Day 5

Ngayong araw ay ika-22 ng Enero, 2021. Ngayong araw na ay late nanaman akong nagising dahil umulan at masarap ang aking pagkakatulog. Bumangon ako ng aking higaan ng alas dose dahil timad akong bumangon dahil masarap pa i tulog dahil sa clima. Kumain na ako ng tanghalian at pagkatapos ay naghanda na ako para sa kalasi namin sa PerDev kung saan tinalakay namin dito ang mga issue sa adolescent at mga bagay na makakainfluensya sa ugali namin sa adolescent. Matapos ng unang klase namin ay may tatlumpong minuto kami pahinga kay inilaan ko nalang ito sa pagrereview ng aralain namin sa PE dahil may pasulit kami ngayon, matapos ng pag take ko sa aming pasulit ay naghanda na ako sa aking sarili, inayosan ko ang aking sarili dahil may ginawa akong vlog para sa aming performance task sa Personal Development kung saan tinatalakay namin kung paano maging responsible adolescent . Pagkatapos nito ay nagpahinga na ako.

the song that almost always makes me cry

dapithapon by ebe dancel. first time i heard the song was thru this video. i don’t know but for some reasons it struck me. maybe because it has the words that i wanted to say before, to my ex. lagi ko naiisip na, siguro kung gawa na ‘tong awit na ‘to nung mga panahong ‘yun - panahon umayaw siya at hiningi nya yung kalayaan niya- aside from that juris song, this would have definitely been my song. 

sinubukan kong aralain yung kanta at tugtugin sa gitara, and sometimes bago ako matulog, i play this particular version in youtube habang sinasabayan ko siya ng pagtugtog at pagkanta. baduy pakinggan pero tuwing ginagawa ko yun, di man lagi, pero most of the times umiiyak ako.  and everytime i did, i always picture talking to her with the words from this song, while also remembering her face back then, na hindi nakatingin sakin, nakatagilid na parang ayaw akong pakinggan, habang ako, nagmamakaawa na pagisipan niyang mabuti yung gagawin at magiging decision niya. then after having a good cry, i go to sleep.

this may sound as if i'm still not over my past relationship, but no, that is not the case. masakit pa rin lang siguro mabalikan yung sufferings ko noon.

 Hinding mapagkakaila ang kahalagahan ng internet sa ating buhay lalo na sa mga mag - aaral. Malaki ang naitutulong ng internet sa mga mag - aaral dahil sa pamamagitan ng internet makakagawa ng proyekto ang mga mag - aaral katulad nalang sa pag gawa ng research, kailangan nang isang mag - aaral ng internet para makagawa ng research at hindi lang yan ang naitulong ng internet dahil sa pag daan ng mga panahon nauso ang mga social networking sites. 

Malaki rin ang naitulong ng social media dahil dito nagpapalitan ng mga mensahe na may kinalaman sa pag - aaral ang mga estudyante. Ito ay naging daan para makahabol sa mga aralin ang mga estudyante at dahil din dito makakakuha rin sila ng mga impormasyon na magagamit nila sa kanilang pag - aaral at ito ay nakakatulong na mapalago ang ating mga kaalaman, pero hindi lahat ng nagagawa ng internet ay maganda dahil kadalasan sa mga kabataan ngayon inaabuso ang kanilang katawan para lang makapaglaro lang ng mga online games at minsan ito pa ang dahilan kung bakit mababa ang mga grado ng mga estudyante na imbes mag aral sila dahil merong exam kinabukasan nilalaan nalang nila ang kanilang oras sa pag iinternet, hindi naman masama ang maglaro ng online games pero hindi rin nakakabuti ito dahil baka ito pa ang dahilan kung bakit hindi na gusto mag - aral ang isang estudyante at isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit minsan hindi maganda ang pag iinternet ay dahil ang mga kabataan ngayon mahilig manood ng kahit anong palabas at baka ano pa ang matutunan nila kung mapa sobra sila sa pag gamit nito. 

                 MGA POSITIBONG EPEKTO NG INTERNET

                   Maraming magandang naidudulot na epekto ang internet. Unang - una nakakatulong ang intenet sa pag gawa ng mga research papers, takdang aralain, at mga proyekto. Dahil sa internet pwede tayong kumuha ng mga impormasyon na hindi pa alam ng mga mag - aaral na magagamit nila sa kanilang pag -aaral at sa pamamagitan ng internet pwede natin makausap ang mahal natin sa buhay na nasa malayong lugar. Halos lahat ng kailangan ng tao ay masasabi nating nasa internet na o masasagot na sa internet sa isang click lamang.  

                                   MGA NEGATIBONG EPEKTO NG INTERNET 

        Pero marami ring hindi magandang dulot ang internet, maraming mga estudyante ang bumabagsak dahil nasobrahan na ang paggamit nila sa internet at minsan ito pa ang dahilan kung bakit hindi na sila pumapasok sa kannilang paaralan ginagastos nalang nila ang kanilang baon sa paglalaro sa mga computer shop imbes na gamitin nila ito sa mas importanteng bagay. At isa sa mga hindi magandang dulot ng internet ay ito na ang naging  pang palipas oras ng mga batang nasa edad na 3 - 10 imbes na mag laro sila sa labas mas gugustuhin nalang nila na nakatutok sa selpon o sa kompyuter.

                                         ESTUDYANTE? 

   Karamihan sa mga paaralan dito sa Pilipinas lalo na ang mga pribadong paralan ay gumagamit na ng kompyuter na may internet access. Sa mga private school may tinatawag silang " computer lab" kung saan may maraming kompyuter at mas mapadali ang pagkalap ng impormasyon. Sa " computer lab" pwede rin sila mag klase doon kung may importanteng diskusyon ang guro na kailangan gumamit ng kompyuter ng mga estudyante.
