's gonna be shorter. I hope to god they're not gonna have a romantic plot line between her and Michael. One thing I really like about the fnaf games (haven't read the books yet, sorry) that there's absolutely no romance. And I feel like it should stay that way.
Now the "horror". I KNOW that the original games didn't have any gore. And I'm not saying the movie has to have it. I just want it to be SCARY. Or creepy at the very least. The games didn't have gore, but they were still HORROR GAMES, y'know. They're 16+. I remember that the movie makers tweeted something like "we're not gonna hold back on the gore" or "I'm not sure if we can even show this". But... The movie is going to be 13+... So that was a fuckin lie. Because what the hell is a pg13 HORROR movie supposed to be??? Like IT 2017 is rated R, but theres a surprisingly little amount of actual gore. And despite the R rating, sooo many teens and preteens love the move. So who is the Fnaf movie's target audience with it's pg13 rating. The same kids who ONLY played/watched Security Breach? Be so FR.
I feel like (based on the trailers) that the movie is going to take a more comedic approach, wich wouldn't be a problem, but it seems that it's going to be more significant then the horror aspect.
You know how Stranger Things stared out in s1 as a mystery/horror, and by s4 it got derailed into... that. I'm just worried that the same will happen to fnaf... Like it ALMOST happened with SB, but that's a game. It's a lot harder to access, so it still mostly stayed within the fnaf community. Like, 'normal' allistic Jessica (this isn't an actual person, just an example) is a lot less likely to watch a SB gameplay, or more so, play the game. But she might watch the movie because it's popular. And I REALLY don't want Michael to get "Eddie Munson-ified", okay??? I don't want the thing that shaped my entire childhood to get the TikTok treatment.
Sorry this post got really out of hand by the end. I just had to get this out of myself, otherwise I just might explode.
If the movie turns out to be a Masterpiece of fiction, that makes all original fnaf fans weep at how absolutely perfect it is, than y'all can come back here and laugh at me in the comments all you want. I will admit that I was wrong, and I'll do so with pure happiness, for having my expectations subverted in a positive way
And if I'm right.... well.... I will not be happy about it, or proud. I will not say "I told you so". I will keep my mouth shut, and I'll wallow in my misery in silence. Mourning what it could've been.
(theres so much more that i could say about this movie that hasn't even come out yet, but i think this is more than enough)

Solving the death of Glamrock Bonnie Part 2
Continuing with my previous post, one thing I found interesting is that Glamrock Bonnie's eyes are white, and the only time we ever see this in Security Breach is with Glamrock Freddy. For Glamrock Freddy, it's possible that his eyes are glowing because he’s still on recharge since he wasn't fully charged after malfunctioning during performance.
However, this isn't the first time we have seen white eyes. We saw this with the classic animatronics, the puppet, scrap baby, and golden freddy. The glowing white eyes appear to be a debate with the fnaf community. However, the classic animatronics, golden freddy, puppet, and baby were at one point possessed by a child. Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, and Golden Freddy were possessed by the five missing children incident, The Puppet is possessed by Charlie Emily and baby was possessed by Elizabeth Afton.
The tangled is an augmentation of robotic body parts that it has been collecting throughout the pizzaplex. It also has the mask of the puppet, who doesn't have glowing eyes, and the streaming tears are gone. It is worth noting that chica, Bonnie, and Circus Baby are actually animatronics used in the AR delivery.
Meanwhile, the Puppet was never seen in promotional posters of Ar Delivery, and we know that the puppet was present when Henry Emily burned the down the pizzeria because one of his goals was to let the soul of his daughter to be put to rest.
But what does this have to do with Glamrock Bonnie. Well, one of the main theories involving Glamrock Freddy is that he is possessed by Michael Afton himself. This back by his protectiveness towards Gregory, how he isn't controlled by the mimic or vanny who is mimicking his Michael's father, William Afton ans how when Vanny made him dig up the path, he said that he saw himself for the first time.
Is it possible that Glamrock Bonnie was possessed, but the question is, who? A lot of people die in this game, mostly children. So it is going to be hard to dissect on who would it be. Whoever they are, why does it have anything to do with the decommission of Glamrock Bonnie?
In Security Breach, we get a message where it appears to be a security report involving Glamrock Bonnie whereabouts. It says, "SECURITY REPORT - 12:24AM - Bonnie is seen leaving his green room in Rockstar Row heading East towards the atrium. 2:40AM - Bonnie enters the East Arcade. 4:12AM - Bonnie enters Monty Golf."
When looking at this report, the most obvious thing is that this happened after the pizzaplex was closed. Another thing to notice is that it says Bonnie entered Monty Golf, and that was the last sentence of the security report, yet when we do see Glamrock Bonnie. He's in the back of the bowling area. If they were tracking Bonnie's movements, then wouldn't the security report also continue with him heading over to Bonnie Bowl. Well, one will discuss if the other animatronics have a tracking device.
In Security Breach, Gregory had to get a hall pass in order to release Glamrock Freddy from his green room. It's possible that the other glamrock animatronics were also locked in their rooms, and it was Vanessa who released Chica, Roxy, and Monty to help her hunt down Gregory. So, it's interesting that within 24 minutes, Bonnie managed to get out. Well, the only thing that makes sense is if he crawls through the vents that Gregory did in order to get out.
Another thing to point out is that Bonnie spends a lot of his time in the arcade until he heads over to gator golf. So, was he spending that time playing every arcade. Well, yes and no. I don't think he played every arcade. But he did at least play certain games. While roaming around the arcade, you'll notice that some of them have a purple screen.
Through the dufflebags, there are messages talking about specific arcades and how they appeared to be glitching. Glamrock Bonnie may have overheard an employee discussing it but wasn't too sure which arcade game he was referring to. Why is the glitch important? Because glitchtrap, aka the mimic itself, is controlling the arcade by using those wires that you see around the area.Whoever is possessing Bonnie is connected to glitchtrap himself. Yes, I believe that Glamrock Bonnie was possessed by no other than Jeremy himself.
For those who don't know, there's specifically three Jeremy's in this franchise. But we are talking about the "Remember Jeremy" back in help wanted. In Help Wanted, by the time we are hired as beta tested for the fazbear virtual experience. Jeremy doesn't work with the game company anymore. He's mentioned by tape girl that Jeremy seems to enjoy his job as a beta tester, but as the day went, one went. Jeremy starts to become numb, and everything that even jumpscares didn't affect him. Tape Girl mentions how it sounded like Jeremy was talking to someone through the headset. Glitchrap was trying to control Jeremy.
One day, the tape girl comes to work, and she sees Jeremy, but she also sees some sort of Halloween mask and spilled ink. We both know that was a Halloween mask, nor was that black ink. Jeremy cut his own faces off. However, I don't believe it was under glitchtrap's control.
Here's why I think that. We don't know if there were other beta testers before Jeremy. So, Jeremy would have to be the first beta tester. It's interesting how tape girl and later on, Vanessa just accepted Glitchtrap and let him take over. Tape girl manipulated Vanessa to do so, but it shows that the tape girl herself was already accepting the control of glitchtrap. Also, at no point in the game, do we have to harm ourselves. Jeremy was trying to break from glitchtrap, so he did the only thing that he had to do. He cut his own face off because glitchtrap was scanning him.
You could say that because Jeremy was his first person , and he tried to control and brainwashed. He learned the trials and tribulations because it was still on murder mode. However, I don't think this is the case. Jeremy cutting his face off is similar to how Vanessa ordered those thumb screws. Vanessa is aware that there's something dark inside her that she needs to control, so she harms herself by using the thumb screws.
Jeremy passed away due to his injuries, but his spirit was hanging around. The thing about ghosts is that the reason why they may roam around earth is because of unfinished business, and they never felt like they got justice. That's why the five kids, Charlie Emily and even Elizabeth Afton, hang around because they all die tragically. I believe that's what is happening to Jeremy. Jeremy was the first victim of the mimic, aka glitchtrap, when it comes to brainwashing.
When it comes to choosing the animatronic to possess, I think that Glamrock bonnie was pretty much hand-picked, but Bonnie Bowl itself appears to be the only place where it doesn't involve Vanny camping out there nor an arcappearing there. Vanny camp out in fazerblast and possibly the room behind the daycare attendant's room. They mentioned how there are three arcades in Gator Golf, the bakery, and the daycare attendant's room.
Not to mention that Roxy Raceway was built on top of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place, and we know that Roxy was the last security node to shut down M.X.E.S by completing phase one of releasing the mimic. So Chica, Roxy, Monty, and to an extent Moon were controlled by the mimic through the arcades or in Roxy's case, they are near the mimic itself. This is why she was chosen to be the last security node.
Speaking of security nodes, it's interesting how the only one to deactivate the wet floor bots is through the V.A.N.N.I mask to put Glamrock Bonnie. The V.A.N.N.I isn't something that Vanessa made for herself, but rather, it appears that there were many made for the technician employees. The technician employees are responsible for the animatronics, meaning that they upgraded Glamrock Chica, Roxanne Wolf, and Montgomery Gator.
Remember when I said that Cassie's Dad was a technician? He never told her why bonnie was decommissioned and how the statue of Glamrock Bonnie is him cowering way something. I think that Glamrock Bonnie got decommissioned through the virtual reality of the V.A.N.N.I mask. This is why he managed to connect to the wet floor bots, and that's why you have to have the V.A.N.N.I mask to deactivate them.
However, we still have answered who or what decommissioned. Yes, the technicians who were probably controlled by the mimic through the V.A.N.N.I mask made sure that Glamrock Bonnie was decommissioned, but the statue in Help Wanted 2 and the area that he was found. It's telling us that nobody could cause that damage unless they were an animatronic themselves.
When looking at the crime scene itself, the biggest clue is the whole on Bonnie's chest, where it appears to have claw marks. So, we know that the animatronics has to have claws. There are three animatronics that were given claws based on the animal counterpart. They are Montgomery Gator, Roxanne Wolf, and Glamrock Freddy.
I'll start with Montgomery Gator. The main theory involving Glamrock Bonnie is that Monty killed Bonnie. This is because the last time we heard about Bonnie was that he was in Gator Golf. Monty ends up replacing Bonnie and how unlike Foxes and Wolves are in the same dog family. alligators are apex predators, while Rabbit was prey themselves. However, there are certain details that contradict the theory.
First of all, Glamrock Bonnie is found behind the bowling area even though the report stops at him going to gator golf. Another incriminated evidence that Monty did it is his claws himself. While yes, Monty probably did have claws . They didn't get upgraded until Monty got replaced Bonnie in the band. It is mentioned that when Monty's claws got upgraded. According to Freddy, bassist claws require the animatronic to slice through things, and that's interesting because how would Glamrock Freddy know that?
Next up is Roxanne Wolf, there are no evidence that Roxanne Wolf ever wanted Bonnie wanted to be decommissioned. She likes her position as the key guitarist of the band. The only thing we have is that she's an animatronic with claws, and her claws probably help with her playing the key guitar. You could say that because Roxanne may have jealous of Bonnie's popularity, which is why she's always says she's the best and how she confidentially believes that she's Gregory's favourite animatronic, But I don't believe this to be the case. So, Roxanne Wolf isn't the culprit. Which leads to Glamrock Freddy.
Throughout the security breach, Glamrock Freddy is shown helping Gregory, and the only time where he attacks him is when his battery is low or during the afton ending. However, this isn't to say that Glamrock Freddy was free from the mimic's control. I mentioned how Vanny was camping out over at the fazerblast. But why was she? It's also interesting that the three places where she camped out are Fazerblast, Daycare Attendant's room, and underneath the pizza place in the basement. The daycare attendant's room as the BB world game, and it seems to be the most glitched game of them all. You play this game last. You are now fully under the mimic and Vanny's control. The basement is where the boss battle itself happens. What is if the afton's ending ever happened, but doesn't mean Vanny's hideout in the basement is non-canon. So, we have two places that Vanny was hiding out involving a connection to The Mimic , so why campout in Fazerblast. That's because Princess Quest III is located, the game that Vanessa is trapped in.
The princess quest games appeared to be located in places where they are protected because it will be the last place that somebody would ever find. However, the princess quest appeared to be hidden well since, according to a message, somebody only played two of the games but didn't complete the third. It's also worth noting the only to get access to Princess Quest III if you win fazerblast and get the faz laser. What does this have anything to do with Glamrock Freddy.
Because Glamrock Freddy was probably under the control of mimic and Vanny at some point in time. When Glamrock Freddy was ever under the control is when the task involving the mimic becoming William Afton and bringing William afton. Meaning that Glamrock Freddy was the animatronic who decommissioned Glamrock Bonnie.
The technician programmed Glamrock Freddy by connecting him to the V.A.N.N.I network, and the reason why Glamrock Freddy didn't have any memory until he was upgraded is where he remembers what he has done. However, Freddy does appear to have some guilt about what happened. Glamrock Bonnie had to decommission through the V.A.N.N.I network since we know know he activates the wet floor bots, but the wet floor bots can't deactivate unless you're in the V.A.N.N.I network.
Another animatronic that helped with the decommission of Glamrock Bonnie is the moon animatronic. The last location that Bonnie was seen is Gator Golf, but he was found in Bonnie Bowl. Because this was the night that Glamrock Bonnie was decommissioned. Similar to what happened to Freddy in Security Breach when he got knocked out and dragged by the moon to parts and services. So, Glamrock Bonnie was knocked out, and the moon animatronic took him over to Bonnie Bowl. Glamrock Freddy decommissioned Glamrock Bonnie so bad that there was no way for the technician to repair him.
Glamrock Bonnie was still activated through the remnant of Jeremy, so he connected to the wet floor bots through the V.A.N.N.I network, just waiting for someone to deactivate them and find his body.

Going in the post FNAF6 events, is there any other notable changes of note in this AU? Like changes to the games before Security Breach, different animatronics, etc, or is it pretty much one to one otherwise?
Okay, so this is where my rewrite starts to become a little...weirder than usual since I changed a LOT about post FNAF 6, (although believe me the security breach part will need its own post!) Reminder that this is still very much a work in progress, I haven't fully finished thinking the whole thing out yet, so as time goes on there is a possibility of lore updates or changes, answers below as usual!
Well for FNAF UCN, I know there's people who think that Andrew (i don't actually know who this is, but it's some kid from the books) is 'The One You Should Not Have Killed'/TOYSNHK, but lowkey i think that's stupid and I have decided to not include him. As I've said plenty of times before this rewrite does not include ANYTHING from the books (okay I lied there's a handful of things from the books that I've altered to fit into my story because I like the idea of it, but I'll list ALL the changes of the rewrite in another post if people are interested!)
Cassidy is TOYSNHK. Old Man Consequences is Henry, I guess. And yes, UCN is Afton's afterlife prison created by Cassidy, but it's not his real afterlife destination. He probably could've been able to escape sooner it had it not been for Cassidy constantly torturing him. And also Afton comes back I guess. Besides that everything is the same! (Mostly because, does this game really matter? It's basically just a spin off)
Anyways onto Help Wanted, I guess the only changes are just handfuls!
As we know in canon, Fazbear Ent. hired Silver Parasol Games to create a game trivializing and mocking the company's past to make a quick buck and probably to get people off their back about it. However an incident involving a beta tester named Jeremy (I'll get back to that in a sec) caused production of the game to halt, and development of the game was sent to another unknown company (presumably Fazbear Ent. Maybe?) But I'm altering some of that.
Silver Parasol Games does not exist in my rewrite. Instead the development company working on the game is a branch of the Fazbear Ent. Company, mostly because I feel like it makes sense for this moronic business to employ their own workers to do stuff for them at a cheaper rate than actually pay another studio more money to get things done. While the incident with Jeremy still occurred, the game halted production because Fazbear Ent. had to deal with the legal issues cause yk...one of your employees disfigured himself and probably a few people saw that. And after that was dealt with (rather swiftly, they probably bribed a few people here and there) the game production continued.
As for tape girl in this rewrite, uh...idk, I made her Vanessa/Vanny. I know there's probably some evidence out there that is like "but they're two different people you idiot !!" And yeah I'm sure they probably are but whatever, this rewrite has way too many characters and I'm not dealing with that. I felt like it didn't make sense for Tape Girl to not deal with Glitchtrap herself instead of getting the player to do it themselves. Like you said you knew a way to get rid of him, so...why didn't you do it earlier?? Anyways the way I'm changing Tape Girl and her lore is gonna be weird to explain, but that's for me to refine later in life!
Anyways, back to Jeremy, I made the choice to not make him Jeremy Fitzgerald, because 1. I feel bad for the poor dude already, he already lost half his head, does he need to lose his whole face too?? 2. Jeremy in HW isn't too important anyway, so no point in bringing Jeremy back just to kill him off (I mean J. Fitzgerald isn't that important either, but 🤷🤷) and 3. He would be too fucking old for this! During 1983 he was about 15-16 years old, and presuming HW takes place around modern time, he'd probably be in his 40s or 50s I think (maybe 60s idk, there's a reason it's my least favorite subject 💀💀) and like what the hell would he be doing there? Senior citizen ass go to the retirement home bro. And also who the hell would work AGAIN for the company who covered up the time you got your BRAIN BIT OFF by one of their robots??
And yeah Glitchtrap = William Afton. However, he STILL doesn't have any memories of his life as William (and now, he only barely remembers Mike and Henry, his strongest memories are when he was Springtrap and Scraptrap) when he escaped the UCN afterlife prison created by Cassidy, he managed to find out how much things have changed in the company, and more importantly he found out about the game they were developing.
He still wanted to have an immortal life (cause he also vaguely remembers wanting to live longer from when he was still working on reviving Evan, and his 'brain' scrambled it into him wanting to live FOREVER, no dead son here!) And he was like, "well, I guess coming back as a digital entity would be awesome!" But remember there's still a chance of him being fully deleted forever as explained by Tape Girl, so his plan is to infect people with his virus to use them as vessels to live in the real world again (and maybe collect remnant? Idk, this is still an idea I'm debating on keeping in this part, will likely get dropped though.)
(Also, I guess Special Delivery can stay the same in my re-imagining, not much to change about it and I like the Vanny lore!)
Again, I'm still working out the kinks here. This will probably be subjected to change if it calls for it! Any questions, let me know!

Spoiler alert for the fnaf movie
Im gonna rant for a minute
Are people really victim shaming Vanessa and simping for an actual child murderer?!
Vanessa tried to stop William afton from killing a little girl and her brother, and he stabbed her in the stomach!
William afton killed multiple children including Mike's brother when he was young, and attempted to kill Mike and his little sister!
You guys need to get off tiktok! I'm pretty sure those serial killer edits have rotted your brains in the most horrific ways possible for you to shame vanessa for actually trying to help and possibly dying for it!
She's the victim! Not William, he made multiple people into his victims, including mostly children!
He got what he deserved, to get himself stabbed multiple times in his innards feeling exactly what he did to his daughter but much more times possibly worse if he's still alive somehow, just to live eternity suffering and rotting alive for what he did to those children and his own daughter, what he attempted to do to more innocent lives.
Don't know what movie afton's motives were (I know what the afton motive was in the games was but not in the movie, the movie is kinda different then the games in my opinion..i don't think Vanessa in the game is afton's daughter, but i doubt security breach is cannon to the lore to the fans i assume) whatever it is, no motive justifies murder especially towards the amount that he's caused to multiple lives of innocent children who didn't know any better.
Vanessa is the victim, if you are a victim shaming Vanessa your disgusting, seek therapy because you clearly need it it if you think a murderer is in the right to stab his own daughter, possibly killing her for trying to save innocent lives her father was trying to take.
-
Rant aside I really loved this movie, I'm not even a fan of fnaf but i loved this movie. I'm excited for the sequels I'll watch the movies, but i can't play the games it's too much for me.. I don't like jumpscares unless I expect the exact moment and second when it happens.
It's easy to digest for me i guess despite the lore dumping y'know I already knew the lore a bit before watching the movie. I mean knowing the basic lore before watching a movie about anything based on an existing thing (ex. mlp gen gen 4 & 5 movie, sonic the hedgehog, mario? Marios a bit of a stretch but if you know Mario lives in Brooklyn it'll make more sense where he's at..i would recommend the smbss its bad but its hilarious if your not taking it seriously i got off topic, sorry it happens)
But loved the movie, would watch again, in fact it's been playing for days on my DVD player, I can't stop it it plays without me knowing i don't even press play it starts playing then the Next thing I know I'm in the middle of the movie again..
The scariest thing in that movie was matpat showing up, that was the biggest jumpscare.. we need Markiplier to show up next time, please hire him movie directors id start dying in the theater if he just randomly showed up and said something as a cameo. Id literally die.

FNAF: SB – Revelations
A different plot idea I’ve been bouncing around my head is what would happen if a massive blackout occurred in Security Breach as Gregory (Post-GGY) is being chased by Vannessa through the Plex. It always piqued my interest how GGY and Gregory would interact with each other, same with Vanessa and Vanny. Here is my take on their interactions. Gregory chatting with his savior, as Vanessa confronts Vanny on what had befallen her entire life prior to the PizzaPlex; the truth behind Foxy’s and Bonnie’s deaths will also be unveiled.
CHAPTER 1: The Mother Wakes
“Wake up Gregory. Time to go.”
“HHHUUUGGGGGH!” I come in contact with a cold surface.
Everything felt so sore, but I felt an immense buzzing in my head, but this floor is unforgiving with the chill it exudes. It hurts to think more than standing, I want to crumple into a mess on the floor right now. I can barely stand, much less walk, but staying in this damp, dimly lit room wasn’t much better. I wobble forward on unsteady feet to the bed.
“Hello, is anyone in there?” A stranger’s standing in front of my door?
A voice cuts through the silence and buzzing in my head. I feel myself jump in surprise; my vision, blurred as it is, turns to the door behind me.
-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-
I can feel my mind violently recoil as the stranger waits in…expectance? What’s going on here, I’ve never heard this voice in my entire life. However, my body is trying to move on it’s own. I’m swaying as a war tears my very being, why does my body turn obedient to someone unknown to me.
-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-HRN-
“OW! I’m gonna be sick! How did I end up here, this isn’t my kitchen.”
Despite my body lurching backwards, letting gravity run its course, I fall to the wall beside me and slump to the floor like a doll. My mind deems this safe as the rest of me goes cold in the silence. Despite this happening, I feel the stranger no longer wants to wait as the atmosphere constricts immensely to his unanswered question.
“Open up. It’s alright, miss, your son asked me to find you. This isn’t a safe place.” This guy is scaring me.
“Who is he, how does this guy know I have a son when I’ve never spoken a word.” I can feel my mind racing as it seems he knows about my life.
-KNOCK-KNOCK-
“Miss, open up please, your son is outside the building.” His voice still sounds convincing, yet I feel acid and poison.
Despite my mind’s best interest in my silence, my mouth opens immediately to demand answers.
“Where am I? What happened to me? Where’s Luis? What’s my son’s name?” Like a motor mouth, the questions fly into the tense air.
It suddenly feels ominous as nothing but explosive anger rings into the man’s voice in response to my questions.
“WE DON’T HAVE TIME FOR THIS! OPEN THE DOOR IF YOU WANT TO LIVE!” My body recoils in fear as my mind’s suspicions were proven.
-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-
The sound of metal meeting flesh rises with each hit, the door groans but remains firm to the violence. Eventually a different sound rises from afar, my body reacted so violently everything became blurred as my mind felt excitement and…warmth?
“GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRR” The floor rocked in response, like a giant landed on the ground.
-CRASH-CRASH-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-THUMP-BAM-
“GET OFF ME, MONSTER, I’VE NO TIME FOR YOU! VVVAAAAAANNNNNNYYYYYY!” His voice trails as the noise trails off.
I don’t know who Vanny is, but my mind sure does. Seems like something bad happened, bad enough to land me in this cell. However, I need to leave before either of them return, despite the feelings in my body and mind, I know I must go.
PITTER-PATTER-PITTER-PATTER-CCCCRRRRRRREEEEEAAAAAAAKKKKKKK-PITTER-PATTER-PITTER-PATTER-PITTER-PATTER-
“Gregory!” I feel anxiety and hesitance erupt in my heart as the door cracks open.
I lunge for the door, hope blossoming as I feel more stable moving. However, I’m met with an empty hallway, three paths emptying before me, no light visible down either, but the cold from each one is different. I can’t make heads or tails of this, but clearly left and right are out of the question. The “Beast” came from the left pathway and the stranger’s voice faded into the middle pathway. My only option left is the coldest of them all, the right pathway.
Turning myself to the right completely, I’m frozen as a familiar pair of ruby red eyes stares at me, giggles abound as SHE pounces down the pathway. I feel such animosity that the whisper I gave was freezing as RAW HATE overtook me.
“You’re not getting away from me.” My body blitzes down the darkened passage.
“I know this may be a trap but chasing HER is better than the previous two.” My gut is in knots, but I keep running.
“Where are you going?” I whisper into the cold hallway.

Even More Everyone Lives AU Character Stuff: Security Breach + Ruin
Now we're getting to the real beef of the AU!
Not as important, but inbetween FNaF 6 and Security Breach Michael does manage to get other bands of Fazbear animatronics to his house (don't ask me how he keeps them all, this AU was based on ask blog nostalgia and I'm not about to fill the plothole of how they all stay mostly unnoticed by the public). Altogether, the animatronics he has at his house are:
The Classics (including Golden Freddy/Fredbear)
The Toys
Technically he has Springbonnie if we're counting William as a burnt Scraptrap in the basement
The Funtimes
The Rockstars (minus Rockstar Freddy who fucking died in the FNaF 6 fire due to overheating)
Probably some of the other FNaF 6 animatronics (not Candy Cadet though as they stay in Ruin, I'm not sure which of them are absolutely destroyed by the fire and which are able to be brought back)
Groups that are debatably there:
The Nightmares (Evan probably still sees them, Michael sometimes ends up being in the same dream as him due to ghost shenanigans)
Not at the house:
The Phantoms (they're hallucinations here, as much as I love their designs)
Really I just added that for context as to what the newer characters are getting into, so there's actual scale as to the chaos that can happen. But if you do want to know about any of them just ask me about them (honestly I could probably talk about a lot of them)
Anyways
EXTRA: Since this is characters that span both the base game Security Breach AND the Ruin DLC, I'll do color coding for everything here: red for pre/during Security Breach base game, and yellow for post-Security Breach.
Vanessa
Okay, obvious stuff here: Help Wanted beta tester, Glitchtrap (as much as I hate it he's not William in this AU), Vanny, Princess Quest ending leaves her free at the end. The stuff we all know.
Instead of her actual Security Breach characterization, I use the scrapped voicelines that make it seem like she actually cares for Gregory and is trying to keep him safe. It lines up with her Special Delivery characterization of her being a bit paranoid and leads up to what was originally the main catalyst of the AU (which later became the FNaF 6 fire after deciding to look backwards in the timeline).
She knows Michael as just Mike (he's gone through a few identities in his attempts to not be suspiciously young for years on end), probably as a general friend.
So when Vanessa's suddenly free from Glitchtrap AND has a kid who doesn't have a home, she panics. Gregory can't come home with her, as she basically just lost her job and wouldn't be financially stable. Plus her apartment really was for just her. And she's paranoid that she not ACTUALLY free and he's just waiting for the right moment to control her again and kill Gregory for good. As such, she asks Mike if he can take the kid while she gets back on her feet. He accepts and that's how Gregory ends up at Michael's house.
Don't worry though, she still visits pretty often. Mike just uses a bunch of extra air freshener in/near the basement so Vanessa doesn't know he's technically hiding a corpse down there.
Gregory
He's an actual human child. Sorry aggressively-GregBot people (meaning the people who are assholes about it, if you believe it but don't harass others about it I'm still chill), I'm not putting that in my AU.
GGY happened, but not as it did in Tales From The Pizzaplex. I'll put a shortened version here as it directly connects to Security Breach. I merged The Storyteller and GGY so Gregory's actual purpose was to clear the way to Glitchtrap infecting the Pizzaplex systems (the people he did kill such as in the therapy tapes), eventually leading to him breaking in and directly putting Glitchtrap into the systems. If he was still loyal, that would be great. If this freed him, Glitchtrap would just have Vanny kill him. Gregory ends up being freed because Glitchtrap left him behind, and he has amnesia from the time he was controlled. He may have been the wizard's favored apprentice, but he was still only going to be useful for a little while. (Glitchtrap fucking with the systems also caused Glamrock Freddy's systems to crash, since there's no one possessing him in this AU). And Security Breach is directly after.
Post-Security Breach, he stays with Vanessa for part of the day before being told he's staying elsewhere until she gets her life sorted out. Gregory's at least allowed to keep Freddy's head with him (mostly for comfort so he's not at a completely new house with a guy he doesn't know alone) as well as bring his stuff.
Mike did explain to him the fact that he does have a bunch of animatronics in his house, but what Gregory wasn't expecting was that a nosy Funtime Foxy would punch a hole in the door to see who "Eggs" was talking to (the Funtimes no longer have the child murder programming in them so he's safe: Mike at least figured out how to get rid of that so he wouldn't have to worry about any local children being found dead in his place).
Mike also told him about the fact the house is haunted. But it's not like ghosts actually exist, right?
Well turns out some of the oddly specific nightmares he's had since coming to this house were because of ghosts (he saw some of Evan's memories from while he was alive, such as being locked in parts and service and being bullied by a kid in a Foxy mask who looks suspiciously like a younger Mike). Gregory figures this out when he wakes up in the middle of the night feeling a bit cold and Evan's sitting on the foot of the bed.
Long story short, he does some digging on Mike and Michael comes clean about all the supernatural stuff and the history of Fazbear Entertainment. So Gregory just has to deal with the fact that the place he's in is full of ghosts and robots, that his current caretaker was a zombie for some time, and that way more children died because of this company than there were rumored to.
He didn't drop the elevator in Ruin, and if he weren't found crying over a walkie-talkie then no one in the house would have found out Cassie was even in the Pizzaplex (Michael basically brings the Funtimes and a few other characters there as part of a search and rescue mission for both Cassie and the animatronics).
He's not happy to see the shattered Glamrocks again. Gregory doesn't hate them, but he's definitely nervous they're just going to kill him out of vengeful spite. Especially Roxy.
He did get scratched by Glamrock Freddy's headless body, since he thought he could safely approach it.
Lastly, he can only see the ghosts at night.
Glamrock Freddy
Glamrock Fronnie is ABSOLUTELY canon to this AU. It's already meant to be self-indulgent, so why would I not add this?
He's almost completely oblivious to the problems around the Pizzaplex. He sometimes notices things but shrugs them off. It wasn't until Gregory showed up that he started to see all the cracks in the place he lives in.
He's shocked to find out the history of Fazbear Entertainment. Freddy was basically gaslit into thinking that that has always been a safe place for kids, and now he's found out it never was.
Unlike Gregory, he can see the ghosts all the time. It's a mix of it being a robot thing and being made with some reused parts with the soul juice in them (a trait shared with really all the Glamrocks).
Meeting the previous iterations of Freddy was really fun for him: Classic Freddy was surprised there even were any more Freddys, Toy Freddy was glad to see an 80s throwback, Funtime Freddy didn't talk much (they both have had kids in their stomach hatches for very different purposes and Funtime Freddy was not about to talk about that), and the Rockstars really just edged around their missing bandmate.
Should've added this in the Gregory section, but he never got upgrades except for the battery one. Basically Gregory saw the duffel bag messages and thought that the other Glamrocks' upgrades caused their erratic/aggressive behavior, so he thought that getting rid of them would fix this situation. So he held onto the parts. When everyone gets repairs it's actually replicas of the originals (Michael doesn't know if Gregory was right but he's not about to take a risk).
His headless body tried to set Mike's house on fire. Glamrock Freddy was not expecting to have to tell everyone he had a built-in lighter, but here we are.
Glamrock Bonnie
If I remember something I saw right, Glamrock Bonnie uses he/they pronouns. I'll try to keep up on that. (I actually had to look up how to use he/they pronouns in sentences, being raised in a religious family makes it a bit hard for me to understand some pronoun sets at first but I think I got it)
I already mentioned Glamrock Fronnie being canon, so let's talk parenting styles instead since he inevitably meets Gregory and finds out that Glamrock Freddy basically adopted him. So if Glamrock Freddy's the dad who would at least set some rules to make sure there's minimal chaos, then Glamrock Bonnie's the dad who would help bend those rules if they thought the reason Gregory wanted to break them was funny.
Instead of having claws, he can flick open his finger (think Freddy with his lighter) since there's a guitar pick hidden in there. Just a little thing I thought of since their model in Ruin doesn't have the bassist claws.
So I wanted to think about the reason Bonnie's where he is in Ruin. There's the Monty murder theory, but I like Monty and this is my self-indulgent AU so he's not fully at fault. At the same time, though, Bonnie has those scratch marks on them and Monty did have claws to some degree even before his upgrade. Then I thought "wait if it were an accident Monty caused that resulted in this then he would parallel Michael" and it just stuck. I'll go over that in more detail in Monty's section.
Being a collective of wet floor signs was not fun for him. Especially since trying to lead people to where they were hidden so he could be repaired would just mean the little bot is picked up and placed back down where it's supposed to be.
During the events of Security Breach, they were pretty much completely unconscious. Being a digital ghost in the machine while something has hacked the systems is not a good mix.
He wasn't found by Cassie during Ruin, but when the search and rescue team Michael set up searched the Pizzaplex Glamrock Bonnie was found. That's when he saw that Funtime Foxy insisting that Lolbit should be brought along on a USB (or something else similar) actually might have had a point.
While his physical body was being repaired, they became very acquainted with Lolbit since they were essentially roommates during that time. Glamrock Bonnie wishes to never have to be in a computer again.
Meeting the other Bonnies was something else, since almost every single Bonnie considers each other a sibling. He was almost instantly brought into the sibling group.
Glamrock Chica
She shared pizza with a rat in her greenroom once and now she has a rat friend named Remy. Glamrock Chica would have a rat army by the end of Ruin if I weren't trying to keep this AU semi-serious.
Similar to the other Glamrocks, she only really developed her garbage-eating issue after Glamrock Bonnie vanished.
She used ASL to communicate post-shattering, although that started to become a challenge once Roxy was blinded. Monty was able to translate it into audible words for her so everyone was able to understand each other.
She doesn't have the same guitar pick finger gimmick as Bonnie, and when she was switched from vocals to electric guitar (because Fazbear Ent. fucked the voice box upgrade) Glamrock Chica instead stores her guitar pick as either a ring or in some part of one of her earrings.
She stayed with Roxy during the post-Security Breach pre-Ruin time period, acting as her eyes.
When found by the search and rescue team, she's a bit surprised to see a completely new face, especially when it comes to animatronics (specifically, she meets Ballora who is doing her usual spider crawl to get around since it's much more practical around here).
Meeting the rest of the Chicas was mostly pleasant. The exception was Toy Chica, who made an amazing first impression by showing she could remove her beak and throw it at a spider with the accuracy of a professional darts player.
Roxy
If this is already canon-divergent, then me having Roxy as Foxy after transition shouldn't be a problem right? Like they were about to scrap the cowboy Foxy to make room for Roxanne and they were just like "you know I've always felt like I should be a girl" so Fazbear Ent. said that they'd let them remember being Foxy if she didn't tell anyone else about it. So yeah transfem Roxy.
She used her ability to see through walls as entertainment for a bit, but after seeing one too many things she wished she could unsee she stopped.
Her image issues and low self-esteem came after Glamrock Bonnie went away.
If she had the resources to, she would be into spray painting and would absolutely vandalize the entire back wall of the Pizzaplex. She'd do this after every one of the teenagers she invited to do this with her took an oath of silence.
Her theme song for post-Security Breach is Curses by The Crane Wives. You can't convince me it doesn't fit her.
During the search and rescue mission, Funtime Foxy found her nearly completely beheaded. So he just had to carry both her and Cassie at once before she handed off Roxy to Circus Baby.
Since the entirety of her face had to be completely remade, Roxy was at least given her eyes first and had either a mask or bandages covering her exposed endoskeleton face in the meantime. She also had a makeshift animatronic neck brace (cone of shame cone of shame cone of shame).
The transfem part came out when she finally was able to tell her bandmates without the threat of completely leaving part of herself behind. No one exactly believed this until she managed to actually lasso Glamrock Freddy's head off his body again.
She was honestly shocked with how many of the older versions of Foxy were not cis. Mangle and Funtime Foxy obviously aren't, but every one of them just going "yeah we had everyone debating whether we were boys or girls" was unexpected.
Monty
Remember the thing I said about Monty being a bit of a Mike parallel in this AU in Glamrock Bonnie's section? Yeah, here's the detailed version. The two were sparring on the catwalks above Monty Golf (this is a usual thing for them) and Bonnie went over the edge. Turns out the rabbit isn't as sturdy as Monty and he goes catatonic. So he feels like he has to hide the body out of fear he'd get decommissioned if anyone found out. The guilt and actually witnessing that gave him the anger issues.
Instead of the lightning bolt on his face, he has some scales resembling a band-aid on his nose bridge.
He's actually the youngest of the Glamrocks. While I don't try to assign ages to the robots most of the time, I proportion him like I would while drawing someone who's 19. Monty's a bit short too.
In Ruin, Monty attacks more out of paranoia. Last time a kid showed up he got cut in half so what's this one going to take from him?
Being electrocuted didn't kill him, but overcharged him for a while before the search and rescue team showed up. He's actually the reason they ended up finding Bonnie, because Monty figured out no one else found him. So they just followed the legless gator to Bonnie Bowl.
Since Monty's an only child on the terms of older models, he basically got adopted by the Bonnies (mostly because both him and Glamrock Bonnie played the bass, so they were technically the closest).
Daycare Attendant
Normally I'd color code these by which of them it is, but almost all of these are already color coded by when they happen so I'll just put Sun, Moon, and Eclipse all in each bullet point. Also, it's mostly fun headcanons, deal with it.
Sun can't cook worth shit, Eclipse does a decent job, Moon could make pancakes in pitch darkness with no problem. I'm not leaving my silly cooking skill headcanon out of this.
Eclipse can come out without a reboot, but it's only in emergency situations as a failsafe. This has not actually happened much despite this being Fazbear Entertainment we're talking about.
They're 7 feet tall, near exactly the height of Circus Baby. Imagine walking into the daycare and seeing that tall guy watching over everyone.
Very rarely, Moon will get bored and teach the few kids still awake at nap time swear words in ASL. When the lights come back on it drives Sun absolutely crazy.
As the lights went out one by one after the Pizzaplex was abandoned, Sun would try to generally avoid the dark. Eventually they just all went out which is how we end up at Ruin.
Eclipse was a problem child for the search and rescue team to catch. We know they can "fly" through a series of cables, now imagine Moon's general playfulness when it comes to using them and Sun's lack of understanding in this situation. They had to basically say that everyone else was leaving to get them to come back down.
Cassie
Her home life is way better than the Afton kids, but that's not much to say at all since her mom is absent and her dad isn't home often. At least her dad makes sure she gets what she needs every day.
She and Gregory were friends before Gregory abruptly vanished (GGY stuff). Cassie was one of the few things Gregory remembered from before that.
She gave Glamrock Chica her voice box back in Ruin (since she happened to get access to it).
The first thing she saw after waking up at Michael's house (they were heavily considering bringing her straight to the hospital, but then they'd have to explain they were breaking and entering into an abandoned building specifically because they knew she was in there plus they had all the animatronics with them) was Mangle on the ceiling saying it's "never seen a broken child before". Considering Mangle is near always a twisting mishmash of animatronic parts, that was one hell of a wake up call.
Her and Gregory are not meshing well together after the elevator fell.
She sees the ghosts all the time. Turns out nearly dying is a very good way to get acquainted with the supernatural.
Not canon to the AU, but I was heavily considering Cassie dying. But seeing as we already have enough dead kids as is it'll probably be a splitoff (unless Cassie is revealed to have died in canon).
The Mimic
Not much to say here except that during the search and rescue mission Funtime Freddy decided to play a game to see if it was smart enough to figure out it was getting trolled. He'd listen for the Mimic to say something, then repeat it back in a different voice. It didn't catch on and got recaptured somewhere, and that's how everyone got out of that hellhole safely.
------
Bonus Mangle Section
Mangle isn't part of the Security Breach era of FNaF, but becomes somewhat of a major character in this AU through personality in a way. So why not take a little bit to focus on it?
Mangle uses it/its or they/them pronouns, whichever the person referring to it is most comfortable with using for another person (it does prefer it/its though).
Michael couldn't find all of its parts and just put it in a room with a bunch of endoskeletons and said "go nuts". He regretted this when Mangle left that room looking like it came straight out of Human Centipede and scared the hell out of Evan.
It's basically siblings with Funtime Foxy, Lolbit, and later Roxy. Mangle is also really close with Toy Bonnie.
It tried taking the head off an endo-02 and putting Glamrock Freddy's head on it so he could walk around on his own, but it didn't work. It was disappointed because that meant most of the endoskeleton wasn't compatible with older models and it couldn't use any Glamrock endos it might find for itself :(
It gave Roxy a bit of a scare after she complained about getting completely fucked up, saying "Honey, you haven't seen shit yet" from the ceiling. It's very good at that.
How the FUCK did I get this out in time for the FNaF 6 anniversary on accident

My honest opinion on the FNaF movie
(I'm sorry if anything is wrong, It's 2 a.m. rn but I need to get this off my chest)
BEFORE WE START: I will admit that I'm 100% biased, I grew up with FNaF and never thought I'd ever see this movie for multiple reasons, so actually sitting in the theater and watching this beautiful disaster unfold was a truly magical experience. I cried during the credits so yeah. With that being said:
1. The spoiler-free part
Ok there are some things we need to lay out right from the getgo
1) This movie caters to:
a) fans who want to see a somewhat new yet familiar story in the FNaF universe
b) casuals who aren't immediately dismissive of everything that's happening and actually TRY to give this shit a chance
2) It's no secret that they changed many things in the story and if you genuinely thought they would adapt the games 1 by 1 you are just delulu I'm sorry
Overall, I personally really liked the movie and I would recommend it. It had many little easter eggs for hardcore fans and a story that pretty much anyone can understand
2. The spoiler-heavy part
(aka pretty much everything important)
Alright, let's talk about the most controversial part:
The Afton children aren't the Afton children anymore.
So Mike Schmidt, who we know is Michael Afton under a fake name in the games, is in the movie literally just Mike Schmidt. Some guy.
Garett, this movie's version of the crying child, is Williams' first victim, not his child who was killed by accident.
Abby, who would technically speaking be the movie equivalent of Elizabeth, has also no connection to Afton.
AND VANESSA, who we met in AR, Help Wanted, and Security Breach, is Williams' only child??
Yeah it's kinda fucked.
HOWEVER, I do think that this is an amazing way to include all the important characters in some way.
If we had told the actual story of the Afton children, eg. the crying child and Elizabeth dying, this would have pretty much meant that everything else in the story had to be adapted too for everything to make sense which is simply impossible. Like straight up.
So writing a new story including all the past protagonists is a very logical decision (+ I'm pretty sure that there was a theory that Vanessa is some sort of Elizabeth reincarnation even though I think that it was disproven very quickly but yeah, there's that)
BUT this story change leaves one big plot hole:
Why the fuck is William Afton a murderer??
He went insane in the game after his son died which led to him killing Charlie (daughter of Henry) out of spite in a drunken rage afterward.
In this movie, he's just a little goofy and funny and kills children for fun, whatever ig
And yes, the fort scene might have been a teeny tiny bit cringe but I mean, these are dead 10 year-olds so their request is pretty legit tbh. "Why don't these kids grow up 🙄" IDK MAYBE CAUSE THEY ARE DEAD?? BFFR
And everything, I mean fucking everything, is better than a "Let's go Fazgang!!!"-scene
BUT WHY ON EARTH DOES THE CUPCAKE HAVE SO MUCH SCREENTIME?? What the fuck 😭
OH I FORGOT the opening scene in the arcade-minigame style was magnificent 💞
I also would've liked that Williams' death would've been a little bit more violent, it was a little too soft. And I also don't get why he was "killed by the cupcake" and not through a malfunction caused by water like it was in the game?? It would've worked just fine. However, since the movie is rated pg13 in some countries (16 here) it's understandable that it isn't too brutal
And, let's be honest: the movie was carried by Matt, TLT, and Cory
But I love the little easter eggs?? Dream theory, the FNaF World Rainbow, it's so cool I loved it
I absolutely loved it, I knew that I would see something very not canon and something new and probably kinda stupid but I still thought it was beautiful and enjoyable and I would die on this hill if I had to
#Alright I'm done#This is very not organized but I'm just tired lol#fnaf movie#five nights at freddy's

Security Breach Ruin Theory
Ok but if the princess quest ending is canon (which would explain why pizza sim still isn't burnt down, why the mimic is still alive underground and why Freddy has no head) then that means Vanessa could very easily be with Gregory.
This makes sense to me because it would explain why Gregory went underground to create the safeguard against the mimic in the first place. It would explain why he has access to the building schematics i.e. how he was able to lead us to the elevator when we were being chased. It just makes sense for a head of security to have the building plans or at the very least access to them.
I think this could lead to an interesting scenario in which Vanessa becomes the new Michael Afton and then goes about trying to right for the murders she committed while under the mimics influence (I'm like 99.9% sure glitchtrap is the mimic).
Also this could be leading into Help Wanted 2 (which was being worked on at the same time Ruin was and so supposedly has connecting stories) which could be why handunit says "welcome back to another week."
Maybe Vanessa is who we are playing as in help wanted 2 and she's trying to prevent the spread of the mimic and so she gets another job at Fazbear Entertainment when she finds out they are doing something else. Especially when the last time something like this happened it literally resulted in her and (presumably) a bunch of other people being mind controlled.
But hey that's just a theory...a FNAF theory thanks for reading!!

gregory isn't as bad as you think.
(MAJOR SPOILERS FOR SECURITY BREACH RUINS DLC!)
with the ending of the ruins, while most people have come to the conclusion that gregory wasn't the one to toss cassie down that elevator, some were simply convinced that despite not being the one to originally trick cassie into coming down to the ruins, he was still the one who cut the elevator line, potentially killing cassie. & i think part of that has to do with the misconceptions about gregory.
let me explain.
a lot of people out there just don't like gregory, & are convinced that he's an irredeemable little shit. this is mainly because of his behaviour in the first sb game. lots of people think he's the scum of the earth for destroying freddy's friends & using them for upgrades, & while i agree he shouldn't have done that, it's pretty easy to understand why gregory did that. you, my friend with mommy issues, might be overly emotionally attached to roxy because you've seen what roxy is actually like. but gregory most probably has never even been to the pizzaplex before.
oh, & don't forget that these animatronics can physically be restored even after 'dying'... a human child cannot. that's right, that's all that gregory is. a child. i, a 15 year old, would freak out quite badly in this situation, personally, so i'm quite impressed with how calm gregory managed to keep himself. but what he was showing on the outside doesn't change what he must've been feeling on the inside. fear. i mean, let's be real guys, gregory has to be no older than 11, though he does look as young as 9 [though judging by his snarky personality, plus his similar looks to c.c., i don't think he's younger than 9, thus placing him in the 9-11 age range].
this does somewhat factor into why some people don't like gregory: his personality. gregory is quite snarky, sarcastic & rough around the edges, but he's not the sociopath some people paint him out to be. god, guys, this kid is living out on the streets! bro is definitely an orphan! & speaking of gregory living out on the streets, we don't even know how long gregory has been fending for himself. while he probably hasn't been on the streets themselves for that long [he is pretty clean-looking, after all], gregory probably doesn't have any true family [at least, before he met gregory (& vanessa if we count the princess quest ending)], or anyone who truly cares for him at all [not counting cassie, who's probably his only real friend]. so is it a shocker that gregory is the way he is? he acts selfishly because no one else was around to be selfish & look after him on his behalf. & as hard as freddy tries, poor papa-bear doesn't do the best job of making sure gregory doesn't fucking die in the middle of the night, lol.
...oh, & also, coming back to the 'destroying animatronics' part, some people (well i only saw one person use this theory in their fnaf gacha vid... don't judge me for watching that stuff guys, 2023 fnaf gacha is actually good, & 10x as entertaining-) actually think that gregory might've arrived at the destroyed pizzaplex once he figured out what was going on, only to figure out that cassie had released the mimic, & then gregory, having to choose between saving his best friend & saving countless lives from the mimic, ended up dropping the elevator with cassie in it.
while this is a way more plausible & reasonable theory, i still don't think gregory was in the pizzaplex at all, because i simply don't think he could've gotten to the line the elevator was hanging by... at least, i don't think he could've gotten there in time. as far as we know, the elevator line would be practically inaccessible for a human with no tools. it's a lot more likely that the mimic cut gregory off in the middle of his sentence (this game in particular was basically set on tricking cassie & the player on who was the real gregory the entire time, so even at the end, it was likely that steel wool would try to do this again. an amazing literary technique, if you ask me!), especially since the files contain two voicelines overlapping for that particular moment.
besides, we've already established that gregory is a tad more self-centred compared to other kids. who's to say gregory wouldn't be more focussed on cassie than the mimic here? gregory didn't give a damn about the animatronics, & while they may be a special case (considering that the animatronics can actually be physically fixed & recovered, & that gregory thought the technicians would just shut down the pizzaplex for a while to fix said animatronics), i think it's fully possible that gregory would pick cassie over all these random strangers. other than freddy, cassie is probably the only person gregory has ever truly bonded/connected with. cassie is one of the most important people in gregory's life, & gregory. she's probably like a sister to him, so why would gregory pick multiple strangers over one of the few people he considers family?
---------------------------
TL;DR (still kinda long, to be honest, but this part does flow well & is shorter, so stick around to read this because this is the part where the post actually makes sense!)
in conclusion, what i've been tryna say this whole time is that gregory isn't a sociopath, he's a homeless kid with no family, & it's funny (in an upsetting sort of way) how some of y'all are literally painting him as a bad person for destroying the animatronics when the real villain of fnaf is literally supposed to be william afton himself, & here y'all are, victim-blaming a fucking 9-11 year old who lives on the streets.
& yes, once again, i'm gonna repeat that while i do agree gregory should not have destroyed the animatronics (especially since they've legit been freddy's friends his entire life, rip dude), it's understandable why he did so. gregory wanted to upgrade freddy so the poor guy could actually have a better chance of surviving the night (remember that save points are probably not canon, so gregory is actually a kid who is only managing to survive the night thanks to pure luck. he can't take any risks here!).
he's also just a young boy, no older than my own little brother (who'd totally freak out & not handle the situation as well as gregory did), & while gregory may act like a little shit/brat, it isn't his fault as he probably didn't have many positive role models growing up & had to fend for himself (maybe on a more emotional/metaphorical level when he was younger, as he does not seem to have been homeless for a long time).
& once again, gregory is a self-centred child who'd definitely pick saving his best friend's life over dozens (& potentially even hundreds) of people. after all, he's a kid who probably cannot comprehend the consequences of doing this, he & cassie are like 9-11 & despite his experiences, gregory probably still can't fully comprehend the idea of death, being just a young boy. (cassie is a different case since she basically saw roxy die-)
------------------------------------
....another TL;DR because the TL;DR is hella long- (this time i'm putting it in dot-points for those of you who are mentally incapable of reading huge slabs of text. still kinda a lot to swallow but bare with me here guys-)
gregory is not a sociopath: he's just had a hard life (you can't tell me he hasn't, while we don't know what he's been through, bro's definitely been through a hard life if he's on the streets instead of in an orphanage-) & this affects his behaviour. his age & maturity (he acts a bit like an edgy 13 year old, in my opinion-) also factors into this behaviour.
gregory only destroyed the animatronics because they were literally gonna kill him. (he believed that the technicians would shut down the pizzaplex for a couple of weeks to fix the animatronics, once the employees found the animatronics)
however, just because he destroyed the animatronics does not mean gregory would kill cassie in cold blood like how some of y'all believe he did. cassie is gregory's best friend, while gregory was probably meeting monty, roxy & chica for the first time, & therefore didn't have any bond with them. plus, once again, cassie is alive, she cannot be 'brought back' the same way the animatronics can.
gregory's also established to be self-centred, & would definitely choose to save cassie, regardless of the consequences (since the mimic would definitely escape if gregory got cassie out of the ruined pizzaplex).
there are probably a few more things i could choose to say in gregory's defence, but this post is getting too long & confusing. until then, i recommend watching this video which was supposed to be related, except i forgot to write the material relating to it! (still a good, reliable & interesting video though-):
youtube
~EDIT~
i now remember the material i was gonna type regarding this video! while there was something i was going to say in regards to the different possible endings (i forgor what it was now-), i do remember now that i was going to mention how some people believe gregory to be patient 48 (or whatever that number was, i forgor & i don't feel like cross-checking, so feel free to correct me!).
it's a well-known fact by now that patient 49 is most definitely being controlled/manipulated by glitchtrap. although people originally believed patient 48 to be vanessa/vanny, this is now proven to be false... or something like that, idk i don't keep that up-to-date with game theory's fnaf videos-
but anyways, most people these days actually believe gregory to be patient 49. part of this is to do with the fact that we don't know where gregory came from. while cassie talks about her dad all the time, gregory doesn't mention anything from the past, not even cassie. so for all we know, matpat's theory is correct & glammike, elizabeth!vanny/vanessa, & gregory = robot!c.c. are all canon-
but back on topic, because they believe that gregory is patient 49, many people believe that gregory would kill cassie in cold blood, or at least kill her in the name of saving people. but that's where you're wrong.
if you've watched the video above, you'd have probably heard how id fantasy (the creator, & a brilliant fnaf theorist if you ask me! she's right up there with matpat, tbh, imagine matpat but simplified & you'll get her videos!) theorised how gregory was most probably under glitchtrap's influence at one point or another (thus backing up the whole 'gregory is patient 48' theory).
however, something that most people forget is that anyone under glitchtrap's influence is forced to stay there if they want to live. vanessa did not want to be vanny, but she would've suffered a fate worse than death if she refused. after all, as we can see in the 'no' ending of fnaf: help wanted, the main character is just trapped in the game forever, even if they did 'win' against glitchtrap. once you pick the game up, there's simply no escape. i, too, would give up & let glitchtrap win the same way vanessa did, if i found out what the alternative is, & that there was literally no way to come out alive.
while, i, too, am not quite sure how gregory got his hands on the game or got under glitchtrap's influence, if we were to go with the 'gregory is patient 48' theory, i hope this explains the piled allegations against him. though frankly, i believe the 'elizabeth is patient 48 theory' way more.

FNaF Rant - Why I Still Believe the Burntrap Ending is the True Ending of Security Breach
I keep hearing people say that the True Ending of FNaF Security Breach has now been proven to be the Princess Quest Ending, but I have a different opinion (if the title wasn’t obvious enough). I am not on the bandwagon of the “Princess Quest Ending = True Ending” idea that most people had, and the Ruin DLC just reinforced that the Burntrap ending is the True Ending for the game. Here are my reasons why I believe this to be. Spoilers below for FNaF: Security Breach and for the Ruin DLC. The screenshots come mostly from FusionZGamer’s playthrough of Ruin.
1. The Glamrock Freddy animatronic we see in the Ruin DLC is a Prototype, not the real Glamrock Freddy. A lot of people automatically jumped to “oh, there’s a headless Glamrock Freddy! It has to mean that Freddy was decapitated!” Not necessarily. This Prototype was probably put to work after the real Freddy left the pizzaplex with Gregory. Not to mention when you look at the credits of the Ruin DLC, Kellen isn’t credited with the voice of Glamrock Freddy.
If the real Glamrock Freddy were still there, wouldn’t it be logical that Kellen Goff would still be given credit to voicing him, even if the creature doesn’t talk? I feel like the Prototype was just a suit that Fazbear Entertainment tried to put into commission because their real Glamrock Freddy ran away. Not to mention, when the Prototype Glamrock Freddy opens its chest-mouth-thing, there’s a present inside it. If it were the real Glamrock Freddy, why would there be a present inside him? Wouldn’t it have to be empty so Gregory could be able to climb in?
2. The entire finale of Ruin takes place in the Burntrap ending’s location. Why would the Ruin DLC even have you go into the sinkhole if the Burntrap ending wasn’t canon? If the Princess Quest ending was the True Ending, then the sinkhole wouldn’t have been introduced like we already knew it existed. The Mimic would have told Cassie something along the lines of “There’s this massive sinkhole in the middle of Roxy Racers that I got trapped in” and not “I’m in the sinkhole in the middle of Roxy Racers.” The latter implies that Gregory had at least told Cassie about it before, hence why the Mimic could simply say the latter line and Cassie wouldn’t immediately question “There’s a sinkhole in there?!”
3. Glamrock Chica, Monty, and Roxanne are all in worse versions of their withered states. From what I’ve seen and experienced, the only ending where you have to actively destroy all three of the animatronics is the Burntrap ending. You’re required to have all three items - the eyes, the voice box, and the claws - in order to even get down to the sinkhole. For all of the other endings, you can get all of them without destroying the last animatronic. The Ruined animatronics all have been destroyed, which implies that the Burntrap ending had to have been the true ending.
4. I don’t see the Princess Quest machine as being destroyed because Gregory saved Vanessa. To me, it looks kinda like the sword was impaled through the Princess Quest machine to prevent Vanessa from being saved. It’s not a “Oh, Gregory saved her and therefore slayed the monster” thing; it’s more of a “You lost your chance to save her, and now I’ll make sure no one can save her” scenario. Glitchtrap/The Mimic - whatever you wanna call him; I’m pretty sure they’re the same person - was probably ensuring that his puppet can’t get away from him ever again. If it wasn’t that, then maybe Vanessa found a way to save herself. After all, it’s the Princess who wields the golden sword in the game. Who’s to say that Vanessa didn’t save herself and escape from the pizzaplex?
5. The Blob wouldn’t necessarily have shown up in Ruin, even as an Easter Egg, if the True Ending was the Princess Quest ending. This is probably a dumb thing, but personally, why would you even have the Blob in the DLC if the ending where it actually shows up isn’t canon? If the Burntrap ending wasn’t canon, why have the Blob show as an Easter Egg at all? Most people only know that the Blob exists because of the Burntrap ending, so if he shows up, it would’ve at least garnered a reaction from Cassie, wouldn’t it? Something along the lines of “What the heck was that?!” while the Mimic dismisses it as “You’re probably seeing things.” Besides, FusionZGamer did some hacking, and it’s the entire model for the Blob.
Why would the entire model for a creature who only shows up in one ending be utilized for a DLC if it wasn’t in the True Ending? It just doesn’t make sense to me.
6. The earthquake that caused the pizzaplex to shut down was most likely the Blob moving and/or dragging Afton into the fires down below. (Credit for this screenshot goes to Dawko.) I think people don’t realize that earthquakes and fires aren’t mutually exclusive. You can have an earthquake at the same time as a fire and vice versa. There seems to be an idea that the fire didn’t hit the pizzaplex, but an earthquake did, which, granted, could be possible. However, the fires didn’t necessarily have to go up to the pizzaplex to cause damage. The sink hole was already rather large, and considering the size of the Blob, it wouldn’t be far-fetched to believe that the earthquake was caused by the Blob dragging Afton into his fiery demise... presumably. After all, Afton has a bad habit of always coming back.
7. Never assume the happiest ending is the true ending, especially when it comes to Five Nights at Freddy’s. The most common reason everyone jumped on the “Princess Quest Ending is the True Ending” bandwagon was because it was the only ending where Vanessa was saved and the only ending to have three stars. Not all happy endings are the true endings of a game. Look at the two endings for FNaF: Sister Location, for example, or the true ending of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator. The true ending for Sister Location was the ending where Michael was scooped, and the true ending for FFPS was Michael and the Salvaged Animatronics burning alive while Henry watched on and/or burned with them. When you look at the novels, too, there are no happy endings in most of the Fazbear Frights stories or the Tales from the Pizzaplex stories. Saving Vanessa in FNaF: Security Breach feels like it’s too happy. After all, it leaves one question ringing loud in your ears: Where is Glitchtrap? Because if the Princess Quest ending was canon, then theoretically, the mask should’ve been broken to signify Glitchtrap was finally gone; however, the mask was still intact. (Not to mention a few people on Reddit pointed out the mask was very different than the actual suit head that Vanny wore, which - power to you guys on Reddit; I didn’t realize that the first time.) There should have been some significant detail to help ensure the players that Glitchtrap was gone, but no. Glitchtrap, while Vanessa was freed from his grasp, is still most likely alive and kicking in the Princess Quest ending. The Burntrap ending, sure, has a lot of loose threads, but that’s the point of a good game that wants to continue the story. You’re supposed to have loose threads if you want to follow up on a story, otherwise it feels like you are retconning important details from the original game.
And, lastly:
This is in the game code. If it’s in the code, it’s probably the true ending. (Credit goes to the people on Reddit once again for this information.)
