She took a moment to process what he had actually said, a little confused but doing it anyway. She'd pull back the curtain covering the only other bed there was, crouching down to check whatever Curly had pointed out to her.

I'm the Captain, although I used to be the Co-pilot many, many years ago. (Gosh, I feel old..)

This blog takes place early in on the final voyage of the Tulpar. The events of the game are still Canon to this timeline, but they have not occurred yet, and are still preventable.

Curly is a Biromantic/Trans individual. He is open about this and will talk about it.

He's in denial about having a crush on Jimmy.

This version of Curly does present with Anxiety & Audhd! I, the mod, have them and I.. can't play a character without accidentally giving them my issues.

She whispered quietly, more so to reassure herself. She felt her eyes watering up, looking away for a moment to wipe them. She blinked a couple of times, taking a shaky breath.

" Sorry, hope it's okay if I-.. " She'd bend down slightly, gently wrapping her arms around him in an embrace. " Just,,.. Just for a moment. " She mumbled.

She covered her mouth, looking at her captain- no,, Curly, in front of her. She knew this wasn't 'her' Curly exactly, but it terrified her to see another one with the same fate as the one she knew.

She walked closer, hands now gently resting on the edge of the bed.

" ..Hello there, Curly. " She greeted him, swallowing the lump in her throat.

Anya.

Curly's shoulders slacked in relief.

His eye, once so bright and blue and full of life, had become this bulging instrument used to stare. Being unable to talk or move, he could only watch, and watch he did. There was something oddly poetic about him turning a blind eye to Anya's suffering and being left with nothing *but* the ability to percieve now.

"...Hhhnn... hhh..."

His voice was scratchy and almost painful to hear, akin to nails on a chalkboard. Curly stopped, eventually letting out a squawk to greet the nurse. He wished he could say more- apologize to her repeatedly, beg her for forgiveness- but it was too late for apologies. Curly hated it and could only wait for the sweet sweet embrace of death.

She nods, setting the papers down on the counter near them. " Sure is. It's the 13th today, so.. " She pauses for a moment, glancing to the calendar.

" 12 more days, yeah, until Christmas. " She looks back at Curly again, hands set in her lap.

" I wish we could actually celebrate up here-.. Or, well, could've. "

Anya walks into the medical room, humming a quiet tune as she sets some papers down on her little work desk.

She looks through them for a moment before picking up two and walking over to Curly, dragging a chair over as well.

Taking a seat, she'd place the two papers down on her lap and look over at him. There's a soft smile on her face.

" Hi, captain. " She greets, now holding the papers up again. This time though, she turns them slightly so Curly could see what was on them. " Daisuke suggested we draw a little something with whatever supplies we had left.. for the 'Christmas spirit' is what he said..,, "

The paper on the left was Daisuke's, he had drawn the whole crew. He drew himself outside throwing a snowball at Swansea, Anya huddled up inside near the fire place, and Curly and Jimmy sitting on the couch. Anya's was on the right, she drew the crew sitting near a fireplace, a christmas tree in the corner with some presents underneath, various decorations, and a table with cookies and milk left out with a little sign saying 'for santa.' Anya hadn't included Jimmy.

While Daisuke drew Curly's appearence as he is now, Anya had drawn him like how he had looked before.

" ..-I think he was just feeling a little down, though. "

Just like a bunch of others, I've become obsessed with Mouthwashing. I'm in desperate need to roleplay as Anya, preferably against Curly. I was thinking maybe a no crash au, Curly catches onto Jimmy not being sane and what he had done to Anya. I'd like to see a lot of working through things together so TW for mentions of rape, pregnancy and probably suicidal talk.
