ANYWAYS all that aside here r some of my fav headcanons for him:

-piercings wise i hc that he has his eyebrow pierced and snake bites (the type that goes under ur lip) and a FUCK ton of ear piercings. especially likes little hoops and dangly earrings

-slit eyebrows r cool

-scar above his lip bc he tried eating a stapler or smth as a child idk

-I LOVE. the baby face octane headcanon. for many reasons. sometimes its just funny. other times its Octane Is In The Middle Of Transitioning And Will NOT Take Off His Mask Until His Jaw Is Sharp Enough To Cut Glass

-generally i headcanon him as mixed race so i like to think at first glance u cant tell what race he is cuz sometimes u just cant tell bruh. thjis is a callout post for me and my mom thinking our neighbors were filipino but they were mexican this whole time

-i hc him as part nahua/mexican and japanese/brazilian babey . his dad is japanese-brazilian and his mom is mexican with nahuatl ancestry (native peoples of mexico like the aztecs)

-i like the dyed hair hc with buzzed sides but honestly sometimes the long haired hc is so cute also mohawk octane deserves some rights i guess
