I know that a lot of s1 was revolving around Evans possession, but come on, it's so frustrating to see almost every post about magical misfits be about "evan and _". K and Sam are literally childhood friends! Jammer watches Sams streams!

i promise that if you explore other dynamics within the party, their bonds with Evan are not gonna disappear.

literally literally literallyyyy. let me second that with my whole heart. once upon a time about 3 years ago i decided to put on a random lil fun glee episode and picked duets and i ended up with so much hate in my heart lmao. mostly for finn. it fucking sucks and made me mad and also just sad for kurt

and i think that i realize now that people think fondly of finn bc of cory. but i feel like its important to separate cory from finn when it comes to perception of the two of them. we as a society should be smart enough to know that cory and finn are NOT the same people

also i just hate that they basically put exactly ONE banger in the ep (le jazz hot) and expect us to forgive for every other atrocity that happened in the ep

like how can people TRULY watch finn be homophobic on sam’s behalf towards his own brother and be okay with it???? “No means no” but finn is the only one actually saying no in this equation. like how did they frame an entire ep around making kurt feel bad about liking a boy. (though i shouldn’t be surprised they love doing that)

it feels honestly like sometimes, finn wants to erase every kindness that anyone ever shows kurt

I will forever be angry that they replaced Kurtcedes with Hummelberry. Mercedes was the first person Kurt came out to and the first one to support him. They weren't the IT bffs of seasons 1&2 for the writers to ignore that. Especially because Rachel wasn't a good friend to him.

I mean she wasn't really a good friend to anyone (except Blaine and sometimes Quinn), but for Kurt it feels worse. They were fine in season 2, but from seasons 3+ it felt like a straight white woman treating her "gay best friend" as an accessory. She was especially awful to him when they lived together, always dismissing him and talking down to him. The Kurt Hummel I knew never would have agreed to be her roommate, he couldn't stand her ass in season 1 and even though they were friends in season 2, she still annoyed tf outta him.

She was awful to everyone in season 5- Santana, Carmen, her coworkers, etc.- but Kurt really got the brunt of it. One thing I hate is that they took away his backbone. This was the kid who stood up for himself against Karofsky, someone 3x his size, even after being assaulted and threatened. Having him put up with Rachel's bullshit?? No way.

Santana and Mercedes had such a good relationship. Santana getting stuck with Rachel and Kurt made no sense. I would have much rather watched Santana make her own way. She didn't get to do much, it felt like the writers only kept her there for Rachel's benefit, not her own.

(Sending Brittany to New York would have been way funnier. She would have driven Rachel and Kurt crazy. I would have preferred that over her staying behind in season 4, that made no sense. How did she get to senior year if she never went to class??)

To be fair about Samchel, that's just Sam being a hoe. He's the only one who's dated the entire Unholy Trinity (Puck slept with them, but didn't date them) and he's dated every one of the original ND girls except Tina (Tina stays losing gg)

I've been rewatching season 6 of Glee (because I enjoy pain, I guess) and I keep fast-forwarding through the Schue and Rachel scenes that don't have any of the characters I love in it, but I fucking forgot about the Samchel storyline this season which means my love for Sam Evans is forcing me to watch so much Rachel and I hate it.

They really did Sam dirty by shoving him in a relationship with Rachel and not letting him just be with Mercedes or actively wooing her the way Kurt is wooing Blaine. And it makes me stand even more strongly by my statement that Samcedes is the only straight ship on Glee that matters.

Sam and Blaine can easily sing all of Klaine's love duets, but on the contrary, no matter how hard he tries, Kurt will never be able to sing Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go with Blaine and have the same effect as Sam. This is why Blam will always be superior to Klaine.

OTP: I can't say that I have one. I ship Kurt with a variety of men, and none of them named Blaine, but I don't believe that there's a true standout. Though, I do tend to lean toward Kurt/Dave Karofsky. All of the missed and wasted potential there pains me when I think too hard on it. BroTP: Kurt and Mercedes Jones, how I miss you. Kurt and Finn Hudson and Kurt and Sam Evans also have some sweet moments. OT3: Nothing comes to mind. NoTP: Kurt/Blaine Anderson. I wasn't a fan when the show was airing, am currently not a fan nearly a decade after it's ended, and never will be a fan.

Quinn Fabray

OTP: Quinn/Rachel Berry. Was it consistently written? No. But, the chemistry between Dianna Agron and Lea Michele was off the charts from the moment these characters first interacted onscreen, and I've yet to see a heterosexual explanation that truly justifies Quinn's absolutely heartbroken reaction when Rachel nods a tentative affirmative that she was "singing that song just for Finn and only Finn". BroTP: Quinn and Sam, Quinn and Mercedes (yet another good thing that Ryan Murphy and Co. tossed aside and left to rot), Quinn and Artie Abrahams, and, tentatively and primarily in fanfiction where it's handled well, Quinn and Santana Lopez. OT3: I suppose Sam/Quinn/Rachel, maybe? I know that Santana/Quinn/Rachel is another popular one, but my feelings toward romantic Quinn/Santana are very mixed. NoTP: Quinn/Finn, Quinn/Noah Puckerman, and basically Quinn/Any man the show ever tried to pair her with who isn't Sam. (And, even then, I align completely with the headcanon that Quinn is a repressed lesbian.)

I think that’s why I like Sam most out of the ND guys, after Kurt and Blaine. He was a decent human being, who looked after his family and friends.

Because he didn’t care that they were gay, and wanted to be their friends no matter what. He didn’t care about singing duets with gay guys, in a way it bothered Finn or Puck. Finn is just an awful person/character.

Look how Sam cared for Blaine in season 4, helping him out when no one else was there for him.

He’s just decent, so much better than Finn.

i mean i dont even think puck was that bad. i know he had his 'lol no homo' moments in s1 but like. he sings more duets with finn than anyone else lmao. but again we know thats okay bc it's two super manly masculine str8 guys and not a gay guy which is embarrassing and cringe

also literally two episodes after duets, where finn is making such a fucking stink about two guys singing a song in front of JUST the glee club, guess what happens?? artie and puck sing a duet literally in front of half the school in the courtyard AND GET PAID FOR IT. sooo fucking embarrassing wow finn thanks for helping run kurt out of mckinley <3 our hero

When of if I started shipping it: so I got into glee via tumblr and Pinterest (are we surprised), but I only saw the cute Quick scenes. The baking scene did me in, then I started actually watching clips from the show and I was like “nope. Nope nope nope”

My thoughts: they are toxic and shouldn’t be allowed with three feet of each other. Puck literally raped her— she should be far away from him

What makes me happy about them: in the very last song of glee, I Lived, they don’t seem to be together. So I can surmise that they’re trying again didn’t work out

What makes me sad about them: they were together in the first place

Things done in fanfic that annoys me: them ending up together I guess. I don’t read a lot of quick fanfic

Things I look for in fanfic: ppl yelling at puck for what he did, and Quinn angst

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if…: Puck deserves jail, so…. Let’s say she and Puck are trying again, and he either has sex with her without her consent, and this time she’s brave enough and in a position to go to the police, or he does something akin to what his actor did. Quinn divorces him and gets BIG money and she starts over again. (With either Rachel or Sam)

I have a model of a ship and a ship in a bottle, any one who looks at them gets a tiny touch of scurvy. I know they're trying to colonize the kitchen, there's a plate with a little rowboat on it.
