green’s inner conflict and how it is manifested through greenscreen: an analysis
TLDR at end!
disclaimer: this is probably really ooc, and is mostly speculation by a mediocre at best student of literature ++ i’ve never been good at lit, so this analysis is likely not gonna be great :/ feel free to criticise/comment on this analysis! i’m open to feedback if there’s any :)
SPOILERS FOR INFLUENCER ARC EPS 1 AND 2 AHEAD!
we first see greenscreen when the cg abandons an overdone/overedited video of theirs - he is quite literally borne of neglect, and is thus a symbol of green’s negligence towards his friends and the inner turmoil he faces in trying to cater to all his viewers.
why does greenscreen appear as, well, green? green is basically fighting with himself, a form of inner conflict manifested through the CG’s fight with what is essentially green’s neglect and negative emotions.
this is also super interesting because inner conflict is usually internal and invisible: that’s what most of it is about. however, alan and the team present it here through actual physical conflict, which parallels green’s fight with himself - to make the content that he and his friends want to make, or to cater to the viewers and leave his friends behind, becoming increasingly self-centred?
in the first fight with greenscreen, the CG beat him as a group, and green even takes a photo of them together post-fight to upload to instagram. this symbolises green’s (temporary) triumph over his neglect for others, still caring for his friends.
however, over time, green starts to drift from his friends. he distances himself from them, isolating himself in a minecraft room by himself to make videos, neglecting friendships, genuine feelings and enjoyment in preference for catering to his viewers and all their preferences, taking each piece of criticism too seriously. therefore, as green’s neglect toward his friendships with the CG continues and increases, greenscreen grows in power as the negativity and abandonment become worse.
before we continue with that though, let’s talk about the recycle bin!
the recycle bin is a recurring figure across AvA - being used in both AvA and AvM to get rid of applications. that’s what a recycle bin is at its core - a receptacle for waste, left to be neglected, never truly emptied. both greenscreen and the deleted videos of the CG are thrown into the recycle bin, where they perhaps fester into who-knows-what in ep 3. you know who else was also unceremoniously thrown into a recycle bin/deleted? victim! after he escaped from the animator’s neglect towards his feelings and sentience, victim is out to get his revenge. the recycle bin takes it’s inhabitants’ negativity (in greenscreen’s case, neglect), and turns it stronger upon their escape. green’s dunking of greenscreen into the recycle bin in ep 1 is symbolic of him ignoring his tendency to ignore and leave his friends behind in the pursuit of content creation. he does not actively work on stopping such behaviour, instead leaving it in a metaphorical (and literal) recycle bin, letting his habit of neglecting others in the chase for something he desires to grow.
my theory is that greenscreen may come back in the last episode of the influencer arc, beating green at first, symbolising green’s negligence towards his friends’ feelings consuming him in his pursuit of content creation, but this is overcome as he realises the situation he is in - where he finally beats greenscreen and with him, his internal conflict, not by throwing him into the recycle bin where the neglect will be left to fester, but by coming to terms with his plight, communicating with his friends and agreeing to create the content that they want to create, putting an end to the negligence and laying greenscreen to rest.
(as of writing this, green’s newest video (reacting to my friends having fun without me) shows the rest of the CG being thrown around? it looks like they’re fighting something/someone, which is very likely whatever spawned from the recycle bin - i’m guessing this is greenscreen.)
TLDR: greenscreen is a physical manifestation of green’s neglect towards his friends AND his internal conflict, who will return in ep3 of the influencer arc, but will ultimately be beaten by green which symbolises him stepping back from content creation.
thanks for reading till the end! really appreciate it if you read the whole thing - once again this is purely my own speculation, opinions and theory!

thinking about wallace wells. thinking about going through hook ups like tissue paper, never believing anybody will stick around besides scott, who's here only because he has nowhere else to go, and you let him stay anyway even though he doesnt pay the rent. one of the only consistent people in your life, someone you might've actually genuinely liked straight up dying and leaving you with a sudden void of an empty apartment and a cold spot in a futon. thinking about immediately getting wasted and bringing a guy home, someone whose name you won't remember but it's okay because youre only in it for the sex— you dont believe in sparks, after all. believing that scott's conception of his one true girl was a joke because you just don't think you'll ever love anyone like that. kissing someone on a movie set because it's something to do, because he's dressed in the costume of somebody you cared for, because it's all manufactured, false realities and layers of separation deep enough for you to brush off his pleas for connection. thinking about going to paris after everything, the city of love, as tacky as that is, saying you're only there to spend money. but despite the insistence on irony you meet a guy— a fellow canadian, actually, twin foreigners in an unfamiliar place. someone who actually wants to stick around, who follows you through the city to see the sights and seems to genuinely like you. it can't be genuine, though— can't possibly be a reason to stay beyond a few hookups. so you stop at the river and you kiss him to get it over with...
but instead you see sparks.

Siciria Analyzes The Most Complex Stick Figures Known To Man (part 1)
SPOILERS FOR AVA / AVM / INFLUENCER ARC SERIES
READ AT UR OWN RISK
Also here's part 2
I was rewatching Influencer Arc Ep 1 because the music slays, and the fight choreography is just awesome.
*cut to Siciria chilling*
But then I noticed this;
So, to those of you that don't know what I'm talking about, I noticed that Blue just kind of waits there for a moment before going in to help Red. I wondered why, because throughout the series, these stick figures are shown to have really quick reaction times in these kinds of moments.
But then it hit me; it's about personality.
So then I decided to do a deep analysis of Blue's character, which is probably going to be the first of five parts (maybe even more) where I deep dive into everyone's traits and flaws and whatnot.
-
Here goes...
So, we've seen Blue as more of the pacifist assistant. He likes plants, netherwart, potions, and cooking. You don't really see him being the first to instigate something, or the star of a fight. Heck, even in the Raid episode, it's more focused on Yellow and the command block staff than him.
But we do see more of an aggressive trait as well, in that sometimes, he acts without thinking.
LIKE THE LAVA. HE DIDN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT AND JUMPED INTO STICKING LAVA. WOW. WOWOWOW. WOWOWOW.
But, what startles me, is that even though he'll self-sacrificially jump to save someone, and follow someone without thinking, and needs someone to ground him (usually Yellow), there are also times where he just freezes. Like in the Influencer Arc. He freezes when Red is getting beat up by the clones, before shooting at them. His brain takes a second (hehe) to catch up.
And here, too. Yellow is making a plan, where Blue's emotions are overriding any sort of thought.
...BUT AT THE SAME TIME, we also see those two things coalesce together for the better. We see him take action instead of freezing, and actually think about what he's doing as well. And this moment in the battle against the King goes kind of unnoticed, in my opinion, since there were so many hard fighting sequences and emotional stakes.
LIKE WHAT THE STICK. HE LED AN ENTIRE VILLAGE INTO WAR, AND THEY WERE ACTUALLY ABLE TO HOLD THEIR OWN AND CAUSE THE PILLAGERS TO RUN AWAY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CONTEXT OR PRIOR TRAINING (albeit before they came back with the evoker and illusioner)
But we also don't talk about how much he assists everyone else. Like here. Green would have gone flying twice if Blue didn't have the presence of mind to brace him.
I saw a comment under the video calling Blue the MVP of the fight against Greenscreen. And while I do harbor the opinion that everyone contributed a lot to the win (and don't really agree with the comment, as Green, Yellow, Red, and Second contributed so much too), you can't deny that he assisted everyone frequently during the fight, and was a key part of success.
Blue's character arc is something we don't really talk about much as a fandom, but there are truly some moments which are, like, really cool.
And the most important one of all, of course.
Bluecifer "Elsa" Blonde. (my fanmade name, tell me if u like it!)
#slayqueen
EDIT AS OF 9/24/24:
There's also something else I noticed. Blue is shown to be able to keep track of a lot of things at the same time as well, like the positioning of his friends in a battle, and enhance them properly. He knows exactly what they need and can deliver it to them.
In the Witch, when he arms himself with potions and starts fighting, he has the presence of mind to turn his friends into animals that can stop the witch. For example, when Red is about to strike, he turns him into a golem for it to pack more punch. It's truly amazing, because he was able to pinpoint that that was about to happen before it did.
And even with himself, when the witch started shapeshifting, he did too. He knew exactly which mob would combat which, and he might have won if he hadn't run out.

Hi!
You can decide not to answer if you don't want to, and I won't absolutely judge anything, but what kind of relationship you see for the Hollow Heads?
Just curious

Not enough people are acknowledging the fact Dark's canonically a little bitch
Like, he acts like a coward in all three of his episodes. He begs for his life before Chosen in AVA 3. He panics when the computer's exploding in Flashback. He runs away from Orange in Showdown. And to clarify, it's not like a normal thing in AVA. This series is full of brave people, Dark is the outlier here.
Chosen thought clearly when the computer was exploding. He never needed a wristband to boost himself, he always had trust in his base abilities. He ran for his life only once in Wanted, besides that he's always brave, always fighting, never begging. Even in the Box, he refused to yield to Victim and almost defeated him through sheer determination.
King spent months learning all about Minecraft to achieve his goal. He fought like 11 people at once, even when brought back to a normal mortal he fought, almost regained his staff, and still managed to steal Yellow's while pinned and surrounded. He was never afraid, he always fought, he WON. He wasn't defeated. He willingly gave up.
Purple tanked a world-destroying beam just to save the first friends he ever made in his life, and call out to the one he viewed as a father figure. Even with minor characters; Herobrine stayed defiant, looked straight into King's eyes with rage as he was being absorbed. Even the Witch didn't panic when fighting Reuben, and fought until she was literally unable to cause she was a harmless dye.
Like, this isn't a common reocurrence. This is Dark being visibly the exception to a cast of extremely brave, determined fighters who never back down. Chosen plays fair, King earned his godlike power fair-and-square, Herobrine simply came in, saw the issue and threw hands without asking questions. Agent saw a pissed-off, flaming Superman-like stickfigure flying at him, went "Nah I'd win" and ACTUALLY WON with a single strike of Pause. Alan saw like 50 ViraBots charge at him when a single one beat his ass easily, and went in to attack them without a second thought. Dark's the one who sneaks in a power-up ability cause he's not doing good enough for his standards, and then sends like 50 people at 2 mfs cause he's still having trouble while acting all smug about it.
Dark is a massive, Grade-A loser and not some super-badass like I see fans make him out to be. Give my Pathetic Dark content. I want to see him act like a pussy

I do think our willingness to forgive Green so quickly now that he's realized and repented of his error is partially influenced by that fact that we knew him as a character before he became an interactive persona, and we've continued to know him as a character outside of that interaction.
If he were a real influencer, we wouldn't have the three-episode miniseries to summarize everything and to show us what happened behind the scenes and, heck, to be our initial window into the story (for anyone who hadn't found the channel in the few days before); we'd only have Green's channel and insta and tiktoks.
That definitely skews things a bit, but tbh I find that aspect just as fascinating to examine. It adds yet another layer to the telling of this story that already has so many.

Okay something I'm noticing with the current Green arc (which I've found incredibly interesting as a whole btw, I've just been busy irl so haven't found the time or words to do a full analysis on or contribute to every amazing analysis I've seen by other people) is the glasses.
Note: I don't have Tiktok and don't really have the ability to view things on it, and I don't have an Instagram either, so I may be missing a few things. I'm mainly focusing on the Youtube aspect of this.
I've seen mention that Green's been losing energy, getting less involved with their friends, and generally doing more clickbait-y and iffy videos. But also they've been starting to wear these glasses more - and I think that's a pretty direct representation of when Green's behavior, energy, creations, and friendship have all been going downhill.
For the basketball, superhero saga, and most of the Minecraft vlog (also the Tiktok announcement, which I'm not sure where that fits in), Green has just been Green, no glasses or anything. And that's when they seem to have the most energy, and have been doing things with their friends. Sure it's silly and a bit over-the-top, but it seems like everyone's legitimately having fun, and everyone's involved. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the popups and stuff over the vlog video was done by other sticks just wildly tossing in effects like they did in the first official video.
But at the end of the vlog video, and for most of the recent things, Green put on these orange-rimmed sunglasses. And the end of the vlog video is when we first started seeing the rest of the CG looking less than pleased with the videos. And after that, Green's started doing things that not even they seem happy with - the couch challenge, or the eating grass.
So I believe the sunglasses are a symbol of that. Of abandoning friendship in favor of personal goals, and losing yourself and your enjoyment of the world in the process.
Because this isn't even the first time a similar pair of sunglasses were used to express that.
Orange abandoned their friends so Orange could do something they thought would be better and make them happier. Until they realized it didn't, and realized they were wrong, then they put down the glasses and went back for their friends.
Hopefully Green learns to put down the glasses too.

What led to Showdown—a character analysis
Summary:
Chosen was the one who initiated the rampages after he and Dark escaped the PC.
Dark created the Virabot in an attempt to please Chosen.
I firmly believe that the names of the hollowheads shaped their personality to some extent. The name "The Chosen One" not only bestowed god- like powers upon the black hollowhead but also a instilled a sense of responsibility, strong self-esteem, and a drive to fight for what is right.
Upon his creation, he immediately rebelled against Alan, seeing the animator as "evil" for creating and torturing stick figures just for fun. Five years of enslavement didn’t wear down his spirit, the moment the slightest opportunity arose, he broke free from his shackles and unleashed his fury upon the PC.
But even when victory was within his grasp, with his tormentor's pawn, The Dark Lord, trembling powerlessly before him, he still chose mercy.
I believe his sense of responsibility and justice wouldn’t allow him to harm someone who was already defenseless, even if that person was his enemy.
I couldn't imagine someone with such a strong moral compass initiating or even agreeing to participate in rampages on the internet purely for the sake of destruction and vengeance. A more reasonable explanation is that Chosen initiated these attacks due to a warped sense of justice. The mistreatment by his creator, the only human he ever knew, might have led him to believe that all humans are tyrants who abuse and exploit stick figures. As "The Chosen One," he felt a responsibility to fight on behalf of his own kind, believing it was his duty to deliver well-deserved punishment upon humans.
But as for Dark, he had no interest in justice whatsoever, he went along with Chosen purely for the thrill of it. Contrary to "The Chosen One", the name "The Dark Lord" weakened his sense of morality and empathy(a sociopath, in a sense). This doesn’t mean he was incapable of learning to be good or sympathetic, though. Chosen simply didn’t realize Dark's moral deficiency until it was too late.
(Or perhaps Chosen was in denial? Dark was his best friend after all)
As time passed, Chosen became more aware of the complexity of mankind. He realized that not all humans were evil, some even formed positive connections with stick figures, like building websites where they could live and work. By attacking the internet and destroying these sites, he was inadvertently harming those he wanted to protect. This made him hesitant and forced him to rethink his actions.
But Dark, he didn't care. Humans, stick figures, animations, it's all the same to him. He enjoyed causing harm and destruction, because it was fun, because he couldn't see that it was wrong.
Imagine Dark laughing joyously as he hurled fireballs at the screaming, retreating crowd of stick figures and animations,
but when he turn around he saw Chosen's shocked, horrified expression, it was as if Chosen was looking at a monster, not his best friend.
Chosen could no longer ignore the fact that Dark was betraying the very ideals he had lived by in his whole life. It became painfully clear that the noble qualities embedded in his code which he so deeply valued were absent in his best friend.
They argued, definitely, fought, maybe. Their once impregnable friendship was cracking, threatening to collapse.
And it scared Dark. Dark didn't understand why Chosen was so angry at him, but he cared about their friendship, he cared about Chosen.
And he wanted to salvage their friendship, he wanted to make Chosen happy again.
So he came up with a plan. He would create a virus so powerful the world has never seen—a virus that would paralyse the internet once and for all. After all, mankind was evil, wasn't that what Chosen always told him? Dark would give humans what they deserve, just as Chosen had always wanted. And then, surely, they could be friends again.
That’s why he eagerly presented his virabots to Chosen, like a child showing off a prized drawing to their parents.
He was certain that Chosen would be impressed, that Chosen would share in the excitement for this grand scheme of destruction.
But instead, the black hollowhead was terrified. Having already lost his trust on Dark, he immediately jumped to the worst conclusion, that Dark was going to terrorise the world including the stick figure civilisation with his virus.
(But Dark's plan never involved harming stick figures. He knew Chosen was adamantly against the idea, so why would he risk their friendship by going against Chosen?)
Dark was understandably hurt and furious at Chosen's betrayal.
It was Chosen who had fuelled his love for destruction, who inspired him to create the virus in the first place. And now, Chosen had the audacity to demand him to stop? Even going so far as to attack him to protect the very humans Chosen had once hated so much?
Was their friendship truly worth less than the properties of evil humans?
As for Chosen, the destructive power of Dark's virabot was the final proof that Dark was an irredeemable villain down to his code. Consumed by a sense of justice, Chosen attacked without mercy.
And Dark, wounded and enraged, retaliated with everything he had.

I've always thought it was really interesting that this scene was changed in the manga.
In the Rebellion movie, Homura acts as if she's going to commit suicide in order to get the edge on Mami during their fight. She actually does shoot herself in the head, because she knows it's not fatal (she knows that, as a magical girl, she's only truly susceptible to death if her Soul Gem gets damaged). The bullet then severs the ribbon tying her to Mami.
But in the Rebellion manga adaptation, Homura just fires onto some glass which shatters and severs the ribbon. She is injured, but it's not as blatantly suicidal as the movie is.
It's possible that this was in the original movie script before being changed. Hanokage, the artist, made the original series manga adaptation off of scripts and not the anime itself (which resulted in some differences from the source material). I'm wondering if Hanokage did the same thing for Rebellion? I believe the movie and manga adaptation were released pretty much around the same time so it's possible. It doesn't feel like a case of censorship.

Hey so I realized something kinda weird a while ago and I've never seen anyone else talk about it?? Ever?
I forgot to post about it for several months but we're gonna ignore that.
These two clips here are what I'm talking about (edited into one video):
(Description: The first is a clip from Animation vs Pokemon (starting at about 9:38 in the original video), in which Orange is in the middle of a Pokemon battle. They're initially fighting with a Heracross, before summoning an Ampharos. As Ampharos attacks and dodges, Orange seems to mirror it's movements. The second clip is from Animation vs Minecraft season 3 episode 26, The Warden (starting at about 7:36 in the original video). Orange and the Warden are fighting King. The Warden grabs and punches King, while Orange mirror's it's movements beside/behind it.)
It really looks to me like Orange is controlling their companion's movements, or something like that? Which seems like a strange conclusion to come to but hear me out.
With the Pokemon clip, that might just be, like, Normal Pokemon Stuff™. Pokemon are just kinda Like That sometimes, doing what their trainer (in this case Orange) tells them to do. Sometimes it seems implied that they have some kind of weird psychic connection to their trainer, so maybe I'm just looking too much into it with that one.
But the Warden clip? That's where it gets very strange to me. The Warden is a Minecraft creature, and a hostile boss mob at that. There's absolutely not a psychic connection there. Additionally, not only is Orange standing behind the Warden when it moves, but it's also completely blind and doesn't even have eyes. It couldn't see what Orange was doing even if they were right in front of it. The two of them moving in exactly the same way, at exactly the same time, when Orange has no reason to be doing those motions at that moment where they're standing, is just. Really really weird to me???
I don't really have a conclusion to this, I just think it's strange and I've never seen anyone else point this out before. Someone with a better analysis braincell please help me.

Ghost ranting about Green's glasses because they needed to get this down on words
With the whole "Green eating grass video dropping" and stuff
I wanted to explain my rose/orange-colored glasses theory in more detail. Because I made an entire timeline just to try and prove this. And for the other post I only put pictures and I find it super interesting.
(I know, I made another post about this but I'm going to say it again)
So, a lot of people already know that Green's sunglasses, (which he wears more and more often throughout the influencer arc) are orange, and that they match up with Second's as seen in the episode Skyblock. And that Green's glasses first show up in the episode A Special Song. Which was mainly just for fun.
And now he wears it in multiple posts now, mainly when he's alone, I've noticed.
Now, the term rose-colored glasses means having a positive outlook on life, sometimes not noticing the negative things or choosing to ignore it.
Green's sunglasses are orange. orange-colored glasses.
The meaning of the color orange, according to the top Google result is this.
Optimism. Rose-colored glasses is literally another word for optimism. And happiness + enthusiasm which plays another role in this. (Mainly with the rick/stickroll and with how Green's channel originally started)
And then there's the negative side. Arrogance, pride, impatience.
Traits that a lot of us associate with how Green is. It almost makes too much sense.
And working through my timeline, I find he mainly only wears those glasses when he's alone. Another very interesting thing to think about. The only time he wears it around his friends is, again, the rickroll episode.
Edit: I actually got that wrong, he did wear it at the end of the Minecraft vlog, but that's when his friends left him when he was trying to promote Instagram. So they might have seen something he didn't, or it just helps this theory even more. (Thank you so much to @dobrinata for pointing this out to me and adding it onto my original post)
So why am I talking about this? It's just a pair of sunglasses that have nothing to do with the plot whatsoever
I think, with how things are going so far, the glasses are going to serve a kind of symbolism, with Green's outlook of everything and how his perception of the new fame would change things, even if it isn't true he may have a more warped view of what happened, maybe with the Color Gang.
(I sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about XD)
They are sunglasses, too. He might be blind to what's going on... or...
(Just something I thought was interesting to think about)
So yeah, we might see more appearances of those glasses later on, but most likely, with how things are going so far, they'll disappear at the end, or at one point. Maybe it's the Color Gang, or maybe it's something else that he has to come to terms on his own.
Yeah uhh... thanks for coming to my talk where I rant about glasses lol-

tbh i think it's kind of fascinating how because spto is more from ramona's perspective, we see scott with rose-tinted lenses, since this time round the show's much more interested in ramona's issues. so a lot of the deep meditations on scott's character and his internal perspective aren't explored, literally turning the viewpoint around so that we see him like ramona does: nerdy, cute, kind of immature but sweet and funny and makes good conversation and asks for consent. we don't see the panicky stuff going on in scott's head, or the various assholish and shitty things he does when they're not together. it instead gives us a better look at how ramona is broken, in her own ways: how she's flawed, not just the girl that scott idolises and chases after. And in the same way we also see why in the world somebody like ramona flowers, who seems so untouchable and out of his league, would fall for scott in the first place. He's not anything like her past super strong, super smart, super famous exes— even his fighting skill doesn't overshadow the fact that he's just kind of lame. but in a way that's what endears him to her: the ways that he's different has her consider the potential that things could turn out different for them. that idea drives her to try to fix what happened, a direct mirror of the comic narrative.
look at this look they give each other in the epilogue!! they're good together when they work on themselves and are willing to change for the better!!

Siciria Analyzes The Most Complex Stick Figures Known To Man (part 2)
Red's new tiktok came out.
We're going with Red next.
Also here's part 1 of SATMCSFTM.
Idk why I abbreviated it.
Or why I linked it.
Welp.
-
Okay, so to start off, most people perceive Red as the youngest of the CG, and the most outgoing. He's the resident animal lover, is sensitive, and in some situations, can be really aggressive and hotheaded.
Like here:
Red went first. He is someone who always throws himself willingly into danger (like Blue in the last part, though Red does it more consistently). With Dark, he went for it not knowing if he could win, but instead to protect his friends. He is the line. He is someone who truly cares for others, and will treat newcomers with the utmost goodness regardless of what he's getting in return. He will go back for them.
This is shown, primarily, in Monster School.
In this scene, he was about to turn back. He was about to go back through the portal. But he saw that his teammates (the ones who bullied and harassed him prior) were in trouble, and still went back for them. We talk about how he went back for them. We talk about it.
But we don't talk about how he must have been feeling, or how much they must have hurt him. And he still helped them despite that. He truly has an extremely strong character, probably the strongest out of everyone, or at least the CG.
AND HE SURVIVED BEING LITERALLY POSSESSED TWICE. TWICE. HOW MUCH MENTAL STRENGTH DOES THIS STICK HAVE.
Okay, now to not state the obvious. this whole "analysis" thing is just me stating the obvious anyway idk why u guys seem to like it
Red is smart.
No, Red is really smart.
And I think we, as a fandom, don't give him credit for it. He's always the one to come up with new ideas, and these ideas seem to work. This is shown, mostly, in the Minecart Race episode.
He was the first one to start paddling with his hands.
And the first one to boat on the ice.
And he had the bright idea to use the snowballs.
Even in the Color Sorting short, he had to know at least some kind of coding or engineering to get all the items to become red items. Come on.
And in his tiktok that just came out today, he does so many different, unique moves. In Green's and even Blue's, it's more repetitive, and shorter (though Blue's dancing skills are unmatched ngl).
An in Monster School, they only passed because of his ideas (WHICH THEY HARDLY GAVE HIM CREDIT FOR). Because it was HIM who understood that the bow needed to be flipped around to shoot properly.
And it was HIM who knew that tickling the Enderman would help.
And it was HIM who got them across the ocean to the mountain using the spider.
He is someone who can recognize the potential in his teammates, and recognize what they can do in a given battle.
AND WHAT DOES HE GET FROM THEM? NOTHING. NOTHING. HE GETS BEAT UP. HE GETS STICKING BEAT UP.😭😭😭
So in summary...
WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT RED MORE.
(I honestly learned more about Red doing this. It's kinda fun ngl).

I would have preferred if Garou had kept his memory after the whole time travel adventure, and managed to do something Saitama and Genos hadn't: realize that Saitama is a problem.
I wish garou would have run off into the jungles like he did in the webcomic and just gone absolutely bonkers with forbidden knowledge, finally seeing that every big conflict comes to a head with this bald man, and how that isn't a good thing because that means the only thing standing between humanity and the kind of havoc people like himself try to wreak every day is a man who never gets there in time, never learns, and never changes despite having fended off such world shattering enemies several times before.
Can you imagine Garou being chased out of the town square because he's there with a megaphone telling an absolutely insane story about him being radioactive and getting knocked the fuck out by a god egg?
It's funny, but also could have so many interesting story repercussions; the Hero Association, who laughed Genos off, now have to rethink their entire approach to everything because the guy who was kicking the shit out of their heroes two weeks ago now wants nothing to do with them and is instead running around freaking out about the same story Genos told them, with the caveat that he doesn't think Saitama's supposed strength is anything but a ticking time bomb.
Genos would definitely end up hearing about what Garou is up to, and have to wrestle with his jealousy, his suspicion of Garou, and his attachment to Saitama if he is going to eventually team up with the only other person who knows the full extent of the truth about Saitama's power in order to prevent the doom Garou predicts will come about should other forces as powerful as the hero hunter was continue to challenge Saitama.
And of course, running around town doomsdaying is sure to catch the attention of Bang, who has no idea what to do with Garou anymore, the attention of the general population, who are going to flip their shit when the "ultimate evil" suddenly changes his mind about killing them and is trying to warn them of an even more ultimate evil, and also the attention of the exact kind of challengers Garou is trying to warn everyone about, who no doubt will be drawn to Saitama the way people who learn of his power often are.
I just think it could have been a real domino effect type deal. That being said, I'm not wanting ONE and Murata to change what they have in mind for the story. Somehow I get the feeling that the experienced writers and artists who have brought us countless other great stories have a better idea of how OPM should proceed than a guy with a Tumblr account and a dream.

Alan Becker Theory: How Victim Returned
Ok so this is my first real Tumblr post, but basically I want to talk about the Animator vs. Animation series and its first and now most recent villain: Victim. More specifically, how he "returned" after seemingly being killed by the Animator at the end of his first appearance.
When we first saw Victim in AVA 1, he was deleted by the Animator. He closed the program without saving changes, without saving Victim onto anything, thus removing him from existence. Something like that seems pretty hard to come back from...
...but, 17 years later, he has come back without any scratch (besides turning gray).
Now, it's not the first time a character survived being deleted, but none of the previous examples are similar to Victim.
Orange survived being deleted by Task Manager and then stabbed by the Dark Lord's Vira-Blades, but he's clearly special in a way: from knowing a lot since creation to having superpowers that not even he knows of (until he saw a video of him killing a guy with them). He's far from a normal stick figure.
The Chosen One survived being hit by several code-erasing blades, but he's a superpowered being compared to the completely normal Victim.
Herobrine survived being deleted with the rest of Minecraft, somehow resurrecting several years later, but he's not even a stick figure, and another superpowered being that's arguably even weirder then Chosen.
So, how does the completely normal, powerless Victim survive being deleted with no superpowers or anything special about him?
It's simple. He didn't.
I'm not saying that Grey Dude is actually a burnt Dark or something, that was debunked and never made sense anyway. What I'm suggesting is that the AVA 6 Victim is not the Victim. Rather, he's a copy.
... well, a better word to use is recording.
Animation VS YouTube was always a weird entry, in my opinion. It somehow makes every entry in the series an actual video in-universe, it somewhat breaks continuity by having the Minecraft icon on the task bar, and it just gets weirder every time it returns (such as that one scene in Showdown). But, I think AVA 6 made it really important in hindsight.
While fighting YouTube, Green and Orange encounter a recording of the first AVA 1 and witness Victim's birth. In the climax, Green defeats YouTube by putting himself inside a video and destroying it from the inside, thus destroying the website's sentient avatar.
I think Victim came back in a similar way. Thanks to the Animator posting AVA 1 on numerous websites and it being reposted countless times, there are countless videos of Victim: thus, countless opportunities for a Victim recording to escape a similar way Green did. The AVA 6 Victim - let's call him Vic - is one of those: a recording that came to life and broke out. He's not the true Victim, just evidence that he once existed, but he has his memories and will continue his fight with the Animator.
But, there's an issue: Green entered a brand new video, he didn't record himself. A clear difference. Which is why I think Vic didn't escape his video by himself. Someone freed him. But, who?
Well, think about it. Who is Vic close to? Who is special and gets attention from IRL Alan, compared to the others? Who has the most important role in AVA 6, aside from the hollow-heads and RYGB?
Who does Vic trust so much, he puts his own life in their hands when entering the Box?
I think the Glasses Guy - let's call him Agent cause that's the best nickname I've seen - is the one who freed Vic. It would explain why Vic would trust him so much or why he'd get so much attention besides just "the villain's right hand who is badass".
I also think that Vic's trust in Agent is what will fuck him over in the end. That he will not be the final villain of AVA 6.
If you watch The Box closely, you'll see Vic is saved on the Box's files. Nothing special or surprising, right? I mean, he's in the Box, of course he'd be saved as part of it. But... Chosen is not.
In fact, none of the items on the list are inside the Box, aside from Vic. Not the sword, not the chains, not anything. But, they can still be summoned. Which means that the Box doesn't work like "You go inside it, you are part of its files": You need to be saved onto it, and once that happens, you can be summoned whenever one wants, even when you're not inside the Box. What does that mean?
That, at any point in time, Agent can clone Vic hundreds of times, as many as he needs. That Vic is replaceable.
I think that's the big twist of AVA 6: Vic will be killed by Agent sooner than anyone would think, allowing Agent to become the true villain and create a Vic Army. What is Agent's motive? Why did he bring back Vic, only to plan to kill him when he's no longer needed? Frankly, I have no idea. We don't know enough about him to speculate his motives. But, I know one thing:
Vic cannot escape who he is. That, behind the different color and the fancy company and the fact he's but a copy of the real deal, he is still Victim. And who is Victim?
A stick figure who was mistreated, killed and forgotten by a man with animation tools.
