     for a second, one that lasts far too long, theo perks up at their words. good boy, they say, and he can't help the immediate satisfaction that blooms in their chest.

     a beat passes, and their eyes narrow into slits. zevran tries and fails to hide a grin behind his hand, and though he doesn't actually laugh, theo can read playfulness loud and clear in the lines around his eyes. he briefly considers himself fortunate that he's human. they wouldn't have been able to prevent the wagging tail, wolf's ears going back, or the toothy grin spreading wide across a gray-flecked muzzle.

     “ that's not very funny. ” theo frowns, perhaps more severely than is warranted, as heat crawls up the back of their neck. they're not used to being embarrassed. “ you should know that calling me a good boy isn't going to make me do a trick. ”

the bad guys / accepting

Rain, unrelenting torrents of it, drowns out the alarmed voices, urgent clatter of metal, screams abruptly cut off. Lightning arcs across the sky briefly revealing the crumpled bodies of several dead templar, blood seeping into the cobble stones of the darkened street. Thunder rolls as Anders picks up his stave. He is soaked right through and covered in grit and dirt and blood. HIs hair, now long and tangled, is plastered haphazardly to his face. He nudges the nearest corpse with his boot, rolling it on it's back. Starkhaven. Of course. They knew exactly what he was capable of, how to counter each spell, how to deal with his particular skill set. Sebastian hadn't wasted much time.

" — Fastest way to make more enemies, that. " he says, addressing the darkness beyond where the bodies lie, a wry grin forming, amusement seeping in. He turns to face the hooded figure briefly silhouetted by another lightning flicker as the storm rages. Now here's someone the templars had not prepared for. Well, well... " Though I can't say I'm not glad to see you, Zevran. "

I miss my Warden & Zevran so much and I thought 'lmao what if I made their child as my Rook' and when i checked on the years its possible to do so and i went a little nuts so
