Thinking about drawing just brings back so much trauma from college, that I just can't find a way to do it without having a complete breakdown. But at the same time, it makes me respect the artist that bring their own pieces into the world. There is a bravery in that in which is incomparable, because it's exposing a little piece of your heart to the world, and giving it to complete strangers. Beautiful art is valid. Ugly art is valid. And I love both, because artists are brave enough to bring both to the world.

And plus, the severe perfectionist in me would throw out any piece I have ever tried to make of Stan, because he is my blorbo, and I settle for nothing but perfect for him. Hence, why I only have the one, and it's really just mimicking other art.

Simon only keeps a few things from his life in Manchester before he joined the military, mostly just a couple of Tommy's things (maybe some comics and an old football they used to kick around) and his Grandma's wedding ring that his mum never got the chance to wear (she didn't want to tie it to bad memories) it's a lovely, unassuming little thing that he keeps boxed up in a drawer somewhere, and when he finally meets someone that makes him think that it might be time to get it out, he knows for sure that she's the one.

Kloktober 2023 day 4 - Favorite headcanon

“Yous two will gets along as Týr does dabble in progs musics.”

My favorite headcanon is that Skwisgaar and Týr still speak regularly. They bonded so close in “Fatherklok” and I don’t think Týr would hold Servetta’s transgressions against Skwisgaar. I love themmmm.
