#TransformationTuesday 🙏🏾I remember being afraid to go to the gym at 340lbs - 5ft2in. I was soooo sure I’d be the biggest person there. I was saved by my sister-in-law & these at Home Workouts - 💪🏾getting the results I wanted. . . I lost all of my mommy weight and was left with curtain of loose skin. I felt so self conscious, dressed in oversized clothes,tucking my skin into my 👖 , Lots of Layers, skipped out on any event that involved wearing a bathing suit and even had issues being intimate with Bae😍! #RandomAreYouPregnantQuestions 🤦🏾‍♀️ . . 👉🏾So many people make fun of women who have had plastic surgery and fail to realize that the gym can’t help you with muscle damage and loose skin after 2 pregnancies, 2 c-sections and losing over 100lbs. It’s not always botched jobs and deaths; It’s life changing and liberating for many women! . . My goal is to change the negative stigma surrounding plastic surgery. It was a part of my growth journey too! . 🙏🏾🙏🏾I’m here to encourage other woman to take back their confidence and life whether it’s by meditating, gratitude practice, Start a Business, journaling everyday, reading more books, having surgery, working out or getting a worthy cause to Champion! . . 💋Do what makes you Happy Already Sis!!! .
