so i'm on my 3rd campaign for bg3. my first was a tav playthru where i saved orpheus (tho he became the mindflayer so not really a great save for him ijbol). my second was resist durge siding with the emperor. i just wanted to see how that would go - and yeah i did get that achievement. this playthru i'm still being a good durge, but i wanted to be hostile toward the emperor since apparently there's more lore that way and you get to find out that squidward caused duke stelmane's stroke and enthralled her instead of just being her bestie. i'm not there yet, but i just got to his little secret room under the elfsong tavern and this part always makes me laugh cause this dude is trying so hard to appear like he's not a soulless monster that he's like 'oh yes my fork from when i could eat food...not brains...oh how i loved that fork' like yeah i would totally believe you're not a creepy soulless squid because of your emotional attachment to your fork ijbol

I don't even go downstairs to tour his museum of oddities anymore- I saw all I needed to see when I met Ansur and now it's on sight 24/7 for the emperor.

Also, I have beef with the fact that if I'm like, "there's another way" at the end of the game he immediately is like, "you know what? I hope you get enslaved actually" like every fuck boy loser you rejected and now thinks you're actually a fat ugly bitch.

Plus I love Lae'zel so we gotta free gith prince daddy Orpheus because her eyes get so big and wet when we do and literally I cannot say no to her.
