i think some characters just cant exist in live action form

#gwen stacy 65 #sam chung #any of the xmen #like its just always gonna look Wrong trying to translate these characters that exist in these very #heavily visual environments #i.e gwen stacy's world is synesthetic. colors morph and change nonsensically to match the moods and tones of panels things dont Make Sense #you cannot translate e65 into a physical adaptation without doing it a massive fucking disservice when it already has this gorgeous visual #language #same with daredevil comics like i just dont think #you can do so much more in animated mediums.#sam chung would look fucking Weird in live action because of how much negative space he takes up in panels #same with gwen stacy #like theres a reason so many biblically accurate cosplays of comic characters look off or weird!!!!#they shouldnt look like real people!!!!#idk. thoughts
