Love being traumatized tbh. I just wrote 2839 words of a story I'm writing (which took me like 2 hours), then went browsing for system stuff, then accidentally saw an agere post and now I'm baby, but also not so baby and can function like usual, and currently planning on making a stimboard. And I'm currently in a good mood, and those things actually mean my mental health is stable. But like 4 hours before that, I was angry as hell and wanted to bite everybody around me and accidentally browsed triggering content that made me feel worse.

Now I'm wondering if it's C-PTSD, BPD, just mood swings, or something else. I might never know.

But I'm proud of myself and my system that I was capable of finishing all the tasks for the day before 7pm and had an evening off.

(This post is /lh. I don't feel bad about my mood swings, and I'm currently in a good mood. I'm writing this and giggling at my brain being silly and changing its opinions on the world every 3 seconds. Hope you have a good day/morning/evening/night, too)

Hello and welcome to our first post! We are a medically recognised UDD system with ADHD and autism, which is the reason we made this account! Autism is a very large spectrum, and of course not every autism person is the same, but personally stimboards help us escape from our mental health struggles, and we hope that this account can be a safespace for all people that need an escape!

This account is run by our system host Kasa! I am a Tsukasa Tenma introject (which is my this account is Tsukasa themed) and I go by Kasa, Julian, and Sol! My special interests include Project Sekai and many other gacha/rhythm games, animals, psychology, and fashion! Our main account is @fluuffle , so if you are interested in becoming our friend please feel free to dm us! We love making new friends!! :3
