As for your question, that's a tough one. Some of these are more prevalent in one-shots I've yet to post, but I wanted to include them anyway.

Nico: hates driving and he will guilt trip any of his friends into driving so he doesn't have to, can draw and will scribble little sketches onto any surface when bored, fluctuates randomly between sitting impossibly still and unable to stop moving. Judges peoples' coffee orders.

Will: chews on the ends of his writing implements, his Starbucks order is one of those ridiculously sweet tiktok recipes that he has memorised, always humming, wears cargo shorts and flip-flops everywhere (the man wore that shit to Tartarus lol).

Percy: always fidgeting with a pen, Hazel: Certified Horse Girl, went through a jewellery making phase (made Nico something and he refuses to take it off), Leo: arsonist (enough said?)... that's all I can think of right now.

What are some quirks for these characters you'd like to see included in fics? Maybe you'll give me some inspiration.

beabadoobee — i love love love her new album this is how tomorrow goes, its 10/10 and every time she makes rock music adjacent she never fails to eat down and devour. my recs for her are beaches, take a bite, cologne, talk and ripples because they all have a sort of nostalgic vibe. like they're somehow so familiar even though you've never heard them before. i love beabadoobee she's so good at what she does.

hozier — okay i know he's lowkey middle aged woman core but his lyricism AND production are literally unmatched i get why the lesbians love him. I'd recommend dinner and diatribes, jackie and wilson, northern attitude (by noah kahan ft hozier), angel of small death and the codeine scene and movement 🙏 his music makes me absolutely ascend to a different plane of existence.

laufey — call me a basic asian all you want but laufey synthesises older jazz/classical sound with modern lyricism and structure and creates something so beautiful i love her so much and i regret missing out on her concert tickets every day. i love love love night light, must be love, let you break my heart again, dreamer and lovesick, all her instrumentals never miss. her songwriting is also top notch and gives young, dumb and in love energy ykwim 😍

taylor swift — HEAR ME OUT her new album specifically the anthology half of ttpd has like no skips and i will die on this hill. her older music is good too but i am here to talk about the anthology. the anthology has 10/10 songwriting and minimal production which makes the lyrics stand out more and i love it. i'd recommend the black dog, the prophecy, how did it end and peter because they make me want to scream and cry tbh. also good inspo for fic writing LOL

billie eilish — i have been a fan of hers since my emo phase in 2018 and i can confirm that finneas' production is genius. honestly i recommend the entirety of hit me hard and soft because it was meant to be listened to continuously with all the melodic motifs and lyrical motifs but yeah. also no time to die was a cultural shift that changed my brains hardwiring.

chase atlantic — okay wild 360 from billie eilish and soft ballads (and this artist has lowkey been ruined for me by a certain someone..) but they do have bangers 🎉 i love heaven and back, right here, die for me and dancer in the dark, their music is really sexual though so uh parental guidance 🤞

the neighbourhood — i love love love the vibe of their discography and even though their music might be counted as "tiktok" music because of some of their popular songs they're still so good. I recommend reflections, compass, devil's advocate and stargazing. introspective kinda vibes with their music yk.

the arctic monkeys — I LOVE THEM AND i regret not going to their tour every single hour. alex turner might be a grandpa but i love his accent in his songs and the production is literally liquid gold. pls listen to stop the world i wanna get off with you, snap out of it, fluorescent adolescent, you're so dark, one for the road, and honestly their entire AM album. It's their most popular for a good reason i fear.

Fanfics, fanart (they better not lightwash/whitewash her though), just like general fandom stuff properly.

Well there's the Big Reveal part of Chapter 68 in RTS:

"Of course I am [in love with Lia]! How could I not be? Honestly they can take it away with theories about Lia's upbringing as it took place on Montressor, because I realize in hindsight I've really lacked fleshing that out... along with a lot of Lia's backstory.

What corners of fandom would consider your character blorbo material?

I'm not sure. I mean I would hope a majority of the fandom, but Lia is also dark-skinned and sadly fandoms don't have a good track with dark-skinned characters and especially dark-skinned women. I would hope that fans of color would really like her and appreciate her! I've tried to do my research and put a lot of respectful thought into her character, really trying to avoid the negative tropes about WOC (there were some missteps earlier in her portrayal, but I'm always learning.)

It's not so much pretty privilege but moreso that Jay hadn't really hurt YN all that much. Jungwon in his asshole era hurt her a lot more so it was easier to forgive Jay than Jungwon.

See the plan was for there to be more chapters of them in the awkward not quite friends but not enemies phase but then it just started to seem too similar so I decided to cut that short plus there's angst coming so enjoy that.

So the idea originally was a spin on the good boy x bad girl trope but it somehow evolved into this 😂. Where YN is an annoying troublemaker but not like a bad girl in general. And Jungwon was supposed to be golden boy that was just perfect instead he's going through another redemption arc 😂. Jay being horrible kinda was inspired by Jaywons bond, like theyre so close and I love them but I decided to flip that in Jay being loyal and letting prejudice come in between being a nice guy. Bahi was just randomly chosen, I think it was more so that I knew Bahi better than I knew Gaeul if that makes sense, like I don't follow Kep1er but I love seeing the Huening siblings tiktoks and I think she's cute 😂.

So. Things have changed since 2020. Things changed during 2020. But what I wanna talk about is people. Everywhere- not just one site or app. Everywhere, but also mainly Tiktok. The internet is so toxic now I would take the old warrior cats fandom back. Fandoms is a whole other topic... they used to be fun. Actually fun. Fansongs and covers and fanart and mainly just chilling. Now? Not really fansongs. The ones that DO exist are TLT or 0r30. Just channels known for songs, but not really any covers anymore? And AI does NOT COUNT. I'm talking people singing songs and explaining lore or about something sad in the story. Broadway karkat, for example. A lot of people on Tumblr probably know what that is. They were fun. They hit the notes. People call it "cringe," but they were having fun. We were having fun. Shitty lady gaga covers and all whatnot they made for shits and giggles. Yes, RCTA and tiktok ragebait is bad. Especially Meowbahh. But we need to burn that bitch at the STAKE. Anyway, everyone is so basic nowadays it's hard to say that I like anything. "I love pancakes they're yummy" "What about waffles? Wow. You hate waffles." I hate that. I hate waffles. I hate how everywhere is Twitter now. Why are we arguing. Another thing is styles and subcultures. The main one is Emo. Wearing black js not emo. Being sad is not emo. Grunge, goth, punk, scene is not emo. Heavy on the grunge and punk. That is NOT emo. No side part bangs or band tees or belts. They are different things. Scenecore and scene is a different story, but even those are different. Clean goth is not a thing. Goth is makeup with black clothes and also political views I'm pretty sure. Stop making fun of babybats. You were one. Y2k is 2000s clothes. Skinny jeans, rhinestone, layered shirts. If you want a reference, look at class of 09. It's close enough. Mainly most of this comes from tiktok. Just look on there. It's hell.

My last topic is music. It's all gone to shit these days. What did we do wrong? I think they got less hyped up, and more repetitive, but idrk. 2000s-2010s music absolutely bangs, so what the fuck happened? What is going on? Why are we all turned against each other? My Roman Empire is my major. Math is lowkey useless and I would rather do Statistics, to be honest. 

3. What is the best compliment you have ever received?

My friend said how infectious my smile was. They said that whenever I enter the room, they feel less stressed about their school stuff. 

4. If your life was a movie what genre would it be (comedy, horror, drama, etc.) and what actor would play you?

My life is a comedy, I am always laughing. Jimmy O. Yang would probably play me since I like his comedic relief characters. 

5. What is something on your college bucket list?

Number one bucket list item is to graduate with my sanity intact. Math is making me lose it.

My guilty pleasure is gorging myself on snacks. I have no self-control.

My bad habit is staying up past my bedtime knowing I have classes in less than 7 hours. TikTok is addicting.

9. Defend your unpopular opinion/ hot take

You can’t spoil your appetite by eating dessert before dinner. It goes in the same place anyway. 

10. Describe a time where you had to step up and be a leader?

One time I stepped up to be a leader was when my friends and I went on a road trip down to Los Angeles over the summer. We’ve been planning to go on a road trip for a while, but it never left the group chat phase. That is when I decided that I needed to start planning before summer ended. I tried to get everyone’s schedule to find a time that worked for everyone. Some of my friends worked while others had classes. I talked to each of them individually and found a sweet spot that worked for everyone. So now we have the date in mind, but there was still a problem. One friend wanted to leave at 5 AM, while another friend wanted to leave at 12 PM. I had to mediate between the two and convince them to compromise somewhere in the middle. I made sure to explain to each of the friends why 5 AM was a little too early, while 12 PM was a little too late for our tastes. I didn’t want to go without a plan, because then we would just be wandering around aimlessly, and we would’ve wasted our whole vacation. I started asking my friends where they wanted to go and what things they were excited to see. I then researched around to see fun places that we could go visit. I made a list of all our goals and all the attractions we wanted to see. So now that we had the plan, it was time to execute it. The entire time, I had to alter the plans depending on what everyone wanted to do at the moment. Throughout the trip, I was trying to mediate between everyone and make sure everyone was on the same page. In the beginning, it felt like no progress was being made, so I had to step in to get the plans going.

The way she sees it, he could have been her nephew. She hesitates to say he should have been, seeing she doesn’t want to think about a world where she doesn’t end up with Katie Sheehan, but even Katie would get it. If Steph had ended up with Sam, then Charlie’s kids would have been her niece and nephew. But Cordelia and Cal are Judy and Jenny’s cousins, and that has to be a little bit the same.

Plus, when your dad sucks as much as Cal’s does, you need all the help you can get.

Charlie and Carrie bring the kids back to Michigan every summer. Maggie and Mike haven’t lived there for about fifteen years – they moved to Florida about a year after Sam died – but they still come back. It’s like Charlie’s on a warpath or something. Maybe looking for passive forgiveness. They stay in hotels, and no one sees them except for Andie, who has suddenly developed the patience of a saint, and Steph, who wants her kids to have a family as big as it can get.

She also wants Cal to know that she’s there for him. You know. If he ever needs to talk to somebody who really knew his uncle.

This year, Steph takes the girls and meets Charlie, Carrie, and Cal at a restaurant in Ann Arbor. Cal’s thirteen, and he’s not interested in much but TikTok and listening to Post Malone on his phone. Steph’s heard this song before. She makes it a point to listen to all the new music (because Sam can’t). Over soft pretzels and Coca-Colas, Steph nudges her would-have-been nephew in the arm.

“Hey,” she says. “Is that ‘Better Now?’”

Cal nods.

“Cool,” Steph says. “You know, that song reminds me a little of this song by The Byrds. It’s called ‘I’ll Feel a Whole Lot Better.’”

Cal scrunches up his face.

“When’s that from?” he asks.

“1965,” Steph says. “A couple years before I was born. Sam went through a phase where he really liked The Byrds, so I heard that song a lot.”

Cal nods, like he’s really considering it.

“You think he would’ve liked Post?”

Steph nods.

“I think he would have liked a lot of the stuff you do,” she says. “It was hard to find a song that Sam didn’t like. I mean, the only one I can think of off the top of my head was ‘Kokomo,’ but no one likes that song. Even fewer people like the movie it’s from.”

“You mean something with the Muppets?”

Steph laughs.

“Sort of,” she says. “It depends on whether you consider Tom Cruise a Muppet.”

Cal nods, a little too seriously. Steph kind of loves it. Judy is twelve now, and she loves when she can see her wheels really turning. Apparently, it’s something she loves in all kids. She just didn’t know.

“My dad doesn’t like Post,” he says. “He doesn’t like really anything I listen to.”

Steph sighs. She catches a glimpse of Charlie out of the corner of her eye, and her heart sinks. He’s just sitting there, blowing bubbles in his Coke in a futile attempt to make Jenny laugh. But Steph almost hates him. She probably should hate him. It’s just that she can’t stop hating herself. Sometimes, she doesn’t know how she makes it through these lunches … how she sits there across from Carrie when they both know about Steph and Charlie in that motel room fifteen years ago, on Christmas … when they both know there could be another child at this table, between them. They are not a family, but they could have been. Maybe they should have been.

But for now, Steph will go on pretending Cal is her real nephew.

In defense of Isabela's hair.

Listen, I have seen one too many tiktoks of people complaining about the fact that Isabela has straight hair, and yes people quickly shut them up and they give great point (the fact that she's indigenous features and her being the prettiest one is amazing).

But I have a quite personal reason to love her hair.

(have in mind that this is a really personal reason and that I'm about to open up way too much but ok)

I hate my hair

I feel so superficial by expressing it, but is true.

I don't have a good relationship with my hair.

Is flat and boring and lifeless and thin and is not what people expect from a Latino hair. Is not what my parents expected.

Both my parents and my brother's hair is wavy/curly. (they always joke that I must be the milk man's kid because I don't share their hair).

I just don't like it, ok? The only complement I have ever recibe about it is "ohhh, your hair is soft".

And I have never seen a character with hair like mine. Always if they have darker skin, they have beautiful think and curly or wavy hair.

Mexican characters always have that gorgeous and rich hair, and if they have straight hair they are white Latinos. (or have a pixie cut).

And I'm not saying that is wrong, is amazing that finally POC are represented in media, finally.

I have always wanted curly hair, my dream is to have that, I have try everything, cutting my hair during a specific moon phase, keeping it long, keeping it short, different products, and nothing works, I still have almost no hair, I hate it.

But then the Encanto trailer came out and I saw so many girls on tiktok being so happy that they looked exactly like Mirabel.

The charters design are a huge step for diversity and the Latino community, because is true, the characters in Encanto look and feel Latino.

And I was so happy for that, but deep inside I was a little sad and jealous, that again, I couldn't relate to any of them (in the appearance department)

But then we see Isabela who have straight hair, and I thought "great, the one that looks like me is the basic mean girl that nobody likes".

But

But..

Then, we all saw the movie.

And Isabella not only is not the basic mean girl,

she's the pretty one, she has a character arc, she's a main character, she has a great song, I relate to her anxiety and problems sooo much in more than one way,

and she has a roundish face and beautiful dark skin AND straight hair.

I don't think that I'm anyway as pretty as her, but you can't understand how happy I'm that I can dress up as her (that ended up being my favorite character because I relate to her arc sooo damn much).

I can be Isabela by wearing a purple dress,

I don't have to change myself.

That there's such an amazing character that has both, dark skin and straight hair.

We are diverse, we are not only one convination of body, hair and shade of skin.

I doubt that any of the people who work in the movie would read this but, I want to thank them for giving us so much diversity, so many skin tones, so many body shapes, so many types of hair. For giving them the respect and appreciation that they decerve.

For showing how beautiful the different communities are.

The little things are what make the difference.

Such a little detail matter so much, to at least me.

My brother looks like Bruno, my mom looks like Julieta. I love the designs in this movie.

Omg hey how are you doing? ❤️ I haven't been on here in ages. I miss the time around end 2019-maybe June 2020 because that was my prime time in the fandom. I wasn't a huge fan of the 25x25 project so I kinda lost interest in SnC and their friends (idk if they're even friends anymore nobody interacts with them from what I've seen). I took a break from this blog but now that they're back with the ghost stuff I'm interested again. I'm so glad they stopped filming with Jake and Corey, the girls bring such a great atmosphere to their content and they matured so much I very much appreciate it. I don't really keep up with everyone else I occasionally see a tiktok of Aryia on my fyp doing covers or promoting his song but otherwise I'm out of the loop. It's kinda sad how everything fell apart 😭💔

I'm currently debating of changing my blog here because even tho I like SnC it's not my prime interest atm. The thing for me I go through so many phases I feel like I can't be a blog soley for one thing. Like I was into Criminal Minds for months until the end of May. Hey!! I'm good, how are you? God, I feel that "prime time" so bad. I didn't join until April 2020 I believe, but my prime was definitely like May through July/August. Personally, I enjoyed 25x25 when it first started but as they kind of moved away from what the point of the series was (like about the time they went to Vegas), I got less interested. But I'm really into the paranormal stuff they're doing again. I didn't realize how much I missed it until they brought it back. I'm also glad they stopped filming with Jake and Corey. I feel like if they had done that, it would've just been the same stale content that they were giving back in late 2019/early 2020. At first I was a bit hesitant about the girls since I know Kat always got easily freaked out during Sam's rituals (which is understandable! I'd do the same!) but I was worried it would be another Jake and Corey 2.0 kind of thing but just with her and Stas. But they've surprised me with how calm they've been, and I really enjoy them being in the videos. And oh my god I feel that. I'm constantly torn between wanting the "good old days" of when everyone was together, but I just keep reminding myself that the last couple of videos we got with most of the friend group together just didn't do it for me. Better to enjoy the past than to have a bad present, or something.

And you should def bring in some of your other interests! Lowkey, I would've abandoned this blog if I didn't start posting about the mcu/seb/chris. Remember, this is your safe space and you can do whatever you want with it! Honestly, the best thing you can do is just go multifandom. That way when you cycle through interests, you can just say "hey, I mean, this blog isn't dedicated to one thing anymore, and I can do whatever I want with it". And you'll be surprised by how many of your followers are also into your other interests! Like, I knew the MCU was a big fandom, but I was still shocked at how many of my mutuals were also into the same things as me. And I know of at least a couple who are into Stranger Things/Måneskin/Criminal Minds. And you'll get new followers too from those fandoms who are into those things! So go ahead and start posting for them! And, just speaking for myself, even if I'm not always into the same things as you, I still love seeing you on my dash!

When you were younger, did your mother or father ever let you open a few presents before Christmas or your birthday even arrived?  We open all our presents the night of Christmas Eve to begin with; but no, they don’t tease by letting us open a few of them before our usual schedule.

Anyway, it’s memorable for me just because that fucker had been impossible to defeat and I loved watching my older cousin do attempt after attempt. I don’t think he ever got to beat him and by the time he did us cousins were already adults, lol.

On a side note, we called him ‘Porcupine’ as kids since a shitload of spikes would stick out of him unpredictably during the boss stage, and I thought that nickname had been just our thing; but I’m actually surprised that that villain actually comes up when you do a simple ‘Resident Evil 4 porcupine’ search haha. I guess other people called him the same thing too.

What kind of music do you prefer to listen to when driving?  I usually put on a playlist of BTS’ rapline; I tend to enjoy high-energy songs while driving.

No. I do remember unknowingly parking over a spot meant for the handicapped once just because the paint was so fucking faded. It was genuinely so hard to tell but in the end I ended up just getting out of the spot and looked for another just to be on the safe, unassholey side.

Are you embarrassed to tell people your job?  Not at all! I love telling people I work in PR and sharing the brands I work with...it’s just a bitch trying to explain what exactly it is I do on a normal day. I’m still blanking out on it now that I’m thinking about it, haha. PR’s a challenge to summarize in one or two sentences.

If you ran over an animal would you keep driving?  I honestly have no clue how I’d deal with it. Ideally I would pull over and help bring it to the side of the road, and try to ask for help from passersby as well. I’m still not sure what I should/would do next.

Where’s the best place to eat a romantic dinner?  French, Spanish, and Italian restaurants always seem to carry a pleasant, date-y atmosphere to them, so any of those cuisines should be ok. I also like quieter restaurants with warm yellow lighting, since that makes me feel at home the most. The place definitely doesn't have to be super popular; I would just want for it to serve good food.

What hobby would you get into if time and money weren’t an issue?  Flying planes.

What would be the most amazing adventure to go on?  Probably something that’s booked with thrill-seeking adventures? Like a day of wakeboarding, paragliding, skydiving, riding an ATV...I would be exhausted as fuck and sleep for the next three days, but I can’t even begin to imagine how fun it would be.

When people come to you for help, what do they usually want help with? Writing stuff. < Yeah, essentially. My friends ask me for general life advice too.

Has anybody criticized the way your significant other looked like?  Yeah. But I always defended her.

There was happiness and relief from not being stuck in it anymore; feeling sorry for myself as I remembered the turmoil and deterioration I went through in the latter part the year; anger for the shit she pulled; and there was also just the general feeling of being grateful that I’m still here after everything.

sugawara: WAP by Cardi B. yes we stan this bad bitch. he LOVES this song like he can do the dance and everything and he pulls it off like the baddie he is please someone animate this i NEED it anyways yeah he doesn’t really sing it but he 100% has done the dance in front of daichi.

asahi: Lullaby by Johannes Brahms. this baby hes such a slut for classical music and he always listens to it before a big game to calm his nerves. he pretends that he’s listening to something “tough” but everyone knows that he listens to classcial, they just pretend to not know.

nishinoya: Old Town Road by Lil Nas X. yeah, he hasn’t gotten out of the old town road phase and he unironically sings it and does a yeehaw dance. no one can stop him because everyone (except tanaka) is too embarrassed to be around him when he sings and dances, so he thinks it’s ok (honey, no), also, tanaka sometimes joins in and it’s painful to hear and see.

tanaka: GOOBA by 6xi9ine. he thinks it’s “badass” and tries to rap it whenever it comes on, and he fails horribly, but nishinoya always hypes him up saying that he did a good job, causing him to start singing again please save karasuno from hinata, nishinoya, and tanaka’s singing

ennoshita: Cough Syrup by Young The Giant. though it may not seem like it, but this man has got music TASTE like- yes. anyways yeah this song is a vibe and he really likes it. he once tried to introduce good music to tanaka and nishinoya, but they said it was “boring” and “sappy” and he never wanted to beat them up more than he did then.

kageyama: he listens to like play by play volleyball games or podcasts that talk about improving your skills because he’s a hoe for that volleyball shit try and prove me wrong i dare you

hinata: Red by Taylor Swift. he has terrible music taste and he literally just listens to what’s popular and like what his sister listens to. he likes to sing outloud and his voice is worse than oikawa- like karasuno cannot handle hinata singing at all it’s literal earrape.

tsukishima: Fancy by Twice. tsukki is a hardcore kpop stan, and he 100% listens to twice religiously, like that's the majority of his playlist, and he refuses to play his music out loud, and everyone thinks he listens to like rock or some shit like that. only yams knows that tsukki listens to it and he was sworn to secrecy.

yamaguchi: Sports by Beach Bunny. he likes to hum it quietly to himself because he really likes the beat and the lyrics. tsukishima has this song saved on his playlist just for yams and he plays it whenever they share headphones.

kiyoko: Body by Megan Thee Stallion. i dont know what to say, she is just a baddie who loves the confidence boost she gets from listening to this song as she should kiyoko is amazing she even learned the tiktok dance to this song and she performed it to yaichi yaichi.exe has stopped working but she won’t show it to anyone else anyways shes just a baddie and we stan.

yachi: Green by Cavetown. yeah she really likes the calming peaceful vibes this song has and she likes to sing it quietly when she is in a public place, like a bus or a subway to calm herself down and she also plays it when she studies.

matsukawa: Toad sings WAP he’s such a memer like- yeah so he and makki probably obsess over these toad sings video because 1. they are funny as hell like it’s some god tier comedy and 2. they say oikawa sounds like that when he sings it’s true tho

hanamaki: Toad sings Sweet Home Alabama. he and mattsun have a running debate about which one is better, and they ask the opinions of literally everyone they meet about it. so far more people have chose maki’s favorite song and he’s a little smug about it.

iwaizumi: Ride by twenty one pilots. this is probably like one of his secret pleasures. most people think he listens to like rap or something like that, but he really likes this song. he hopes that oikawa will never find out about this, because he will never hear the end of the teasing, so he just listens to this song while he is by himself, or just without the team.

yahaba: Walking On A Dream by Empire Of The Sun. idk this just feels right, like i really have no explanation why i think this works it just does🤠

kindaichi: Wake Me Up bye Avicii. this man is borderline bad taste, but we will let it slide for now, so yeah again, he just gives me the avicii stan vibes, he probably thought he would like rap more, but one day he heard avicii playing on the radio and he was hooked. he still pretends to like rap because he has a “reputation”

kunimi: Advice by Cavetown. this man gives absolutley zero fucks about everyone’s opinions you bet your ass he listens to this song. he 100% puts headphones in to listen to this while someone is talking to him because he just doesn’t want to have a conversation with them. everyone hates when he does that, but again, he doesn’t give a shit.

kyotani: We Will Rock You by Queen. yeah this is probably his pump up jam and he always listens to it before a game to get hyped up. if anyone dares to talk to him while he has headphones in, he will not hesitate to bite their head off i know this for a fact.

kuroo: Yarichin Bitch Club OP. ever since kenma introduced him to anime OPs, he’s been obsessed, and he loves the yarichin op becuase 1. it’s dirty and he thinks that’s funny and 2. it actually slaps like why does it go so hard i’m in awe- anyways yeah he always sings it in the most public places just to get attention bc he’s a whore for the spotlight like that 😌. he also sings it with bokuto whenever they are together bc we stan the dumbass duo.

yaku: Arms Tonite by Mother Mother. yeah he is kinda obsessed with mother mother but this is hands down his favorite song. lev once heard yaku listening to this song and made fun of it, and let’s just say lev got the ass whopping of his life, yaku takes no prisoners- anyways yeah he just vibes with it and it’s great.

yamamoto: Who Let The Dogs Out by Baha Men. the whole nekoma team HATES his music taste, and they never let him play any music becasue- it’s just so bad i’m sorry this man has no taste like have you seen his hair? (the slander is real :))

kenma: Hikaru Nara (Your Lie in April OP) kenma loves to listen to anime ops while gaming bc they are highkey all bops and he says they help him concentrate. he tried to get kuroo to listen to the songs with him, and kuroo started to like listening to anime OPs, so they usually listen to them together.

fukunaga: he listens to like john mulaney comedy shows becuse he’s a little dork like that and (timeskip spoiler) he becomes a comedian later on so it just fits 🤠

inuoka: Roar by Katy Perry. again, it’s just the vibes that i get from him, i can’t explain it, he just seems like a big dork who would like this shit. so yeah, he probably sings this song really loudly when it comes on and the whole nekoma team just has to tolerate him when he does it.

lev: Ra Ra Rasputin by Boney M. he probably started listening to this song as a joke because he’s Russian, and the songs about Russia, but he genuinely started enjoying it and whenever it comes on, he starts singing. his voice isn’t actually that bad but yaku still gets annoyed as hell when he does it and beats the shit out of him.

bokuto: Mr. Brightside by The Killers. he gets really excited when this plays and always gets up to sing it really really loudly, and do a really energetic dance. akaashi calm your child please he’s not a good singer, but he’s not a terrible one either, so the team has just gotten used to it.

akaashi: This Side of Paradise by Coyote Theory. eep akaashi the hopeless romantic we stan- anyways yeah he found this band in like his first year of high school and has been addicted ever since. he doesn’t really share his taste in music with others, but the one time he let bokuto listen to music with him, bokuto got way to excited and accidentally dropped akaashi’s phone and cracked it.

konoha: Spirits by The Strumbellas. idk i just feel like he would listen to this song. he would never play his music out loud though, because bokuto always takes the aux cord/ speaker before anyone gets the chance to.

semi: All I Wanted by Paramore. he is flat out obsessed with this band and he learned how to play this song on his electric guitar and has went to a couple of their concerts. semi 100% makes fun of his teammates music taste as he should

tendou: Yoda CBT remix (i linked it if you want to listen), ok but seriously, i think money machine by 100 Gecs. tendo is so chaotic and i think his music taste reflects that. he cannot listen to music without dancing or singing, and he always plays his music on full volume (hearing? what’s that?) tendo never gets the aux cord, because the last time they gave it to him, the speakers almost broke.

goshiki: Eye of the Tiger by Survivor. this little dork omg i really don’t have an explanation for this, it just fits and i take no criticism on this because y’all know it’s true.

shirabu: Cigarette Ahegao by Penelope Scott. semi introduced him to this song and he pretened he didn’t like it but he’s secretly obsessed. i think he generally doesn’t like music but this song- this song is such a vibe that he has to like it. (anyways yeah go listen to this song its so good)

kita: Animal by Neon Trees. he isn’t really open about listening to music, he only listens to his songs when he is alone and when he has earbuds in, and if someone walks up to him to talk, he takes his earphones out (we stan a respectful boy). so yeah, he isn’t a big fan of music, but he still likes to listen from time to time.

aran: You Know It by Colony House. he will never listen to music in front of anyone because whenever he hears this song, he has to sing, and he doesn’t like singing in front of people (the miya twins are annoying he can’t do anything in front of them🙄), but yeah, this songs really good we stan this man’s music taste.

atsumu: Girls in the Hood by Megan Thee Stallion. this man LOVES this song like- he is obsessed. if you ask him something, he will literally reply with “can’t talk right now, doing hot girl shit” and he just walks away and ur just like- what the fuck bro. anyways yeah he thinks he’s a bad bitch but he really is just a dork.

suna: 505 by The Arctic Monkeys. yeah, the basic choice would probably be “why’d you only call me when you’re high”, but i feel like he would like this song better because it starts off kinda vibey, and then it goes into this great guitar bit, and just- the v i b e s so yeah i think he really likes this shit.

osamu: cooking podcasts. like he literally doesn’t listen to music, just shit about cooking. atsumu makes fun of him for it and he is just like “bitch shut up and go do ur hot girl shit 😐” and just walks away and keeps on listening to his cooking shit. (we stan this petty bitch)

terushima: Bust It Open by Lil’ Wil. we all know terushima listens to these thirst trap songs and tries to do the tik tok dances that are associated with them. he probably posts videos to these songs on tik tok and they get a good amount of likes (cough cough he has a following of many thirsty girls).

sakusa: 24 hours of nothing yeah he doesn’t listen to music he just puts this on with headphones so people won’t bother him. he finds the silence relaxing and hates it when people interrupt him (cough cough atsumu)
