Aph San Marino: (Stands at the podium, stares at Veneziano, Romano, and Vatican City while adjusting the mic higher up. Reads a bunch of announcements and steps down.)

On HRE's Continued Spiritual Existence in Hetalia

Instead of becoming Germany after his physical death, as most would assume, HRE became the representative of the Vatican. This is because he wasn't the representative of an imperial collective of states, in the typical sense, to begin with. Rather, he was the personification of what drew them together - the protection of the Roman Catholic faith. The Vatican serves much the same function now, and the Vatican states are considered by many to be the religious heart of Italy (let alone the heart of Catholic world) so it makes sense HRE would perform a similar role in his present life as he did in his first one; a role that would allow him to be close to Italy.

I may get hate about this, but due to History , Vatican can't be female because the highest positions in the Catholic Church are always held by men plus the Catholic Church was never in favor of women.

Personally i see Vatican having zero interest on being in romantic or sexual relationship with anyone and would prefer making friends than being on a relationship, since his full dedication to the God.

Another headcanon i have about Vatican is that despite of appearing emotionless most of the time, he actually has feelings but he mostly prefers not to express them.

And the dress code in Vatican is actually very strict, meaning that any person's clothes must cover as much skin as possible (this rule applies both to the residents and the foreign visitors).

And last but not least , inaccurate Vatican City OCs can be insulting towards people who are religious or raised in a household where religion is taken very seriously.

Can I just say, what really pisses me off are the Female Vatican City OCs?

Like are you so fucking lazy you can’t even look up one little and very fucking obvious fact?

Don’t even get me started on the “Young” female Vatican Cities.

Its population is typically older and usually male, age hit Vatican City like a goddamn truck.

Even Hima himself has stated that, “He is described as an old man who lives near Italy, but is very bossy and considered to be an annoyance, which has caused him to be at odds with the Italy brothers. He also seems to want them to fight and make up.”

So when these assholes draw “sexy” lady Vaticans in sexy dresses and their underwear, all I can think is, “I’m not even religious and I know that you’re probably going to hell for that”

And whats the deal with the pairing it with Switzerland?????

Like oh there are Swiss Guards there, so they’d obviously bang.

That is literally their reasoning. Trying to prove all these reasons why its oh so accurate and its like, they’re paired because there are like two or three guards there who are Swiss.
