SPN:  

9x11: Sam gets angle-power extracted by Cas (his brother’s boyfriend), very good wincing and screaming while Cas has to ignore him 

8x17: Cas attacks his boyfriend (Dean) while under semi-mind control, ft Dean’s love confession (he doesn’t actually say ‘I love you’ but he says it how he would say it)

10x22: Dean attacks his boyfriend Cas while going slightly insane 

11x17: ALL OF THIS EPISODE you have gets shot, bullet removal, bandaging, walking with a hole in your gut, collapsing, suffocation, grief, beautiful wincing, more collapsing, it’s great 

9x23: Metatron fights Dean, and Dean ends up on the floor being covered in blood, gasping for air, and Sam (Dean’s brother) appears to see Metatron stab Dean. Sam and Dean make an attempt at an escape but Dean dies.

2x21: Bobbie is tortured - pulling fingernails, bloodiness, beating, breaking legs, etc 

2x22: Bobbie gets shot (following episodes include her recovery)

I’ve heard The Walking Dead is pretty good, I know in 1x01 Rick gets shot and that scene is beautiful 

In 9-1-1 4x13, Eddie gets shot and it’s beautiful 

In 9-1-1: Lone Star 1x08, TK gets shot and it’s also beautiful 

Underrated whump scene: Qui Gon’s death in Phantom Menace 

Anyway, I hope this helps!! If you like watching whump scenes but not the whole show, would recommend checking out the playlist. I’ll add any others other people recommend to it if I can find it to that playlist soon 

Hey, I'm currently lacking in whump again. Do you know any good episodes of a whumpee that got hurt somewhere in the torso, which actually takes some episodes to heal? So wound reopening, sewing up again, fever, collapsing, holding the side, whincing, etc are Premium ^^

Special bonus points if the guy is the "bad guy" and gets cared for by his enemy for information etc and they slowly warm up to each other.

I just rewatched the Sergio scenes from Helix for the thousandth time again, seems to be pretty unknown, but I loove the whump. It also lasts a few episodes and his "enemy" has to stitch him up again like 3 times. But the rest of the story is pretty bad in my opinion and season 2 just vanished the build up relationship.

Hello! That is a very good request but unfortunately hard to fulfill. Most whump takes place within just one episode and the characters are either perfectly fine in the next or at most have like a sling or something. That's a dream scenario right there. Multi episode whump, fever, collapsing, plus some bad guy/antihero whumping? I never watched Helix but that sounds amazing.

Oh man I am going completely blank. All the multiple episode long whump i can think of aren't torso related whumps. I've got exhaustion (9-1-1), beaten and taken captive (Outlander).

Mike Warren's gunshot wound in Graceland is multiple episodes long. Shot in season 2 finale, in the hospital and in pain in 3x01, taking painkillers for a few more episodes then gets addicted to pain meds which climaxes in 3x08.

Game of Thrones season 2 and season 3 Jaime Lannister has a very not good time. Full of whump. Long term captivity, loses a hand, infection, etc.

Once Upon a Time 5x12 - 5x15 Hook is being tortured and he's covered in blood and holds his ribs in pain.

Quanitco 1x07 - 1x08 Ryan is shot in the stomach. Alex has to perform field surgery on him.

Homeland 5x04 - 5x08 Quinn gets shot in the stomach and he can’t go to a hospital

Emerald City 1x01 - 1x02 Lucas is tied to a cross with barbed wire, rescued, can barely move his arms, is hiding a torso injury, injury becomes bad and he collapses, is weak, and then gets poisoned.

Followers? You guys got anything? I'm going blank.

Rewatching BOOM

Boom is what passes for a “filler episode” in S4.

Yet it wraps up most of the Inhumans/Watchdogs stuff - if unsatisfactorily: Nadeer’s death can only inflame the anti-Inhuman sentiments yet that won’t even be part of the backdrop past this season, ever again - explores Mace trying to find a new role for himself and settling on self-sacrificing hero (because we didn’t have enough of those already😁) and propels forward both the LMD and the Framework arcs, with Mace’s kidnapping and Agnes’ story respectively.

So, yeah. AoS doesn’t really do “fillers” and S4? Even less.

Once Upon a Time, the Bus Kids:

FitzSkimmons investigate the bombing together, each to their own strengths - Fitz and Simmons with chemistry, Daisy with surveillance cameras - and then need almost no words to agree on how to (try to) stop Shockley from going kaboom. It’s a lovely little scene that underscores how much the show has lost when it destroyed their friendship.

She’s Got the Powers:

Daisy tries and fails to generate a “countervibration” to keep Shockley solid but the show succeeds at writing around her powers without ignoring neither the obvious nor the previously established, dedicating two scenes to explain how they could save the day and why they won’t. *waves at S6* See? This is how it’s done.

Gotta Catch’ Em All:

Karma is a bitch. Or maybe it just has a weird sense of humor. The Inhuman hater is Inhuman and gets a power that’s extremely useful in his current line of work as a human supremacist terrorist, since it turns him into the perfect suicide bomber: undetectable, completely self-sufficient and fully recyclable.

Tucker Shockley, also known as the Cattle-prod enthusiast for his liberal use of taser rods, is one of the very few named Watchdogs and, as far as we know, is still trapped in his gaseous state inside S.H.I.E.L.D.’s version of a Pokemon Ball. Unlike Vijaay Nadeer, forever trapped underwater in his Terrigenesis husk, nobody cares.

Stuff:

“Caldes de Montbui”, the town in Catalonia Agnes has chosen for her last days, looks like a different dressing of the same location used for Afterlife.

The place Agnes buys her takeaway breakfast from is called “Cafè de Lola”.

I understood that conceptually we were building a world, but I didn't expect you would build our entire world. -- With slight improvements. *Very* slight, since they don’t include correction algorithms to prevent the fascist takeover.

Does that thing have to be in here? Figures the human supremacists would have an issue with androids, too.

Anyway, thanks for ruining one of the few good days I had left. Ouch. I would have crumbled into pieces if someone had said this to me. Coulson is obviously made of much sterner stuff but it’s got to be killing him, too. It’s another testament of how much he cares for May.

I love, love, love the Bus Kids going to investigate the bombing scene in a very public display of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s efficiency. I so wish we had had more of this, regular “everyday” stuff with the Bus Kids playing agents together.

Daisy isn’t wearing the company jacket. Of course.😎

I’m not giving up on May. When I was gone, she never gave up on me. When he was gone...does he mean while he was dead? Anyway, yeah, May would be just as determined if roles were reversed, as seen before and in the following seasons.

Senator Nadeer was also aligned with the Russians. Why would they want her dead? -- Villain-on-villain violence? 🤣🤣🤣

We could try out one of my other superpowers. Persuasion? Daisy doesn’t look persuaded but Mace is actually good with words, when he’s not overdoing it.

It wasn’t pretty but no one died, except maybe Shockley, but I’m fine with that. 🤣
