So I have a thought about how he hurt her feelings with the boudoir photo shoot. What if he made her low self esteem worse. She won't get undress in front of him. She waits till he falls asleep and sneaks out on to the couch to sleep. She leaves for work before him bc she's so embarrassed and upset. She starts trying to cut calories and exercise too much like she did when she was trying to get rid of her baby weight after Bianca. These are just my random thoughts do with them what you will lol. Oh and side note he is not able to convince her very easily that he is still attracted to her.

I could see this, or at least some version of the above, dancing through Reader's head. Because while she knows that Andy is a very possessive man, I don't think she fully understood the scope of it all until she saw his reaction to her boudoir shoot.

So, perhaps she's convinced herself that there's more to it. Maybe she convinces herself not pretty enough for something like that - or that maybe Andy would've liked them more if she was thinner.

In a sense, he made a fuss because he didn't find her attractive. But as well all know, it's really because he can be a jealous, possessive asshole sometimes. Love him though he do.

So, while she's away on a trip counting calories and feeling angry and insecure, he's flipping through that special album she made for him missing his baby girl.

This whole time he's notice something is off...he just doesn't know what. So when he finally does apologize, she's not fully convinced. Because she's hurt (and still pissed).

andy’s the type of slightly possessive, slightly jealous boyfriend. nothing too serious, he wouldn’t want to throw you off since he loves you, but seriously, he’ll occasionally ask you about what you have goin’ on with another dude (or girl, if you like more than one gender and he knows that).

he’s a bit of a touch-me-not, until he met you. he loves when you give him hugs or kisses, or asks for cuddles. he’s so damn touch starved, it’s insane, but luckily he has you.

in public, he’ll do everything to shower you in affection to show the others that you’re his, not theirs. someone else staring at you? he’ll randomly pull you into a hug and kiss your temple. another person coming up to you and using their skibidi gyat rizz (brainrot is getting to me)? andy will wrap his arm around your waist, pull you closer to him and glare at the other person with an intensity so.. um, intense it could kill.

gives other girls the biggest, fattest side-eye whenever they flirt with him (especially if you’re around.) he doesn’t have the heart to curse them out or confront them, but his not-so-subtle actions certainly push them away.

this doesn’t mean he doesn’t have secret admirers, though. some girls still try, knowing that you’re with him—sometimes, when he opens his locker, little notes with scribbled hearts fall out, but he always rips them up and throws them in the trash can.

one day, you came to meet his parents and brought them gift cards to a restaurant and chocolates. they were overjoyed, a bit too excited to receive the gift cards (especially renee) and andy saw right through their facade. he made sure to stop bringing you around his parents from that day on.
