I have an uncanny ability to work with less (and I have). 😂 I’m glad folks seem to be having fun with them tho! I’ll have to readjust my interpretations and mannerisms for him when the game actually drops, but for now it’s all just vibes and fun hype.

#truly his performance lends so much. like. you can see it most clearly if you first meet petras without astarion in your party #it's all the same initial flirty seductive lines with NONE of the charisma. that is a nat 1 my guy. it all comes down to neil's performance (from @antivanbrandy)

The problem with Astarion is that he has a charisma of 10 but Neil Newbon has a charisma of about 24.

Do you do warmup sketches before drawing? (Bonus: do you have any to share?)

I don’t, actually! Usually when I draw, I have a pretty clear idea of what I want to do and how to execute it. It’s taken a lot of time to train myself to accomplish this-- but I find having a good idea and finishing it saves a lot more time (and is way more satisfying) than piddling around on a canvas only to end up having it scrapped. I’m someone who likes a lot of structure >_>

The ‘warm up’ sketches I tend to do are little exercises to loosen my wrist like drawing/tracing over photographs (these are usually facial features, poses, animals, etc.)

Your go-to things to draw when you need comfort?

definitely depends on the sock. i used to wear them a lot, and some of them stayed up no prob, while others used to try and bunch down to my knees after a couple of hours. it’s a bit of a crapshoot i’m afraid, even within the same brand

Damn. I know how this feels all too well. My hopes for a quick recovery.

Thank you all, must appreciated. It seems to have worked. Steroids and a breathing treatment her oxygen levels are back up, but they can’t do shit for the virus, so we’re making turkey soup. Hopefully, that will help.

silly AU idea i had, where after casita is rebuilt and every member of the family appears on the front door, the madrigal spouses also get a gift. i like to think the miracle would give Agustin stretchy bendy rubbery body/physical manipulation powers to help offset his natural accident prone-ness, and also give him the ability to hug every single Madrigal at the same time, as nature intended

@statichvm tagged me a few days back (thank you! <3), and since I'm still chipping away at the Trap fic's Ch. 4 and closing in on the end of edits for it, I definitely wanted to share a little more:

Peering over the driver’s seat from her spot in the back, she watched the construction yard come into view. Paths almost haphazardly circled the place, running rings around the building square in its center, as the dirt paths merged into the road leading onto the grounds.

An ATV roared past them, nearly clipping them on the way in, and judging from the trucks parked outside it was active as ever. Whatever they had been moving out before - supplies, people, weapons - they’d have a shot at now, and a quick radio call on their end helped make it clear that they wouldn’t have to deal with it alone for long.

Ducking back down, Hana passed some extra shells to Kat, and traded a quick look with Grace as she fiddled with her gear to get her rifle into place.

Grace had already been looking her way, skeptical for damn good reason, and seconds away from telling her to stay put. It would’ve been a rough order to follow if she had, one Hana would’ve been doomed to break, but Grace remained silent as the wheels slowed to a stop, her mouth set in a hard line.

There wasn’t much she could say in this moment to ease the pressure, but as the countdown in her head wound down to zero, Hana flashed her a wink. Then jumped to join the others in busting out of the back of the van.
