What I could see happening either before or after Béatrice has become at least begrudgingly resigned to Amicia being romantically involved with another girl, but still wishing said girl at least wasn't a coarse peasant thief. At the absolute least was a little more civilized. 😅

Those little blocks that Hugo’s playing with are the knucklebones that Amicia picked up from the English camp while escaping with Melie (it was Chapter 7, I think) for him to play with as jacks 😊

Title derived from that part in Chapter 1 where an Inquisition guard corners Amicia and Hugo while they're trying to escape, then Béatrice comes up behind him and KNOCKS HIM OUT WITH A ROCK 💪😳 ...Then she's like "My children...", Hugo runs up to her for a hug and she invites Amicia over to hold her hand ❤️❤️❤️

look, rodric’s whole thing is that he’s the heavy in this orphan party, arthur literally sets people on fire, lucas didn’t touch a single soul throughout the entire game as far as i remember but there was that bit with the pig, and the de runes siblings are pretty much elbow-deep in the business of wrecking death and unimaginable pain by the end of the game

what i’m saying is mélie is ironically the only one who’s all rage and no killing, and she’s gonna grow up more like garret from thief than legolas, is what i’m saying
