Bender does have some repressed trauma before the story begins I guess, but it’s not like he witnessed his mom die or something, though it’s still concerning for his mental health I think

He obviously goes through some stuff in the actual comic. A story needs conflict after all!

I feel like Bender would probably get into heated discourse over his favorite comics and stuff once he finds out about fandom. He may or may not be addicted

Poof on the other hand would probably be way too gullible and believe everything he sees on the internet and try to tell his friends about stuff he’s found on the web
