Yes of course I’m still thinking about Alice and Sam getting silly about Chester and Norris:

It starts off as a joke because Chester reads one side of an angsty break up turned supernatural case, then Norris reads the exact same event from the other person’s side, and Sam and Alice’s eyes just Light Up

After seeing that it annoys the hell out of Gwen, they gleefully continue.

Sam does shitty doodles and Alice writes even shittier fanfics - at first, it’s just stupid, often them making out using cable wires or whatever just to make Sam squirm, but after a while she starts writing actual domestic fluff or angst.

Celia quietly offers designs for them both and Alice and Sam both agree it’s impressive how well they match the voices almost as if Celia had met them before-

Whenever Chester or Norris read something out that could be seen as romantic, Alice ignores her work until she’s written at least 500 words on it

They call them Chestris

Alice actually starts a fandom tag on AO3 just called “OIAR” and somehow her fics (which she posts quite regularly due to the aforementioned) have a few dedicated readers and fanbase

Sam elects not to publish his drawings

The canon they decide upon is that they live in an office not unlike OIAR and randomly are overcome with the urge to talk about some guy’s trauma, but other than that they chill and just chat and be gay

They sometimes get bang on about the characters in a way that creeps Celia tf out - Norris makes tea, Chester is a cat guy and also a bit of a bummer, etc

Gwen by this point refuses to even be in the same room as the others while Chestris is being discussed, it annoys her so much. She’d never admit it, but whenever she gets Norris or Chester talking her mind immediately jumps to the ship

Augustus doesn’t play a huge part, and his character fluctuates, but the common idea is he gives them the cases

i saw a post on twt that said

"They never want to discuss what triggered you. Just how you reacted."

and immediately i thought of billy and all the antis that use his fight with steve as a way to paint him as villain or act like his anger was unjustified. he didn't just beat steve's ass bc he felt like it. y'all ignore the red flags steve was just flaunting and acting as if billy was wrong for reacting the way he did.

billy is clearly a person whose been hurt by adults, in more ways than the show let on, and he thought he was saving max from forcibly growing up in the same ways he had to.

he thought he was protecting her, and instead max was added to the list of people who have done billy wrong and failed to care about what their actions would do to an already messed up kid. (she too, thought she was doing the right thing in the moment, but nobody ever focuses on how max could've easily killed him with sedatives meant for an otherworldly being.)

it's always "he's violent and racist!" and never "he's violent and intolerant from years of abuse and forced ideals"

if you are born of a bad environment, and you're forced to stay in that environment, guess what happens? you are more likely to become a victim of circumstances and your upbringing than to stop the cycle forced onto you.

billy never stood a fighting chance because no one ever bothered to find out why he acted the way he did, they just called him a bad guy and moved on with their lives like he didn't matter.

and to them, and all the characters in the show, billy truly didn't matter.

I used to have a massive crush on Kurt from glee and the actor who played him by extension I literally found his accounts on like every website ever I found every single thing he’d ever made or been in every interview even these rando livestreams some of the glee cast members used to do that he’d sometimes pop by in I literally think I consumed every single appearance he had ever made anywhere at that time.
