My first ever Artfight attack after publicly-revealing my Profile is here, this time being for @huecycles with Gospiel and Beltrowel from Andromedia!

I've wanted to make more Fanart, with Andromedia being a project that I've known and interacted with since it was only 'The Metropolis' as a Chapter 3 Take, so I'm glad that I was able to join Artfight and finally have the ideas and references needed (I also attempted to be as style-accurate as I could, so I hope that it was presented well)!

To give context for anybody else seeing this, the specific image is a Redraw from 'HELLUVA BOSS: Loo Loo Land // S1: Episode 2', which was used because of Lisspeed/just-ornstein doing in the Andromedia Discord Server.

What is this?

Andromedia aims to work on a set of fanmade DELTARUNE Chapters 3-7, all safely archived in the ASTRAL DISC, managed by HUECYCLES, @just-ornstein (Lisspeed) and a lovely team.

There are no plans of making a fangame as of now. The project consists in a collection of art, videos, music, character design and the like.

This is a Petunia-centric fic written by my friend that explores the lives of Petunia Evans and Lily Evans while answering such questions as:

How different would Sirius' and Remus' lives be if Sirius never went after Pettigrew on Halloween?

Seriously though. Check it out! My friend @andromesia intricately plotted the entire story, including curating playlists and collecting inspiration from other media 😆😆 It's a work of art and needs to be treated as such 😤

In the vast expanse of the galaxy, far beyond the reaches of human civilization, there existed a planet known only by its code: Porcina-IV. This peculiar world was inhabited by an intelligent species of space-faring pigs, who had long mastered the arts of interstellar travel and advanced astrophysics, all while retaining their adorable, rosy-cheeked appearance.

The pigs of Porcina-IV were not just explorers; they were also avid lovers of music, particularly a genre they had synthesized from human culture: Melodic Death Metal. They found the intense rhythms and melodic undertones to be the perfect soundtrack for their cosmic journeys.

Among these pigs was Captain Oinkarius, the bravest and most renowned astronaut-pig of his time. Oinkarius and his crew of five intrepid piglets were aboard the Star Swine, a ship powered by neutron stars and equipped with amplifiers that could shake the moons of Jupiter. They were on a mission to explore the Asteroid Belt of Andromedia, a dangerous and uncharted region rumored to contain the lost chords—mysterious musical frequencies said to hold the power to control the universe.

As they approached the asteroid belt, the cosmic rays intensified, and so did their music. The ship’s metal band, "Porkalypse Now," played a symphony of thundering drums and shredding guitars, their sound waves pulsating through the vacuum of space, repelling the smaller asteroids that threatened their ship.

But the journey was not just a quest for survival; it was also a search for inspiration. Captain Oinkarius believed that the lost chords were hidden in the core of the largest asteroid, known as the Behemoth. According to legend, these chords were so powerful that they could alter gravitational fields and bend time itself.

After navigating through fields of spinning rocks and icy comets, the Star Swine finally reached the Behemoth. The crew donned their space suits, each adorned with their favorite band logos and spikes, and ventured onto the asteroid’s surface. With each step, their boots kicked up stardust, leaving a shimmering trail behind them.

As they approached the core, their instruments started to resonate with the energy of the asteroid. The sound was overwhelming, a perfect blend of aggressive power and melodic depth—the essence of Melodic Death Metal. Captain Oinkarius, holding his trusty electric guitar, strummed a chord that resonated with the core’s frequency, and suddenly, the asteroid began to vibrate.

The vibration unleashed a burst of colorful energy, revealing the lost chords, embedded in the rock like glowing runes. Oinkarius played them on his guitar, and as he did, the energy surged through the Star Swine’s amplifiers, broadcasting the melody across the galaxy.

The music had a profound effect: hostile alien species paused their conflicts, mesmerized by the melody; distant stars pulsed in rhythm, creating a cosmic light show. The pigs had not only found the lost chords but had also spread harmony across the galaxy.

Captain Oinkarius and his crew returned to Porcina-IV as heroes. They had ventured into the unknown and returned with a gift for all the universe—the power of music, a power that even in the deepest darkness of space, could bring light. And so, the pigs continued to explore the cosmos, their ships always blaring their distinctive, melodic metal, a reminder of their journey and the universal language of music.

Tell me your headcanons about Artemis (and her nicknames, if any!)

Artemis!

Her mom calls her Missy; her brother and most of her friends call her Art.

She loves dogs. She and Suvi adopt two corgis, and Suvi names them after the scientific names of chocolate and tea (Theo and Camellia, respectively). Artemis dresses them up in little sweaters and takes lots of pictures of them. If there’s social media in Andromeda, they have the most popular Instagram account ever.

Artemis absolutely loves kids, too. Not having kids would be a dealbreaker – she just doesn’t want to be pregnant if she can get away with it. She spends a lot of time playing with Meri after she’s born, and she’s always on-call for aunt duties before she and Suvi start their family.

If she hadn’t joined up with the Andromedia Initiative, she definitely would have become a teacher for biotic kids at a private school like Grissom.

She was never much one for sitting still and learning at school (she was always really active as a kid – she’d be teaching biotic control NOT a serious subject), but she will 100% listen to everything Suvi has to say about science. She makes puppy dog eyes the whole time and it’s disgusting.

Artfight Attack Updates, My Take on Maryverse (Non-Undertale/Deltarune) Overworld Sprites, and SwilTaett 'FANART FEATURE' Version Two!

The Second Attack was for @butterrbee , featuring IGNEO MALICE (who I also attempted to make a palette for in this artwork) interacting with Patchwork, an original OC who was chosen because of their similar aesthetic to Ripper and shared interest in pranks and trickery!

Because the original image didn't have much context for it, I'd decided to do an improv recording of IGNEO Malice talking to Patchwork after reading the Reference Sheet.

The tone and stability of voice, as well as accuracy of the laugh is consistent to other Voice Tests, but because of it being improvised (which I don't have much experience with yet) I wasn't able to keep IGNEO MALICE's pattern of rhyming like Jevil does in Deltarune.

Here's what the original Reference for Patchwork looks like, in case anybody else was wanting to make Fanart of him for butterbee, whether it's for Artfight or not!

The Third Attack was for @marnielovesyouu ! Featuring Mary Rosemary and PeePee, who are both Cast Members from Marnie's 'Maryverse' Project, which already has concepts and animatics for a Theoretical TV Series, where the three members of 'Catgirl at Heart' (Mary Rosemary, Sasha Tones and Skylar McMilliwood) have to compete against bands of different music genres to play at the Tower of Melodies in the middle of Kitty City!

As this attack also needs context in order to make sense, Mary has been described and shown as being afraid of cats, despite many elements in Maryverse being cat-like in theming or names (such as with Kitty Citty, the Pawprint Amphitheatre, Straycay Suburbs, and the potential name for the Hot Topic-Inspired Shop that Mary works at for her dayjob).

Although the reference image underneath uses the Old Version of PeePee's Design, it is what was used as inspiration for Mary's scared expression, with larger eyes and an alert stance.

The other character who I haven’t referenced yet is marnielovesyouu whenever drawing herself with a sona, who I'd chosen to present in the attack itself as well as in the Artfight Description as being godlike (as she was responsible for creating Maryverse, as well as also having experience in making very good Concept Art for other projects like Andromedia and Vision Crew's Deltarune Takes).

I'm not sure whether she canonically exists in Maryverse, but the two have been drawn together multiple times:

'You haven’t experienced the true joy of creating if you’ve never drawn yourself and your OC having fun'.

'I know you meant the Pokémon Marnie but I scribbled this once…'

So if Marnie does exist in this world, her and Mary definitely seem to be friends (although one of the tags did say about them and how 'We're dating for real' despite both already having partners). But because the earliest version of Mary's Design also being described as a sona before Marnie had her own, it would mean that the Maryverse Version of God is an AU Mary, which would make sense as Mary was the first Cast Member made for the project.

Finally, in regards to the 'FANART FEATURE' segment of the SwilTaett MASTERPOST, the post has now reached its Image Limit, and I'm not able to add any more recent images since mrchaosman's Scamcair and Grimpula Fanart. because of the most recent SwilTaett Fanart, which was also made by butterbee as Revenge for my Patchwork attack in Artfight!

If anybody has a suggestion for how they would want this issue to be fixed, please do say!

Also, I apologize for this being later of an Announcement than it should've been! However, it's because I've been working on a Non-Undertale/Deltarune Theory now that I've been able to interact with the project's creator. It's planned to be a longer post than usual, with two smaller and less theories attached to it underneath the 'Read More'.

I've also been thinking of a scenario where the Cast Members across my different projects have in-character interactions with eachother (with as much as had been written before them beforehand, and with some projects that I've never made reference to before)! So if you're reading this and would want to see that, please do say!
