Princess tutu’s impact on my life is incredible like you know how people joke about having a little senshi in their head that reminds them to eat well? That’s me with tutu

I changed my blog title to a lyric from fiona apple’s paper bag, a song I love and relate to a lot. BUT. The song is quite bleak and somber and the paper bag in question is about looking for a sign that things are gonna work out (a flying dove) and realizing it was just a trick your eyes played on you (it was just a paper bag).

And in my head Duck is here like there is always hope!! Why choose such a bleak lyric as your blog title? You’re closing yourself off to the idea good things will happen in the future to shut yourself into a state of despair. Why choose that lyric to represent you?

And I’m like damn! You’re right princess tutu I’ve let you down!! We may not get some grand sign from the universe that things are gonna be okay but things have a way of working themselves out eventually, you just have to hold on to hope

-It is late into the night. The sky is dark with no stars due to the lights that line the street outside of your house. The inside of your house is almost completely dark. The only light that is present is from outside. The lights from the street along with the moon pour in through the windows. The reason you're up this late is because you just finished watching a movie and are now getting ready to go to bed. You head over towards the kitchen in order to grab a few late night snacks. As you walk past a window you see a figure out of the corner of your eye. This grabs your attention. You move closer to the window and look out. You see a small figure hunched over the garden outside your house. The garden is empty. Nothing but a few dead plants. The weather has been getting colder. The leaves on the trees have been shifting to yellow and red and falling down onto the ground. Not many flowers and plants that once decorated the garden can survive in this weather. Which is why it is odd that some random person was messing around in your garden. No one would dare hire someone to tend to their almost completely empty garden in this weather. You watch this figure closely. It was too dark outside to see the details on this figure. It was almost as if the lights on the street purposely avoided the figure. As if they were helping to hide it. This figure seemed to be digging up the dirt and putting something inside. As if it was gardening. You decided to go outside in order to get a closer look at this figure. Maybe even talk to it to see what it was doing and why. I mean it was very strange for some random person to start planting things in your garden. As if it was their garden. Their property. The door creaked as you opened it. Startling the figure. It stood up and seemed to look directly at you. You couldn’t see their face but you could feel their eyes as they watched you stand in the doorway. It then turned around and sprinted off down the street. You tried to run after it, yelling at it to wait, but they didn’t stop. You gave up on running after them once you got to the sidewalk. You watched them as they ran down the road. The light finally was able to hit them. But no details were shown. They still were just a figure. A shadow. Though it was a little easier to see their silhouette. They seemed to have something sticking out of the top of their head. Like antlers. You let out an exhausted sigh. You just want to go to bed. You turn around and walk over towards the garden, crouching down in the exact spot the figure was in. You dig in the dirt trying to find what they planted. After a bit of digging you feel something small touch your hand. You pick it up and try to look at it. Feeling it with your fingers. It's a seed! It reminds you of the seeds you find in the middle of an apple. The more you examine the seed the more you realize. It is an apple seed. But why would someone try and plant an apple seed in your garden when there is an apple orchard just down the road from your house?-
