248, Bd Sour Jdid. Place du jardin public. Ancienne médina. Casablanca. Morocco
It is known that not a single frame of the cult film “Casablanca” was filmed in Morocco. Rick’s Café was based on improvised hotel sets in Tangier. For years, numerous tourists who were fans of the film were constantly trying to find something similar in Casablanca. And in 2004, “Rick’s Cafe Casablanca” was opened in Casablanca, which positions itself as a restaurant-piano-bar in the style of the Hollywood masterpiece of the 40s “Casablanca”. For the legendary Rick's Café, local authorities provided a traditional Moroccan riad - a grandiose mansion with a central courtyard, built in 1930 on the outskirts of the Medina. The street façade of the building is decorated with heavy wooden doors, like in the film, oriented towards the port and the Atlantic Ocean. Rick's Cafe is filled with decorative elements representing the Moroccan craft industry. Fireplaces made of carved marble, colored Moroccan “tadelakt” plaster, traditional Moorish architecture terracotta tiles “zullage” on the walls and floors and of course textiles, tableware and handmade lamps. Intricate antique brass floor and table lamps with intricately carved metal shades create fabulous lighting effects in the room. Each table of the establishment is decorated with luxurious lamps with copper shades and beaded fringe, specially designed for this project and which have become a symbol of the cafe. The cafe is located at 248 Bd Sour Jdid. Place du jardin public. Ancienne medina. Casablanca. 🇲🇦

Greek-Roman Funerary Building and Mummy Portraits Discovered in Egypt
The building and the paintings date back to the Ptolemaic and Roman eras.
A huge 2,300-year-old funerary building and a number of mummy portraits were discovered in Egypt's southern province of Fayoum, about 37 miles (60 kilometers) south of Cairo, the country's antiquities ministry said on Thursday.
The building and the paintings, which are famously known as the Fayoum portraits, date back to the Ptolemaic and Roman eras in the 3rd century B.C. They were found in Fayoum's Gerza village, which was known as Philadelphia during the Roman period.
"The discovered structure is a large building styled as a funerary building with colored gypsum tiled floors," Adel Okasha, who heads the antiquities department in Cairo and Giza, said in a statement. "To the south of it, there is colonnade hall where the remains of four columns were found."
The uncovering of the paintings was also hailed as one of the most important archeological discoveries this year, as it marked the first time such portraits were found in more than 110 years.
In the late 19th century and early 20th century, British egyptologist Flinders Petrie excavated at least 150 mummy portraits at a Roman necropolis in in Fayoum's archeological site of Hawara.
"The discovery shows the diversity and difference in quality of the mummification process during the Ptolemaic and Roman times based on the financial status of the deceased," said Mostafa Waziry, the head of Egypt's Supreme Antiquities Council.
Waziry also said a "rare terracotta statue of [ancient deity] Isis Aphrodite was discovered inside one of the burials in a wooden coffin," as well as "papyrus-made records" with Demotic and Greek inscriptions that show the economic and religious statuses of the inhabitants of the area at the time.
Egypt, which has invested heavily in ancient discoveries in recent years, is hoping to revive its ailing tourism industry. The country also plans to inaugurate a state-of-the-art museum near the Giza Pyramids, which Egypt says will be the biggest museum in the world dedicated to a single civilization.

Culturally Inspired Kitchens: How to Blend Tradition and Modern Design
The kitchen is more than just a place to cook—it's the soul of your home, often tied to family traditions, memories, and culture. By weaving cultural elements into your kitchen design, you create a space that tells a story, honoring your roots while offering a modern, functional atmosphere. In a culturally diverse city like Bangalore, blending tradition with contemporary design allows you to express your heritage in a stylish and practical way. At WeDezine, we believe that your kitchen should not only be a place for culinary creations but also a reflection of your identity. Here’s how you can integrate cultural elements into your kitchen to make it truly your own:
1. Incorporate Authentic Materials and Textures
Traditional materials can instantly connect your kitchen to your heritage while adding richness and depth to the design.
Indian Kitchens: Opt for brass, copper, or clay for storage containers, utensils, or even sink designs. Carved wooden cabinetry with intricate patterns inspired by Indian architecture adds a luxurious, regal feel.
Mediterranean Influence: Bring in natural materials like terracotta tiles or marble countertops. These materials evoke the warmth and rustic charm of Mediterranean homes, blending beauty with durability.
Japanese Zen: Embrace simplicity and calm with minimalist wooden cabinets, bamboo flooring, and sliding screens. The natural elements of Japanese design bring tranquility and elegance to your kitchen.
These materials aren't just decorative; they carry cultural significance, grounding your space in tradition while offering modern functionality.
2. Choose a Culturally Inspired Color Palette
Colors play a significant role in shaping the feel of a space and can be a subtle way to infuse culture into your kitchen.
Indian Kitchens: Rich, earthy tones like deep reds, mustard yellows, and burnt oranges evoke warmth and tradition. These bold colors create an inviting and vibrant atmosphere.
Scandinavian Minimalism: If you prefer a modern, minimalist look, a Scandinavian-inspired palette of whites, soft blues, and greys, combined with light wood finishes, can create a fresh, clean aesthetic.
Moroccan Flair: For a more dramatic style, consider a Moroccan-inspired color scheme with vibrant shades of cobalt blue, emerald green, and bright saffron. Mosaic tiles with bold geometric patterns are an excellent way to introduce this cultural vibe.
The right color palette can transform your kitchen, making it feel like a true reflection of your cultural heritage while remaining modern and timeless.
3. Bring in Cultural Patterns and Motifs
Integrating cultural patterns into your kitchen can add visual interest and make the space uniquely yours.
Tiles: Use Moroccan tiles with intricate geometric patterns, Spanish hand-painted tiles, or Indian jaali-inspired designs for a striking backsplash.
Textiles: Infuse cultural charm through textiles. Consider Indian block print curtains, Persian rugs, or ikat-patterned cushions for a warm, inviting look.
Wallpaper: If you're feeling adventurous, consider wallpaper featuring traditional motifs such as paisleys, mandalas, or floral designs commonly seen in Indian or Persian art.
These patterns don’t just add style—they carry cultural narratives, making your kitchen a conversation piece as well as a personal haven.
4. Showcase Cultural Art and Artifacts
Your kitchen can double as a display area for cultural art and heirloom pieces, adding personality and meaning to the space.
Wall Art: Decorate with traditional art, such as Indian temple paintings, Chinese scrolls, or African tribal masks. These pieces can instantly evoke a sense of history and identity.
Artifacts: Display culturally significant objects like handcrafted pottery, antique utensils, or heirloom items passed down through generations. They not only add character but also tell your family’s unique story.
Art and artifacts can transform your kitchen into a living gallery, filled with personal history and cultural significance.
5. Add Functional Features with Cultural Roots
Infuse culture into the practical aspects of your kitchen, turning everyday tasks into a celebration of tradition.
Indian Spice Drawer & Tandoor: Custom spice racks or drawers make Indian cooking more convenient, while a traditional tandoor oven adds an authentic touch to the space.
Asian Wok Station: If East Asian cuisine is your favorite, consider incorporating a built-in wok station, offering both functionality and a nod to culinary traditions.
Pizza Oven: For lovers of Italian cuisine, a wood-fired pizza oven is not only a tribute to Mediterranean culture but also a fun, functional addition to your kitchen.
These features make cooking more enjoyable and reflect the culinary traditions that define your cultural background.
6. Culturally Inspired Lighting Choices
Lighting is an essential aspect of kitchen design and can be an excellent way to introduce cultural elements.
Indian & Moroccan Lanterns: Consider traditional brass or copper pendant lights for an exotic touch that adds warmth and charm.
Scandinavian Simplicity: For a Nordic influence, go for minimalist light fixtures in natural materials like wood or metal, focusing on clean lines and functionality.
Italian Elegance: If opulence is your style, an elegant glass or crystal chandelier can bring an old-world Italian charm to your kitchen, perfect for dining and entertaining.
With the right lighting, your kitchen can exude cultural warmth while setting the perfect mood for cooking and hosting.
7. Blend Tradition with Modernity
In a fast-paced city like Bangalore, blending cultural heritage with modern conveniences allows you to create a kitchen that’s functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Sleek Design with Traditional Accents: Opt for sleek, minimalist cabinets and appliances, but introduce traditional accents like carved wooden shelves or brass handles for a subtle nod to your roots.
Open Floor Plan with Cultural Decor: A modern, open kitchen can incorporate cultural art, artifacts, or traditional tools, seamlessly balancing contemporary and traditional elements.
This fusion of past and present creates a kitchen that celebrates your heritage while embracing the future.
Conclusion
Integrating cultural elements into your kitchen design allows you to create a space that is not only practical but also deeply personal and meaningful. Whether it’s through materials, colors, patterns, or functional features, your kitchen can become a reflection of your heritage and family traditions. At WeDezine, we specialize in designing kitchens that honor cultural significance while incorporating modern innovation. Let us help you craft a space where tradition meets contemporary style, creating a kitchen that feels truly yours.

BORN TO RACE.
The high-pitched whine of the small gasoline engine shattered the tranquil New England morning. On the sprawling emerald lawns of the Remington estate, a tiny figure in a flame-retardant suit and helmet tore across the grass, rear tires carving divots.
"Hadley! For heaven's sake, slow down!" Elizabeth Remington cried out in a tone more bemused than angry. Her immaculately coiffed chestnut hair swayed as she hurried after the fast-moving kart.
But Hadley was utterly deaf to her mother's protests. Clenching the sticky rubber wheel grips, she floored the accelerator, the kart's miniature engine screaming in defiance of its modest size. The green sea of lawn blurred into a featureless shade as she ripped from one side of the estate grounds to the other, slalom-weaving around ornamental topiaries and statuary.
In the kart's wake, thick twin trails of upturned soil and shredded grass trailed like the scorched remains of her priggish debutante upbringing.
As she rocketed across the terracotta tiled pathway, Hadley caught a glimpse of her father watching from the veranda, an amused smile playing across his aristocratic features. In that flash, she recognized the spark of pure, unbridled joy igniting within her young soul.
This was freedom. This was the wild release of inhibition she'd been subconsciously craving since birth.
Pitch ramps and hairpin turns improvised themselves into being as Hadley's newly-unlocked imagination blueprinted her own personal dreamscape. Bunny slopes became daunting gravity-sculpted downhills to tackle. Barriers waited to shave off mere inches of clearance in corners.
Richard had thought he was just indulging his daughter's whimsy, but Hadley sensed this gift ran deeper than he anticipated. It was her birthright - her destiny written in gasoline and scorched rubber rather than antiquated family legacies of privilege.
As the sun began descending over the carefully-manicured hedgerows, dusk's amber glow silhouetted Hadley still tearing across the ravaged landscape. Strands of her ponytail whipped behind her, freed from the constraints of decorum.
Fatigue was an amusing fiction as she pushed the tiny kart's engine to the threshold of mechanical rebellion. In that moment, Hadley recognized the awakening of her life's insatiable passion - leaving the world's predetermined lanes in a gasoline-scorched wake.

Mixing Old and New: Bringing Traditional Design Into Modern Homes
These days, many people want to blend modern and traditional styles when decorating their homes. Mixing Interior Design In Modern Homes with older cultural elements creates a special and appealing look.
One popular way to add traditional touches is through textiles like cloth, curtains, and pillows. Fabrics with intricate patterns, rich colors, and elaborate weaving techniques from different cultures can give warmth and personality to a room. Homeowners often enjoy sharing the meaning behind these special textiles.
Another option is to use architectural details like carved wooden beams, arched doorways, or patterned tile floors. These features remind us of the skill and care that went into older styles of building while still feeling fresh when paired with minimalist modern design.
Interior Design In Modern Homes might also include antique furniture like ornately carved cabinets, chests, or seating. These one-of-a-kind pieces become artistic focal points that showcase cultural craftsmanship.
Hanging artwork and decorative objects from different traditions is another way to blend styles. Things like tapestries, pottery, or metalwork tell stories about a culture's rich heritage while accenting the room's decor.
What is Modern Traditional Interior Design?
Modern traditional interior design is a style that mixes the conventional beauty of traditional design with the glossy traces and minimalist method of cutting-edge layout. It's a super blend of antique and new, developing a harmonious and undying space that feels both acquainted and sparkling.
Interior Design in Modern Home: In modern homes, this fashion has turned out to be increasingly famous as owners are seeking to create a space that feels heat and inviting at the same time while nonetheless embracing cutting-edge factors. The key to achieving a successful cutting-edge conventional interior layout is putting the right balance between the 2 contrasting patterns.
Traditional factors, including wealthy wood tones, tricky moldings, and timeless styles, are seamlessly integrated with present-day factors like smooth strains, impartial color palettes, and minimalistic decor. This fusion effects in an interior that exudes a sense of class and comfort, making it a really perfect desire for folks who recognize the beauty of each traditional and present-day design.
One of the hallmarks of cutting-edge traditional interior design is the use of first-rate materials. From stable wood fixtures to high-priced fabrics and herbal stone accents, these materials create a sense of timelessness and increase the overall look and sense of the gap.
Interior Design in Modern Home: In a current domestic, this fashion can be achieved through incorporating traditional factors like an excessive-backed couch or a tufted leather-based chair with modern touches like a swish glass coffee desk or minimalist lighting fixtures. The layering of textures, which includes the mixture of plush velvet with easy metals, adds intensity and interest to the gap.
Color plays a crucial function in growing a cohesive and harmonious modern traditional indoor design. Neutral sunglasses like beige, grey, and white are often used as the base, offering a smooth and calming backdrop. These sun shades are then accented with wealthy, earthy tones like deep blues, vegetables, or warm terracotta, which add depth and man or woman to the space.
Attention to element is paramount in this style, with each element carefully curated and positioned with purpose. From the patterned vicinity rug that grounds the room to the carefully arranged bookshelves and curated artwork, every piece contributes to the overall aesthetic and creates a sense of stability and harmony.
Whether you're designing a comfortable dwelling room, an advanced eating vicinity, or an expensive bedroom, contemporary conventional interior design offers an undying and subtle approach that seamlessly blends the quality of both worlds. It's a fashion that celebrates the splendor of the beyond whilst embracing the sleek and useful elements of modern layout, growing an area that in reality appears like home.

Exploring Indian Minimalistic Interior Design: Where Simplicity Meets Heritage
In a world characterized by the hustle and bustle of modern living, the allure of simplicity has taken centre stage. Minimalistic interior design is not just a trend, it's a way of life that speaks volumes through its understated elegance. But what happens when the charm of minimalism is infused with the rich tapestry of Indian culture? The result is nothing short of breathtaking. Let's embark on a journey guided by the Home Interior Designer Company Bangalore through the enchanting world of Indian minimalistic interior design, where less truly is more.
The Essence of Indian Minimalism
Indian minimalistic interior design draws its inspiration from the ancient principles of Vastu Shastra, a traditional Indian system of architecture and design. Vastu Shastra emphasizes harmony with nature and the balance of energy within a space. These principles lay the foundation for the Indian minimalistic design, where every element has a purpose and is thoughtfully placed to create an inviting and harmonious atmosphere.
Harmony with Nature
Indian minimalistic design places a profound emphasis on harmony with nature, and the spaces reflect this philosophy brilliantly. In an Indian minimalistic home, you'll often find large, open spaces that invite natural light and ventilation. The colours used are earthy and warm, drawing inspiration from the natural landscape. Think soft creams, muted terracotta and shades of greens that bring the outdoors in. Natural materials like wood, stone and jute are central, creating an ambiance that seamlessly blends with the environment.
Breathtaking Simplicity
Minimalism, by its very definition adopted by the Best Interior Designers in Bangalore, is the art of doing more with less. Indian minimalistic interior design embraces this principle with elegance and poise. Rooms are uncluttered and each piece of furniture or decor is chosen with care and intention.
Furniture, for instance, is often simple, yet striking in its design. You might encounter a beautifully carved wooden coffee table as the centrepiece of a room, flanked by low seating and floor cushions. Traditional elements like intricately designed brass lamps, or handwoven textiles, are used sparingly but are the embodiment of Indian minimalistic charm.
The Art of Storytelling
One of the most remarkable aspects of Indian minimalistic design is its ability to tell a story. Each room feels like a narrative waiting to be discovered. Be it the antique tapestry hanging on the wall, the intricately hand-painted tiles in the kitchen, or the carefully placed artifacts, every element speaks of a rich history and cultural heritage.
Minimalistic interiors are not sterile in Indian design, they're a canvas for individual expression. They serve as a backdrop for your personal stories and experiences, with each piece chosen for its emotional significance and cultural relevance.
The Allure of Textures and Fabrics
Minimalism does not mean sacrificing the warmth and coziness of a home. Indian minimalistic design from the Turnkey Interior Designer in Bangalore deftly incorporates textures and fabrics to create a sense of comfort and serenity. Soft, handwoven textiles like silk, cotton and wool bring a touch of luxury to the space. Throw pillows, rugs and throws add depth and character to the room.
Incorporating textiles and fabrics also provides an opportunity to introduce a dash of colour. Indian minimalistic interiors are known for their well-balanced use of colour accents, which create a visually pleasing contrast against the muted backdrop.
Sustainability at Its Core
Sustainability is more than a buzzword, it's a way of life in Indian minimalistic interior design. The use of natural and locally sourced materials, along with an emphasis on repurposing and upcycling, is a fundamental aspect of this aesthetic.
From reclaimed wooden furniture to handmade clay pottery, Indian minimalistic design celebrates the beauty of things that endure. It promotes the idea of cherishing the past while embracing the future.
A Timeless Aesthetic
What makes Indian minimalistic interior design truly special is its timeless quality. While design trends come and go, the blend of minimalism and Indian cultural heritage endures. The fusion of simplicity and tradition creates spaces that are both contemporary and timeless, making them relevant for years to come.
Conclusion
Indian minimalistic interior design by the Top Interior Designers in Bangalore Kuvio Studio is a harmonious blend of simplicity, culture and the essence of nature. It takes the core principles of minimalism and infuses them with the vibrancy of Indian heritage. It's not just about creating beautiful spaces, it's about creating spaces with a soul, a story and a sense of tranquillity.
As you immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Indian minimalistic interior design, you'll discover that it's not just about living with less, but living with more purpose, meaning, and a deep connection to the timeless beauty of India's rich traditions.

Different Styles of Kitchens
There are many different styles when it comes to your kitchen. You may like the look of a farmhouse kitchen, or you may be drawn to the quaint charm of a Craftsman-style kitchen. If you’re not sure which style you prefer, read on for some great ideas. Each kitchen design style has its own unique features and benefits, and choosing the right one for your space can be a challenging process. However, with a little research, you’ll find that you can create a kitchen that suits your personality and lifestyle.
Country Mediterranean kitchen style
The color scheme of a Country Mediterranean kitchen is warm and inviting. A large arch welcomes natural light, and the terracotta floors and walls add a hint of color. Wooden beams and ceilings have a Mediterranean feel, and the light oak cabinets and topped with beige marble give off a warm glow. The arched window openings help create the look, and accents like wrought iron motifs and country-style motifs adorn the bar stools.
A stone oven and tile backsplash add a rustic feel to this style. Incorporating a stone oven in your kitchen will add character and height to the space. A light plaster wall will balance the earth tones and bright features. The use of terracotta pots is a classic element of the style. Incorporating rustic details like antique hardware is another way to add character to your Country Mediterranean kitchen. And don’t forget to choose bright, bold colors that add a pop of color to your decor.
Transitional kitchen design
The resulting look is a sophisticated and contemporary kitchen. Black and white elements combine in this design, as do a wooden beam and hanging pendant lamps. White quartz kitchen countertops and backsplash are accented by a brown tile floor. The kitchen island plinth is a light grey tone to match the black breakfast bar stools. Under counter strip lighting and glass-paneled top cabinets provide additional light. The design also works well with neutral-colored appliances and furnishings.
This style blends traditional and contemporary elements to create a stylish kitchen that is both comfortable and stylish. A transitional kitchen is a great choice for homeowners who want to incorporate contemporary and traditional elements into a new kitchen without compromising on style. The versatility of this style allows homeowners to choose a design theme that suits their individual tastes. While many people choose a modern kitchen over a traditional one, the transitional style can be adapted to any style.
Cottage kitchen design
If you’re looking for a kitchen that is as charming as the cottages of yesteryear, a cottage kitchen might be right for you. This design style is simple and uses white and light-colored materials to create a charming environment. White cabinets contrast with light maple flooring to create a rustic background. The countertop is a light gray granite. To complete the look, you can use rattan-seat bar stools. A large skylight and crystal lamps finish the ambiance.
If you’re unsure how to achieve a classic cottage kitchen look, consider adding colors to your room. Not only do these colors create a calming mood, but they also make your kitchen look cohesive. Adding pastel-colored objects to your kitchen counter will add a playful element and evoke good memories. You can also use different patterns and textures to create visual interest and appeal. This way, your kitchen will be an extension of your personality.
Craftsman kitchen design
A Craftsman kitchen has a rustic, earthy aesthetic. It often incorporates wood finishes, so choosing paint colors that complement them is important. Cabinet stains should stay in the same tone as the wood. Craftsman kitchens are also typically light in color, which means that wood-finished furniture and appliances will enhance the overall look. If you’d like to create a contemporary look, you can use a more modern style of lighting.
While white may seem too stark for a Craftsman kitchen, it is possible to revive it with a white color scheme. It doesn’t take a lot of work, and you don’t have to gut the entire kitchen to make it look new. All you need to do is paint the walls and cabinet doors white, and add a few accessories in a complementary color. Handcrafted tiles on the backsplash can make a stunning statement. If you want to create a more modern look, try adding some chrome light fixtures and a chandelier. You could also add Tiffany-colored lamps to the room if you’d like.
Contemporary kitchen design
The modern contemporary kitchen style incorporates a large range of features that can enhance the cooking experience. This style makes use of technology and storage to keep surfaces clear and clutter free. It also emphasizes an open layout to keep the kitchen tidy and easy to clean. Contemporary kitchen design also includes the use of pop-up knife storage and hidden electrical outlets. It focuses on functionality and personal prerequisites to create a stylish and functional space. Contemporary kitchen design incorporates 4 types of lighting to make cooking easier and more enjoyable.
Contemporary design is often characterized by clean lines and a preference for function over form. It usually favors man-made materials over natural ones. Modern kitchens are also often designed with sleek materials and appliances. There are many ways to incorporate contemporary design into your kitchen, including the addition of a kitchen island and bar stools. A kitchen island can be a great place for entertaining guests and relaxing with a loved one. If you want to add an island to your kitchen, consider a design that incorporates a breakfast bar with stylish chairs and stools.

How To
How to design a beautiful kitchen you’ll love to cook in for years
Kitchen design should combine aesthetics with practicality. You should carefully plan the space so that you can feel at home in your kitchen, where you can cook delicious meals, entertain friends, and unwind after a long day.
Here are some tips that will help you plan your dream home.
The layout that is most suitable for you will be the best. L-shaped, U shaped, and galley are the most common kitchen layouts. L-shaped kitchens are great for entertaining and can easily accommodate multiple cooks. U-shaped kitchens are perfect for families who spend a lot of time in the kitchen, as they provide ample counter space and storage. Galley kitchens are great for small spaces, as they can be accessed quickly and easily.
Compare the various types of cabinetry available and select quality products. There are many options available to you, depending on your budget. High-end cabinets can pay huge dividends. They will last for a longer time, look better, provide greater protection against temperature and humidity changes, as well as being more durable.
You should choose a color scheme you feel happy with. No matter what color you like, you can find a color combination that will bring life and color into your kitchen. You can use bright colors or soft pastels. Just make sure it matches the rest of the room.
It is important to find the right balance between function & beauty. It is not necessary that your kitchen be stunning all the time. Sometimes it is more important to think about functionality than appearances. However, this does not mean that you shouldn’t include some decorative elements. Mixing glass, chrome brass, ceramic, stone or wood can create an interesting focal point.
Create a comfortable environment. Comfort should always be the first thing you consider when designing your kitchen. This is where you will spend most of your time. It should be welcoming and comfortable. You can relax after a long day by adding seating and lighting fixtures.
Storage is important. You should have ample storage space in your kitchen to store all your cooking tools, utensils as well as dishes, pots and pans. You should think about adding extra cabinets when remodeling your kitchen.
Include a pantry. A pantry is a great way to store and organize food items. Plus, having a separate area where you can stockpile extra supplies will prevent clutter from building up around the rest of your kitchen.
A new flooring option might be worth considering. The style and feel you choose for your kitchen’s flooring will have a significant impact on how it looks. There are many materials available. If you have a small space, consider running the same flooring throughout the house to avoid the need for transition pieces.
Expanding plan. Insufficient space for future growth is one of the most common mistakes made when remodeling a kitchen. Expanding your kitchen is possible by adding a walk-in pantry, sliding doors or expanding the countertop space.
It is important to allow plenty of natural light. Being able to see your work is the best way you can enjoy your kitchen. If you intend to use your kitchen as a gathering place for the family, make sure you let plenty of natural light through your windows.
Use energy-efficient appliances. It is important to consider energy efficiency when remodeling your kitchen. This means making sure that you replace old appliances with newer models that are more energy efficient.
Be realistic about your budget. You should do a thorough financial analysis before you go shopping for kitchen cabinets or appliances. It will help you narrow down the options and save money in the end.
Make sure you have a designated space for entertaining. No matter if you like hosting dinner parties at home or entertaining friends over drinks and food, having a designated dining space will provide a place for your guests to gather and socialize.
Add an island. An island is a great addition for any kitchen.
