Okok so it's looking like an actual realm merging situation? Neat!

My theory is that the fsm split the 16 realms ages ago for whatever reason, and now it's been enough time that whatever he used to split them is losing it's effect and they're coming back together, but since all the realms have developed individually from each other for centuries at the very least, bringing them together spontaneously is going to be absolute chaos
