what hurts me the most (if I remember well) is that victim was seemingly ready to forget about alan and his whole past, only to be reminded of it and even lose the first stickman to ever show him kindness because of another of alan's creations, probably leading him to think alan did it on purpose to ruin his life again. Maybe I'm missing a detail or interpreting it wrong but it still breaks my heart in pieces.

Imagine wanting to move on and live a good life after many years of hell only to be brought into it again. The only spark of hope and freedom you have gets crushed into dust.
