Here aloso I spend 3years 6. month after I moved to courtyard Marriott pune hinjewadi as a seniour CDP new challage new people new team new boss new roule everything is new creativity here I learn How to make 15000 people food outdoore event fast planning for ingredent, planing for manning planing for equpment and when we can start our missa planing and all before date we start some important things like what we can prepared fast and keep safe. After we got that day early morning we need to start cooking all food togather and disturbed in saprate saprate at after noon around food pickup wan will reach to pickup food and went to that place where actul event is happening. Finally time is over now my boss is taking round hope all is on place and everything is like what we need Guest will join buffer in 30 minutes all section and buffet incharge will answer yes chef all set now the time all 15000 thousand people will attack on buffet 2 hr fully rush everyone is ranning behind the buffet to keep sufesant food and all Guest got food on time this is my fast big event I have not done before this much. We landed in Buenos Aires just after a huge haul storm had used the airport for 2 hours. We notice the huge clouds in the sky but we just missed it luckily. However there were planes lined up everywhere waiting to take off, and we had to wait a out 20 mins for a gate. Finally we arrived at a 7 star Palace hotel and had a 9pm supper. Al preservered and had all 6 courses but I only had the appitiser and dessert.
