thinking about when i got my wisdom teeth out and the first thing i said after i woke up from the anesthesia was "we were talking about flan" which caused the nurses to erupt in laughter because i was out for like an hour which was JUST long enough for them to forget about the convo and then find it funny when i talked about it again
#le p2iigh#they thought it was so funny that i was knocked out for an hour and then i just woke up and i was like 'remember about the flan'#i definitely won the social interraction that day#we were talking about how i dont like flan and i concluded i just havent had really good flan (still waiting btw)#one of like the only fond memories i have of me being in a medical setting <3 thank u nurses who bonded about being hispanic with me#this post brought to you by schrafrillas pronouncing flan as 'flanne'#(wanted to clarify im not mad i thought it was extremely funny to hear flan pronounced like the name anne)#obviously the commonality between now and then being 'having a good time and laughing about flan'

@janeyseymour I KEEP MY PROMISES
Emergency Contact
Okay so, I was inspired by the episode where Mel falls, and honestly I just know if she had a wife, Barbara would’ve called her SO FAST. So this was born.
Enjoy.
You grin as you stare at your phone, caller id clearly reading ‘Abbott Elementary.’
Mel, if you forgot to charge your phone again, we need to just get an extra charger to leave at the school.” You tease as you shut the door behind you.
“Hi, is this y/n?” Your smile drops at the unfamiliar voice and you stop in your tracks
“This is she.” Your words are tentative, voice shaky as you continue “can I help you?”
“Hi this is Janine Teagues from Abbott Elementary, I have it down here that you’re Melissa Schemmenti’s emergency contact?”
“Yes, that’s right.” You shake your head as you continue walking to your car.
“Well, I’m sorry to bother you, but there’s been an accident, can you come to the school?”
Your heart stops as you take in her words.
Melissa’s been in an accident? What happened, and why is your wife not calling you herself?
“I’ll be there in 15.” You spit the words out and hang up the phone, not willing to waste any more time on pleasantries when Melissa’s hurt.
You make the drive in silence, eyes focusing on the road, as you try to calm your racing heart.
Your tires squeal as you turn into the Abbott Elementary parking lot, haphazardly parking before running into the school.
“Whoa- where ya going?” A tall woman stops you as she steps out of the office off to the side of the area that bypasses the locked doors.
“Uh hi. I got a call from Janine Teagues stating that uh Melissa Schemmenti was in an accident?” The words are rushed, coming out at the same speed at which the thoughts are racing through your head.
“Janine called you? Damn, you must be the emergency contact.”
“Yes.”
“Alright then, I’m principal Coleman, I believe Melissa’s in the nurses office, you ever been here before?”
“I’ve helped Mel set up her room a few times, nurse’s office is right before the library isn’t it?”
“You got that right. Need an escort?” She says with a wink as she hands you a visitors pass.
“Nope I got it.” The words are barely out of your mouth before you take off in a sprint down the hallway.
You fly past the library, and rush into the little area that acts as a makeshift waiting room for the nurses office.
“Did you have to sprint in heels?”
At the sound of your wife’s voice, you stop.
“You’re okay?” Your voice is tentative, and you can’t help but hold your breath.
“Ankle hurts like a bitch, but I’m okay. Jesus, hon you look like you’ve seen a ghost, you good?”
“Am I good? Melissa Ann Caterina Schemmenti… Why on earth did your coworker call me and say nothing except for needing your emergency contact.”
“Janine called you?” Your wife’s voice is sharp and you shoot her a glare.
“Yes she did. But why didn’t you?” You sit next to her on the small cot and rub your face. “Jesus Mel, that was like the call I got when Dad died. It scared the fuck out of me.”
“Watch your mouth babe, you’re still in an elementary school.”
“Melissa.” The way you say her name lets her know that she’s got to explain quickly or she’s in trouble.
“Okay- I may have fallen this morning. It was nothing really, just bruised my ankle and aggravated my back, but I promise I’m fine.”
“What were you doing when you fell?”
“Walking. I tripped over some rock on the sidewalk, but it’s okay I didn’t even spill my coffee.”
“Mel… you’re injured and the only thing you care about is your coffee?”
“Hey! My wife made me that coffee.” She teases before nudging your shoulder with hers.
“WIFE?!”
The shout that could’ve only come from Janine makes you both jump.
“Jesus kid, what the hell?”
“You have a wife?”
Janine’s shout must’ve carried down the hall as three more people come rushing in behind her.
Melissa presses her fingers to her temple and sighs as she looks at you.
“Yes. I have a wife. Did you have to announce it like you were Jim Gardner!?”
“You never told us you had a wife?!? You told us you were married, but to a woman?!”
“You thought I had a husband?”
You laugh at the confusion in your wife’s voice.
Janine nods enthusiastically, hands flying with the speed of her voice.
“Well, yeah. You never said wife, just always said ‘spouse’ or ‘better half’- I just assumed they were a man-“
“Kid- I tried men, it didn’t stick.” Melissa interrupts while shaking her head “anyway-, I never hid anything. You didn’t ask.”
“Wait- are you saying, you’re like… a lesbian?”
“Jesus Christ Jacob, what tipped you off? Was it the wife?” Melissa replies dryly.
Before he can respond, Barbara, your wife’s best friend steps in the room.
“Melissa’s personal life is her own, she’s under no obligation to share. However, how are you y/n?” She says to you with a smile.
You smile warmly at Barbara, thankful to see at least one face you recognized.
“I’m alright now that I know this one’s alright. It’s good to see you again, Barb.”
“Wait?!? You knew?!” Janine exclaims.
“Of course I knew, I was at the wedding.”
Silence fills the small room, the weight of Barbara’s confession settling over the group. Janine stares in open mouthed as she processes this new revelation.
“You were at the wedding?” She finally sputters out, voice tinged with disbelief.
Barbara raises a perfectly arched eyebrow.
“Janine, I choose not to gossip about coworkers, but yes I was at Melissa’s wedding. Her wife is a lovely woman and I have been honored to call them both my friends for the many years we have known each other.”
Melissa snorts from her spot on the cot, shaking her head.
“Lovely, huh? You haven’t heard her curse at the tv during an Eagles game.”
“Baby, that was a shitty call and you know it!”
You cross your arms, but smile softly, your anger and adrenaline melting away at the sight of Melissa’s smirk.
Jacob clears his throat, looking between the two of you.
“Well, I for one, think this is wonderful. These kids deserve representation, and it’s important for them to know that love comes in all forms. This is the stuff we should teach in classrooms.”
Melissa shoots an award winning glare at the young man “Jacob, you make me a poster and you’ll meet Edith Houghton.”
“Got it! No poster.”
Barbara sighs before giving Jacob a pointed look.
“Perhaps we should let y/n get Melissa home before you turn lunch into a sociology seminar.”
“Right! Sorry, Janine we should go. Melissa, rest well, let that wife of yours get you to a doctor.” Jacob leaves the room, pulling Janine with him
As soon as they leave, Melissa lets her head fall onto your shoulder and you kiss the top of her head softly as she groans
“Everyone will know by dismissal.”
“I know how you are about your personal life, but it’s good they know. They’ll forget about it eventually.”
“Too bad eventually isn’t now.”
“Like you won’t love bringing her to game night. Seriously though, y/n, I am glad you could come. Melissa did not want to call you herself.”
“Is that so?”
You turn to look at your wife, who is staring at the ground to avoid your gaze.
“Okay- I didn’t want to worry you. It’s just a bruised ankle and a stiff back. A few days of rest and I’ll be back to normal.”
You tilt your head, glaring at your wife.
“You’ll go to a doctor first to verify that. Also, you didn’t want to worry me? Mel, a stranger called me. And Janine at that. Had you just called me yourself, I would’ve panicked less.”
Melissa softens as she takes your hand.
“I’m sorry, hon. I should’ve called you myself. I love you, and I just didn’t want you worried.”
“I love you too, but I knew what I signed up for when I married you. Or did you forget who drove you to court when you threw corn at Ben Simmons?
“Y/n, why don’t you get her home? I’ll get Ava to watch over her class for the rest of the day.” Barb says as she leaves the room.
“Thanks, see you at dinner on Sunday.” You shoot the teacher a grin as you help your wife stand up.
“So… a rock?”
“It was a big rock.” Melissa insists, cheeks pink.
“Sure it was.” You shake your head, grabbing your bags. “Let’s go, tough guy.”

I'm haunted by the beautiful potential in an Edwardian-era Persuasion.
A setting just after WWI, another time of major social upheaval--blurring class barriers, new ideas about gender roles, further crumbling of the aristocracy
Sir Walter blindly clings to the old order, barely thinking about the war except to lament the impossibility of getting good servants these days
Elizabeth Elliot styles herself as a bit of a women's rights activist, claiming this is the reason she remains unmarried
Anne would have served as a nurse if her father had allowed it, but of course he couldn't permit an Elliot of the Elliots to undertake such ugly work, so she stayed at home quietly undertaking the usual home-front charitable work
This war deepens the story's melancholy. There's not the same sense of the men returning home as conquering heroes. The world is changing, but is it worth what we've lost? Can we have hope for the future when all our optimistic dreams led to such slaughter?
The best way to retain some of Wentworth's glamour is to make him a flyboy. However, given their short life expectancies, I'm not sure how realistic it is to have him and several buddies survive the war.
A "band of brothers" in the trenches is also a decent analogue for their relationship
Harville's injury meant he was invalided home fairly early. Benwick's probably a wartime poet suffering from shell shock that only got worse after his fiance died in the influenza epidemic.
Louisa and Henrietta are of a slightly younger generation that hasn't been quite as scarred by the war. Their relative innocence makes them refreshing to a war-weary returning soldier
It's possible Wentworth is so shaken by Louisa's accident (and thus needs Anne to take charge) because it sparks some kind of PTSD flashback. (Though that may not be the best direction to take the character).
There's just so much potential to explore the layers--old wounds and new possibilities, finding ways to heal and grow and rebuild after pain and loss

Okay gang, I noticed something super intriguing in my recent weekend rewatch of Dead Boy Detectives!
In Episode 4 when the night nurse goes into Charles' mind there's a consistent detail in his memories that I haven't seen anyone point out: not all of Charles' five schoolmates throw stones at him when he's in the lake.
Two boys are positioned slightly off to the left side of the screen, watching and making no move to stop the others, but they do not directly harm Charles at any point.
I know this doesn't seem particularly interesting in and of itself, but it quickly becomes more interesting when the Night Nurse asks Charles "What could possibly have made [his] friends turn on [him] like this," and we flash forward to the next memory, a visual response to her question. In this memory, we see Charles standing up to all of his so-called "friends" who are senselessly beating up on a boy from Pakistan and...
Wait - actually, no - not all of his friends...
Yet again, two boys have been intentionally set apart from the group and yes, it is the same two boys who stood off to the side and watched Charles be harmed (ultimately killed) in the previous scene. The juxtaposition of these scenes begins to feel even more intentional when the perspective flips and we see the scene how Charles was seeing it, with the passive boys on the left and the boys engaging in violence on the right.
This scene is much brighter so we get a really good look at their faces here, but both of them go through a myriad of facial expressions/reactions in quick succession that are challenging to discern with 100% certainty. But with the blocking for the group being the same in both shots and the roles the boys play being the same in both shots, I feel like this had to be an intentional choice made to convey something implicitly to the audience.
That leaves me to wonder - did these boys know, deep down, that what was happening was wrong? Did they want to resist, walk away, or try to stop the violence like Charles did earlier but felt powerless to do so? It would be remiss of me not to acknowledge how one of the two "passive" boys was black: did that otherness, the same otherness that Charles felt and that boy from Pakistan surely felt, keep him from speaking up out of fear for his own safety (a valid fear, considering what we know).
Whatever the purpose, it's a really sad detail to me. Heartbreaking, actually. Edwin is 100% right when he says that the living are messy, and Crystal is right when she says that she and the boys lost their lives to boys who went too far (hers temporarily in the form of her memories, the boys completely in the form of their literal lives) because that's just it, isn't it? This show is full of moral and ethical conversations surrounding the limitations of labels like "good" and "bad" people; about capability and willingness to change; and about how our actions, whether rooted in good or bad intentions, can lead to unintended or undesired outcomes. Perhaps none of Charles' "friends" believed they would kill Charles that night; perhaps they just wanted to "rough him up" or "teach him a lesson." Perhaps none of Edwin's bullies could have anticipated that the ritual sacrifice "prank" would do anything more than scare a boy they perceived as different, effeminate ("Mary Ann"), and they certainly couldn't have known it would lead to years of torture and suffering in hell for not just Edwin, but for themselves as well. But it doesn't matter, and it doesn't excuse what they did. The boys who stood to the side and watched Charles die, and who watched their fellow "mates" beat on another boy prior to that, may not have thrown a single punch, but it didn't matter - the damage was done. They still were complicit in that violence, and therefore played just as much a role in Charles' death as the boys who were throwing stones and punches. To be alive is to deal with mess, complications, baggage...to insinuate otherwise is to diminish the nuance and intention put into every choice not only in this show, but in some ways, the world at large as well. It may be a small moment, but it struck me as something that said so much without having to explicitly say anything at all. Art is a good mirror on society in this way; it makes us face the reflections of messy, complex characters and situations that we could just as likely find ourselves a part of (maybe as the "good" guy, the vicim; maybe as the "bad" guy, the bully; or maybe as the guys who just... did nothing at all. The ones who watched, who were complicit in the suffering of others for what could be a multitude of selfish or self-preserving reasons).
All that being said, the TLDR here is: considering it's the same two boys who behave the same way in both instances it feels like an intentional detail. I wonder if there's potential for one (or both) of these boys to reappear in Charles' (after)life in the future? They are likely both still alive today, in their 50s, just as Charles would be had he not been murdered. Perhaps one of these boys could die and come to the agency with regrets or unfinished business (directly involving Charles or regarding something unrelated). Maybe Charles will run into them, alive, through a different case or just on the streets of London and be overwhelmed with a sense of "That should be me, too. I should have gotten to live." I imagine he would recognize them, even in older bodies, and it would understandably affect him to have to face anyone who played a role in his death, whether they threw stones or just watched.
Orrrrrrer it could be a totally pointless detail! 😂 I'm always open-minded to the fact that after 30+ rewatches I could be overanalyzing at this point. Either way, it confounds me nonetheless and I so desperately hope we will get to explore Charles' trauma more in season 2 (🤞)... so I thought I would share my thoughts! 🖤
(Last note: please excuse the bad photo quality!! I searched meticulously for the exact screencaps I needed but couldn't find anything, so I just took pictures of my tv screen with my phone lol.)

life goes on
summary - just a tiny blurb of post tour engagement talk
a/n : this contains a very brief mention of cancer, so be aware of that xx
word count : ~1k
pairing : boyfriend!harry x reader
The sun was setting just down past the mountains.
It had been a busy day and everyone was exhausted. You had all gone on a couple of yachts out to sea to dolphin watch and then come back and swam in the sea onshore.
After the end of tour, Harry had invited all of his family out to spend a month together in his gorgeous Italian house in the countryside. It was perfect for everyone, because it had endless garden land, a hot tub and a large swimming pool. It was a great house for the kids.
Harry’s family’s children were hear, and could be currently heard running around the garden with Nerf guns Uncle Harry had bought them to play with.
Currently, everyone was sat outside on the large patio area. There were bean bags, L-shaped sofas and other various comfortable chairs for people to sit on and none were spare.
“H?” Gemma asked, “Where’s Y/N?”
“Toilet I think.” Harry answered.
“When are you and Y/N getting married then, H?” Harry’s uncle, Dave, asked.
Harry laughed in shock and a few people cheered to that idea.
A lot of people were nursing beers and a few others with various cocktails they’d made for themselves. You had helped Harry set up a help-yourself bar for everyone to make whatever they wanted.
Harry himself had a Corona in hand, with a lime in the top because apparently that’s the best way you take it.
“Oh, let them be!” Anne shushed her brother up. “They’re still in their honeymoon phase.”
Anne watched as her son got all shy, blushing as he thought about how in love he was with you. Anne smiled, knowing her boy would always be happy with you by his side.
“They’ve been in that phase for six years now. The poor girl will run if he doesn’t ask soon.” Dave piped up again.
“Y/N can ask me too, y’know.” Harry suggested, shrugging his shoulders.
“We all know you’re too romantic to let Y/N do that.” Someone else piped up, to which they all agreed.
“Heyy!” Harry protested, but deep down he knew they were right.
Harry had always wanted to get to ask you the big question. Being engaged and looking forward to his own wedding has been something he has looked forward to, ever since watching his first romcom.
Harry won’t settle for giving you anything less than the perfect proposal.
“I do want to be alive to see you get married, love.” Harry’s nan, Marge, chimed in, making everyone laugh.
“You will be, nan. I promise.” Harry held up his beer in promise to his nan. “And anyways, why aren’t you all nagging at Gem - whom is also still not married.”
Harry knew exactly why.
“Don’t believe in marriage, H.” Gem said. “Plus Michal says it’s too difficult choosing a ring.”
“That is true.” Michal nodded and agreed, making Gemma laugh and cuddle closer into his side on the sofa.
Harry looked at them and then towards the house, missing you after only two minutes. He wondered where you were.
“Have you gone ring shopping yet, H?” One of Harry’s aunts, Linda, asked.
“Yes.” Harry shot his head back around to face the conversation.
“Is it going to break the bank?” Dave asked.
“Nothing could dent that boys bank, Dave.” Linda laughed.
Harry smiled along, knowing the ring safely tucked away in his suitcase was just what you had asked for. It had been a reasonable price and it’s beauty outshone everything else.
“Y/N trusts me to pick out the right ring.”
“Good lad.” Dave nodded onto Harry.
“Excuse me a minute.”
Harry put his beer down on the floor and left his family to go in search of you.
He wandered into the house and because it was very open, he was able to tell you weren’t downstairs. He shouted your name up the stairs, but no one responded.
“Babe?” He called again, standing at the bottom of the stairs.
He was getting worried now and ran up the stairs two at a time. He wandered down the hall and straight into your shared bedroom.
No one was on the bed and no one was in the bathroom.
“Y/N?” Harry shouted again, a little more sternly this time. “Where the fuck is—”
He looked in and out of all bedrooms upstairs and the bathrooms too, but no sign of you.
As Harry rushed back down the stairs and opened the front door. He was ready to shout your name again when he saw you sitting the hammock by the front garden gate alone.
He closes the front door and furrowed his eyebrows as he walked quickly over to you.
“Baby? Where have you been?” He asked, dodging in between the cars as made his way to you.
You looked up at him and smiled, but it was one that did not reach your eyes.
Harry watched as you brought a small tissue up to your noses and wipe underneath. He put together, as he moved closer towards you, that you had been crying.
“Baby…” Harry said softly, coming down to crouch in front of you.
You swallowed a lump in the back of your throat and rolled your eyes at your own emotions. Harry was nothing but patient with you, waiting for you to gather up whatever thoughts you wanted to say.
Harry stayed crouched down in front of you, hands clasping yours to stop you from picking away at the skin by your nails - a nasty habit he was constantly telling you off for.
“It’s my mum. She’s back in hospital.” You sadly smiles, watching Harry’s face drop too.
Harry let out a tut and a heavy sigh, sagging his head in sadness.
“Cancer came back. She’s been in for a month and has only just told me.” Your words started to come out in splutters towards the end of your sentence as you began to cry again. “Fuck, m’sorry.”
Harry popped his head at your apology. “No, don’t you start apologising for things that don’t need an apology. Don’t care that this is celebrating post tour. All I care about is you and seeing that smile on your face. If you haven’t got a smile today, that’s okay but we’ll work together to put one back there again.”
You nodded your head in understanding.
Harry moved to sit next to you, laying you both down on the hammock. Harry sat so his feet still touched the floor, but you moved so your whole body was on the hammock and you could tuck yourself into his side. Harry rocked the two of you slowly and rubbed his hand up and down your back, whilst you closed your eyes and listened to the sound of Harry’s heartbeat.
“We can go see her when we’re back, can’t we?” You asked.
“Of course. Why do y’ask?”
“Just checking, in case you had music plans or anything.”
“Baby. You know I’m yours now for the foreseeable future.”
“I know.”
“We can go see her every day if you want.” Harry suggested, “And also. I don’t care what you say, I’m paying for any extra treatment and care to make sure she’s as comfortable as she can be.”
“Ha—”
“No I’m not arguing with you on this, love.”
“But…”
“Yeah, your butt is lovely, I know.” You could hear his smirk as he patted your ass lightly with his hand.
That put a little smile on your face anyways.
“Thank you.” You said softly.
“It’ll be your bank account someday soon too.”
And you smiled again, knowing the prospect of an engagement was soon approaching.

Hellooo! Hear me out on this request 🤓☝️
Necromancer reader. So the scenario is like one of the creeps "died" when they're about to do a mission, and their partners cant wait for them to revive back since it'll take too long. So what do you think some of the creeps reaction to them literally reconstructing their dead co-worker to be good as new, especially EJ since it looks like a cult sacrifice (it does need a sacrifice🧍♀️)
Hope my request isn't that long 🧎♀️
-🧚♀️
Summary: Reader and the creeps are about to go on a mission together, but said creep is currently in the process of reviving. In order to get a move on, reader "revives" creep.
Genre: Slice of life
Warnings: Mentions of death, creeps being in rough shape, violence
Credits: Ticci Toby- Creepypasta, Jeff The Killer- Creepypasta, Eyeless Jack- Creepypasta, Divider- kodaswrld
A/n: With every ask I get where the creeps are left up to me, I choose my most popular (except for EJ bc you mentioned him). Also sorry this ask was marinating for so long hopefully you're still around <///3
Ticci Toby
Toby wasn't one to be reckless, when he got caught up in accidents it was almost always due to circumstances surrounding the event. For example, not watching where he was going and bumping into a wall, slowing himself down. This time, he'd gotten roughed up on a solo mission, getting backed into a corner with his hatchets tossed to the side. This left him with only his knife, which wasn't all that helpful when fighting a high profile demon. Back up had been summoned, and Toby was brought back in one piece, but he was gonna take a while to get back to full health again.
Once back at the manor, he was placed in a special room in the medical wing for creeps that are currently reviving. A couple days after the incident, you were assigned a mission. It was fairly easy, and on easy missions you like to bring Toby with you to spend some quality time together. You were talking about your plan to Jane, telling her excited you were to spend some time with Toby again after it being a while, when she reminded you that he was still pretty much M.I.A. You bit your lip as you thought. "Shit." You mumbled. You'd already gotten everything set up, and the mission was tomorrow. You had no time to ask someone else to clear their schedule for you. You decided that you had no choice but to revive him, and it had to be to full health. That would take a buttload of energy, but it was your only choice.
You head down to the medical wing, and inform the medical staff there that you need to revive Toby. They are reluctant to let you, as stuff like that kind of risky for both you and Toby, but they agree to let you try. At worst he comes out of his coma feeling a little under the weather. You begin pouring your magic into Toby, while the medical staff observe. By the 1 hour mark you are feeling a little spent, and he hasn't even opened his eyes yet. You begin to doubt yourself, but then his finger twitches. You keep going and within another hour, he jolts up from the bed he is laying on with a gasp. You let out a sigh of relief, and the others in the room offer you congratulations. "How do you feel?" Nurse Anne asks. Toby takes in his surroundings for a second before answering "Like I could run a marathon". You let out a tired chuckle and plop your head into his lap "I'm glad one of us does". After all of that energy and magic you spent, he better help your butt out on the mission.
Jeff The Killer
Unlike Toby, Jeff is VERY reckless. But he makes up for it with his swiftness and stealth. This being said, Jeff often comes home with injuries of some sort, but he's never been brought home unconscious before. Jeff is one of, if not THE most hunted man on the overworld. Whenever he goes up there, it's pretty much a race against the clock to try and do his mission and get out before someone recognizes him. And trust, someone WILL recognize him. All of this is to say that what happened to him that day was a big shock to everyone. He'd been reckless, as Jeff does, and got himself stuck in a closed in alleyway with the police hot on his trail. He would have mentally cursed himself for being so stupid, but by the time the thought could've crossed his mind it would have been too late, because almost as soon as it came, it went. Everything went actually, all of his thoughts were gone as he hears a "BANG!" and feels blood dripping down his face.
Jeff is one of Slender's favorite workers, so the second Jeff was in trouble he snatched him up and brought him back to the manor. He is placed in the medical wing to recover, and the whole manor is buzzing with rumors as to what could've happened out there. You immediately knew that Jeff would rather die than have his reputation ruined, so you decide to go save his stupid butt the trouble of being stuck in a coma for a few weeks. You decide not to get him back up to full health, because with Jeff that would take probably every ounce of magic left in the world and also kill you in the process. So you instead just resort to doing enough to get him awake again. It takes a few hours, but eventually he is awake and healed enough to not be in constant pain. As you sit in a chair next to his bed with your head down on the nightstand to regain your energy, you decide to ask him what happened out there. "The whole manor's talking about it." You add. "Must've been something real bad if it took you down." He remains quiet, grimacing at the fact it was just a stupid kid on the police force that was able to knock him out. "Don't wan' talk about it" he grunts.
You sit your head up and raise a brow. "With the amount of energy I just used to help your stupid self I think I at least deserve to know." You throw in a sweet smile to help your case "I won't tell anyone, scout's honor." You say, raising your left hand. He huffs "Didn't ask you t' help." You frown. "You didn't have to. I did it because I wanted to. Come on, please?" He begins to pick at his nails before letting out a sigh. "I was bein' stupid. Ran right into a wall and cops shot me." Your eyes widen. That was it?? That's all it takes to take down Jeff THE Killer?? He seems to sense your shock because he suddenly looks you in your eyes "You tell anyone and I'll do the same to you. And this time, ain't no one comin' to save your ass like you did mine"
Eyeless Jack
As an immortal demon, Jack can't really "die". He can be severely weakened, though. As summer was rolling around, the manor was very busy with almost everyone having at least one job to do every single day, off days being a very rare privilege. Due to Jack being more busy around the medical wing, he is often to tired to hunt once finished working for the day, or he just forgets to. This is bad for him, because now he has no food. He can eat other things, sure, but they won't provide him with any kind of energy or sustenance. At this point, he was too weak to go hunting himself, and the only other demons in the house were all the way down in the basement or in the forest somewhere. He sighs and decides that his only chance is to go hunting himself, despite knowing better. Once in the woods, his stomach growling scares off any potential prey, and he is far too dizzy to just chase it down. He eventually ends up passing out on the forest floor, hoping someone notices him missing.
3 Days later, the medical wing is piling up. It was barely managed with Jack there, and without him they are practically drowning. It isn't uncommon for Jack to just head off for days on end, but it was strange of him to do it in the middle of the busiest season of the manor. Typically he has more care than that. It is only when Seed Eater drags him to the front porch that the other nurses and doctors realize where he went. He is skinnier than he was before he left, with huge bags under his eyes. The liquid that usually oozes from his sockets is now dried up, due to his body not having enough nutrients to sustain it. He is awake, but just barely. Immediately they rush to get you, one of the only readily available necromancers in the manor. You whistle lowly once you see him. "Oohf. He looks rough. We'll have to get some food in him first, or my magic won't do diddly squat" You say, standing with your hands on your hips. Since he is too weak to chew, you prop him up and pour blood into his mouth, massaging his throat to help him in swallowing.
It is a few days of doing this before he is just strong enough to hold the bowl by himself. You figure that's a good starting point and begin to work your magic. "Need you fixed up quick. Too many people need patching up for you to dip out on us" You mumble. After a while, it seems he's gained the strength to muster a tired chuckle. You perk up at the sound and smile. "What?" You ask as you continue to fix him up. He is quiet for a long while, just drinking from the bowl and staring at the ceiling. "It's just that I don't remember the last time I was taken care of" He whispers.

What Happens at PECSA... pt 2
Oddly enough... a highly requested part 2 of PECSA weekend!
Summary: the aftermath from last night...
Part 1
WC: ~3.25k
You don’t know how you got here. Okay, you do, but… how did you get here? In Melissa’s bed and arms? Her warm and safe, and strong arms.
Your eyes are still closed, and she seems like she’s asleep. You slowly try to unravel yourself from her body, but she just pulls you flush against her. You sigh and look down. You aren’t in your shirt. You’re in… you’re in Melissa’s shirt.
So maybe you don’t remember as much as you thought you did about last night. You groan and roll over so that you’re facing the redhead. With a shaky breath, you close your eyes again and fall back to sleep. If you can put off the awkward conversation you were bound to have later and be able to soak in this time with the second grade teacher… you’ll take it.
The alarm goes off about an hour and a half later, and you whine into Melissa’s chest.
“Turn it off,” you whine. The clock is on her side. She just barely rolls onto her back to slam down on the button.
“Who even set that?” you grumble as she rolls back to her side to face you.
“Me,” she mumbles through barely parted lips. Your eyes remained closed, and Melissa swears she’s never seen anything so beautiful. “Barb and I are giving that presentation today, and- Shit!” She jumps out of bed. “I only set that on the off chance that I didn’t wake up at the ass crack of- shit!”
You groan. Your head is pounding. “Mel.”
“I’m sorry, hon,” the redhead says softly as she pulls on a pair of pants. “I have to get ready before Barbara kills me!”
“You aren’t presenting until noon,” you whine as you pull the blankets over your head.
“It’s eleven!” your coworker shouts.
“God dammit,” you groan as you come out of hiding. You throw back the covers and start getting out of bed.
“Just stay here and nurse your hangover,” Melissa tells you gently. “It’s okay, I don’t mind.”
“And miss your presentation?” you ask as you grab your duffel and head for the bathroom. “Yeah right. I’m just gonna need an aspirin and some coffee.”
“Just change here, hon,” the redhead tells you. “I had to help you last night anyway, so it isn’t anything I haven’t already seen.”
You go beet red. “Melissa, about last-“
“Melissa Ann Schemmenti!” Barb’s booming voice can be heard on the other side of the door. “You better open this door in the next ten seconds, or I will-”
“We’ll talk about this later,” she tells you as she practically pushes you into the bathroom and closes the door. She opens the door, and the kindergarten teacher nearly sees red.
“Melissa! We have to be downstairs to set up for our presentation in fifteen minutes, and you haven’t even brushed your hair!”
“You head down, and I promise I’ll be down in ten,” you hear the second grade teacher say. “I’ll be down with Y/N in ten minutes.”
“Where is that girl?” Barb pokes her head into the room to look around.
“She’s in the bathroom getting ready,” the redhead tells her.
Barb lowers her voice. “Are the two of you-”
“Nothing happened last night, if that’s what you’re asking. She was drunk, I was drunk, we just went to bed,” Melissa whispers. “Now, I don’t have time for this line of questioning if you expect me to be downstairs lookin’ hot in ten minutes.”
Barb rolls her eyes. “Ten minutes, starting now.” She turns to leave.
“You better be ready in ten minutes, or Barb is going to start asking questions,” your coworker sighs as she opens the bathroom door. Her jaw drops.
“What?” you ask, already dressed for the conference. You’re in the middle of putting a bit of mascara on, but you can feel the way she’s looking at you. Like she wants you.
Melissa shakes herself out of her trance. “Nothin’. Just surprised you’re already almost ready for someone who was severely hungover not ten minutes ago.” She enters the room and grabs her hairbrush, gently brushing out the knots.
“Okay, I’m ready, so I’ll just be waiting on the bed,” you tell her as you cap the tube. You leave her to finish getting ready by herself, but you don’t notice the way her eyes follow you as you exit.
“Jesus Christ, Schemmenti,” Melissa mumbles to herself when she catches herself gawking at you. You just figure she’s cursing herself for waking up late.
The two of you just barely make it downstairs and into the conference room before your ten minutes is up.
“We’re here,” Melissa jogs into the room and waves at Barb, pulling you along by the hand. “Don’t kill us. We’re here.”
“About time,” the kindergarten teacher teases, and she notices the way that your fingers are interlocked with her friend’s. “I was beginning to get worried that the two of you got distracted.”
You don’t miss the death glare Melissa sends her way. You give the redhead a questioning look, but she shakes her head and her hands to prepare herself for this presentation. You suppose this awkward talk about what happened last night will have to wait again.
You sit in the front row while the two of them deliver their piece, a presentation about how the world of teaching is always changing and evolving into something new each passing year. They made sure to make note of how their friendship has never changed, and how they’ve made new ones along the way- even if they got off to rocky starts. You notice the way that when Melissa speaks about fostering relationships with coworkers to make each and every day a bit brighter, she doesn’t look at Barbara like you expect her to- she’s looking straight at you and smiling with a look in her eye you only saw once before: the look she gave you this morning in the bathroom.
Maybe you’re just imagining it- the look. Your brain is trying to trick you into thinking that there is something more than there actually is with your redheaded coworker. There’s no possible way she reciprocates the feelings that you have for her. There’s just no way. You get lost in your thoughts, trying to decipher what’s real and what isn’t, until Melissa herself brings you back to reality.
“Hey hon,” she’s kneeling down in front of you, and she has a look of concern written on her face. “You okay?”
You take a shuddering breath. “I’m good. Why?”
“Our presentation has been over for ten minutes, and you haven’t moved from your spot,” she tells you gently. “I had to excuse myself to come check on you.”
You don’t know it, but Barbara nudged her gently when she saw the way her friend was distracted watching you. The kindergarten teacher knew Melissa wouldn’t focus on the people in front of her until she got to check on you.
“Oh, yeah,” you blush. “I’m fine. Just a little tired, I guess.”
“Why don’t you head back up to the room and take a nap?” she suggests lightly. “I have to stick around for a little bit longer, but I’ll be up once I’m done talking.”
“But I know after this, you wanted to go to the bar and grab a couple dri-”
“I’m still a bit tired myself,” the woman chuckles and stands. “Go up to the room and get comfy. I’ll be up, we can nap, and then after… there’s a pretty big mixer we can go to and have drinks there.”
“Okay,” you sigh softly as you move to stand. “You’ll come up though?”
“I’ll be up as soon as everyone clears out,” she promises you with a squeeze to your wrist.
Barb just happens to be looking over. “Are you two okay?” she meanders over.
“Fine,” you say softly, cheeks flushed red.
“You don’t look fine,” the veteran teacher says worriedly. She nudges the redhead. “Maybe you should go with her. I can handle the questions and any stragglers.”
“Are you sure, Barb?” Melissa asks.
“Oh, yeah,” the woman waves her off. “You go take care of her and yourself.”
“Thank you, Barb,” the two of you say at the same time. Melissa’s hand finds the small of your back, and she guides you out of the room and towards the elevator.
“I’m sorry,” you mumble, cheeks still slightly red.
“There’s nothing to apologize for, hon,” the redhead says as the two of you get on the elevator.
“Listen, Mel,” you sigh and twist your fingers together. “About last night…”
She doesn’t want to talk about it. She wants to believe that what you said to her was real and that the two of you falling asleep cuddled up together wasn’t just because you were both drunk.
“We’re both tired,” she makes the excuse. “We can talk about this later, okay?”
You nod. The two of you walk to the room together, arm in arm, excusing it because you’re tired and a little hungover. You crawl into bed and start to curl up with one of the extra pillows. You almost instantly fall asleep.
Melissa shimmies into the bed, and as much as she’s dying to hold you again, she restrains herself. She falls asleep relatively quickly as well.
You jolt awake at a sharp pounding on your door. You instantly hear Melissa groan as well from… you’re practically on top of her. You quickly try to wiggle off of her, but she continues to hold you close.
“Melissa! Y/N!” Barbara shouts again- at this point, she was like your alarm clock.
“Are you two okay?” You hear Janine’s voice now too. Great.
“We’re fine,” Melissa groans. She finally lets go of you, and you roll off of her. The two of you open the door together.
Both women on the other side of the door don’t quite know how to respond when you open the door. The red hair of your coworker is all mussed from sleeping, and you have a rather wicked case of bedhead. It almost looks like… it does look like sex hair.
“We were just sleeping,” you say quickly when you realize what they’re both thinking.
“Sleeping?” Janine raises a brow.
“Napping,” you amend. “Napping.”
“The mixer has already begun,” Barbara tells the two of you in a motherly tone. “If I have to make an appearance, the two of you do too. I expect you downstairs in twenty minutes at the latest!”
Melissa’s cheeks tint red. “We’ll be down when we’re down.”
You, on the other hand, don’t want to be berated by the older teacher. “Yes, ma’am.”
Janine says awkwardly, “Okay, we’ll see you guys down there!”
After rushing around to take off makeup, reapply makeup, fix your hair, brush your teeth, and change into your nicer outfits, the two of you simply don’t have time to talk about what’s been happening since arriving to PECSA weekend.
When you get downstairs, everyone is looking at you as if you’re the main focus of the event- and you’re not. You hear the whispers from the Abbott group… as well as the Addington Charter group?
“Mel?” you ask quietly as you sit down.
“Yeah, hon?”
“Do you feel like everyone is staring at us too?”
“Yeah,” she says mumbles. “Just act normal.”
So you do- or you try to. You practically avoid her for the rest of the night. And that only seems to raise more eyebrows.
You barely finish your first and only drink, afraid that you’ll be all over her if you have more. She’s the same way. She has two glasses of wine with Barb, and then she cuts herself off. You don’t speak to each other until you’re ready to head back to your room.
“So…” you drawl out as the two of you enter your room.
“That was weird,” your roommate for the weekend says.
“This whole weekend has been… different,” you admit.
“I agree.”
The two of you have to talk about what’s been going on this weekend. It’s been weird this whole weekend. You decide to bite the bullet. Take your chance.
“Mel, we have to talk about this,” you whisper as you take her hand and lead her to the bed.
“I know,” she mumbles back against your hair as the two of you lay down in bed.
“I- I have feelings for you,” you tell her so softly she can barely hear it. And she isn’t expecting to hear those words, so she doesn’t believe you’ve said them. When she doesn’t respond, you awkwardly continue. “And I… I understand if you don’t reciprocate those feelings and am fully okay with us just being friends. I can get over my feelings.” You don’t know if those words are true- that you’ll be able to get over her. But you would rather have her in your life as a friend than not at all.
She’s silent. Her heart is beating out of her chest to the point that you can practically feel it, and you can certainly hear it where your head rests.
She turns her head slowly to face you. “You have feelings for me?”
You nod bashfully and start to untangle yourself from her hold, but she pulls you in close again- closer than you’ve ever been, and her lips crash into yours.
When she pulls back, you’re out of breath. She’s out of breath. But the grin on her face tells you it’s okay that she feels like she can barely breathe. Your matching smile and blush tell her the same.
“So…” you mumble against her lips as she pulls you in again. “You have feelings for me too?”
“What the hell do you think?” the redhead rolls her eyes and pulls back. “Of course I do. I’ve had a thing for you since the moment you walked in for development week.”
“Oh,” you giggle. You pull her back in. “So this could’ve been a thing for a while now?”
“Probably,” she laughs low and deep. “But we’s here now- sharing coffee, sharing clothes, sharing a bed…”
You intertwine your fingers with hers. “Do you want this to a be a thing?”
“I do,” she grins as she glances down at your hands.
“You know the crew will find out about this eventually, right?”
“Hon, if the way they were eyeballin’ us tonight means anything… the second Janine saw us this afternoon after our nap, she ran down and opened that loud mouth of hers. They already think we’re dating. And Barb… she’s kept my secret for a while now.”
“Secret?”
“That I’ve had the hots for the new third grade teacher for a while now,” she chuckles.
“Oh.” You give her an innocent look, one that tells her you genuinely had no idea about this crush of hers.
“And we don’t have to confirm anything to anyone until we’re ready,” she promises you. “We can go at whatever pace you want.” Then she wiggles her eyebrows.
You smack her upper arm playfully before kissing her again.
—-
That was three months ago.
Nobody at the school but Barbara knows about the relationship the two of you have entered. You had to tell her- or Melissa did. You told her on the car ride home, and she could not have been more enthusiastic about it- clapping her hands as she drove and everything.
But today, you were telling your work friends. Or… showing them, the two of you had decided.
Melissa pulls into her parking spot, you in the passenger seat and in one of her blazers. She opens the door for you and holds out her hand. You take it with a smile and get out of the car before slinging all of your bags over one shoulder. She does the same with her things, and then your fingers are interlaced again.
When you walk into the staff room a bit later, after dropping off your bags and meeting your girlfriend back in her classroom, you’re chatting quietly while holding hands, and your other arm is looped through hers. You’re cold, and the redhead is like a human furnace.
Everybody is in there, and you laugh at the way Janine’s eyes go a cartoon-level of wide. “W-what?!” she stammers out.
“What, kid?” Melissa acts like she has no idea what’s different about today than any other day.
Jacob looks over. “Y-you’re holding- you’re holding hands! We knew you and Y/N were together!”
“I’ve also been wearing her jackets and shirts for the last two months, but no one has noticed,” you deadpan.
“S-since when?! I knew you guys were together at PECSA, but-”
“Since maybe three hours after you saw us napping together at PECSA,” your girlfriend laughs as she pulls you just the slightest bit closer.
“B-but you guys were sharing that gorgeous room the whole weekend!” Janine pipes up. “You and Barb haven’t even shared a room in the years I’ve been-”
“Y/N was supposed to have her own room,” Melissa tells the group as she starts to pull you towards the coffee machine. She leans in to you and asks softly if you want coffee. At your nod, she starts to scoop out the grounds and continues addressing the group. “But the hotel messed up her reservation… probably because of my cousin- the bonehead.”
Over in the corner, sitting at her table, Barbara bites the corner of her mouth. “I suppose I should come clean so you stop blaming your cousin.”
Both of you whip around to stare at the colleague you’re closest with.
“Aye, now what’s that supposed to mean?” Melissa asks her lowly.
“Oh, Melissa, dear…” Barbara flashes her one of the most charming smiles. “I was so sick and tired of hearing you yearn for-”
“I did not yearn,” Melissa cuts her off.
“-yearn for Y/N,” the kindergarten teacher continues. “so after we booked our rooms, I may or may not have called the hotel and arranged for the little… mishap, let’s call it. And I knew that you would step in and allow her to stay with you.”
“How the hell did you pull that off?” you ask with wide eyes.
“When Barbara Howard wants something,” she says with a twinkle in her eye. “Barbara Howard knows how to get it. And what Barbara Howard wanted this time was for two of her favorite coworkers to stop beating around the bush with each other and just get together!”
“I never told you I was into Melissa,” you furrow a brow.
“Sweetheart, you didn’t have to,” she chuckles into her coffee mug. “I saw those lovesick puppy dog eyes you were giving her- the same look my Gerald gives me.”
After she swallows her mouthful, she continues. “Now instead of being mad at me for meddling, I believe what I’m waiting to hear is a ‘Thank you, Barbara’ from the two of you.”
“Thank you, Barbara,” you chuckle quietly as you fix the coffee for you and your girlfriend. Melissa is staring down her best friend.
“Oh, Melissa,” the older teacher singsongs. “We don’t have all day.”
“I would thank ya,” your girlfriend groans as she pulls you in close by the hip. “But now I gotta make branzino for Vinnie to apologize for all the shit I gave him.”

summary . ⊱ You have learned to be good. It's time Astarion learns to be forgiven.
During the heart of spring, Astarion spends more time trying to avoid you than he does trying to catch up with you. You’re not even sure why he agreed to travel alongside you — but you do not ask. You press your lips together and push on anyway.
His eyes are cold, and red.
The first night when you set up camp in an abandoned temple, Astarion moves his tent to the other side of the sanctuary as if he cannot bear to be around you. Like you smell. You’ve never cared much for the thoughts or opinions of others, but an inkling of self-doubt creeps back into the depths of your mind. What is the cost of being good if no one treats you kindly?
Every interaction you have with him is like pulling teeth. You want to fight for the tieflings, and Astarion wants to leave them behind. You want to help Wyll find his father, and Astarion snorts. Any good deed you suggest, he finds the need to punish.
When the cambion Raphael reaches and touches your cheek with a promise of opulence and salubrity, you're reminded of a night two hundred years ago. You stumble out of the House of Hope as fast as you can.
You don’t stop walking until daybreak. One night, you explode on Astarion. Your feelings bubble up like bile in your throat.
‘I tried to look for you!’ you snap at him. ‘You can sit here, and you can be bitter, but if I had known, I would have looked for you! But I didn’t know — I didn’t know and it isn’t a crime!’
Astarion’s look of surprise is one thing. He furrows his eyebrows as if properly scandalized, and his frustrated scowl turns to ash when you throw his old cravat at him. You had kept it tied around your neck for two hundred years. You wouldn’t keep it a day longer.
It’s a horrifying mistake to go wandering off in the Underdark by yourself with nothing but a hunting knife at your side, but you never really gave much thought to how you would cope with the gravity of the situation. The fact that you knew Cazador only made matters worse. You stumble past the ruins of the Selûnite Outpost in hopes of running away from your past.
You don’t run into your past in the dark, but you do run into a Spectator.
You’re immediately thrown into darkness and narrowly avoid being petrified, but you have no idea what you’re going to do about this situation besides hide beyond some poor stoned soul. You might should have considered thinking it through. You might should have thought anything through but you didn’t, and that’s the only crime you’ve committed in quite some time. It isn’t a crime is something you’ve begun to repeat to yourself often.
You manage to defend yourself for quite a while in the darkness, but by the end, you’re nursing a nasty wound and bite from the Spectator that will take some time to heal. You’re tucked under some petrified Drow bastard when you hear Karlac’s battle cry and see Gale’s ice spell come from the cliffs. The one that catches you off-guard, the one that will always catch you off-guard, is Astarion flipping through the air with nothing but an elven bow like a prince from your dreams.
Defeating the Spectator is easier with allies, and even the Drow protecting it goes down without much of a fight. You nurse your wounds as best you can, sitting against the cliffs with a bleeding thigh, and try not to frown when Astarion approaches.
‘Give me that,’ he says quietly, snatching one of Halsin’s potions from your fingers. ‘Even after all these years, it seems like you still need protecting.’
You frown and pick at your torn breeches. ‘I know how much you hate that, your honor.’
Astarion looks at you for the first time in several tendays, eyes rimmed with red. ‘I never hated it,’ he says. He dresses your wound like it pains him to see it. ‘I don’t hate it even now.’ Astarion crashes into you full force the night you arrive at the Last Light Inn after you’ve talked to Jaheira but before you’ve talked to anyone else. You’re in your room, and the next thing you know, you’re not alone.
Two hundred years of loneliness are erased at that moment.
His teeth clack painfully against yours as he shoves you into the wall, too uncaring or too pent up to care about the force. He cradles the back of your head to keep you from cracking it on the wall, but other than that, Astarion doesn’t care about hiding the full force of his strength. He kisses you until your mouth is swollen and then he’s tearing your night shirt open with both hands like he can’t get enough.
‘Astarion — ’ you try to say, startled.
But you would be lying if you said you didn’t miss him too. You let Astarion push you around, until you’re both stripped of your clothes and he’s lying flat on his back on the hard wooden floor with you pulled into his lap, his cock pushed deep inside you, and his hands unable to stop wandering the planes of your body. Astarion all but sobs into your mouth as he fucks you. He holds your cheeks in his hands like you’re the most precious thing he’s ever seen.
When you’re both finished, no one moves from the wood floor despite there being a bed. You lie on your side next to him, memorizing the slope of his nose while you still shiver with little twinges of pleasure still racing up your spine and between your legs. Astarion’s eyes are closed. He’s pretending to sleep, or pretending to be dead so you don’t have to talk about what’s happened, but you’re curious anyway.
You reach across the distance and touch his chest. You know there’s no heartbeat beneath his ribs, but you like to pretend. You close your eyes and dream it has been nothing but two hundred years of happiness and bliss in Astarion’s home.
‘When I first saw you,’ you say quietly, ‘I thought you were a ghost come back to haunt me.’
‘Are you often haunted by ghosts?’ Astarion asks. He still doesn’t look.
‘I’ve been properly reformed while you were away,’ you tell him. You stare at his neck. ‘There was only one ghost I was running from.’
He smiles. ‘And now you’ve found him. What do you think about this haunting?’
‘I am happily haunted,’ you say honestly. He opens his eyes then and turns toward you, lips pressed into a firm line. ‘But you are not happily haunting.’
Astarion sits up then and you follow him, legs sticky and wet. You reach for his hands and pull them into your lap. You watch as he struggles to accept a kind touch. In a way, you understand that. You remember how kindly he treated you when you didn’t deserve it. You hold his hands even when he tries to run away.
‘I was ashamed for you to see me like this,’ Astarion explains. He looks away, hesitant. ‘My condition isn’t one that I’m proud of. It isn’t fair to say I was tricked, but — ’
‘Wanting to live doesn’t make you a bad person,’ you say.
‘Perhaps not,’ he says. ‘But I became what I often chastised you for. I am greedy. I am prone to lying and bouts of theatrics. I’ve killed. It was embarrassing to fall so low.’
‘And now you rescue orphans,’ you say, shrugging. ‘You helped the gnomes. You helped the tieflings. You’re going to help the gnomes and tieflings again. There’s still good in you, your honor, beneath all that vampiric avarice you despair over.’
Astarion laughs and turns away from you. He’s looking for his clothes, and your heart squeezes so tightly in your chest that you move before you can stop yourself. You drape yourself over Astarion’s back and pull his arms away from his smallclothes. You can tell by the musculature of his arms that you only succeed because he lets you.
‘Please don’t leave me alone again,’ you whisper against his shoulder. Your wet eyelashes tickle the nape of his neck. ‘I waited for you that night and… I don’t want to be alone anymore.’
Astarion stays that night.
He stays every night after that too. For what it’s worth, your third visit to Baldur’s Gate is hardly better than the first two.
Between fighting cultists, saving children, and trying to convince most of your party that they’re not going to become mindflayers, you’re beginning to run a little thin. You feel like you’re going to shrivel up and die. You feel like the world is spinning and falling apart. You’ve killed Gortash and you’ve killed Orin and you killed Ketheric ages ago, but now you’re trying to keep the Emperor from betraying you and sacrificing Orpheus, and Cazador’s invitation is sitting pretty in your hands, and —
Well, that’s just it, isn’t it? Cazador’s invitation is in your hands, and you don’t have the heart to show Astarion. You’re afraid of showing Astarion. You know that as soon as you show him the invitation, he’ll lose his mind. You’ve only just recovered him and you’re already worried about losing him again.
You bury the invitation in the garden behind the inn like you’re a dog with a bone. You shovel the dirt with your hands until they’re cracked and raw and bleeding and the invitation is buried six feet in the ground. It should scare you that Cazador knows who you are, but it doesn’t. You aren’t stupid enough to run headfirst into his trap. And Astarion isn’t stupid either, but he’s scared, and being scared makes you do stupid things. Astarion almost does a very stupid thing like you predicted he would.
The Rite of Ascension was right there in his hands, and he had almost consumed it. You aren’t sure what changed his mind at the last minute but you’re thankful. Astarion crawls into your arms that night and sobs for hours. ‘What are we going to do about tomorrow?’ Astarion asks you softly.
He’s been tracing patterns into your spine all evening. If he moves his hands now, you’d still feel his fingertips against your skin. You’re hiding your face in your arms so you don’t have to think about it. You can’t stop thinking about it.
‘We’re going to fight the Absolute,’ you say.
‘Like it’s that simple?’
‘I am going to look another god in the face,’ you say, ‘and I am going to tell it to fuck off back to Avernus.’
‘Do Netherbrains come from Avernus?’
You don’t know. You’re too worried to think too hard about the simplest details. So far, you’re every plan has been to go in, stab whoever is the loudest, and then leave before things get worse. It’s hard to keep your head above the waves as they keep crashing down on you.
You don’t want to talk about tomorrow. If things don’t go well, you’re all going to die anyway and all that planning will have been for nothing. You turn on your side and appraise Astarion’s expression. He’s looking at you with muted disbelief. You choose to ignore it.
‘What are we going to do after tomorrow?’ you ask.
Astarion opens his mouth to chastise you for changing the subject, but he closes it almost immediately. He doesn’t want to talk about it either. It’s a scary thing to walk into the end of the world with a sword and a dagger. At least Dame Aylin will be there. You hope she can just stomp the Netherbrain to death and then it’ll all be over.
‘I could always go back to being a magistrate,’ Astarion says conversationally.
He picks at a thread coming loose on his blanket.
‘If you go back to that, I’ll go back to being a criminal,’ you muse. ‘We can have nasty sex on your desk again. You always did look damn good in a cassock.’
Astarion laughs. He laughs like the sunlight that peeks through the window on a sunny morning. He laughs like the moonlight that splays on the cobblestone of Baldur’s Gate long after everyone else has already gone to bed. It’s hideous — it’s melodic and intoxicating, and you reach across the distance and touch his cheek without thinking.
You slide your finger across to his nose. You press your finger against the wrinkle between his brow, and Astarion starts laughing again so you do too. You kiss him while he laughs, and then he holds you and you both laugh together. He will never be a judge again. Your connections with the Zhentarim will die out.
Astarion brushes his fingers against your hip bone. He rolls out of bed like it’s the easiest thing in the world to do, and you miss him. Already without him, the bed is much colder. You dramatically crawl across to his side and press your nose into his pillowcase to smell the faint traces of whiskey that are left.
When he returns, he presents you with his old cravat which has been neatly restored almost to perfection. He had sewn it back together himself. You had worn it for two hundred years as a good luck charm against evil, and the wear and tear had nearly torn it to shreds. You’d never had the heart to try to tailor it yourself. Sewing wasn’t your strong suit, and you had never cried over Astarion’s death until the day you thought you had lost it.
Astarion neatly ties the cravat around your wrist like a promise. He kisses your skin and inhales as though in a dream, nose brushing against the fabric, like the touch of a ghost against your veins. Your throat tightens.
‘Wherever this takes us,’ Astarion says, eyes burning. ‘I want to be there with you in the end.’
You tuck inside your bed with Astarion that night and watch the moon disappear through the window. It’s barely daylight when you’re finally too exhausted to stay awake, and Astarion almost lets you both miss the final showdown. Lae’zel, however, doesn’t. ‘I don’t mind what we do,’ Astarion is saying, ‘once we get to the — ’
You watch with muted horror as Astarion’s skin begins to glimmer in the sunlight. The fire begins cracking under his skin, brimming against his cheekbones and nose and throat and hair much like Karlach when she overheats. You watch as the tips of his ears ignite, and then he’s searching for you frantically between all of your friends.
‘I have to go,’ he chokes out. ‘I have to — ’
There is a world where you let Astarion run alone, where you both get separated on the docks and never find one another again. He runs from the sun as he bursts with radiant energy and as stars pour from his skin, you forget what Wyll is saying, and you run after him.
Astarion finds sanctuary in melting shade beneath a set of boxes. He’s curled up into himself when you arrive, and you drop next to him, pulling your cloak over your heads. He looks up at you, bewildered.
But you have lived through losing Astarion once, and it has haunted you for two hundred years. You had known loneliness and fear and anger, and the thought of surviving it for even a day more makes your stomach roll. You press your forehead to Astarion’s and stand as tall as you can so the sun can’t touch him ever again.
‘Won’t your arms get tired?’ Astarion asks you faintly.
He watches you with a sense of wonder. His skin slowly returns to normal, no more flickering stardust and ash, and you grin. He slowly smiles too, nervous but you shake your head and keep your cloaked raised.
‘Never,’ you say. ‘Not when it’s you.’
‘My reform worked, then?’ he says.
‘I’ve learned about your stuck-up decorum,’ you say. ‘It’s true. I can confirm.’
‘A sense of propriety?’ Astarion asks, and if his voice goes any softer, you’ll melt too.
‘Let me carry the weight of your sins,’ you tell him sincerely, laughing a little. ‘And if we need to find another desk then we will. But I’ll be your knight in shining armor, your honor, and carry a parasol above your head as a proper chamberlain would.’
Astarion snorts. ‘That isn’t quite the job of a chamberlain.’
You hold the cloak up for two hours at least while Astarion recovers from the damage. You can’t help but notice that he looks happy and content even in the shadows. It must be because you’re there, although you’re hesitant to take credit for all his happiness. When you let down the cloak, the sun has set. When Astarion rises, he kisses your cheek sweetly. ‘The silence stretches on — I’m all alone,’ you muse, ‘Please, can I hold your hands, just for a while?’
Bernard’s arms wrap around you gently, and you wrap your arms around his steel ribs. You’ve taken up residence in the old Arcane Tower in the Underdark. You appreciate the permanent nighttime, and if you admitted you only did it because Astarion wanted to be close to his family, it wouldn’t be entirely true. With a bit of help from Gale, you’ve managed to turn the tower into a comfortable fortress. Sometimes Omeluum comes to visit you. Occasionally, there’s word from Shadowheart from the Selûnite Outpost. She’s hoping to restore it. She wants you to come visit.
‘Are you still playing with that dusty old thing, my love?’ Astarion hums from the doorway.
‘You be kind to Bernard,’ you warn him. ‘He’s my friend.’
‘Of course, of course,’ Astarion says, holding his hands up. ‘I’ll be kind to the scrap metal.’
You roll your eyes and step away, touching Bernard’s chest briefly. Astarion has just arrived back from a trip. There are spawn all over the Underdark now, and they treat Astarion as though he’s some sort of prince. They heed your word too, but none so much as his. Their eldest brother, their favorite. They tolerate you if it means getting to see Astarion.
You’re a jack-of-all-trades and master-of-none now. You leave your handiwork for the day or night or whatever it is to go down to your bedroom and recline in bed. Astarion lights each candle one by one until the room is illuminated. You smile and watch as he works.
‘Having responsibility suits you well,’ you say, resting your cheek on your palm. ‘Although it’s funny how our positions have changed somewhat.’
‘I’m the contracted killer,’ Astarion says with a laugh. ‘Are you a magistrate now?’
‘I have at least four hundred years of life left,’ you snort. ‘I, Magistrate Judge Stick-Up-My-Ass, sentence thee to fifty years of community service!’
Astarion rolls his eyes at you dramatically and throws himself into bed, kicking off his boots as he does so. He smells of fresh oils and mist. You bury your nose in his hair. You practically burrow yourself into him, wrapping your arms and legs around him like a mindflayer. You squeeze him tightly in your arms.
‘We have a sprawling manse and all you can think of to do all day is mock me for a position I have not occupied in two hundred years?’ Astarion pouts.
You kiss his hair. ‘What else should I do?’
‘Well,’ Astarion says, tone turning conspiratorial. ‘There are a certain amount of fuckable places here. Several desks, I’ve counted them all, and couches.’
You contemplate it, but after several tendays on the road and a wiggling visitor in your head, you think the bed is the best place. You pull Astarion up to kiss him, arms wrapping around his neck so he can’t leave you. You never want him to go again. You bump your nose against his and hide a smile in his coiffed hair when he melts against your chest.
You sigh prettily when Astarion takes you in your velvet sheets that you float as though in a dream. Your troubles are long over, and that person you thought you lost — your immortal soul — has returned to you as beautiful as the day you lost him. When you shudder, Astarion brushes hair out of your eyes adoringly and tastes your pulse at your jaw. You dig your fingers into the small of his back.
It’s like you’ve found a family. A very bitey, very competitive family. Still, you wouldn’t change any of it for the world. You hold Astarion’s face in your hands and see the man you knew and the man he’s become. Slowly, you pull his mouth towards your neck and feel your heartbeat jump in your chest.
He bites you for the first time that night.

🔞Halloween Party | George Clarke (kinktober)
[You're hosting a Halloween party at your flat with a few friends, you each take in turns to pick an outfit out of a hat, not revealing to eachother what it is until you all turn up at the party, George's catching you by surprise when he arrives ]
It's the morning of Halloween, approximately 11am and you get everyone to come round to pick out their outfit so you all had time to go and create your looks. George, ArthurTV, Chris, Arthur Hill and Bach all come at the same time as you prepare the hat full of costume ideas
Options:
Slutty nurse|Ghostface|Dead cowboy|Skeleton|Zombie|Vampire
"So I've put a few in a hat, I don't want any peeking at others or telling eachother what we have. It's a surprise" you say looking at them all in seriousness "Yes boss" Bach says chuckling. You pick out the first outfit and keep it to yourself, Bach next, then TV, then George, then Chris and finally Hill. You all place the paper into your pockets to avoid peeking. "Right, I guess we all need to go costume hunting" George says as they all agree "see you guys at 7pm" you say smirking, excited to spend your first Halloween in London with your besties. They all leave and you can finally see your outfit, you unfold the paper and reveal it to yourself
"Slutty nurse <3"
Great. Just what you wanted, anything would have been better than wearing a little nurse outfit for 5 boys, you roll your eyes. You decide the only place that would have something like that at short notice would regrettably be Ann summers. You grab your car keys and head to the car park, you jump in your car and set off to Ann summers. You weren't a confident person and the boys have never seen you outside of your baggy jumpers and joggers, so for them to see you beyond that nerves you a little bit. You park your car up and walk into the shopping centre, anxious is an understatement. You make your way down the escalator, luckily it's Ann summers is straight at the end of it so you can scurry away after finding an outfit.
You make your way inside and start to browse, a store you've never been in before, tending only to wear plain bras and panties, you never felt the need for something so, sexy. You decide to ask a cashier if they had the outfit you needed in your side, luckily it was the last one and you were just in luck. A slutty nurse outfit paired with the tights and a plain pair of Vans, you make your way back to your car and set off home. Awaiting your food shop to arrive for tonight, you arrive home at 1pm just in the nick of time as your delivery is due for 2pm. You prep a drinks station on a little trolley full of spirits & mixers for the boys to help themselves. Whilst laying out a table cloth for the food, you just ordered snacks so you could easily lay them out. The delivery arrives and you quickly set everything out in bowls
The time is now 5pm and you need to get ready, you jump in the shower to wash your hair and shave. You sit down at your makeup desk and start to blow dry your hair, placing them in rollers whilst you apply your makeup. You opt for full coverage yet minimal, not your usual. You apply a blood like line under your eyebrow and add red food colouring into a spray bottle and spray your face like a blood splat. Now to change into the outfit you dread. (Below)
You look at the final outfit and makeup and are actually happy at how you pulled it off to say you always wear lounge clothes. It's now 6:45 and they boys will be here soon, you make your way to the kitchen and pour yourself a drink. Awaiting the boys arrival.
A knock at the door makes you rise to your feet as you begin to get nervous. You open the door to reveal them all in their costumes Bach as Dracula, Hill as a Cowboy, Chris as a Skeleton, Tv as a Zombie and George, tucked behind everyone finally revealed himself, Ghostface.
You stomach turns in knots as the boys look at you with shock "don't worry, I'll be back in my joggers and hoodie tomorrow" you laugh "you look incredible" Hill mentions as they all walk in, "thanks Artie" you smile. "Yeah y/n to say your rarely dress any different you do scrub up quite well" Chris chimes in. You try to focus your attention elsewhere but you can't help looking at George, Ghostface mask on, plain black t-shirt and black joggers. Seeing him in another light, you knew someone was going to end up as it but you didn't know George would be able to pull it off so effortlessly. You all sit down on your sofa and decide to play a game of truth or dare, setting down some shot glasses and vodka you begin. You spin a bottle to determine who will go first, it lands on George. "Truth or dare" Tv asks him, he responds "truth" you see his eyes peeking through the mask, his strong blue eyes glare towards you. "Who has the best costume in the room" Tv asks him once again, he takes a minute to pan round the room "y/n by far" he scoffs, your eyes widen "why me?" You look confused "can't go wrong with a slutty nurse can you?" He retorts, you could tell he was smirking underneath the mask, you felt flutters move into your stomach at his response. Was that just a joke?
You spin the bottle again, ignoring George's comment. It lands on you. "Truth or dare y/n?" Bach asks you, "dare" you reply in a smug tone, but also scared at what they are going to say "dare you to send a spicy text to someone in the room, we can't look though" you sigh as you pick up your phone from your side, nervous of who to text. You decide George, tempting fate of the fantasies you have in your head about the mask.
"how hot would it be if you fucked me in that mask?" You text him, locking your phone and smiling. The drinks have started to hit and your confidence skyrockets. George's phone buzzes as he pulls it from his pocket, everyone turns to look at him. Even though no expression could be made out behind the mask, he scans the text and looks up at you, locking his phone and putting it away, the game continues for another 30 minutes before you all run out of ideas. The boys decide to order pizza to share as you head to the bathroom to touch up your makeup. You sit on the toilet and dwell on the text you sent George, what if he thinks I'm weird? Or wondered why I chose him, you start to feel anxious, until 3 typing bubbles appear at the bottom of the text, you lock your phone instantly.
Clarkey: maybe we should test the theory?
You eyes broaden at the text, your jaw shoots open. He's not serious? You decide to shrug it off and walk back out to join the boys, hill, tv, Bach and Chris in full discussion as George is just perched against the kitchen side, you make your way over to the kitchen to grab a glass from the cupboard, stepping on your tiptoes to grab one you forget how short the outfit was, you feel a breeze caress your cheeks as you immediately realise and pull it down, hoping nobody had noticed, but someone did. George stood there his head cocked to the side as he looks at you. He looks back at the boys to see if they noticed, they didn't. He shuffles towards you "so, about earlier" he mentions, you look up at him as you pour your drink "oh yeah the dare, sorry I didn't know who else to text, you were at the top of my list" you smile avoiding the fact there was some truth in the message. "So you don't want to test the theory then?" He says cocking his head to the side again, your breath hitches. Your body melts as you think of the thought of your best friend fucking you in a Ghostface mask "i-erm, didn't really think you'd be interested, more of a joke" you retort back to him "I'm interested if you are" he says, pulling the mask off his face to reveal his concrete expression. He was serious. You didn't know how to react, you were interrupted by the sound of the pizza arriving, you shuffle over to answer the door as hill follows to grab the food.
Your nervous system shot to shit after that conversation you decide to get more drunk and down a few drinks in an instant. "Steady on, we'll have to phone a real nurse for you soon if you keep downing them like that" Chris chuckles as you catch George looking at you in the corner, thinking back to the past convo. The time hits 11pm and Bach,Chris and tv decide to call it a night, leaving you, George and hill. Arthur's eyes become heavy as he sits in the sofa falling asleep.
"Do you want to sleep here tonight Arthur on the sofa?" You ask as you take his drink from him so he didn't spill it "I already planned on it" he laughed as hit head hit the pillows", asleep in an instant, leaving you and George. "Guess that leaves just us then" George says slapping his hands onto his knees, your heart races.
"So what do you wanna do?" You ask "you know exactly what I wanna do" he says back looking straight at you with desire, your heart thumps hoping Arthur was actually asleep and didn't hear that "we can't Arthur's here and I don't wanna ruin our friendship" you say getting up off the sofa. "Once he's out he's out and it won't ruin anything, we're only testing how hot yoir theory would be" he says smirking. Suddenly the alcohol sends you into over drive as you walk to your bedroom, ignoring whether George just said. You turn your bedroom lights to red and tie your hair into a messy ponytail. George still sat in the living room you decide to text him.
Y/n: "coming to test the theory or not?👀" you send him and with no time to waste he waltzes into your room, mask in clutch. He scans your body as he takes in every inch of the perfectly fitted outfit "your body is fucking amazing y/n" he says grabbing you by the waist, a soft groan seeps out at the strong grip. "It's yours to ruin" you reply back to him, snaking your hands around his neck, you lock your lips into his as the kiss becomes deep and fiery in an instant, like you've craved eachothers touch for a while, George's snakes his hands down to the seam of your outfit, lifting it a little to grab a hold of your ass, pinching it slightly. Your mouth opens ever so slightly at his touch. "Do you wanna take this slow" he asks pulling away, unsure of how much sexual encounters you have had, "no, fuck me like you mean it, no sugar coating" you look at him, his lips curl. With that he lifts you up and plants you down on the bed, sliding him self in between your legs, he picks the mask up from the floor and places it back on.
He trails his hands slowly up your thigh, hooking his fingertips into the g-string you were wearing, sending shivers down your body, he yanks the string snapping it in half instantly, a gasp leaves your mouth as he peels away the string that's left, revealing your uncovered pussy, "fuck, you're wet for me already" he says adjusting your legs as he pulls his shorts down, revealing the hardness of his cock through his boxers, you bite your lip "spit in my hand y/n" you look up at him, lifting yourself up slightly forming a ball of spit, you do exactly as you're told and spit into his hand "good girl" he retorts, using the spit and massaging his cock with it, building up the tension for what's about to come. He grips your waist pulling you down to his level as you lift your hips up. "You ready baby girl?" He asks, voice husky behind the mask. "Mmhmm" you reply nodding and with that he thrusts into you, jolting your head back in shock "oh fuck!" You moan as George continues to thrust into you, a hard force behind them like he's urging to release some stress, not holding back his grip tightens on your thighs as he removes one to cuff around your neck, tight enough to leave marks but not to hurt "moan my name baby" he says, your breath hitching at the raspiness of his voice, you have no control over your body at this point and give in to George's domination "oh fuck George, faster" you plea, he takes your words seriously and picks up the pace, your mind going into overdrive from the pleasure.
George releases his hand from your neck and places a thumb on the top of your entrance, circling in figure 8 motions as he pounds into you, your body not knowing where to focus on the endorphins rush to your head and you completely loose control. "Oh fuck George I'm so close" you groan as you grip the sheets, looking up at him fucking you senseless in a Ghostface mask drive you insane to levels you've never felt before. You feel yourself tightening around his length as you feel the pulsations from his cock inside you, not slowing down George continues to play as he thrusts a few more times "holy-oh fuck!" You reach your climax as your mind explodes, George doesn't stop though, your legs begin to shake at the ache and the pleasure your're feeling, George then starts to slow down as he reaches his climax him self "fuck" he grunts, pulling out as he strokes his length, letting warm shots of cum cover your body, his head jolts as he lets out a big sigh. You both sit for a minute and pant, before George goes to get a towel for you from your bathroom and cleans you up,he slips the mask off his face revealing the sweat on his forehead.
"That was amazing, I'm glad we did that" he says looking at you with different vibes in his eyes. "Me too, I'm glad we tested the theory, it was definitely as hot as I imagined" you say back to him.

"You belong to me"
☆Prompt: Part 2 of the previous Shalom fic
☆Warnings: Reader vs Rahu, manipulative Shalom, reader hurting Anne, Shalom making reader jealous.
☆A/n: let's just pretend that Reader (chief) has never met Rahu (I'm talking about the rainburst event). A small Fic to keep this blog alive 😭
While Shalom stayed in a grand hotel and assisted you with your tasks, things have been going downhill between you and Anne, mostly because of your old feelings being stirred up back again. Anne knew from the very beginning that you still liked Shalom but she wanted to hear it from you.
Things ended between the two of you and it hurt Anne to know that she couldn't be the one to win your heart. Guilt had driven a hole in your mind when you broke up with her and Shalom felt victorious and smug. All of your attention will finally be on her but that wasn't the case, you wanted to find Anne and apologise but Shalom stopped you. She pulled you into an empty storage room and pushed you up against the wall, her hands cupping your face as her nails dragged themselves down your face.
"You love me still right?" She asked-more like whispered. Stuck in a trance with her eyes, you nodded hopelessly as she chuckled. "Then don't ever go to that Nurse. If you feel stuck, lost or drained, come to me. I'll always keep you safe and protected and... Happy. You belong to me Y/n, don't forget that."
If nothing couldn't have taken your breath away, Shalom definitely could. She left you all flustered in the storage room and it built hopes of the two of you starting a possible relationship.
But all those hopes were crushed when Shalom requested her bodyguard accompany her for the remaining of the days. The relationship between the two seemed like more than a bodyguard and client but you knew it wasn't your place to ask. Shalom could sense the irritation, hurt, jealously and betrayal all from you and it filled her with a sense of pride knowing you'd die for her love.
"Rahu, bodyguard of Miss Shalom. Pleased to meet you Chief of MBCC," Rahu extended a hand to you. Shalom's gaze was on you, the way you stared Rahu down, as if you were calculating her last breath.
"Pleasure to meet you too Rahu. I hope you find your visit a much eventful one." You shook her hand, your grip tightening as she winched in pain and in that exact moment, Rahu knew that you were the one Shalom kept talking and dreaming about. She knew she was in for a ride as the way Shalom kept talking about you, it was like you were her oxygen and she needed you.
"Rahu dear, you'll be staying in the hotel I'm in, in my room as well," she kept staring at you while she spoke. You didn't see, you were conversing with Nightingale. If Rahu had a tail, it'd be wagging right about now.
"Yes miss Shalom. Also, is she the one you were always..talking about?"
"Hmm, yes she is. Oh?~ is my Rahu jealous?~" she teased Rahu who looked away.
"Me? I-I'm not jealous, just surprise that you haven't made your move as yet."
"Why make my move when I have you?" Shalom pulled Rahu in by her collar and hovered her lips over hers. You turned around and at the same time, Shalom pressed a small kiss to Rahu's lips. "There, for being such a good puppy for me." Rahu smiled before Shalom dismissed her and turned to face you. She kept breaking you and that's what she wanted, for you to break under her.
"Y-you're together with Rahu?"
"No. I can never date someone like that. Besides, I've got my eyes set on someone," she smiled warmly, a smile that held a thousand words behind that.
"Shalom stop playing with me. You said I belong to you, but it seems like I'm not the only one."
"You're right you aren't. Rahu has kept me company for many years, is it wrong to reward her for her loyalty? Besides, if you still love me, there's a chance you might get me, if you try hard enough," with that, she left.
A million thoughts ran through your mind and then you remembered that Shalom was always like that and if you wanted her, you'd have to play by her rules and that meant competing with Rahu.

Could you do a Lance blurb where reader and Genevieve are released to go home from the hospital and without reader knowing that Lance, the girls, Scotty and Chloe along with Lance and reader's parents have planned a surprise welcome party for the new member of the Stroll family
Cw: postpartum
"Do we have the cakes mummy likes?", Margot asked your mother as she set the cups on the coffee table, "she did ask for them in the hospital but the nurse said they were out of them by the time they got to her room".
"We do, grandpa got them from the pastry shop this morning", your mother smiled.
"Lance just texted me saying they're leaving the hospital now, so they'll be here in about twenty minutes, give or take", Lawrence said before he helped you father with the balloons, "they look so pretty!", Addalynn beamed, "Mummy is going to love it! Genevieve can't see much yet, can she?".
"No, princess - she can see big blurry things but they're not clear to her yet, with time she'll see just as well as you do, though", Claire-Anne assured, helping your mother bring the plates to the coffee table.
"We need to make the sofa comfy for mummy and Viv - yesterday mummy had to have pillows on her back because it was hurting on he tummy", Margot recalled, asking her older sister for help in bringing the fluffiest blankets and pillows from their bedrooms.
"Do you think that will be enough?", Addalynn wondered as Margot fluffed the blankets, "hopefully yes - and daddy also brought the other blanket for the baby so I think it's fine", Margot smiled.
The sight of your home after spending the night in hospital after giving birth to your babies was always a relief. Despite not having had any issues in hospital - and frankly, being a bit scared because you didn't have all the doctors and nurses around to help -, being home was bliss and you couldn't wait to fully embrace the newborn bubble at home.
Scotty and Chloe seemed to run a little late, getting their kids out of the car just as you got out of your own with Lance's help, "you didn't tell me we we're having visits", you noted.
Lance let out a small chuckle as he got Genevieves out of the car, "before you get scared or jumped on, my parents and your parents are inside with the girls and they organised a small afternoon tea like situation - it's just food and drinks, and they said that we just need to say the word if we need then to leave", he defended the whole situation, "Chloe is late as usual".
Scotty and Chloe stepped closer to you, their kids hugging your legs softly, "hi, auntie Y/N", they greeted.
"Since you're here, can you help with the hospital bags, please?", Lance requested as Scotty promptly got the bags from the cartrunk and headed up to the door.
"We bring guests and the guests of honour", Chloe announced as everyone got up to welcome you home, speaking softly as your babygirl was still asleep in the car seat.
"Oh, look at how sweet she looks", Lawrence cooed as they made way and room for you to sit on the sofa.
"Please, honey, sit down", your father encouraged, "you just gave birth to a baby and you should rest", he smiled, kissing your forehead, "I care about and love your girls tremendously, but you're still my babygirl", he whispered and winked.
"You didn't have to do this, but thank you for being here", you said as you arranged the pillows to accommodate you, letting Addalynn and Margot get cuddles from you, "we also have your favourite cakes, grandma Y/M/N has them in the plate there, and grandma Claire-Anne also made that pasta bake we really like, but she said that's for dinner", Margot offered gently.
Genevieve stirred on the carrier, bringing Lance to take her out and let her cuddle into his chest before needing to change her diaper. After you fed her, your babygirl was carefully passed around her family who had gathered to meet her.
"Are you feeling okay?", Lance asked once he got to sit down next to you, "I am", you held his hand on your lap and kissed his cheek before resting your head on his shoulder, "she's so loved", you cooed as you looked at the attention your youngest daughter was getting, the older kids busy in the playroom since they knew they couldn't be too loud in the living room.
"She is", Lance checked before grabbing some food for you, "I noticed you eyeing them up earlier", he nudged, offering it to your mouth, "delicious?", he giggled, kissing your cheek as you carried on eating.
(Thank you for sending this in ✨️)

They were sitting on the small-cozy sofa, a blanket draped over their legs as they sat in utter silence, the light from the TV screen illuminating the whole room.
It was a small area, the TV sat on the drawer-set that had mainly thrifted crockery inside. A coffee table was placed in front of her sofa, over which for now Harry had laid his legs in order to make himself comfortable.
A nineties horror film played on the screen in low volume, the room not yet warm due to their recent reign. Anne was in the kitchen, putting sweets into different bowls before the kids came to her door for trick-or-treating.
Everyone on the street loved her, especially the kids. She was like a grandparent to all of them, having read them stories when they'd come up to her house, and built different Lego peices with them while some tea brewed in the kitchen for all of them.
And now that she was on the brim of becoming an actual grandparent to her son and daughter-in-law's child, there was a different kind of sparkle in her eyes, tint on her cheeks and a forever imprinted smile on her rosy lips.
She had welcomed the pair with open arms and an excited shriek when Harry asked her the permission to come over for a few days. Y/n wanted to be in the comfort of another woman, someone who'd had a kid – she wanted the comfort of a mother a woman gets when she's got a baby in her.
And, unfortunately enough, she'd had to cut ties with her mother years and years ago. So, to have a chance at a second mother, who was as much of a dearie as Anne, she knew that she just needed to be embraced by her just once and it'd be enough.
Y/n's bump had grown so huge that the nurses at the hospital told her that there might be a chance she's carrying more than one baby. So, when her bump was abnormally huge in the first month of the trimester, she wasn't very tense bacause she just wanted the babies to be comfortable inside.
When she talked to her doctor about the possibility, she was told that during their first ultrasound only one baby was seen. But it could be that the second one hadn't developed enough to be caught.
Other than her, it was only Anne who knew of that. Harry knew about the whole scene, but he was yet to confirmed about it. Out of the many things that Y/n feared, one of them was that she and Harry would be disappointed if it came out that there's only one baby.
They lived with the uncertainty of the number of babies, a little scared. But, Harry reassured her every morning that no matter how many babies she was carrying, he'd love her and the baby – or the twins, all the same.
"H? Can you bring me some more popcorn, please?" Y/n requested, already putting the bowl in front of him that only had a few curnels left of the snack. And, when Harry did up and go to the kitchen, she wasn't sure what she had started missing – the endless number of popcorns going in her mouth one after another, or the constant pressing of Harry's soft thumbs against the swollen plush of her feet.
"You're lucky you're pregnant," Harry came in saying, handing her the bowl with a faux glare that he had fixed on her face.
A sheepish smile pulled up on her lips before she quickly passed him a flying kiss without the action of her hand, causing Harry to let out a laugh. He sat down and placed her feet back in his lap, his hands getting back to work as his eyes caught up with the scene currently playing on the TV.
The kid had just sneaked inside their parents' room and slipped between the two with their plushie in hand. "Do you think I'll be a good father?" Harry asked, almost seeming absent-minded but she knew better.
"Gonna be the best one out there," she assured him, passing him the bowl of popcorn to share. In return, he passed her a smile – a quiet form of his gratitude for her, and moved his hands up to massage her calves a bit as well.
As Harry's eyes remained on the screen, Y/n's head had lulled back onto the soft cushion and eyes had shut down. She had only doen it because the TV was beginning to strain her eyes, but realised just after how good it felt to do that as she snuggled-up farther inside the quilt.
Harry looked over at her just in time before the bowl of her cravings fell on the floor. She hated popcorn before pregnancy, and now she found any and every excuse to have them. His mouth stretched in a soft smile, dimples carving in his cheeks as he looked at her.
Both of her hands were on her bump, head lulled back slightly to the side, away from the screen and mouth carelessly left open. The light from the TV screen hit her face in a manner that made her features look more prominent – her cupid's bow shined profusely because of the balm she had put rubbed on her lips before cuddling up in the couch. Her lashes rested on top of the high of her cheeks, her skin gleaming in the light.
He could tell that here she was less anxious and stressed, and more at comfort than ever. He loved to see her bond furthermore with his mum, watching her listen to Anne tell her about the course of becoming a mother made Harry feel too emotional.
She always seemed to be glowing, and her cheeks were fuller now. She mostly left her hair loosely tied, and god, her hips had grown wider too – it made him lose his mind everytime he saw her love handles. Her thicker-thighs closed around his head just perfectly, and her stretch marks reminded him of the way her body was changing every single day to adapt to caressing a baby.
"Darling –"
Anne cut herself off before she could wake Y/n up, bunching her shoulders up before she sighed deeply, glad that she didn't disturb her.
Harry chuckled, letting Anne know that his wife had turned into a heavy sleeper now that she was pregnant. "You were saying something, mum?" He asked her, watching as she walked closer to him.
"I came to say that the kids should start come knocking any time now," Anne told Harry. "This darling wanted to hand a few out herself. Do I wake her?"
Harry nodded in response as he got up and started patting Y/n's hand. "Love, do you want to hand out treats?"
Y/n remembered then, and started moving to get up. She had no idea as to when she fell asleep, but as Harry helped her get up she grunted in discomfort.
"Are they here?' She asked after pecking Harry's cheek in gratitude.
Just when she asked that, the doorbell rung for the first time and she had never wished to get up fast so hard over the course of the past few months of pregnancy. Harry's hand automatically placed itself on her lower back as she started walking slowly and slowly.
"H, I can walk to the front door just fine. I'm pregnant, not paralysed," she stated, suddenly feeling annoyed.
"Okay, okay. But you do need some time to adjust to walking before you start padding your way around," Harry giggled, kissing her temple from beside her. But the moment he saw that she didn't exactly have a pleased expression on her face, he put up a finger on his lips, almost promising her that he wouldn't utter a word again.
Anne already had the door open, and the moment Y/n's eyes landed on the little one on their door, she couldn't help but squeal. "Eeek! Dorothy!" She exclaimed, turning to look at Harry with starry eyes crinkled at the corners.
She was their neighbour's kid, y/n realized. And, as she got closer she saw that in the basket, there was a paper that was flipped upside down, considering she could see the ink that had leaked on the back side of the page – probably due to the pen being pressed too hard.
"Hi!" Y/n greeted the little one, two bowls full of treats in both of her hands. She tried to bend down to talk better, but because she was unable to, she just sat on her knees on the tiles.
"I love Dorothy," she giggled, and the girl in front of her grinned as well.
"I love her too! My name's Dorothy as well, so I decided to dress like her," the sweet girl bubbled. She was bouncing on her feet, full of excitement. "Happy Halloween, by the way," she wished them all.
As they wished her back, she began picking out the treats she wanted. Once she was done, her head whipped to meet Harry's gaze who was just standing behind Y/n with gleaming eyes and a wide dimpled-smile.
"Hey, Harry," she greeted him. "You dressed up as Dorothy once, and now I have too!" She shrieked, jumping to high-five Harry who now had an open-mouthed grin on his face.
"We have great taste, now, don't we?" Harry wiggled his eyebrows at the girl whose eyes suddenly went as wide as saucers.
"Oh no!" She cried before she took her basket and placed it on the ground.
"What – is something wrong?" Y/n stuttered, her face molding into a frown.
"Oh nothing," the girl said nonchalantly, getting back up from where she was crouching to take something out of her basket. "Here," she grinned, handing a post-card sized paper to Y/n.
Harry leaned over to see what it was, and once he did, a surprised laugh left his throat. Y/n was already gushing over how good the painting was and just leaned in to press a kiss to the girl's cheeks, who accepted it with a bright blush.
It was drawing of a pumpkin, over which she had marked the carving that said 'HAPPY HARRYWEEN' on it. "I know you did this on your shows for Halloween, so I thought it would be kind of me to give you this because I know your tour is over now," the girl pouted at Harry as she babbled off.
Harry looked at the her with glossy eyes, leaning in to hug the little girl. "Thank you, love," he whispered.
He had been so emotional about Halloween this time, that Y/n had to comfort him every single day for the past week leading up to today. Even this morning, he had to stop his tears from falling as the feeling of not being on stage all dressed up crippled him.
He loved that he was spending the day with his mum, his wife and his unborn baby. But he still felt the need to be comforted because it still hadn't settled in him that he wasn't going to be onstage for a while now. So, he wrapped his forearms around Y/n's shoulders in order to calm himself down, and keep himself in the moment because he knew that he wouldn't want to leave her side any time soon now.
"Wait!" Y/n shouted at a sudden thought that had struck her mind, scaring Harry out of his small meltdown. "It's Harryween – Night …In!" She squealed in delightment, giggling along with the girl as Harry sniffled and laughed at her lame humour, feeling love sick.

Day 8-Mori/Reader with prompts Fingering and Doctor Kink
Notes: Mori was getting dangerously attractive in that Yosano flashback…and obviously your ob-gyn should absolutely never do anything our doctor Mori is gonna do, this is a fanfiction, so, fiction. Anyway, enjoy(also im totally glossing over some of the less sexy bits of a normal appointment lol)
The familiar tickle of the bell welcomes you as you enter the familiar lobby of your Gynecologists. You check your watch, noting that you're a little early, so you set your purse on the coffee table and scroll through your phone absentmindedly. The office is surprisingly empty, only one other person sits in the lobby, a middle aged woman who smiles kindly in your direction, before Anne, the receptionist, calls her over with a wave. She’s definitely not new, you’ve known Anne since she started working here, and she’s still as pretty as ever, with long red hair and green eyes. She sends you a wink and a smile, and you smile back.
You fiddle a bit with your necklace, bored. It's a new one, a classy thin gold chain with a single, red ruby. It winks prettily between your collarbones, drawing all eyes. You paired it with a white blouse, and a dark red skirt, as flashy as you could get away with at work, anyway. Your boss liked it when her employees quote unquote, ‘expressed themselves’, although you still got written up occasionally. Although it was probably Brad, your boyfriend, still salty about the shopping spree you had gone on when you found he cheated on you.
You're so bored you find yourself staring around at the familiar decorations for the thousandth time. The familiar fake flowers on the table, the tabloid and other magazines, the chairs around the front office, the pictures on all the walls. Your favorite one is a watercolor painting, naked fairies and female elves dancing around an enchanted forest. It was just so whimsical and pretty it had always fascinated you.
“Miss Name Last-Name?” The receptionist smiles when you look up, gesturing at a pretty blond Nurse with a clipboard. She’s also young, maybe early thirties and she smiles as she leads you back into the room. Janet, the Nurse’s name she had informed you, quickly and efficiently takes care of the weight and height measurements, before she gives you a small smile and nod, and leaves the room. It's the same room you’ve been to before, ever since you were sixteen.
It's embarrassing but you've lived in the same town for most of your life. Your parents had moved you and your siblings here when you were seven years old, because your mom wanted to be by the sea and your father loved your mother a bit too much perhaps. But they were your parents and you loved them, no matter how embarrassingly lovey dovey they insisted on being.
But anyway, this was your hometown. You had gone to school here, made lifelong friends here, and all of your doctors appointments had been in this town, including the Gynecologists. Your ob-gyn, Maya, had known you since you were young, and was a kindly middle aged woman, an old friend of your moms. It would be nice to see her again. You're sitting on the chair, legs not hooked but swinging in front of you when a knock on the door sounds and Nurse Janet peaks her head in.
“I'm sorry miss Name, but Maya, your usual isn't available.” You frown in concern. “Is she ok?” The nurse steps in completely, her clipboard clutched to her chest. “Yes, she just has a cold. I can either reschedule your appointment or assign you another doctor temporarily. What would you prefer?” The way the nurse speaks is a little peculiar, but you just brush it off. A new doctor, temporarily at least. You're tempted, just out of comfort to reschedule, but , and you've already driven here and gas prices are so high nowadays, it just feels like such a waste. You nod, coming to your decision. “I'll proceed with the appointment.” Janet nods, checking her clipboard. “Alright then, Doctor Mori will see you in about ten minutes.” The door closes and she’s gone.
Doctor Mori. You’ve heard the name, Maya has mentioned him in passing. And if Maya recommends him he has to be good, you have a lot of faith in your old friend. Your phone rings, loudly and with tha familiar ringtone that signifies your sister's calling. You check the clock on the wall, you have about even minutes, and quickly answer the phone.
“Leila, i'm in the doctor's office.”
Your sister giggles. “I know.” She says, yelling over the chaos you can hear faintly in the background. “I'm calling because mom told me to tell you that Maya is out with a cold. So you should reschedule your appointment for next week or something.”
You sigh, as usual your mothers a little too late. “Um, it's too late for that. Couldn't you have told me like yesterday or something?”
“It's not my fault, blame mom.” Your sister scoffs.“So did you reschedule?”
“No, I decided to see another doctor, at least temporarily.” You pick your nails, checking the clock. Five minutes. “The new nurse called her Doctor Mori? You know, the other doctor that shares the building with Maya.”
“Oh yeah, I always remember Maya talking about him.” You can faintly hear your mother yelling in the background, and then your sister yells back, pulling the phone from her ear. “What mom? He? What? Just come here and tell her yourself!”
“Honey? That you?” Your mom’s voice interrupts your sister. “How are you honey?”
“I'm great mom.” You sigh. “Why didn't you tell me about Maya earlier.”
“Oh you know, i forgot.” Your mom giggles, shouting over the Bob Marley playing in the background. “Anyway honey, your sister told me you decided to see Doctor Mori?”
You check the clock. “Yeah, it seemed like a waste to just leave. And you gotta hurry mom, I'm almost out of time.”
“I see, I see.” Your mother makes no attempt to hurry, but then again she never does. “Well, Maya introduced me to Doctor Mori one time, and honey, he’s very handsome!”
“Yeah, yeah ok.” You check the clock one more time, you need to go. “Well I gotta go mom, i'll see you later then.”
“Yeah, see you later Honey. Say hi to Anne for me. Oh, and tell her congratulations on her marriage.” And with a click, she’s gone. You sink back into your seat with a sigh, and then, something your mother said finally clicks. He. you shoot up in your seat, just as the door creaks open, and sure enough and man makes his way into the room.
Your mother was right, he is handsome. His hair is slightly long and slightly messy with loose strands falling around his face. The dark strands tickle his neck, just barely brushing his shoulders. He’s clothed in a lab coat for some reason, underneath which is a gray purple button down and a slightly loose black tie. His eyes are dark, and slight wrinkles at the corner betray his age. He has a pair of small, rimless glasses hooked on his collar.
“Miss Name? I'm Dr. Mori, I'll be filling in for Dr. Henderson today.” He blinks at you with a slightly absent smile. It feels unreal honestly, of course your replacement is a handsome older man who, in a few minutes, is going to have his hands all over your pussy. You curse every evil god who put you in this situation. And you hope, pray or anything else you can do that you won’t get wet. You sigh.
“It’s nice to meet you Dr, Ma-er, Dr Henderson has mentioned you before.” You smile, wishing that you weren’t currently at a gynecologist appointment with a man who was probably married who you were definitely thirsting over. “Although I thought…never mind.”
“You thought I was a woman?” You nod and the doctor laughs a little. “Yes, I’m not surprised. I’m actually partially retired, I just do Maya the occasional favor now and then.” Mori puts on his glasses, squinting at a clipboard. You try to subtly look at his hands, checking for a wedding ring.
“It looks like Maya took care of most of your checkups a few weeks ago?” He says. You nod. “Yes, we just ran out of time for the last few. She was going to do them today but…” The doctor nods, confirming your thought. He flips through the papers on the clipboard, before setting it down on the small desk next to a picture of a pretty blond girl with blue eyes, the doctor next to her in the picture. “Dr. Henderson already did most of the necessary tests. Looks like you guys didn't quite get around to the physical?” You give him a nod in responds and he smiles. “Alright, well I'll step out for a moment, can you please take off your underwear and hook your legs up in those—well you know what to do. I'll be back in a few minutes.” You give him a nervous little nod and laugh combo, and he steps out of the room, closing the door behind him. You sigh, standing and rolling up your tight office skirt, and ridding yourself of your boring white panties. This is going to be so embarrassing, because you just know you're going to get at least a little damp. It's very different to have a fifty ish woman who you’ve known for years poking around your vagina, versus a finely aged dilf, with no wedding ring to speak of. You sigh again, climbing up into the strange reclining chair and hooking your knees in the stirrups. With your skirt rolled up like this, you can feel the cool air brushing your bare pussy, and you shiver a little.
The door opens and Mori steps back in, noting your position on the chair with a nod. “I see you're ready to begin?” The doctor has a pair of plastic gloves on and he’s hooked his reading glasses back on his collar, the tie somehow slipping even more. You give him an affirmative, doing your best to nip any problems in the bud by focussing your thoughts squarely on your pet Cat. And it works too, as the doctor's gloved hands begin to feel surely on your pelvic bone, dancing around the lips of your pussy. Then, he starts to talk, distracting you from the cat.
“So, Miss Name, seems like you’ve known Maya for a while, huh.” He says. “Yep,” You reply, still trying to think of your cat. “I've had her since I was about seventeen. I assume you guys are old friends as well?”
“Yes, we used to work together.” The doctores sure fingers pull at the lips of your pussy, and he squints. “That was until my ex-wife decided she didn't want me touching other women all day long, even if it was my job.” Your ears catch on ‘ex-wife’ and all thoughts of your cute pet cat fly from your mind. Your thighs twitch slightly, and you change the subject quickly. “That must be your daughter then, in the picture? Sorry if I snooped.” You bite your lip and avoid eye contact, it makes it all worse when you watch him prod at your pussy. Thankfully, for now at least, his fingers have left the more sensitive areas and are now poking at your pelvic bone again.
“Yes, my little girl Elise. She’s pretty isn't she?” You nod, and he continues. “What about you? Any kids?”
You shake your head with a laugh. “No, not quite yet anyway. I just broke up with my boyfriend actually.” Your tone turns a little resentful, you can't help yourself. “He cheated on me.” Mori makes a noise of surprise, cocking his head up to meet your eyes. “He cheated on a girl as pretty as you, huh. Spread your legs a bit for me darlin.” You almost choke, ninety nine percent sure you misheard. That damn pet name, Darlin’, and the complement? God you're doomed. The doctor chuckles at your silence, his dark eyes leaving your own as they dart back to your pussy. One hand spread your pussy lips apart, and two gloved fingers poke at your hole, pushing in slowly. You bit your lip, hard. You can hear the slight squelching his fingers make, and you literally want to die. Maybe if you pretend nothing is wrong, he will spare you the humiliation.
“So, do you miss your job?” You clear your throat as his fingers reach deeper, pressing around looking for something.
“Oh, a little.” The doctor's other hand goes higher, pressing down slightly on your lower stomach, feeling around. “Although, I usually don't get such pretty patients to work with. You're making this old man blush.” Oh, he knows, he’s definitely noticed how wet you are and he’s teasing you. You still can't quite tell if he’s flirting or not. He can't be, right? He’s a really handsome man, he must have a girlfriend or something.
He withdraws his fingers from inside you, and you sigh with relief. But all your embarrassment comes rushing back as he reaches for the familiar speculum, slowly inserting it into your pussy with a squelch. You blush at the sound, but the doctor doesn't bat an eye as he ever so slowly opens it, peering inside for a few long, agonizing seconds. And then, he’s pulling it out with an embarrassing sound and placing it on a tray beside him.
“Well, looks like we have no problems.” He takes off his gloves, balling them together and placing them on the tray beside the Speculum. “Everything looks good and you're plenty…” He pauses. “…Sensitive.” You blush, way too embarrassed to even complain. He clears his throat a little, dark eyes still darting back and forth between your pussy and your face. His eyes are dark, and they have a strange shine as they meet your own again. With a leap of faith, you decide to throw caution to the winds.
“I don't know doctor, you might need to check a little more thoroughly.” He eyes you for a moment, and an embarrassing silence fills the room for a moment. And just as you're about to backpedal, Mori stands, and with a click, locks the door. “You know…” He says, a new kind of gleam in his eye. “Maybe I should. Do you have any particular concerns?” This is absolutely crazy, and you love every minute of it.
“Oh, I don't know, Doctor.” You shoot him a flirty little wink. “Maybe you should feel around in there some more, check for any irregularities?”
“That's a good idea Darlin.” He pulls a stool over, and hangs his coat over a nearby chair, rolling up his shirtsleeves. “Well, I'll start with an oral check up, then maybe use something a little longer to really check you out, that sound good?” You nod, your reply dissolving into a moan as he leans closer, the flattened length of his tongue coming in contact with your clit. He starts out slow, flattening his tongue against your clit, dancing around the edges of your hole, teasing you with his little smirks. He looks way too hot like that, face buried in your pussy, your hands tugging at his hair.
“You know Doctor,” You choke out, as the naughty slurping sounds fill the room. “My insides feel a little tight, maybe you should check those out.” Mori pulls away from your pussy, shooting you a spit slicked feral grin. “I was just thinking the same thing.” And then, he slips two fingers inside. Your head falls back against the chair, as his head disappears again, tongue licking your clit. He had his fingers inside you before, but it feels different now that he’s really trying to make you lose it. He scissors his fingers open, prying your hole open for future activities and your going to lose it. You need him inside you, right now.
“Doctor.” He looks up at you, fingers pausing inside of you. “I need you inside of me. Now.”
Mori chuckles at your enthusiasm, withdrawing his fingers from inside you with a squelch, and moving to the cabinet. He pulls a foiled package out, and waves it in your direction. You giggle, playing with your tits through your shirt. “My my doctor, do you always fuck your patients?”
“Nope, you're this old man’s first in a while.” He offers as a reply, unbuckling his pants. “We give free condoms to teens, to encourage safe sex.” He doesn't even pull down his pants, just pulls his erect cock out and strokes it a few times. You watch, licking your lips as he slides the condom down it. It's big, and you know he’ll stretch you out nicely. Maybe another time you would like to have it down your throat. But for today, you need him inside you.
Mori seems to share your enthusiasm, as he hurriedly lines his dick up with your hole, and with one last look of assurance, starts to slowly push in. The stretch is a lot, but with all that preparation it just barely stings. It also helps that he goes slowly, allowing for you to fully adjust to his hardness. He grips your thighs with his big hands as he fully shields himself inside of you, pulling out and using your thighs to pull you right back onto his dick. Your voice comes out in little pants and moans, joined by his grunts.
“So doctor, everything alright?” Your voice is far from steady, but you can't really bring yourself to care. “How does it feel?”
“Heavenly darling.” Mori’s mouth crashes onto yours, practically inhaling your face. He kisses with a wild kind of desperation, so different from the unhurried tone of voice he had taken up before. It's hot, the juxtaposition. And you can feel the coil of an orgasm curling in your stomach. “I'm close.” You pant out, as Mori nuzzles your jaw, his hair tangling with your own. “Same.” The doctor pants out, his steady rhythm speeding up a little, and you moan out especially loud as his calloused thumb works at your clit, rubbing little circles into it.
The tangle of orgasm is building now, and then, the tip of his dick hits that spot, the spot that makes pleasure explode though your body. You shudder, and cum around his dick, gripping his shoulders and moaning out a garbled mix of his name and some moans. He continues thrusting, working you through your orgasm and just as you're about to come down he thrusts one more time, and with a small little moan in your ear, he withdraws.
“So doctor.” You pant, leaning back against the chair. “Everything healthy?”
“Very.” Mori says, disposing of the condom in the garbage and doing up his clothes. He scratches his neck awkwardly, watching you put on your underwear and roll down your skirt. “So, Miss Name? Do you maybe want to get coffee together or something?”
You grab your purse, and turn, planting a bold little kiss on his lips, and pressing your business card into his hands. “I’d love to.” And with a ‘call me’ you close the door behind you.
End Notes: It's been a long time since i had an appointment lol, the details are hazy at best. Also barely got this one done in time

Love your blog! The way you write the Pastas is so interesting and enjoyable, specially the Proxies (glad you took Cody in the ecuation too, cause I like him and barely anyone remembers he's a proxy too)
Since we've already seen the boys in the female proxy au, how would she get along with other girls in the residence, like Kate the Chaser or Natalie? Whether in a romantic or platonic way
Thank you!I'M SO GLAD THE GIRLS GET SOME LOVE💞💞💞
Creepypasta Ladies x Fem!Proxy Reader
You worked with Kate from a distance since she's solo on all of her missions, her job and place in the team being way different from yours and the others
You also didn't know if she liked you because you were also a woman or she despises you because you're also a woman
During meetings she would ask a shit ton of questions about you and what you did on missions until that very moment, fuck, not even Masky is all up in your business like she is
On the rare occasions both of you meet she wouldn't greet you,she would simply nod her head at you.On impossible occasions you could get a glimpse of her face behind that mask.
I believe that if you do want to engage into a deeper conversation with her she will simply listen, but if you manage to get her to warm up to you she would vaguely say a few things about herself as well
Kate might throw a nasty double sided comment or two when there are just the two of you."Managed to calm Masky down, heh? How do you manage I wonder.." ; "sorry lady,I don't have a way with gentlemen like you do." ; "might enjoy the hell of a ride as well, you know best..am I right?"
You remind her of the few good persons she used to have in her life before she was dragged here
Clockwork was into you from the moment you stepped in the mansion tbh
Loves to tease you in both a romantic and friendly way.The fact that you're a woman in a position of power in the mansion over all of those fuckers it's super attractive to her
"Tell him to go fuck himself. What he's gonna say about it,huh?" ; "I bet I can be a better match for you than the demons of the forest, gimmie a chance to prove it to you;)"
Loves a good training with you, you're the only one who can counter all of her attacks, you really set her heart on fire
"You're a top bitch here, all bark all bite.Say,what would you do if I caused shit around here?;);)" she has no shame and will flirt with you every chance she has.If you ignore her remarks she wouldn't hold back,BUT if you do give her a chance she would further step her game UP
The nurse Ann barely talks overall and only engages into business conversations with you
If you have any "lady health problems" she would be the one to have your back like her life depends on it tbh
If you look around for Jack when she's in the infirmary she would simply assume you either don't like her or have a thing for male doctors lol
"No cannibals around, just good old me." she said, legs crossed facing you.
When you tried to make small talk with her she stopped you "you don't have to force yourself. We're just doing our jobs.Besides, the tension makes your veins harder to look for.."
Zero will start shit with you every chance she has.Fighting, blaming, shit talking, you name it,she would do everything in her power to try to bring you down and cause a violent reaction out of you
Does she get along with Masky because of this?Hell naw
Is it jealousy?a love-hate relationship?it's very hard to make the difference
On some occasions, she would act all nice and sweet, super flirty with you, and if you make the mistake of thinking she has good intentions with you she would degrade the living hell out of you
Despite the others, she doesn't trust you to have all of the power Slenderman trusted you with. She sees you below her and wholeheartedly believes she should've been in your place maybe with you sitting on her lap or something
She doesn't stand Clocky but still wants to be on her good side because she sees potential in her.Natalie knows this, but her boredom causes her to engage into Zero's little games
Jane observes you from a distance. She respects your job and how you manage to calm shit down, you're really one of the few persons she could look up to if she's honest
If only you weren't so busy with proxy duties she would come forward to you and warm up more
She would adore the tought of the two of you drinking tea in her room, simply enjoying each others presence while talking about matters both of you can't control
Jane would notice if one lock of your hair isn't in the right place but she wouldn't tell you if you're closer to her, instead, she would simply gently fix it
She gives me mommy vibes
Nina sees you as her best friend, you are the one to tell if it's one sided or not.The way you move, act, and manage to do it all amazes her..you are both a mentor and a friend to her.
She could talk the whole day about how amazing you are,and she actually has a few pages in her journal with notes about you
The girl can be like that one annoying kid at the park that gives you all of their toys just to spend time with them lol
You inspire her and she genuinely believes you make her a better person-a better woman. She lets you know this and even if you don't believe her, your existence deeply had a positive impact on her mental health

"That's a relief. I wasn't sure if you were going with someone else." Owen beamed warmly, relishing the reddish tint to Anne's cheeks. He'd mostly seen her in passing, even though he technically didn't work at the hospital. He was oblivious to the other nurses who took interest in him as he had his heart set on Anne. "Is it a costume party? I only got the invite yesterday and it didn't specify. If not, that's okay-- I'm just glad to be able to spend time with you." His face grew warm, mirroring the brunette's blush.
