#collaborationdinner . Spicy #RedScorpionPepperJelly infused meatballs in our last post were great, but I made a bunch, so we whipped them into a quick dinner... . 1lb fettuccine 1 large yellow onion @millcitygrows 1/2 head garlic 3 cups minced fresh @fatmoonmushrooms from @neighborsacre 4oz grass fed butter 1 pint heavy cream 2 tbs sour cream 1/4 dried parsley Salt & pepper 2 tbs our #AppleChiliJam . Bring 4 qts water to a boil on your back burner while you prep for your cream sauce. Dice onions & mushrooms, mince garlic, and sauté together in butter on medium heat in #nanaspan till deglazed and stir in heavy cream and seasonings. Keep over medium-hi heat and add those leftover spicy-sweet meatballs and keep stirring for the 11-12 minutes your fettuccine needs to cook. . Strain your pasta and toss into your sauce and blend together with the heat off and let that #castiron do it’s magic on its own. We were lucky to have enough #parmigianoreggiano from @millcitycheesemongers left to top it off with for the perfect touch. . Quick #vegan #tacos tonight with our leftover tasting jars from Market this weekend. We used our new #applechilijam in our pan fried rice with fresh peppers, and our #caramelizedonionandgarlicjelly with water to soften and braze chickpeas for mashed beans. We topped the whole thing with some super fresh, crisp, and delicious #microgreens - pea shoots from @neighborsacre. The #dracutma apples in our jam really carry a sweetness that plays well off the great spice from the chili’s we sourced from @countrydreamsfarm. We had a blast doing the @chelmsfordfarmersmarket with them both this year, and love being able to see and source from our #collaborationvendors!
