Hi! I'm Cowpoke, I do art n stuff, and I am in seed of money so...

Semi Emergent commissions are open!

Now cowpoke, what is a semi emergent commission? Well. A lot of emergency commissions I see are like, ppl going to be evicted, and I'd feel bad if I labeled my situation an emergency so. Semi emergency. My moots and those who have followed me for a bit would know that I'm a uni student, and disabled, making it very hard for me to get a job. And I live in a city with terrible public transportation, so. I have to drive myself. And gas costs money, of which I have none. I also have to buy a textbook that I can't "legally" get online (I have to write in it n stuff, tear out pages for lab) so, I also need money for that.

So: Commissions!

Here are examples of my art (tumblr destroys the quality but if I give you the image via like dms or smth it is better)

The first two are unshaded, while the last one is shaded.

Pricing:

Bust (Shoulders/mid chest) $9

Thigh $10

Fullbody $12

Add another character +$4

Add shading +$1

What I don't/can't do:

I won't do incest, pedo, other such things

I can't do NSFW, backgrounds (I can try but I make no promises), and detailed gore

My work is not for commercial use btw

Don't be afraid to ask for things!

I use cashapp mostly, but if you use another app I'll just make an account for it haha.

My goal is $40 (a full tank of gas)

50% or any money I make over $40 will be donated directly to a Palestinian family or charity (if you want you can choose which one, I can also provide recipts or whatever to the commisoner) (I would like to donate more but 40 bucks is only one tank of gas. I will need more in the future and I cannot get a job rn so. I'm doing what I can. I may donate more than 50% if I feel like I can.)

Watching the psychodyssey documentary really makes you appreciate all the work that went into the game.. it's so beautiful and there's so many details and things that went into it..

#duck speaks #psychonauts #it also makes me wanna play the games again #but I just finished psychonauts 2 like. a week or so ago #at least I can still go back in and get the things I missed there :]#I just go all the scavenger hunt items and also did Gisu's quest thing #and yesterday I went back in Loboto's mind and got all the collectibles :]#I never went back into a mind I'd already beat before in the first game so I don't know if it's that way there too but #I was a little disappointed that you can't actually replay the level and instead just go through the space without the cut scenes and stuff #but I probably would've been there forever if not lol #and Oatmeal's there ! my friend Oatmeal :]#anyways um.#it's such a beautiful game and they put so much work into it and it really paid off #I love psychonauts !

Speaking as someone who's been outed many, many times, by both "allies" and homo/transphobes, some of yall are way too comfortable sharing other peoples' queer identities.

"But what if I'm trying to be funny?" Doesn't matter.

"But what if I'm an ally?" Doesn't matter

"But what if the person I'm talking to is an ally?" Doesn't matter.

"But what if I'm queer?" Doesn't matter

"But what if the person I'm talking to is queer?" Doesn't matter.

"But what if the person I'm talking about is a stranger?" Doesn't matter.

"But what if it's really obvious?" First of all, ew. Second of all, Doesn't matter.

"But what if they didn't come out to me, I just figured it out on my own?" Doesn't matter.

"But what if they're getting misgendered?" It's just as easy to say 'actually she's a girl' as it is to say 'actually she's transgender and uses she/her'. If that person is pretransition, it's also easy to just bite your tongue and not say anything.

Unless that person has explicitly given you permission to share that information, you DON'T. No matter how certain you are that everyone is accepting, no matter how noble your intentions, it's not your information to share. Getting clocked sucks, getting outed sucks, and they're both an invasion of privacy no matter who's doing it.
