Hello! Introducing myself briefly I'm a YR fan since JuIy 2021 and I'm back to tumblr after leaving post S2 and before S3 promotion launches. You weren't here in late 2022- early 2023. I've been looking around and I love what you have made here. I love there is now a space to express our opinions with respect without getting floundered by either hate or self-righteous fans. I think you've made fandom a safer place with this tumblr blog. And I appreciate it.

My confession it's more of a request. I left the YR tumblr fandom sick and tired of some very seemingly well-meaning but pretentious people who were always telling others how they should enjoy the show or how they were borderline dumb for not seeing beyond the basics in YR/some characters. I'm still tired of them but I've learned how to use the block button now. I'd still like to ask people to let others enjoy the show in whatever degree of understanding they want. Maybe some of us are only interested in the main couple's love journey and that's okay. Maybe some of us don't want to know anything beyond that and it doesn't mean we're dumb or failing to admire the show beyond the obvious or something. Maybe we just want to enjoy the sizzling chemistry and perfect love story because watching the show is an escape from every day life. And that's okay.

In the end there's no right or wrong way to enjoy the show, I hope everybody knows that.
