wait wait WAIT!!!!! am i the actual last one to realize that the lawsuit is simultaneously an exact parallel and opposite of eddie not wanting to let shannon back into their lives cause he doesn't trust her???? like. shannon broke eddie's trust by leaving. buck BROKE eddie's trust by LEAVING. he let shannon back in for christopher. he let buck back in for christopher AND for himself, bc he could never truly live without buck, in a way he could live without shannon. not being able to forgive shannon for leaving them. forgiving buck the moment he apologized (and long before that). his biggest hurt was not being able to talk to either of them.
