I wish I knew whether the anime director's argument of "9S wouldn't have sex" was based on psychological blocks, or on 9S being an ~innocent babu~. Because I have an essay either way, but the second one is VERY different

#the latter makes me think of how the vnc fandom treats vanitas #since he and 9S are both on the younger side and like to joke around and mess with people #and can *appear* inexperienced and even innocent based on how they act #but are both quite crafty and prejudiced #the whole thing about /JEANNE/ apparently being the toxic one in the vanijeanne ship is just smh #people act like vanitas is completely innocent by virtue of being 18 #as if he's not some horribly manipulative person #anyway this is getting off topic but I wonder if the misconception around 9S was something like that #it could also be the former (psychological blocks) and I'm just working myself in a spiral #sorentxt #also 9S drinks the respect women juice #and that is a VERY important distinction
