If you hate a character so much that just seeing them kills your enjoyment from playing the game, to the point you're ready to sacrifice something for your favorite character just to avoid the character you dislike

Maybe you shouldn't play the game where this character is one of the main ones

Cause it seems that your hate for that character is way stronger than the love for your favorite character and that just sounds like torture

Why doesn't Aziraphale know that Crowley loves him? Several times in the first season we see Aziraphale remark that he can feel love (and he becomes visibly contented whenever it happens) and yet he never acts on his own feelings for Crowley and even seems nervous before convincing him to dance.

(I am running on my previous theory that Aziraphale fell in love like a ton of bricks during the Blitz. I also happen to think that their "arrangement" was the tipping point for Crowley's own feelings, but he certainly loved Aziraphale by the time he miracled Hamlet into being a success (even though he prefers the "funny ones"))

Okay, back in S1 Anathema attempts to look at Adam's aura and cannot see it. His aura is so large that it encompasses entire nations. The comparison given is "like asking someone in Times Square to see the United States". It is a part of everything around them and they are a part of it.

That is Crowley's love for Aziraphale. It is so large, it encompasses so much, it is always surrounding Aziraphale to the point where it's a part of the regular background noise of his life. Maybe if he focused on finding it he could, but he has no reason to think it even exists. Remember: when Crowley comments on their relationship, he labels it a friendship, and Aziraphale trusts Crowley.
