I no longer post my knitting or crochet projects on my main social media to avoid the inevitable “can you make me that” and “you should sell these” comments.

Here, though, I can be an anonymous fibre arts gremlin and post some cozy photos of knitting in coffee shops - in peace.

Alastor and Lucifer are cats sharing the same space and learning to live with each other. Most of the time they will be watching each other with their hair on end. At least once or twice they will groom one another and then swat when one or the other won't sit still. There will be large leaps and zoomies. Long down the line they will be found curled up in a perfect circle.

Charlie put a baby gate in the hall of the top floor so that they can see one another without immediate violence. XD

yes ofc ok of the three categories (possessive, protective, jealous), he seems more possessive than anything for two reasons: 

first comes as an extension of his limited speech. whether in canon, or an au, it can be hard for him to express long, complex thoughts without physically writing them out, but one point he can always get across is that you’re his and that he won’t let anyone take you away from him. this is a message that’s easy to get across verbally—with a simple hand-sign, mouthing a single word, or a simple declarative; physically in his body language—standing in front of you on public transportation, holding your hand, laying his head on your lap, kissing you; expressively on his face—half-lidded eyes that show that he’s upset when someone else is too close to you, and bright eyes and a smile that easily tell you he’s happy to have you around; even socially—frequent social media posts and comments below your posts that let anybody following either of you know how much he loves you.

second, toge is canonically considerate and almost self-sacrificing when it comes to his friends and keeping other people safe. in a way, you’re his safe-haven, so with you, he can choose to be selfish. he doesn’t have to worry about limiting his self, or coming across as a threat, or keeping his thoughts in the back of his mind; he can just… be. and, so, he’ll do anything to protect that, and protect you; and he would never, ever want to share something so sacred.

he can lean a bit on the protective side because we’ve seen him step-up to protect his friends and underclassmen, and canonically he’s virtually a grade 1 sorcerer, so it’s second-nature to him to want to protect the people he cares about, but because that extends to everyone important in his life, possession is still the category that applies most to you.

only tangentially related to that last post but anyway shoutout to when i avoided mentioning that i was in a relationship on here for over a year because some insane part of my brain was convinced everyone following me only liked me because they thought i was hot. which made literally no sense for many reasons including but not limited to the fact that i have never posted a single photo of myself

Hopefully this isn't too weird but I love the way you draw hands, it's like the way you draw them seem just as expressive as the faces on the characters, I just love how they look and I hope I get there someday (if you have any tips please share but if not that's okay!)

I love your art and characters and how you draw their expressions/poses, it's all so nice!

Not weird at all, I'm very flattered! Hands have become extremely important to me, I tend to put a lot of effort in trying to get them look just right. I'm still not where I want to be with them but improving nonetheless. If you ask me, a thoughtfully and intently drawn hand can be almost as expressive as a character's face, just like you said. They're such complex and intricate structures with massive emotive and aesthetic potential, it'd be waste to not make use of them in art.

OHHH this is an interesting question!! for places in FL itself:

the corsair's forest/gaider's mourn! basically their second home next to wolfstack--it's full of other weird, thrill-seeking zailors. how could they not? the zee is dangerous around it, but they think that just makes it more exciting to visit (their poor crew)

venderbight/tomb colonies too, of course. this is also basically a second home, but only because they keep getting exiled. it's fine, though, the parties here are fun and they have friends there!

if i branch out into sunless sea there's also

aestival! the little island with real sunlight from the hole in the neath-roof above it. most ships don't even know it exists, so it's peaceful there. they like to zail down and just sit on the beach for a while. (and sometimes catch the sunlight in mirrorcatch boxes to sell in london. gotta pay the crew somehow)

nook! probably their absolute favourite place to be: underwater civilisation nestled in the throat of a giant sea monster. the water is breathable, but it does really weird things to your brain, and every trip makes it harder to leave. everyone is naked, wildly hallucinating, weirdly horny, y'know, wild zee party things.

hallucinogenic seaweed made twitch eat at least one person and almost chew their own arm off. they barely remember it, though, so they have a great time here!

(their crew tries to avoid it at any cost, understandably. it's really hard to get them to leave.)

So, I don't know what the ships involving Danny are called in the BatPhandom, but these are what I think they should be for the Bat Boys:

Danny Fenton x Dick Grayson -> Double Act (Between the shared sense of humor, their past association with circuses, and a tendency to enact vigilante justice, these two are always giving the performances of their lives.)

Danny Fenton x Jason Todd -> Schrödinger's Boys (Are they alive? Are they dead? Who knows! Not them.) Could be shortened to Half Dead, for simplicity's sake.

Danny Fenton x Tim Drake -> Insomniacs Anonymous (Teenage heroes who bitch about being tired, but will do everything in their power to not go to sleep.) Possible alternative name: Galaxy Brain, for Danny's love for space and Tim's renowned intellect.

Danny Fenton x Damian Wayne -> Ghost Gremlin (Died one, didn't take. Completely feral and 100% ready to be a menace given the slightest provocation.) Could also be Half Feral because that's funny.

i love love loveeeeee toge, fun fact i started jjk because of him 😇😇 i don’t write much for/about him you’re right but i think he’s in a place now where it’s like i love and adore his character so much that i don’t wanna mess him up? or mess up how much time i’ve spent loving him in my head lollllll but i do have headcanons ofc

he has to kiss and tell. it doesn’t matter that he can’t speak, trust that he’s the first to tell. if you want an undercover relationship, he is not your man—actually the second that you two get together, you’re in a group chat with all his friends and he’s quadruple texting about how he loves you

in a canonverse au where he can’t use sign language, he comes up with another way to tell you he loves you. some other sushi ingredient or food ingredient or otherwise neutral word that reminds him of you. he doesn’t tell you beforehand, so it’s a bit of a surprise when he randomly holds you hand and smiles and says something like umeboshi very slowly and deliberately, but it only takes a moment of really looking at his eyes to understand what his saying :((

in a world where he uses sign language, he still uses it mostly to talk shit LOL. ofc it’s helpful to communicate the more nuanced feelings with you, but toge’s favorite use of it is to silently communicate with you in public about someone else—particularly someone else he doesn’t like. true diva behavior, esp because he always sets you up to lie to whoever he’s talking about when they inevitably ask what’s going on

gamer boy :( gets key caps in your favorite color or custom ones with a cute design to replace the keys that have your initials on them on his keyboard. and very proudly shows everyone who asks about it

turns your apartment into a greenhouse accidentally. he’s canonically good at gardening and is the one who takes care of the flowers on campus, and he has a habit of buying and spending extra time tending to plants that you like or that remind him of you. it starts small, a tiny plant on your bathroom counter that he insists is easy to care for and is good for air circulation. then another in your bedroom, a few in your living room, some flowers to sit on your windowsill, a bigger orchid to fill that awkward space between the wall and your couch, a feeder in your kitchen so you can have fresh herbs when you cook. he’s not one to rise early, except on feeding day, toge is the first one up and you can often catch him quietly tending to all of the plants as the sun rises.

I’m going to be delulu and say that Gwyn & Azriel are carranam ((: just a fun/random little headcanon. It probably isn’t true & I don’t think carranam even exist in the ACOTAR world, but just for funsies let’s say they are. Azriel with Truth-Teller and Gwyn with Gwydion. I don’t think she’ll permanently own the sword, but maybe she uses it once or twice. (I know people have come up with theories of Gwyn & Gwydion since ACOSF came out.)
