Tears are not enough pt1 - Séquence 2 :

Back at drawing this last two-part episode of Degrassi season 2. Only draw the characters and wrote the dialogue in page 3 only. This scene brings back the excuse of “My dog ate my homework” and changed it into “My little sister threw orange juice on it”.

And yes, I have to redraw the first panel who is a total failure. I become too dependant of the original plans, making me useless when I have to draw by myself.

criminal case oneshot voting

hey guys, so if you know me on wattpad or ao3, you would know that i have a criminal case oneshot book!

and i will be doing polls to decide which oneshot i will write next, i am still taking requests, but i also have my own ideas, so here are the ideas i have, they fully won't fit on the polls and so you have a clear idea on what the oneshot will be about

idea 1: where jasper was kidnapped by dreamlife and experimented on, but survived along with zoe, he was found with her and is protective of his friend, but unlike zoe, who doesn't remember jones, the only person jasper remembers is amir and how they were dating before he went missing, jasper powers due to the experiments is ice, because his last name is everett, which is similar to mount everest, get it? let's move onto the next idea.

idea 2: where rupert doesn't actually die but he is knocked out outside due to falling down and hitting his head, his killer thinks he's dead and leaves him there where the MC and jones finds him.

idea 3: where russell and amy are genderbend, they were dating for a while but kept it a secret, it was discovered when jupiter arrived and said that his daughter was pregnant, saying he could sense his grandchild, which lead to a lot of shock and drama, especially from ruby(genderbend russell)since her dad knew and went to her work place, but shocked since she didn't know she was pregnant at all, also anthony(genderbend amy)faints from shock and happiness.

idea 4: where king doesn't kill adam, but adam gets the upper hand and shoots king, which leads to chaos and adam getting arrest, but king is worried since he was supposed to assassinate adam and failed to do it.

idea 5: orlando is sad about seeing his dead husband alive again and wants to vent to someone, so he goes to amy, only to learn something shocking about her.

idea 6: my version of the reason why grace broke off her engagement with her fiance, luke harris.

idea 7: where angela didn't place a bomb in the plane, but rather, she wanted to ask lars for his forgiveness after realizing what she had done and why everything went wrong the moment she was arrested for murdering lavinia.

For a school assignment, I'm assembling an anthology around the theme of queer divinity and desire, but I'm having a hard time finding a fitting essay/article (no access to real academic catalogues :/ ), do you know of any essays around this theme?

a sense of hopelessness engulfs her as she gazes at the other, as if she has finally succumbed to the weariness of their perpetual cycle. moments of harmony are swiftly shattered, leaving them to rebuild from scratch time and time again. and there had been a time where she tried her best, little old angela always seeing the good in everyone but now she questions the value of fighting for this, uncertain if the outcome will remain unchanged. avoiding direct eye contact, her words are spoken in hushed tones that bear the weight of exhaustion. ❛if we were meant to be, we would have been by now.❜

A couple weeks ago I shared a patreon for a Farscape recap podcast I really love (go sign up, Bizarre Podcast: Space Puppets is great!). Today I thought I'd call folks' attention to a video reaction channel currently doing a Farscape watch, Funny Lil Gal.

This lady is a big nerd who loves "space shit" and has just started Season 2 of Farscape. She's high energy, a little sarcastic, and very in love with Moya, Pilot, John and the rest of the crew. She likes to cry and jump and get emotional, and it's fun to share in her energy, excitement, anger, befuddlement as she watches for the first time.

For folks who hate it, I need to warn you that she watches the early Season 1 episodes in the wrong order, but she gets told this, so she doesn't switch the order, but she does account for it. I think it tints her feelings about some episodes, but it doesn't ruin anything. She definitely has different reactions to some episodes than what is typical for the fan base (she liked Jeremiah Crichton but not A Human Reaction!) but that's part of the fun of reaction channels, getting someone else's perspective.

She's a very positive reactor, she wants to love everything and enjoy the show, so no worries here about your favorite episode getting bashed. My personal delight is that she usually doesn't like main characters getting shipped together by the show, but she can't resist John/Aeryn and has already started complaining about "Farscape edging" as they let the characters come together, but only briefly before backing off. The show never wanted to be a "will they or won't they" thing, but the when and how sure was in doubt, and I think edging is the perfect term. I'm really really really looking forward to how she deals with the LATP episodes, coming up soonish.

New edited reaction episodes drop most Friday mornings, and the vids are well produced, very sharp and professional. Angela is a prolific reactor, mostly sci fi TV, so if you like her style, there's plenty of other reaction collections to enjoy while waiting for the next Farscape episode, like Dr. Who, BSG, and The Expanse. If, like me, you get impatient, or you want to put Farscape on and then see her reactions in real-time, she also has a patreon that I'll link below.
