you mentioned several months ago about alex wearing his hair slicked back like AM style during the Car tour but I can’ find it anywhere. Do you have any photos/a name of a video with it?

yes, dear anon! it was the september 8th show at forest hills stadium in new york. he put like a pound of gel in his hair. funnily enough, it nearly coincided with the 10th anniversary of the 'am' album (which came out september 9th). so i don't know if this was his way of acknowledging the album's milestone anniversary or he was having a bad hair day and though 'fuck it. let's go for the brylcreem'.

which i must say i much prefer. and with how much he ruffles and messes up his hair, that gel simply never stood the chance.

There was never any kind of indication that Mel hated Viktor or that her intentions were anything but good. I think you all just turned your brains off whenever she was on screen and missed the way she spoke to Jayce with respect and sympathy, and softened when he told her that his best friend was dying, and pushed Jayce into the political/councilor path because that was the way she saw Hextech succeeding. And yes, Jayce being on the council was an advantage to her, too, and yes, she saw Hextech as a way of furthering her own influence, but two things can be true at once-- that she both believed in it and knew it could be a means to an end.

#also you dont criticize viktor for using Jayce #because you grasp that he saw Jayce as both an opportunity and a potential ally/friend #genuinely i thought we'd made a little bit of progress on throwing female characters under the bus just bc they were the romantic interest #of one half of a gay ship but it feels like 2014 in here #ALSO how were Mel's motivations in question at all once Ambessa appeared in season one. im gonna be real yall Arcane isnt a subtle show #in the slightest #all of Mel's cards were on the table from that point forward
